QTLs for Sugar Content of Stalk in Sweet Sorghum(Sorghum bicolor L.Moench) 被引量:24

To identify the genomic regions controlling sugar content and to develop molecular markers linked to sugar content in sweet sorghum, we used an F2:3 segregating population consisting of 207 individuals derived from a cross between a high sugar content inbred line, Early Folger, and a normal inbred line, N32B, for genetic linkage mapping and quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis. We constructed a genetic linkage map spanning 983.5 cM based on a total of 327 markers comprising 31 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) markers, 254 amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers, and 42 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. In the 20 linkage groups detected, 98.2% of markers aligned to the 10 linkage groups of sorghum. Variations in sugar content at different growth stages and among internodes suggested that the sugar content of middle internodes is stable and suitable for measuring at early dough stage. The broad sense heritability (hB0 of sugar content was 0.64 and 0.62 estimated from the data of F3 families and each parent in 2003 and 2004. We identified one and two QTLs accounting for 22.2 to 25.0% of phenotypic variance using simple interval mapping method in 2003 and 2004, respectively. These two QTLs showed a negative additive effect, and over-dominance effect. A QTL on LG-D was detected in both two years. Above results will be help us to understand the genetic mechanism of sugar content in sorghum and the QTL detected in this study might be useful in the improvement of sugar content by marker-assisted selection. 展开更多

Manual fruit thinning(MFT)in fruit trees has been previously shown to increase fruit size and enhance fruit quality,but the effect of MFT on Ponkan(Citrus reticulata Blanco)and the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood.In this study,efforts were made to elucidate how MFT influences the fruit quality of Ponkan.The results showed that MFT substantially increased fruit size and elevated fruit total soluble solids in comparison with the fruit from the unthinned trees(used as control).Expression analyses demonstrated that m RNA abundance of three important sugar transporter genes,including CrSUT1,CrSTP1 and CrTMT1,was evidently elevated in the flesh of thinned fruit when compared with those of the control.In addition,MFT prominently up-regulated the transcript levels of various auxin and gibberellin(GA)biosynthesis and signaling genes,including CrYUC6,CrAUX/IAA,CrGA20ox1 and CrGA3ox1.Concurrently,the contents of endogenous IAA and GA3,measured at 90 d after fruit thinning,were notably elevated in the fruit from trees with the thinning treatment relative to the control,although no difference was detected in the two groups before the thinning manipulation.Taken together,these results indicate that manual fruit thinning could greatly improve fruit quality,which may be attributed to promoting fruit expansion due to the increased auxin levels and expediting sugar accumulation through the up-regulation of sugar transporter genes. 展开更多

Sugar beet(Beta vulgaris L.) is an industrial crop, grown worldwide for sugar production. In Pakistan, sugar is mostly extracted from sugarcane, soil and environmental conditions are equally favorable for sugar beet cultivation. Beet sugar contents are higher than sugarcane sugar contents, which can be further increased by potassium(K) fertilization. Total K concentration is higher in Pakistani soils developed from mica minerals, but it does not represent plant available K for sustainable plant growth. A pot experiment was conducted in the wire-house of Institute of Soil and Environmental Sciences at University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. K treatments were the following: no K(K_0), K application at 148 kg ha^(–1)(K_1) and 296 kg ha^(–1)(K_2). Irrigation levels were used as water sufficient at 60% water holding capacity and water deficient at 40% water holding capacity. The growth, yield and beet quality data were analyzed statistically using LSD. The results revealed that increase in the level of K fertilization at water sufficient level significantly increased plant growth, beet yield and industrial beet sugar content. The response of K fertilization under water deficient condition was also similar, however overall sugar production was less than that in water sufficient conditions. It is concluded from this study that K application could be used not only to enhance plant growth and beet yield but also enhance beet sugar content both under water-deficient as well as water-sufficient conditions. 展开更多

