Objectives:Cold-acclimated organisms accumulate low molecular weight organic solutes such as sugar alcohols and soluble sugars.This study aimed to compare the efficacy of five sugar alcohols and 14 soluble sugars in stabilizing proteins under freezing,freeze-drying,and air-drying stresses.Materials and methods:Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase(G6PD)was used as the model protein.G6PD solutions with or without sugar alcohols and or sugars were subjected to freezing,freeze-drying,and air-drying stresses.The recovery of G6PD activity was measured to evaluate the protective efficacy of these compounds.Results:Without stabilizers,freezing G6PD at-20℃ or-80℃ reduced enzyme activity by around 24%,while freeze-drying or air-drying reduced activity by 90%-95%.Among the five sugar alcohols tested,pinitol,quebrachitol and sorbitol stabilized G6PD,whereas mannitol and myo-inositol destabilized it.Among 14 soluble sugars,trehalose and raffinose showed slightly lower enzyme recovery after repeated freeze-thaw cycles at-20℃.Most soluble sugars(except arabinose and xylose)protected G6PD during freeze-drying,with di-,tri-,and oligosaccharides generally outperforming monosaccharides.During air-drying,lactose was ineffective,while arabinose,galactose,and xylose were detrimental.Conclusion:The study highlights the diverse mechanisms of sugar alcohols and sugars in protein stabilization under stress,offering insights for formulating stable protein-and cell-based drugs. 展开更多

A series of catalysts were prepared for sugar alcohols production to overcome the deficiencies of the previous reported catalysts,such as low yield of sugar alcohols,single functi on,in stability,and con troversial role of active sites.The role of each metal and their syn ergistic-cooperati on was discussed in detail with a combi nation of conditional experiments and characterizati ons.The results indicated that bifunctional Nig.ggFetAli.ss catalyst has unique structure with superparamagnetism and excellent activity.The(111)and(200)planes of metallic Ni are the hydrogenation active phases and preferentially exposed on Ni-Al-O_(x) spinel.The desired arabitol or mannitol was obtained by tuning the ratio of Bronsted and Lewis acid sites.The recycling tests indicated that the unique structure of the prepared Ni-based catalyst can suppress leaching and poisoning,which has high textural stability and activity. 展开更多

The eastern foothills of Helan Mountain are a production area of high-quality wine grapes,but the low content of water-soluble calcium in the alkaline soil in this area has become an important limiting factor for the production of high-end wines.In this study,7-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at Lilan Winery,which is located at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia,China,were used to examine the effect of exogenous calcium supplementation on fruit growth and berry quality.Calcium sugar alcohol was applied as a foliar spray at 1.2 L/hm^(2)(T1),2.4 L/hm^(2)(T2),3.6 L/hm^(2)(T3),4.8 L/hm^(2)(T4),and 6.0 L/hm^(2)(T5)concentrations at the fruit expansion stage,the early stage of grape veraison,the middle stage of grape veraison,and the later stage of grape veraison.Water control was used for comparison.The results showed that foliar calcium supplementation can significantly enhance the photosynthetic characteristics of wine grape leaves,increase the chlorophyll content of leaves,and improve the quality of grape berries.Under the T3(3.6 L/hm^(2))concentration of exogenous calcium,the transverse diameter,the longitudinal diameter,and fruit shape index of grapes were the highest,which were increased by 1.71%,5.33%,and 3.92%compared to the control,respectively.The application of high calcium concentrations(T4 and T5)inhibited the physiological development of grapes.The spike length,hundred-grain weight,yield of wine grapes,sugar-acid ratio,tannin,and total phenols were the highest in the T2(2.4 L/hm^(2))treatment.The results of principal component analysis based on multiple indicators showed that foliar application of 2.4-3.6 L/hm^(2)chelated sugar alcohol calcium on the leaf surfaces of grape leaves was the most suitable for improving the physiological characteristics and berry quality of wine grapes. 展开更多

Conversion of non-edible biomass into fuels and value-added chemicals has achieved great attention to cope the world's energy requirements. Lignocellulose based sugar alcohols such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, and erythritol can be potentially used as emerging fuels and chemicals. These sugar alcohols can be converted into widely used products(e.g. polymer synthesis, food and pharmaceuticals industry). The heterogeneous catalytic production of sugar alcohols from renewable biomass provides a safe and sustainable approach. Hydrolysis, coupled with hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis has been proved to be more effective strategy for sugar alcohols production from biomass. This review summarizes the recent advances in biomass upgrading reactions for the production of sugar alcohols and their comprehensive applications. 展开更多

