In order to improve the edge detection precision of miniature parts in microscopic field of viewa sub-pixel edge detectionalgorithm combining non-orthogonal quadratic B-spline wavelet transform algorithm and Zernike moment algorithm is proposed.Non-orthogonal quadratic B-spline wavelet transform algorithm is adopted to get the pixel edge of miniature parts?andthe moment invariant of Zernike moment algorithm is used for refining the pixel edge to get sub-pixel edges.A real-time detectionsystem based on the proposed algorithm for miniature parts is established.The general system structure and operational principle are given,the real-time image acquisition and detection are completed,the results of edge detection are analyzed and the detection precision is evaluated.The results show that parts size can be0.01-10mm and the detection precision reaches0.01%-0.1%.Therefore,the edge of the miniature parts can be accurately identified and the detection precision can be improved to sub-pixel level,which meets the requirements of miniature parts precision detection. 展开更多

There are problems such as incomplete edges and poor noise suppression when a single fixed morphological structuring element is used to detect the edges in remote sensing images. For this reason, a morphological edge detection method for remote sensing image based on variable structuring element is proposed. Firstly, the structuring elements with different scales and multiple directions are constructed according to the diversity of remote sensing imagery targets. In order to suppress the noise of the target background and highlight the edge of the image target in the remote sensing image by adaptive Top hat and Bottom hat transform, the corresponding adaptive morphological operations are constructed based on variable structuring elements; Secondly, adaptive morphological edge detection is used to obtain multiple images with different scales and directional edge features; Finally, the image edges are obtained by weighted summation of each direction edge, and then the least square is used to fit the edges for accurate location of the edge contour of the target. The experimental results show that the proposed method not only can detect the complete edge of remote sensing image, but also has high edge detection accuracy and superior anti-noise performance. Compared with classical edge detection and the morphological edge detection with a fixed single structuring element, the proposed method performs better in edge detection effect, and the accuracy of detection can reach 95 % 展开更多

The detection of hydrophobicity is an important way to evaluate the performance of composite insulators, which is helpful to the safe operation of composite insulators. Image processing technology is used to judge the hydrophobicity of composite insulators, which makes detection results more accurate and overcomes the subjective drawbacks of traditional detection methods.?As the traditional Canny operator requires manual intervention in selecting the variance of the Gaussian filter and the threshold, the paper presents a method of edge detection based on improved Canny operator. First, the adaptive median filter replaces the Gaussian filter, which can eliminate the impact from the variance of Gaussian filter and remove noise according to the characteristics of the image itself. Then the Ostu threshold method is used to select the best threshold automatically, which makes the edge detection be more continuous and reduce the presence of fake edges. The results show that the operator is applicable to all hydrophobic images. 展开更多

In order to optimize the wood internal quality detection and evaluation system and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of wood,this paper invented a set of log internal defect detection and visualization system by using the ultrasonic dry coupling agent method.The detection and visualization analysis of internal log defects were realized through log specimen test.The main conclusions show that the accuracy,reliability and practicability of the system for detecting the internal defects of log specimens have been effectively verified.The system can make the edge of the detected image smooth by interpolation algorithm,and the edge detection algorithm can be used to detect and reflect the location of internal defects of logs accurately.The content mentioned above has good application value for meeting the requirement of increasing demand for wood resources and improving the automation level of wood nondestructive testing instruments. 展开更多

An improved method for edge detection based on neighbor distance for processing hemispheric photography

Hemisphere photos are now widely applied to provide information about solar radiation dynamics,canopy structure and their contribution to biophysical processes,plant productivity and ecosystem properties.The present study aims to improve the original‘edge detection’method for binary classifcation between sky and canopy,which works not well for closed canopies.We supposed such inaccuracy probably is due to the infuence of sky pixels on their neighbor canopy pixels.Here,we introduced a new term‘neighbor distance’,defned as the distance between pixels participated in the calculation of contrast at the edges between classifed canopy and sky,into the‘edge detection’method.We showed that choosing a suitable neighbor distance for a photo with a specifc gap fraction can signifcantly improve the accuracy of the original‘edge detection’method.We developed an ND-IS(Neighbor Distance-Iteration Selection)method that can automatically determine the threshold values of hemisphere photos with high accuracy and reproductivity.It combines the modifed‘edge detection’method and an iterative selection method,with the aid of an empirical power function for the relationship between neighbor distance and manually verifed gap fraction.This procedure worked well throughout a broad range of gap fractions(0.019-0.945)with different canopy compositions and structures,in fve forest biomes along a broad gradient of latitude and longitude across Eastern China.Our results highlight the necessity of integrating neighbor distance into the original‘edge detection’algorithm.The advantages and limitations of the method,and the application of the method in the feld were also discussed. 展开更多