Measurement of sugar content in Fuji apples by FT-NIR spectroscopy 被引量:3

To evaluate the potential of FT-NIR spectroscopy and the influence of the distance between the light source/detection probe and the fruit for measuring the sugar content (SC) of Fuji apples, diffuse reflectance spectra were measured in the spectral range from 12500 to 4000 cm^-1 at 0 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm distances. Four calibration models at four distances were established between diffused reflectance spectra and sugar content by partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The correlation coefficients (R) of calibrations ranged from 0.982 to 0.997 with SEC values from 0.138 to 0.453 and the SECV values from 0.74 to 1.58. The best model of original spectra at 0 mm distance yielded high correlation determination of 0.918, a SEC of 0.092, and a SEP of 0.773. The results showed that different light/detection probe-fruit distances influence the apple reflective spectra and SC predictions. 展开更多

Soluble sugar content in seeds is an important quality trait of soybean. In this study, 57 quantitative trait loci(QTLs) related to soluble sugar contents in soybean seeds were collected from databases and published papers. After meta-overview-collinearity integrated analysis to refine QTL intervals, eight consensus QTLs were identified. To further verify the consensus QTLs, a population of chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs) was analyzed. Two lines containing fragments covering the regions of consensus QTLs and the recurrent parent were selected: one line showed high soluble sugar contents associated with a consensus QTL fragment, and the other line showed low soluble sugar contents. Transcriptome sequencing was conducted for these two lines at the early, middle, and late stages of seed development, which identified 158, 109 and 329 differentially expressed genes, respectively. Based on the analyses of re-sequencing data of the CSSLs and the consensus QTL region, three candidate genes(Glyma.19 G146800, Glyma.19 G122500, and Glyma.19 G128500) were identified in the genetic fragments introduced from wild soybean. Sequence comparisons between the two CSSL parents SN14 and ZYD00006 revealed a single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) mutation in the coding sequence of Glyma.19 G122500, causing a nonsynonymous mutation in the amino acid sequence that affected the predicted protein structure. A Kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP) marker was developed based on this SNP and used to evaluate the CSSLs. These results lay the foundation for further research to identify genes related to soluble sugar contents in soybean seeds and for future soybean breeding. 展开更多

NIR spectral images (650~1 000 nm, resolution: 2 nm) of peach samples were captured with developed hyperspectral imaging setup. Partial least square (PLS) regression prediction model was developed to estimate the sugar content in peach; step-wise backward method was utilized to determine optimal wavelength subsets. Experimental results show that the calibration model with optimal wavelength subsets has a correlation coefficient of prediction of 0.97 and a standard error of prediction of 0.19, the prediction accuracy is higher than the calibration model applied over the whole wavelength, which proves that variable selection plays an important role in improving the prediction accuracy of PLS regression model. 展开更多

This paper presents findings of an experiment for the comparison of sugar concentration in extracted juice of fresh fruit to that of commercially-bottled 100% fruit juice with a “no sugar added” attribute. The goal of the study was to determine if the sugar content of bottled 100% fruit juice with a “no sugar added” label is equivalent to that of extracted juices of fresh fruits. The reported study was performed to address the potential concern that commercially-bottled 100% fruit juices with “no sugar added” may contain higher sugar content than extracted juice of fresh fruit. The fruit juices that were tested included apple, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, pomegranate, red grape and white grape. All bottled juices and fresh fruits were purchased in Toledo, Ohio, USA during the winter of 2012. The fresh fruits were juiced and three samples were tested for sugar concentration using a Brix refractometer. The same testing protocol was also applied to the bottled 100% fruit juice. Application of the Mann-Whitney test on the experimental data demonstrated no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05). The results suggested that the sugar content in the commercially bottled 100% fruit juice with the “no sugar added” label is an accurate representation of sugar content in the freshly-extracted juice of the corresponding fruit. 展开更多

