Rebuilding rural financial supervision system is conducive to normalizing rural financial order and forming the benign competitive situation; to clarifying the role played by rural financial organization and providing better financial services for "three agriculture";to forming safe rural financial environment to promote the development of rural economy and national economy. The restricting factors of rebuilding Chinese rural financial supervision system are analyzed. The major reasons are that rural financial legislation is relatively backward and the supervision department lacks the necessary legal basis. The administrative supervision is insufficient, which lead to the mal-position, administrative offside and vacancy of rural financial supervision;rural financial organization mechanism is unreasonable and the internal supervision mechanism is relatively bad;supervision organization of rural financial industry is imperfect and the function is imperfect; public's supervision awareness is weak and social supervision mechanism develops slowly. Coal mine safety supervision system plays an important role in the coal mine safety management in China.However,the current supervision system is established on the basis of learning the advanced experience from other...Coal mine safety supervision system plays an important role in the coal mine safety management in China.However,the current supervision system is established on the basis of learning the advanced experience from other developed countries.It needs to be further improved according to national conditions.Therefore,the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervision system reform on three types of collieries are assessed by using time series analysis method based on comparative analysis of the supervision system before and after the reform in this paper.The regression results show that the structural reform is not conductive to the improvement of coal mine safety situation in the short term,but conductive significantly in the long term.Specifically,the effects in township coal mines are more significant than stateowned key coal mines in the long run,but negative effects also exist in the short term.The negative effects in state-owned key coal mines are non-significant compared with township coal mines.Moreover,the regression results are analyzed from the aspects of the closure policy of illegal small township coal mines at the end of 1998 and shortage of the new supervision system.Finally,the suggestions on improving the new supervision system are put forward based on the above analysis.展开更多

The main problems existing in the supervision of rural food safety are analyzed as follows: first, the legislative work of rural food safety lags behind to some extent; second, the supervision of governmental departments on rural food safety is insufficient; third, the industrial supervision mechanism of rural food security is not perfect; fourth, the role of rural social organizations in supervising food safety is limited; fifth, the farmers' awareness of food safety supervision is not strong. Considering the trinity-characteristics of bank supervision system consisting of the People's Bank of China(PBC), the CBRC and the financial offices of local governments,the following conclusions have been drawn: the amount of penalties on banking illegal transactions is not correlated with the supervision efficiency of China's commercial banks; the capital adequacy ratio, the loan to deposit ratio, the percentage point of the non-performing loan rate of urban commercial banks higher than that of the national joint-stock banks are negatively correlated with the supervision efficiency of China's commercial banks; the total asset variation of the PBC and the different loan balance in local and foreign currency of the banks are positively correlated with the supervision efficiency of China 's commercial banks, but the effect is minor. Therefore, China should give the capital adequacy ratio a full play in the bank supervision, accelerate the construction of supervision information system and improve the supervision function of the local governments.展开更多