Continuum-based discrete element method(CDEM)is an explicit numerical method used for simulation of progressive failure of geological body.To improve the efficiency of contact detection and simplify the calculation steps for contact forces,semi-spring and semi-edge are introduced in calculation.Semispring is derived from block vertex,and formed by indenting the block vertex into each face(24semisprings for a hexahedral element).The formation process of semi-edge is the same as that of semi-spring(24semi-edges for a hexahedral element).Based on the semi-springs and semi-edges,a new type of combined contact model is presented.According to this model,six contact types could be reduced to two,i.e.the semi-spring target face contact and semi-edge target edge contact.By the combined model,the contact force could be calculated directly(the information of contact type is not necessary),and the failure judgment could be executed in a straightforward way(each semi-spring and semi-edge own their characteristic areas).The algorithm has been successfully programmed in C++program.Some simple numerical cases are presented to show the validity and accuracy of this model.Finally,the failure mode,sliding distance and critical friction angle of Jiweishan landslide are studied with the combined model. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems that the classical Gaussian mixture model is unable to detect the complete moving object, and is sensitive to the light mutation scenes and so on, an improved algorithm is proposed for moving object detection based on Gaussian mixture model and three-frame difference method. In the process of extracting the moving region, the improved three-frame difference method uses the dynamic segmentation threshold and edge detection technology, and it is first used to solve the problems such as the illumination mutation and the discontinuity of the target edge. Then, a new adaptive selection strategy of the number of Gaussian distributions is introduced to reduce the processing time and improve accuracy of detection. Finally, HSV color space is used to remove shadow regions, and the whole moving object is detected. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can detect moving objects in various situations effectively. 展开更多

当前的仪表系数灵敏度估计方法由于受实际应用环境中复杂多变的干扰因素等影响,导致其灵敏度估计精准性较差。为此设计嵌入式技术下的造纸机仪表系数灵敏度精准估计方法。使用嵌入式Video4Linux2编程采集造纸机仪表图像。通过Canny边缘... 当前的仪表系数灵敏度估计方法由于受实际应用环境中复杂多变的干扰因素等影响,导致其灵敏度估计精准性较差。为此设计嵌入式技术下的造纸机仪表系数灵敏度精准估计方法。使用嵌入式Video4Linux2编程采集造纸机仪表图像。通过Canny边缘检测算法识别采集的造纸机仪表图像的边缘信息,根据边缘信息中指针轮廓面积范围确定指针轮廓。应用最小二乘法对指针轮廓点进行直线拟合,获得造纸机仪表指针直线表示。设计基于高斯混合模型的仪表系数灵敏度估计方法,通过计算造纸机仪表指针直线与检测直线间的夹角偏差、指针中心外接矩形中心点与检测直线间的距离,实现造纸机仪表读数灵敏性估计。测试结果表明,设计方法的动态光照灵敏度估计指数整体高于0.85,噪声鲁棒性灵敏度估计率整体高于0.9,跨场景仪表系数估计适应度指数整体高于0.95,说明该方法在复杂多变的应用环境中具有较高的灵敏度估计精准性。 展开更多

针对尺度不变特征转换(scale invariant feature transform,SIFT)算法在无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)影像的匹配过程中存在特征点稳定性差和误匹配多的问题,文章提出一种基于改进SIFT和多约束的UAV影像匹配方法。首先,在对影像... 针对尺度不变特征转换(scale invariant feature transform,SIFT)算法在无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)影像的匹配过程中存在特征点稳定性差和误匹配多的问题,文章提出一种基于改进SIFT和多约束的UAV影像匹配方法。首先,在对影像降采样后,综合采用SIFT算法和Scharr-ORB(oriented brief)算法共同进行特征点检测和描述;然后,使用最近邻距离比值法(nearest neighbor distance ratio,NNDR)、双向约束匹配和余弦相似度约束匹配的多约束方法进行特征点的粗匹配;最后,使用最小中值(least median of squares,LMedS)算法计算基础矩阵和随机抽样一致性(random sample consensus,RANSAC)算法计算单应矩阵的多约束方法进行特征点的精匹配,进一步提高匹配精度。结果表明,该方法在获得更多特征点和匹配对数的同时,能够剔除较多的误匹配,使其具有较高的匹配正确率和匹配精度。 展开更多