The Australian sugarcane industry has long maintained high sugar content in cane and ranks among the world's lowest-cost raw sugar producers.This paper analyzes the key factors behind this competitive performance.It examines industry statistics,cost of production studies,historical records,and international comparisons.The analysis shows that the industryʼs advantage stems not from any single factor,but from a combination of six elements:(a)a climate favorable for high sucrose accumulation;(b)economies of scale in both farming and milling;(c)a high level of mechanization,particularly in harvesting;(d)a cane pricing formula that incentivizes high sugar content;(e)a research and development system that is mandatory-funded,industry-led,and industry-controlled by growers and millers;and(f)prolonged exposure to international competition with minimal trade protection.For other sugar-producing countries aiming to lower costs,this suggests pathways such as facilitating farm consolidation,introducing mechanization within suitably adapted farming systems,reforming cane payment systems to reward sugar content,refocusing R&D investment to better meet industry needs,and optimizing nutrient management to reduce nitrogen fertilizer use. 展开更多

甘蔗家系评价是筛选出优良的甘蔗杂交组合及评价亲本育种价值的关键技术手段。本研究以86个甘蔗杂交组合为材料进行家系评价,通过连续多年调查产量性状(株高、分蘖、丛质量),糖分性状(锤度)以及病虫害性状(黑穗病、梢腐病、枯心苗),并... 甘蔗家系评价是筛选出优良的甘蔗杂交组合及评价亲本育种价值的关键技术手段。本研究以86个甘蔗杂交组合为材料进行家系评价,通过连续多年调查产量性状(株高、分蘖、丛质量),糖分性状(锤度)以及病虫害性状(黑穗病、梢腐病、枯心苗),并计算各性状的遗传力、配合力、育种值及变异系数等关键性评价指标,利用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析及经济育种值估算,从多维度综合评估各杂交组合的田间表现及亲本的遗传贡献。研究结果表明:丛质量、株高、分蘖均呈显著性正相关(P<0.01),通过主成分分析筛选出桂糖04-1545×中糖12-02等5个高产杂交组合,同时发现母本Q208、父本XTT22等亲本的一般配合力(GCA)表现突出,具备优异的产量遗传能力。在病虫害性状方面,黑穗病和梢腐病的发病率随年限呈逐年上升趋势,而枯心苗发生率则逐年下降,其中粤糖03-373×CP84-1198等5个杂交组合表现出较强的病虫害综合抗性。在糖分性状方面,云蔗05-51×桂糖00-122等5个杂交组合锤度值及特殊配合力(SCA)表现优异,且母本云瑞15-90、父本桂糖04-1001等亲本的高糖遗传特性显著,是培育高糖品种的优良亲本材料。在综合性状评价中,通过主成分分析与聚类分析的结果相互印证,最终筛选出LCP85-384×粤糖94-128等综合表现优良的杂交组合,以及母本桂糖04-1545、父本XTT22等综合性状优异的核心亲本。本研究结果可为甘蔗高产、高糖、抗病虫组合的定向选育以及杂交育种中亲本的科学选配提供重要参考依据。 展开更多