Objectives This study aimed to analyse the benefits of a gamified clinical supervision strategy during hospital-based training,particularly regarding the development of critical and reflective thinking among undergrad...Objectives This study aimed to analyse the benefits of a gamified clinical supervision strategy during hospital-based training,particularly regarding the development of critical and reflective thinking among undergraduate nursing students.Methods From April to July 2023,second-year nursing students who undertaking a nine-week clinical placement in a cardiology ward in northern Portugal were selected.Following a two-week diagnostic phase,students participated in a six-week gamified supervision programme comprising weekly 60-min sessions:infection-control decision-making;technical-procedural reasoning;guided emotional and ethical reflection;and clinical reasoning quiz on cardiology topics.Students completed weekly Structured Reflection Guide entries;supervisors recorded structured field notes after each session;and,after the intervention,students answered a post-intervention questionnaire and participated in focus groups.Qualitative data(reflections,field notes,open-ended questionnaire items,and focus-group transcripts)were analyzed using Bardin’s content analysis;quantitative questionnaire items were summarized descriptively.Results All seven students completed the six gamified sessions and submitted weekly reflection entries.Five students(71.4%)completed the questionnaire.Across data sources,students reported that gamified activities supported knowledge consolidation,teamwork,and clinical reasoning.Questionnaire data showed that all respondents(n=5,100%)strongly agreed that gamification enhanced their learning and should be maintained in clinical training.Reflections and focus groups revealed recurring themes related to emotional expression,sense of belonging,and difficulties using structured reflection tools,particularly in terms of comprehension and timing.Conclusion The gamified supervision strategy integrated into clinical training provided structured opportunities for practical engagement,collaborative work,and guided reflection.These findings suggest that gamification may support the development of reflective and critical-thinking processes in authentic clinical environments.展开更多
Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant...Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant’s eight-step concept analysis approach was utilized to identify and define the attributes,antecedents,and consequences of reflective supervision in the ICU.An extensive literature search was conducted across various databases,including Google Scholar,CINAHL,PubMed.Articles published from 2005 to 2025 were identified.We followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 statement to indicate the included articles and extract related data based on relevance.Results Forty articles were included in the analysis.The identified attributes included the supervisor-supervisee relationship,effective communication,teamwork,collaborations,reflection,competencies,feedback,continuous support,and autonomous choice.The identified antecedents included participation,supportive supervision,flexibility,open-door policy,training,and motivation.Consequences impacting the success of reflective supervision were identified as promotion of resiliency,autonomy,work-life balance,self-awareness,increased self-esteem,professional development,critical thinking,increased job satisfaction,and enhanced commitment.Conclusions Reflective supervision is a complex professional self-care strategy that enhances ICU practice,by promoting nurses’well-being,self-awareness,therapeutic skills,and professional development.展开更多
Accurate prediction of rockburst intensity levels is crucial for ensuring the safety of deep hard rock engineering construction.This paper introduced an expert system for rockburst intensity level prediction that empl...Accurate prediction of rockburst intensity levels is crucial for ensuring the safety of deep hard rock engineering construction.This paper introduced an expert system for rockburst intensity level prediction that employs machine learning algorithms as the basis for its inference rules.The system comprises four modules:a database,a repository,an inference engine,and an interpreter.A database containing 1114 rockburst cases was used to construct 357 datasets that serve as the repository for the expert system.Additionally,19 types of machine learning algorithms were used to establish 6783 micro-models to construct cognitive rules within the inference engine.By integrating probability theory and marginal analysis,a fuzzy scoring method based on the SoftMax function was developed and applied to the interpreter for rockburst intensity level prediction,effectively restoring the continuity of rockburst characteristics.The research results indicate that ensemble algorithms based on decision trees are more effective in capturing the characteristics of rockburst.Key factors for accurate prediction of rockburst intensity include uniaxial compressive strength,elastic energy index,the maximum principal stress,tangential stress,and their composite indicators.The accuracy of the proposed rockburst intensity level prediction expert system was verified using 20 engineering rockburst cases,with predictions aligning closely with the actual rockburst intensity levels.展开更多
To effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution,the Chinese government has implemented an environmental supervision system since 2002.The environmental supervision system mainly uses the four functions of ...To effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution,the Chinese government has implemented an environmental supervision system since 2002.The environmental supervision system mainly uses the four functions of supervision,investigation,coordination,and emergency response to strengthen environmental protection supervision and law enforcement,respond to environmental emergencies,and coordinate cross-regional pollution disputes.As an important system design for China to control environmental pollution and promote the ecological transformation of economic development,the policy effect of the environmental supervision system deserves attention.This paper uses the difference-in-differences method to investigate the impact of the top-down environmental supervision system on air quality based on the 2000-2016 data for 285 prefecture-level cities in China.The results indicate that the annual average concentration of PM_(2.5)decreased significantly after the implementation of the environmental supervision system.The dynamic analysis shows that PM_(2.5)decreased most markedly in the first year after the implementation of the policy,and then the effect gradually weakened.Mechanism analysis suggests that the environmental supervision system can break the collusion between government and enterprise,encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation,change pollutant discharge behavior and push local governments to adjust the industrial structure,enhance environmental protection awareness to reduce the PM_(2.5)concentration,and improve air quality.Comparing different regions,the PM_(2.5)in East China,North China and Northeast China are relatively high,and the pressure for air pollution control is great.Meanwhile,we find that the environmental supervision system has a significant station effect.Compared with other cities,the cities where the environmental supervision centers are located are more deterred by the environmental supervision,and their air quality has improved to a significantly greater degree.In the future,we should further strengthen the environmental supervision of high-pollution areas and non-station cities,and pay more attention to improving the long-term effect of the environmental supervision system.展开更多

In China, there are many accounting supervision problems in accounting practice at present, and a lot of the problems have exerted a negative impact on the social and economic life. Therefore, the causes for these problems are discussed and analyzed, so that the corresponding methods and measures are proposed for solving the existing problems and promoting the accounting supervision to play a better and greater role in the financial management of enterprises.