Most known catalytic dehydration of sugar alcohols such as D-sorbitol and D-mannitol can only produce di-dehydrated forms as major product,but monodehydrated products are also useful chemicals.Moreover,both di-and mono-dehydration demand a high temperature(150℃ or higher),which deserves further attentions.To improve the mono-dehydration efficiency,a series of metal-containing hydrothermal carbonaceous materials(HTC)are prepared as catalyst in this work.Characterization reveals that the composition of preparative solution has a key influence on the morphology of HTC.In transformation of D-sorbitol,all HTC catalysts show low conversions in water regardless of temperature,but much better outputs are obtained in ethanol,especially at a higher temperature.When D-mannitol is selected as substrate,moderate to high conversions are obtained in both water and ethanol.On the other hand,high mono-dehydration selectivity is obtained for both sugar alcohols by using all catalysts.The origin of mono-dehydration selectivity and role of carbon component in catalysis are discussed in association with calculations.This study provides an efficient,mild,eco-friendly,and cost-effective system for mono-dehydration of sugar alcohols,which means a lot to development in new detergents or other fine chemicals. 展开更多

The temperature-dependent rheological behaviors of five selected binary eutectic mixture sugar alcohols,with great potential for latent heat storage in the range of 353.15 K to 523.15 K,were investigated.It was found that the rheological behaviors of the mixture sugar alcohols depend on those of the pure compounds as well as their molar ratios.The two mixtures of xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol and erythritol(84 mol%)+d-mannitol behave like pseudoplastic fluids with typical non-Newtonian shear-thinning behaviors,as indicated by the power law index of 0.99(<1).The mixture of d-mannitol(70 mol%)+d-dulcitol is a nonlinear Bingham fluid,exhibiting a slight yield stress(0.001 Pa to 0.01 Pa)at low shear rates.The rest two mixtures containing the cyclic-structured inositol behave like Herschel-Bulkley fluids.The infinite shear viscosities of the eutectic mixtures over the entire temperature range appear to be higher than those of their respective pure compounds,except for inositol.The mixture of xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol at its melting point shows higher dynamic viscosity of about 0.546 Pa·s than the values of about 0.396 Pa·s and 0.035 Pa·s for xylitol and erythritol,respectively.In addition,the activation energies of viscous flow of the mixtures,as determined by fitting the dynamic viscosity-temperature curves using the Arrhenius model,also exhibit higher values than those of their pure compounds.The activation energy of viscous flow of the mixture xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol was determined to be about 92400 J/mol in the supercooled liquid state,while the supercooled liquid xylitol and erythritol have much lower values of 83500 J/mol and 51900 J/mol,respectively.Both the increased dynamic viscosities and activation energies of viscous flow can result in deteriorated crystallization performance during latent heat retrieval. 展开更多

Functional sugar alcohols are a kind of burgeoning food additives to substitute saccharose due to the prominent biofunctions including moderate sweetness,low calorific values and no influence on blood sugar fluctuation,thus applied widely in food,medical,health protection as well as chemical production.Traditional synthesis of functional sugar alcohols required high temperature and H2 pressure,as well as leading to low reaction efficiency,side reactions and leaching of toxic metal ions.In the present work,Pt-Ni-Sn/MWCNTs catalyst was obtained using a liquid phase reduction method with the transition metals loading of Pt 3.4%,Ni 0.7%,Sn 0.4%,respectively.The catalyst catalyzed the preparation of xylitol,sorbitol,mannitol and galactitol with the high monosaccharide conversion(>99.5%)and yield(>99.1%)under relatively mild conditions(100℃,3.0 MPa H2),which were lower than ever reported.For the 13-batch reuse of Pt-Ni-Sn/MWCNTs,the total conversion of xylose was 99.4%and the total yield of xylitol was 99.2%,the productivity of 103.2 g xylitol per gram of catalyst was also obtained.Besides,no side reactions,no metal ions as well as no changes of pH were observed in the reaction process.Our trimetallic catalyst exhibited valuable potential in functional sugar alcohols production. 展开更多

Theoretical calculation of the formation of egg cells frequencies and those of further development of cells entering embryogenesis without fertilization, also the diminution calculation of excessive chromosome regions carrying marker locus alleles have been made. 目的探讨血脂血糖联合肝功能检验在非酒精性脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2023年3月至2023年12月到吉林省临床检验中心接受检查的89例非酒精性脂肪肝患者和85名健康体检者为研究对象,分别设为观察组和对照组。所有研究对象均接受血... 目的探讨血脂血糖联合肝功能检验在非酒精性脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2023年3月至2023年12月到吉林省临床检验中心接受检查的89例非酒精性脂肪肝患者和85名健康体检者为研究对象,分别设为观察组和对照组。所有研究对象均接受血脂、空腹血糖、肝功能检验。比较两组血脂、空腹血糖、肝功能的差异。结果观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及空腹血糖高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶及谷氨酰转肽酶指标水平较对照组高(P<0.05);联合检测准确性较单独检测高(P<0.05)。结论血脂、血糖联合肝功能检验在非酒精性脂肪肝诊断中具有积极作用,便于临床更好地诊断与治疗。 展开更多