基于CNN-FA-RB模型和高光谱技术的采前柑橘糖度无损检测

【目的】基于深度学习和高光谱成像技术,建立适应果园环境的采前柑橘糖度无损检测模型,为果园柑橘的成熟度判断及智能采摘提供理论参考和技术支持。【方法】采用区域选择法和阈值分割法分别提取柑橘高光谱图像的感兴趣区域(ROI),获得柑... 【目的】基于深度学习和高光谱成像技术,建立适应果园环境的采前柑橘糖度无损检测模型,为果园柑橘的成熟度判断及智能采摘提供理论参考和技术支持。【方法】采用区域选择法和阈值分割法分别提取柑橘高光谱图像的感兴趣区域(ROI),获得柑橘果实光谱反射的有效区域并计算原始光谱;使用多元散射校正(MSC)、标准正态变换(SNV)、Savitzky-Golay平滑(SG)、小波变换(WT)、一阶导数(FD)、SGMSC组合方法等6种光谱预处理方法分别对原始光谱进行校正,利用竞争性自适应重加权采样算法(CARS)、随机蛙跳算法(RF)、联合区间偏最小二乘法(SIPLS)、相关系数法(CORR)等4种算法提取与柑橘糖度高度相关的特征波段,并与光谱预处理进行组合;在卷积神经网络(CNN)的基础上融合特征增强和残差模块,建立CNN-FA-RB模型,同时构建偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)、支持向量回归(SVR)、前馈神经网络(FFNN)、CNN、AlexNet、ResNet18、SENet18等7种模型进行对比。【结果】以阈值分割法提取的ROI建模效果更优,决定系数(R^(2))较区域选择法平均提高了19.33%。SG+CARS组合为最佳预处理方法,提取得到的25个特征波段覆盖范围较广(399.2~963.0 nm),捕捉到糖分相关的吸收峰(C-H/O-H键振动),建立PLSR模型测试发现,R^(2)为0.709、均方根误差(RMSE)为0.894,即能有效平滑高频噪声,筛选出与糖度强相关的特征波段。CNN-FA-RB模型的糖度检测精度最高且训练速度较快,果园环境下的R^(2)为0.816、RMSE为0.751、平均绝对误差(MAE)为0.576、平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)为5.616%、训练速度为13.158轮次/s,相对于CNN模型,R^(2)提升了8.66%、RMSE下降了13.97%、MAE下降了15.79%、MAPE下降了14.32%,且训练速度提升了3.71倍。【结论】建立的CNN-FA-RB模型能克服室外环境干扰,进行精准糖度预测。阈值分割+SG+CARS+CNN-FA-RB的方案能有效实现采前柑橘糖度无损检测,为柑橘成熟度判断、机器人采摘、果园监测等场景提供技术支持。 展开更多

盐胁迫对不同耐盐性燕麦糖类及内源激素含量变化的影响

土壤盐渍化通过盐胁迫影响作物生长发育,探讨燕麦耐盐生理机制对盐渍化治理具有重要意义。以耐盐型‘青永久461’和盐敏感型‘青引2号’燕麦为材料,通过测定盐胁迫下叶片和根系糖类物质及内源激素含量变化,系统分析两种材料在糖代谢途... 土壤盐渍化通过盐胁迫影响作物生长发育,探讨燕麦耐盐生理机制对盐渍化治理具有重要意义。以耐盐型‘青永久461’和盐敏感型‘青引2号’燕麦为材料,通过测定盐胁迫下叶片和根系糖类物质及内源激素含量变化,系统分析两种材料在糖代谢途径和激素调控网络中的响应特征。结果表明,盐胁迫下两份燕麦叶片淀粉和蔗糖含量均表现为下降,而葡萄糖和果糖增加,且盐胁迫下敏盐材料‘青引2号’叶片中的葡萄糖和果糖含量分别是‘青永久461’的1.60和1.59倍。此外,盐胁迫下两份燕麦叶片和根系均能够大量合成和积累脱落酸(ABA),造成生长素(IAA)/ABA和玉米素(ZA)/ABA下降,同时调控根系12-氧代植物二烯酸(OPDA)向上运输,叶片OPDA含量积累并以此来促进燕麦气孔关闭来适应盐胁迫。耐盐燕麦‘青永久461’在盐胁迫下能够在体内积累更多的IAA和促进叶片SA的生物合成以抵抗盐胁迫,敏盐燕麦‘青引2号’则通过叶片中积累较高的ZA含量并调控体内茉莉酸(JA)向茉莉酸-异亮氨酸(JA-Ile)的转化以适应盐胁迫。本研究揭示了不同耐盐性燕麦在碳分配策略和激素互作网络的异同,为解析燕麦耐盐机制提供理论依据。 展开更多