[目的]针对传统城市轨道交通列车控制系统单一依赖“故障-安全”原则的局限性,通过引入云边计算技术,探索其满足SIL4安全等级标准的可行性,并从运行安全、运营安全及网络安全三个维度提升系统动态风险防控能力与综合效能。[方法]基于故障动态传播特性分析,结合风险转嫁理论,构建了包含同质或异质风险转移的多维安全评估模型;通过对比分析EN 50126标准风险矩阵的局限性,提出了增加可控性和动态传播性的四维评估框架;结合云边计算技术特性,系统分析了平台层、数据层、边缘层和业务层的安全威胁及应对策略。[结果及结论]云边计算通过算力弹性扩展与分布式冗余架构可满足SIL4标准要求;识别出数据与计算单元解耦、安全迁移策略、分布式故障检测三大关键技术挑战;提出了基于虚拟化接口的统一访问控制策略。研究为构建“云-边-端”协同的新型列车控制系统提供了理论依据和技术路径,所提出的四维安全评估框架和分层防护策略可有效提升系统整体安全性。 展开更多

新冠肺炎患者在确诊及治疗过程中,通过医生对肺部X光的病灶情况进行判断,由医生根据专业知识与经验给出诊断结果,为了保证医生在诊断过程当中给出正确、可靠的诊断结果,提供边缘清晰、信噪比高的肺部影像图片是新冠肺炎患者确诊及治疗... 新冠肺炎患者在确诊及治疗过程中,通过医生对肺部X光的病灶情况进行判断,由医生根据专业知识与经验给出诊断结果,为了保证医生在诊断过程当中给出正确、可靠的诊断结果,提供边缘清晰、信噪比高的肺部影像图片是新冠肺炎患者确诊及治疗的关键步骤。目前,利用Canny边缘检测算法与深度学习结合,实现新冠肺炎x光图像检测的方法,虽然检测效果好,但是泛化能力差、诊断效率低。针对传统Canny算法中使用高斯滤波不能消除椒盐噪声,且人工选取高低阈值自适应性不足的问题,提出一种改进的Canny算法,首先使用对比度受限的自适应直方图均衡化(CLAHE)对待检测图像进行图片增强,其次进行双边滤波的预处理,由于阈值的选取需要人为干预,采用最大类间方差法实现自适应选取高低阈值。通过对比实验发现,改进后的算法性能优于传统的Canny边缘检测方法,可以检测出更多的边缘细节,轮廓更加明显,并且图像质量提升了7%~15%。保持了Canny算法自适应强、去除干扰能力强的优点。 展开更多

在轨道交通领域,对接触轨几何参数的精确测量是保障列车运行安全和效率的关键因素。为满足高精度检测需求,文章通过插值法和图像边缘检测法提高了接触轨几何参数检测的精度和可靠性,采用图像预处理方法提高了插值精度,利用改进的Harris... 在轨道交通领域,对接触轨几何参数的精确测量是保障列车运行安全和效率的关键因素。为满足高精度检测需求,文章通过插值法和图像边缘检测法提高了接触轨几何参数检测的精度和可靠性,采用图像预处理方法提高了插值精度,利用改进的Harris角点检测和Sobel边缘检测算子提取关键特征。试验结果表明,插值法在亚像素角点提取方面具有更高的精度,误差绝对平均值为0.0398%,优于传统灰度梯度法的0.1891%。Sobel边缘检测算子在处理光条散射噪声方面表现优异。在实际应用中,建立的检测模型与手动检测的数据相近,误差在1 mm内。建立的接触轨几何参数检测模型显著提升了铁路轨道检测的准确性和效率,有助于预防潜在的轨道故障,为铁路运输系统的稳定运行提供了强有力的技术支撑。 展开更多