文摘Objectives This study aimed to analyse the benefits of a gamified clinical supervision strategy during hospital-based training,particularly regarding the development of critical and reflective thinking among undergraduate nursing students.Methods From April to July 2023,second-year nursing students who undertaking a nine-week clinical placement in a cardiology ward in northern Portugal were selected.Following a two-week diagnostic phase,students participated in a six-week gamified supervision programme comprising weekly 60-min sessions:infection-control decision-making;technical-procedural reasoning;guided emotional and ethical reflection;and clinical reasoning quiz on cardiology topics.Students completed weekly Structured Reflection Guide entries;supervisors recorded structured field notes after each session;and,after the intervention,students answered a post-intervention questionnaire and participated in focus groups.Qualitative data(reflections,field notes,open-ended questionnaire items,and focus-group transcripts)were analyzed using Bardin’s content analysis;quantitative questionnaire items were summarized descriptively.Results All seven students completed the six gamified sessions and submitted weekly reflection entries.Five students(71.4%)completed the questionnaire.Across data sources,students reported that gamified activities supported knowledge consolidation,teamwork,and clinical reasoning.Questionnaire data showed that all respondents(n=5,100%)strongly agreed that gamification enhanced their learning and should be maintained in clinical training.Reflections and focus groups revealed recurring themes related to emotional expression,sense of belonging,and difficulties using structured reflection tools,particularly in terms of comprehension and timing.Conclusion The gamified supervision strategy integrated into clinical training provided structured opportunities for practical engagement,collaborative work,and guided reflection.These findings suggest that gamification may support the development of reflective and critical-thinking processes in authentic clinical environments.
文摘Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant’s eight-step concept analysis approach was utilized to identify and define the attributes,antecedents,and consequences of reflective supervision in the ICU.An extensive literature search was conducted across various databases,including Google Scholar,CINAHL,PubMed.Articles published from 2005 to 2025 were identified.We followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 statement to indicate the included articles and extract related data based on relevance.Results Forty articles were included in the analysis.The identified attributes included the supervisor-supervisee relationship,effective communication,teamwork,collaborations,reflection,competencies,feedback,continuous support,and autonomous choice.The identified antecedents included participation,supportive supervision,flexibility,open-door policy,training,and motivation.Consequences impacting the success of reflective supervision were identified as promotion of resiliency,autonomy,work-life balance,self-awareness,increased self-esteem,professional development,critical thinking,increased job satisfaction,and enhanced commitment.Conclusions Reflective supervision is a complex professional self-care strategy that enhances ICU practice,by promoting nurses’well-being,self-awareness,therapeutic skills,and professional development.