氨基酸与糖醇共存体系在长期储存后会发生色泽褐变,但目前尚未明晰底物结构与色泽变化的关系及相应机制。该研究分析了代表性氨基酸与糖醇种类对热反应(120℃,2 h)体系褐变指数的影响,借助荧光光谱、高压离子色谱、液-质联用等方法对类... 氨基酸与糖醇共存体系在长期储存后会发生色泽褐变,但目前尚未明晰底物结构与色泽变化的关系及相应机制。该研究分析了代表性氨基酸与糖醇种类对热反应(120℃,2 h)体系褐变指数的影响,借助荧光光谱、高压离子色谱、液-质联用等方法对类黑素形成的关键中间产物的积累进行追踪,探索了底物结构导致褐变差异的原因。结果表明,山梨醇与3种代表性氨基酸反应后体系的褐变程度均大于甘露醇,其中山梨醇-赖氨酸的褐变指数约是甘露醇-赖氨酸的1.5倍,这与山梨醇C2位碳原子位于更活跃位置及亲水性更高有关。相比于甘氨酸和三甲基甘氨酸,拥有2个氨基且位于䥺SymboleAp位的赖氨酸不仅促使山梨醇转化为较多的葡萄糖与果糖,而且导致体系中积累更高浓度的美拉德反应无色中间产物、荧光物质以及类黑素重要前体物质乙二醛(56.61 mg/L)和丙酮醛(1.16 mg/L)。该研究为含糖醇和氨基酸产品的合理配方设计提供了科学依据。 展开更多

【目的】探究采前喷施糖醇钙对库买提杏果实品质及挥发性物质的影响。【方法】以库买提杏为试材,采前喷施稀释800、1200和1600倍糖醇钙溶液,测定成熟期的果实品质,同时利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(headspace solid phase microext... 【目的】探究采前喷施糖醇钙对库买提杏果实品质及挥发性物质的影响。【方法】以库买提杏为试材,采前喷施稀释800、1200和1600倍糖醇钙溶液,测定成熟期的果实品质,同时利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry)联用技术,测定成熟期库买提杏果实的挥发性物质。【结果】采前喷施糖醇钙均能提高杏果实品质,其中KMT-800处理最为显著,单果重、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、VC含量和可滴定酸含量较CK增加了8.50%、64.13%、31.05%、61.03%和86.57%。不同浓度的糖醇钙处理库买提杏果实的挥发性物质总含量均显著高于CK,其中KMT-800处理果实的挥发性物质含量最高,为(220.89±26.88)μg/g,较CK增加了48%,其次是KMT-1200处理、KMT-1600处理,果实挥发性物质总含量较CK分别增加了39%、25%。筛选出59种关键香气物质,其中萜类、杂环化合物、醇类、酚类和酮类化合物含量与CK处理存在显著差异。【结论】KMT-800糖醇钙处理在提高库买提杏果实品质及挥发性物质效果最佳。 展开更多

不同种类甜味剂对甜味感知脑电信号的影响

甜味剂作为一种替代糖的食品添加剂,有助于降低食物中的含糖量,在食品工业中得到了广泛应用。食品行业对低热量和天然甜味剂的需求日益增加,为了解甜味剂对人类味觉感知的影响,考察了在不同甜味剂(果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、木糖醇、阿斯巴... 甜味剂作为一种替代糖的食品添加剂,有助于降低食物中的含糖量,在食品工业中得到了广泛应用。食品行业对低热量和天然甜味剂的需求日益增加,为了解甜味剂对人类味觉感知的影响,考察了在不同甜味剂(果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、赤藓糖醇、甜菊糖苷、山梨糖醇)刺激下,多个电极位点脑电信号在δ波(1~4 Hz)、θ波(4~8 Hz)、α波(8~12 Hz)、β波(12~30 Hz)的功率变化。结果显示,位于右额叶的位点F4及位于左顶叶的位点P3在δ波下表现出显著增强(P<0.05),位于左中央区的位点C3和位于右后颞叶的位点P8在θ波下表现出显著增强(P<0.05),说明甜味感知在情绪反应和情感调节中发挥着关键作用;虽然各甜味剂频谱信号中α波和β波变化较弱,但同样提示其对愉悦感的影响。糖类甜味剂、糖醇类甜味剂及高倍甜味剂作为最常见的甜味剂种类,能够与舌上受体结合产生味觉感知,继而通过复杂的信号通路传递给大脑,脑电信号在δ波频段中均出现功率变化。不同种类的甜味剂对味觉感知的影响不同,糖类甜味剂在δ波、θ波、α波引发脑电信号变化;糖醇类甜味剂在δ波、θ波有影响;高倍甜味剂对δ波、θ波、α波、β波均具有影响。不同电极位点在不同频段信号下的差异性反映了大脑对甜味刺激的复杂加工机制,研究结果旨在为人体饮食行为和情绪调节提供一定的参考意义。 展开更多