[目的]为了提高基于可见/近红外技术预测梨果糖度的精度,本文提出了一种新的1D-CNN-RF模型,旨在通过结合一维卷积神经网络(1D-CNN)的深度特征提取与随机森林(RF)的强大集成学习能力,实现更精准的糖度预测。[方法]选择Maya 2000 Pro海洋光学光谱仪采集梨果样本的光谱数据,并通过标准正态变换(SNV)和多元散射校正(MSC)方法对原始光谱实施降噪预处理,随后采用竞争性自适应重加权算法(CARS)对处理后的光谱进行特征波长选取。1D-CNN-RF模型结合了1D-CNN抽取的深层次特征与未经处理的原始特征,共同输入至RF模型进行学习与预测。其中,该模型提取的特征是整合了多个特征波长和它们之间的关系后的复杂特征向量,能更全面地对梨果糖度进行预测。将其与支持向量机(SVM)、最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)、RF、1D-CNN这4种预测模型进行综合对比分析。[结果]1D-CNN-RF在所有预测模型中的预测精度最高,且库尔勒香梨果样本的预测效果最佳,其训练集决定系数R_(c)^(2)为0.962,预测集决定系数R_(p)^(2)为0.954。[结论]本文提出的基于1D-CNN-RF的梨果可见/近红外糖度预测模型为梨果糖度的非破坏性快速检测提供了高效可靠的模型参考。 展开更多

目的分析北京市青少年现制含糖饮料消费中添加糖的浓度及其影响因素。方法采用以北京市青少年现制饮料消费情况预调查结果为基础的概率比例规模抽样方法(probability proportionate to size sampling,PPS),抽取北京市市售门店的现制饮... 目的分析北京市青少年现制含糖饮料消费中添加糖的浓度及其影响因素。方法采用以北京市青少年现制饮料消费情况预调查结果为基础的概率比例规模抽样方法(probability proportionate to size sampling,PPS),抽取北京市市售门店的现制饮料进行果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖的测定,并比较不同分组之间的各糖成分浓度和不同容量下总糖含量超25 g的比例,使用二元Logistic回归,分析单品总糖含量超25 g的相关因素。结果共有324个样本最终纳入分析,其中奶茶类167个、果茶类110个以及咖啡类47个,分别占总样本量的51.54%、33.95%和14.51%。总体上,≥500 mL的单品数量为194个,占总样本量的59.88%,<500 mL的单品数量为130个,占总样本数量的40.12%。含糖浓度上,声称七分糖的产品各糖成分浓度均高于全糖声称产品。以25 g总糖为作为添加糖摄入高风险判定界值时,其单品和500 mL容量总糖超标比例以七分糖分组为最高。二元Logistic回归分析显示,果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖的浓度以及现制饮料单品的容量与单品总糖含量超25 g呈正相关,现制饮料分类和含糖量声称与单品总糖含量超25 g的相关性无统计学意义。结论当前市场上现制饮料含糖量较高,易给消费者带来添加糖过量摄入的潜在风险。现制饮料产品含糖量声称与实际含糖量差异较大,须对产品标识进行规范。 展开更多