文摘Accurate prediction of rockburst intensity levels is crucial for ensuring the safety of deep hard rock engineering construction.This paper introduced an expert system for rockburst intensity level prediction that employs machine learning algorithms as the basis for its inference rules.The system comprises four modules:a database,a repository,an inference engine,and an interpreter.A database containing 1114 rockburst cases was used to construct 357 datasets that serve as the repository for the expert system.Additionally,19 types of machine learning algorithms were used to establish 6783 micro-models to construct cognitive rules within the inference engine.By integrating probability theory and marginal analysis,a fuzzy scoring method based on the SoftMax function was developed and applied to the interpreter for rockburst intensity level prediction,effectively restoring the continuity of rockburst characteristics.The research results indicate that ensemble algorithms based on decision trees are more effective in capturing the characteristics of rockburst.Key factors for accurate prediction of rockburst intensity include uniaxial compressive strength,elastic energy index,the maximum principal stress,tangential stress,and their composite indicators.The accuracy of the proposed rockburst intensity level prediction expert system was verified using 20 engineering rockburst cases,with predictions aligning closely with the actual rockburst intensity levels.
文摘To effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution,the Chinese government has implemented an environmental supervision system since 2002.The environmental supervision system mainly uses the four functions of supervision,investigation,coordination,and emergency response to strengthen environmental protection supervision and law enforcement,respond to environmental emergencies,and coordinate cross-regional pollution disputes.As an important system design for China to control environmental pollution and promote the ecological transformation of economic development,the policy effect of the environmental supervision system deserves attention.This paper uses the difference-in-differences method to investigate the impact of the top-down environmental supervision system on air quality based on the 2000-2016 data for 285 prefecture-level cities in China.The results indicate that the annual average concentration of PM_(2.5)decreased significantly after the implementation of the environmental supervision system.The dynamic analysis shows that PM_(2.5)decreased most markedly in the first year after the implementation of the policy,and then the effect gradually weakened.Mechanism analysis suggests that the environmental supervision system can break the collusion between government and enterprise,encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation,change pollutant discharge behavior and push local governments to adjust the industrial structure,enhance environmental protection awareness to reduce the PM_(2.5)concentration,and improve air quality.Comparing different regions,the PM_(2.5)in East China,North China and Northeast China are relatively high,and the pressure for air pollution control is great.Meanwhile,we find that the environmental supervision system has a significant station effect.Compared with other cities,the cities where the environmental supervision centers are located are more deterred by the environmental supervision,and their air quality has improved to a significantly greater degree.In the future,we should further strengthen the environmental supervision of high-pollution areas and non-station cities,and pay more attention to improving the long-term effect of the environmental supervision system.

文摘Improving the state-owned assets supervision system(SOASS)can effectively get over the defects of systems and mechanisms and further promote the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises(SOEs);and the deepening of the reform can advance the change of the SOASS to the supervision on capital.By analyzing the relationship between the SOASS and the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,we have found that collaborative promotion of the change of the SOASS to the supervision on capital and promotion of the reform of mixed ownership can do good to ameliorating the corporate management mechanism,improving the market-oriented management mechanism of enterprises and completing the medium-and long-term incentive mechanisms,etc.to enhance business operation efficiency.Due to such prevailing problems as relative dispersion and vagueness of the policies relating to deepening the reform of SOEs,inconsistent progress of the reform of state-owned assets(SOAs)and SOEs,and corporate reform focusing on apprence,improving the SOASS and deepening collaborative development of the reform of mixed ownership of SOEs are hindered by some constraints.To construct and improve the SOASS and the reform of mixed ownership collaboratively,we should make efforts to promote the reform in the following five aspects,namely,placing importance to policy coordination,boosting synchronism of the reform of SOAs and SOEs at different levels and in different areas to coordinate the nationwide reform of SOAs and SOEs,facilitating reform of the mechanism of enterprises of mixed ownership through mixed capital,and promoting the SOASS and stimulating classified monitoring and reform of mixed ownership based on classified reform of SOEs.

文摘Taking Danxia World Natural Heritage Site in Taining for example, the way of establishing scientific and systematic supervision and monitoring system for the world natural heritage site was explored to ensure the scientific protection and sustainable development of world heritage site. Contents of supervising and monitoring heritage site were first elaborated, monitoring indexes given, and then contents, location, feedback and equipment requirements of heritage site monitoring proposed. Finally, the supervision and monitoring system for Danxia World Natural Heritage in Taining was established from three aspects: establishing the center of digital information monitoring and supervision center, adopting scientific monitoring means, improving distribution of supervision sites and long-range video monitoring system.
文摘Regulation of technology has been a hot issue in the financial field in recent years.Traditional financial regulation is constructed by a centralized account system,which relies on ex-ante regulation.Embedded supervision,which relies on regulation during and after the matter,operates in a decentralized and trusted environment and has the characteristics of high efficiency,transparency,and safety.It provides a breakthrough to solve the lag of traditional financial supervision.This paper clarifies the concepts and theoretical basis of embedded supervision,constructs the embedded supervision model with a lag,and analyzes the feasibility of embedded supervision with a lag.This research can promote scientific exploration and method innovations in the domestic finance field,enrich China’s financial discipline system,and provide decision-making references for practical financial supervision innovation.