糖醇类材料被认为是性能优异的中温相变材料(PCMs)而备受关注。研究糖醇类PCMs在不同储热温度和时间下的结晶特性变化规律,对评估储热系统在实际应用中的释热效果至关重要。然而,目前对这方面的研究还不够充分。本研究在氮气(N_(2))氛围... 糖醇类材料被认为是性能优异的中温相变材料(PCMs)而备受关注。研究糖醇类PCMs在不同储热温度和时间下的结晶特性变化规律,对评估储热系统在实际应用中的释热效果至关重要。然而,目前对这方面的研究还不够充分。本研究在氮气(N_(2))氛围下,分别采用非等温和等温测试方法,通过引入过冷度(ΔT_(sc))和释热率(HRR)两个参数,探究了赤藓糖醇、D-甘露醇和肌醇的结晶特性随过热温度和时间的变化规律。实验结果表明:在非等温测试中,赤藓糖醇、D-甘露醇和肌醇在70℃、25℃和15℃的过热度范围内,随着加热时间的延长,它们的过冷度均能保持相对稳定,分别约为70℃、46℃和37℃;其释热率在相应的过热度范围内随加热时间延长也能保持相对稳定,分别约为68%、91%和78%。等温测试结果进一步表明,在10℃过热度下,这些糖醇的过冷度随着加热时间的延长也能保持相对稳定,但相比于非等温测试显著降低,分别约为19.6℃、1.6℃和1.3℃。 展开更多

【目的】桃红颈天牛是危害桃、杏、李、梅等核果类树木枝干的重要钻蛀类害虫,在泰安市龙泽湖公园内主要危害紫叶李和榆叶梅等花灌木,且发生严重。【方法】针对桃红颈天牛不同发育阶段幼虫期,分别开展灌根试验、喷干试验和释放天敌昆虫,... 【目的】桃红颈天牛是危害桃、杏、李、梅等核果类树木枝干的重要钻蛀类害虫,在泰安市龙泽湖公园内主要危害紫叶李和榆叶梅等花灌木,且发生严重。【方法】针对桃红颈天牛不同发育阶段幼虫期,分别开展灌根试验、喷干试验和释放天敌昆虫,成虫期利用糖醋酒液进行诱捕,以期筛选出适合公园内桃红颈天牛的无公害防治技术。【结果】20%呋虫胺悬浮剂灌根处理的虫口减退率最高可达88.83%,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯+5%甲维盐+3%噻虫嗪+有机硅喷干处理的防治效果可达80.31%,糖醋酒液诱捕成虫效果显著,联合释放花绒寄甲卵和成虫的防治效果为80%左右。【结论】在公园场景中,利用糖醋酒液诱捕成虫,药剂喷干和灌根防治幼虫,结合释放天敌,可有效控制危害公园花灌木的桃红颈天牛。 展开更多

建立了高效阴离子交换色谱-脉冲安培法测定食品中15种功能糖及糖醇的分析方法。样品经超声提取、沉淀蛋白后,采用CarboPac PA10(4×250mm)色谱柱分离,在流速为0.90 mL·min^(-1),柱温为25℃的梯度洗脱条件下进行分析,外标法定量... 建立了高效阴离子交换色谱-脉冲安培法测定食品中15种功能糖及糖醇的分析方法。样品经超声提取、沉淀蛋白后,采用CarboPac PA10(4×250mm)色谱柱分离,在流速为0.90 mL·min^(-1),柱温为25℃的梯度洗脱条件下进行分析,外标法定量。15种功能糖及糖醇在0.25 mg·L^(-1)~50.0 mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性相关系数良好(r≥0.999),方法的定量限为0.08 mg/100g~1.74 mg/100g。以饮料、饼干、巧克力和奶粉为样品基质,在3个不同加标水平下,15种功能糖及糖醇的回收率为90.1%~109.3%,相对标准偏差为0.27%~3.80%。该方法在20 min内即可实现15种功能糖及糖醇的定量分析,操作简便、分析速度快,灵敏度高,可以应用于食品中多种功能糖及糖醇含量的测定。 展开更多