拉枝对玉露香梨枝条生长及果实糖含量和蔗糖代谢酶活性的影响

【目的】研究拉枝角度对棚架栽培模式下玉露香梨枝条生长及果实糖代谢与积累的影响,为提高果实品质提供理论依据。【方法】以棚架栽培模式下的玉露香梨为例,对棚架主枝延长枝进行30°,60°,和90°的拉枝处理,以不拉枝为对照... 【目的】研究拉枝角度对棚架栽培模式下玉露香梨枝条生长及果实糖代谢与积累的影响,为提高果实品质提供理论依据。【方法】以棚架栽培模式下的玉露香梨为例,对棚架主枝延长枝进行30°,60°,和90°的拉枝处理,以不拉枝为对照,统计坐果率和枝类组成,测量主枝延长枝新梢的长度和粗度及成熟期果实的单果质量、果实纵径和横径,并测定果实糖(可溶性糖、果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖和山梨醇)含量和蔗糖代谢酶(蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS-Ⅱ)、中性转化酶(NI)和酸性转化酶(AI))活性。【结果】棚架玉露香梨主枝延长头的拉枝角度越大,新梢的生长越缓慢。不同拉枝处理都可以提高棚架玉露香梨的坐果率,且对枝类组成无显著影响,当拉枝角度达到60°时,棚架玉露香梨的坐果率和中、短枝比例增加,长枝比例降低。随着拉枝角度的增大,果实的横纵径先增大后降低;随着果实成熟,果实的横径、纵径和单果质量逐渐增大,在果实成熟时达到最大值。在果实成熟的中后期,所有处理果实的果糖和葡萄糖含量快速增加,果糖含量成为果实中的主要糖;随着果实的成熟,甜度值先增加后降低,在80 d时达到最大值,变化趋势与果糖含量一致。在果实发育前期,酸性转化酶(AI)和中性转化酶(NI)活性较弱,随着果实发育其活性逐渐增高。果实发育早期蔗糖合成酶(SS-Ⅱ)活性随果实发育而下降,而后期则随果实发育而逐步增强。蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性随果实发育持续上升。【结论】拉枝60°处理有利于提高棚架栽培玉露香梨的坐果率和树体的中、短枝比例,可以促进叶片的光合效率,更有利于提高果实的糖积累及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性。 展开更多

外源赤霉素和褪黑素处理对长富2号果实糖酸含量及品质的影响

[目的]研究外源赤霉素和褪黑素处理后长富2号’苹果果实糖酸含量及品质的变化,明确赤霉素和褪黑素对果实的影响,筛选出最佳处理方案,为提高长富2号’果实品质提供科学依据和技术支持。[方法]以长富2号'苹果为试验材料,于幼果期开始用50mg·L、100mg·L^(-1)、200mg·L^(-1)的赤霉素(Gibberellins,GA_(3))溶液和50 μmol·L^(−1)、100 μmol·L^(−1)、200 μmol·L^(−1)的褪黑素(melatonin,MT)溶液进行叶面喷施,对照组为叶面喷施清水,研究其对苹果果实糖酸含量及品质相关指标的影响。[结果]适宜浓度的外源GA和MT处理均显著提高了长富2号’果实品质,其中,200mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)处理表现最为显著。与CK对照组相比,单果质量提升了17.20%;果实横径、纵径分别提升31%、17.7%,果肉硬度、脆度分别提高了9.72%、18.50%;蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇、总糖含量均有提升;显著增强了果实着色效果、甜度值和糖酸比。[结论]采用200mg·L^(-1)的GA_(3)溶液对长富2号'苹果进行叶面喷施,可显著提高其单果质量、色差、可溶性固形物质量分数等果实经济性状,提高苹果果实中蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇和有机酸含量、增加糖酸比和果实甜度,进而提高果实品质。 展开更多

采收后叶面喷肥对核桃光合能力的影响

【目的】针对部分温185核桃在丰产期出现的结果枝抽干率高、连续结果能力不足的现象,在采收后叶面喷施磷酸二氢钾(KH_(2)PO_(4)),旨在提高叶片净光合速率,促进结果枝养分积累,降低结果枝越冬抽干率,提高连续坐果能力,从而实现增产稳产... 【目的】针对部分温185核桃在丰产期出现的结果枝抽干率高、连续结果能力不足的现象,在采收后叶面喷施磷酸二氢钾(KH_(2)PO_(4)),旨在提高叶片净光合速率,促进结果枝养分积累,降低结果枝越冬抽干率,提高连续坐果能力,从而实现增产稳产的目标。【方法】基于田间试验及实验室测定,设置水(CK)、0.8%KH_(2)PO_(4)、1.2%KH_(2)PO_(4)和1.5%KH_(2)PO_(4)共4个喷施浓度梯度,测定采收后温185核桃叶片的光合生理参数、叶片解剖结构及糖含量等生理指标。【结果】喷施KH_(2)PO_(4)能有效提高温185核桃叶片的光合效率、糖含量,改善叶片结构,1.5%KH_(2)PO_(4)处理的效果最为显著且最优。其中净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度,较CK分别显著提高28.83%、27.29%、27.39%和3.67%;糖类检测结果显示,1.5%KH_(2)PO_(4)处理显著增加了叶片中主要糖组分的含量,其中蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖含量分别较CK显著增加10.61%、13.23%、35.63%;叶片叶绿素含量和总糖含量分别较CK显著提高12.28%和13.50%;栅栏组织厚度、叶片厚度、气孔开张率和叶肉细胞密度较CK分别显著提高22.98%、20.73%、18.41%和13.08%。相关性分析结果显示,净光合速率与总糖含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量呈极显著正相关,而与胞间CO_(2)浓度呈极显著负相关。喷施1.5%KH_(2)PO_(4)处理显著降低了抽干率,较CK显著降低31.92%;在该处理下,萌芽率达到最大值(71.88%)。【结论】采收后1~2周叶面喷施KH_(2)PO_(4)对温185核桃叶片的光合及生理指标具有显著调节作用,能在一定时间内维持光合作用强度,促进营养物质合成,提升植株抗性。 展开更多

为探究糖类衍生物配施钾肥对烤烟上部叶油分相关指标的影响,以中烟100为试验材料,采用田间试验,以喷施清水为对照(CK),设置喷施壳寡糖(1.2 g/L,T1)、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(1.5 g/L,T2)、糖醇螯合钾肥(稀释600倍,T3)、壳寡糖(1.2 g/L)+糖醇... 为探究糖类衍生物配施钾肥对烤烟上部叶油分相关指标的影响,以中烟100为试验材料,采用田间试验,以喷施清水为对照(CK),设置喷施壳寡糖(1.2 g/L,T1)、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(1.5 g/L,T2)、糖醇螯合钾肥(稀释600倍,T3)、壳寡糖(1.2 g/L)+糖醇螯合钾肥(稀释600倍)(T4)、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(1.5 g/L)+糖醇螯合钾肥(稀释600倍)(T5)5个处理,于打顶后每隔10 d喷施1次,共喷施3次,取样测定喷施后烤烟上部叶的光合特性、油分相关指标、常规化学成分、香气成分和经济性状等。结果表明,糖类衍生物配施糖醇螯合钾肥可以促进烤烟上部叶的光合作用和碳氮代谢,且以T4处理效果最好,光合速率和硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖酶活性较CK分别显著提高25.62%和28.01%、13.14%、24.44%、10.57%。在油分方面,糖类衍生物配施糖醇螯合钾肥处理烤烟上部叶腺毛密度、长度以及分泌物含量均明显增加,尤以T4处理增加更为显著,α-西柏三烯二醇和β-西柏三烯二醇含量较CK分别提高18.93%和41.08%,丙酮酸和石油醚提取物含量较CK分别增加19.60%和30.85%。常规化学成分上,糖类衍生物配施糖醇螯合钾肥处理烤烟上部叶的还原糖、总糖、钾含量均较高,其中T4处理钾含量较CK提高21.38%。T4和T5处理烤烟上部叶中性致香物质总量较CK分别提高26.88%和19.78%。在经济性状方面,T4处理的烤烟上部叶产量和产值最高,分别达1 105.41 kg/hm2、33 309.59元/hm2,分别较CK显著提高7.24%、21.03%;上等烟比例提高至49.27%,均价较CK提高12.85%。综上所述,糖类衍生物配施糖醇螯合钾肥可以促进烤烟上部烟叶生长发育、调节碳氮代谢、协调烟叶化学成分、提高上部烟叶油分和中性致香物质含量等,其中以壳寡糖配施糖醇螯合钾肥的效果更好。 展开更多