糖醇和壳寡糖螯合钙肥对番茄生长发育的影响

为明确糖醇与壳寡糖作为钙肥助剂在番茄生产上的有效性,采用盆栽试验,以清水和硝酸钙为对照,研究了糖醇和壳寡糖螯合钙肥对番茄生长、品质和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,番茄长势、品质和氮、磷、钾、钙含量在糖醇和壳寡糖螯合钙肥作用下... 为明确糖醇与壳寡糖作为钙肥助剂在番茄生产上的有效性,采用盆栽试验,以清水和硝酸钙为对照,研究了糖醇和壳寡糖螯合钙肥对番茄生长、品质和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,番茄长势、品质和氮、磷、钾、钙含量在糖醇和壳寡糖螯合钙肥作用下均有提升,其中以壳寡糖螯合钙应用效果最好。壳寡糖螯合钙处理的番茄株高较硝酸钙和糖醇螯合钙处理分别提高11.69%和2.64%,单株产量分别提高12.22%和5.82%,叶片叶绿素含量分别提高16.09%和6.79%;果实可溶性糖和维生素C含量较糖醇螯合钙分别提高11.97%和3.45%,可滴定酸含量降低4.24%;番茄地上部钙和果实钙吸收量分别较糖醇螯合钙处理提高7.97%和5.04%,果实脐腐病发病率降低7.27%,番茄地上部氮、磷、钾吸收量分别提高6.30%、6.99%和2.71%。综上,糖醇和壳寡糖均可作为钙肥助剂加以应用,有效促进钙营养的吸收利用,以壳寡糖在番茄上的应用效果最佳。 展开更多

建立了离子色谱法-积分安培检测器同时测定食品添加剂中7种糖及糖醇的方法。为避免杂风干扰,在进样前后都对系统进行高浓度淋洗液冲洗,进样前仪器调整为流速为0.5 mL/min,pH值在7.0~8.5,柱温为30℃,淋洗液浓度50 mmol/L条件下运行10 mi... 建立了离子色谱法-积分安培检测器同时测定食品添加剂中7种糖及糖醇的方法。为避免杂风干扰,在进样前后都对系统进行高浓度淋洗液冲洗,进样前仪器调整为流速为0.5 mL/min,pH值在7.0~8.5,柱温为30℃,淋洗液浓度50 mmol/L条件下运行10 min稳定基线后再进样,在CarboPac^(TM)MA1(4 mm×250 mm)色谱柱中进行分离。结果表明:7种组分的响应峰面积与浓度呈线性关系,且在测定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r^(2)>0.999);7种组分检出限在0.015~0.035 mg/L之间;在0.50、1.00、5.00 mg/L 3个添加浓度水平下,平均回收率为94.25%~105.88%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.02%~4.85%范围内。该方法解决了对食品添加剂中多组分准确分析的技术难题,简便、快速、准确、灵敏,完全适于食品添加剂中糖、糖醇的分析检测。 展开更多

基于近红外光谱(NIRS)技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了脊痛宁片醇沉上清液多指标成分快速定量分析模型。采用超高效液相色谱测定98批脊痛宁片醇沉上清液中的葛根素、芍药苷、甘草酸含量;使用烘干法测定可溶性固体含量;比色法测定总糖含... 基于近红外光谱(NIRS)技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了脊痛宁片醇沉上清液多指标成分快速定量分析模型。采用超高效液相色谱测定98批脊痛宁片醇沉上清液中的葛根素、芍药苷、甘草酸含量;使用烘干法测定可溶性固体含量;比色法测定总糖含量,并运用PLS法建立NIRS与各项指标定量参考值之间的多元校正模型。以预测决定系数(R_(P)^(2))和预测均方根误差(RMSEP)对定量预测模型进行评价。结果显示,上清液中葛根素、芍药苷、甘草酸、可溶性固体、总糖NIRS定量模型的预测R_(P)^(2)分别为0.9801、0.9890、0.9815、0.9961、0.9781;RMSEP分别为0.0112、0.0299、0.0141、0.0627、0.8090。12批外部独立验证集样品的平均相对偏差范围为2.52%~3.87%。所建立的近红外定量模型预测性能良好,简捷快速,可用于脊痛宁片醇沉上清液中间体的快速检测和质量控制。 展开更多
