Twenty-five students viewed angry, fearful and neutral female faces in four visual oddball tasks, and completed the Attachment Style Questionnaire, the Autonomy-Connectedness Scale, and Anxiety and Depression subscales of the Symptom Checklist-90. When the oddballs were angry faces in a background of neutral frequents, we found higher levels of autonomy and secure attachment to be related to larger N100 and smaller P300 amplitudes;higher levels of anxious attachment were, on the contrary, associated with smaller N100 and larger P300 amplitudes. Variation in attachment is related to approaching, or withdrawing from threatening stimuli, and ERP-techniques add to our understanding of how the attachment system actually works.展开更多

To identify risk factors of the doctor burn-out is vital to improving their health and increasing the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to explore the relationship between work-family confict (WFC) and burn-out among Chinese doctors and the mediating role of coping styles in this relationship. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in China, with a questionnaire packet which consisted of the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory (CMBI), WFC Scale and the Simplifed Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). A total of 2530 doctors participated in the survey. Correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationship between CMBI, WFC and SCSQ scores. A linear regression model was set to determine the mediating role of coping styles on the relationship between WFC and burn-out.Results Doctors who had higher scores on work interfering with family confict, reported more emotional exhaustion (r=0.514, P〈0.001) and had a sense of accomplishment (r= 0.149, P〈0.001). Simultaneously, family interfering with work (FIW) was positively associated with all dimensions of burn-out (r=0.213, 0.504, 0.088, respectively, P〈0.001). Coping styles had partial, complete and even mediating effects on the relationship between WFC and burn-out among Chinese doctors. Conclusions WFC was correlated with burn-out, and coping style was a mediator in this relationship among Chinese doctors. Coping style was a positive resource against burn-out.展开更多

The West Junggar region has three metallogenic belts distributed systematically from north to south: (1) late Paleozoic Saur Au-Cu belt; (2) early Paleozoic Xiemisitai- Sharburt Be-U-Cu-Zn belt; (3) late Paleozoic Barluk-Kelamay Au-Cu-Mo-Cr belt. These belts host a number of deposits belonging to at least eight economically important styles, including epithermal Au, granite-related Be-U, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) Cu-Zn, podiform chromite, porphyry Cu, hydrothermal quartz vein Au, porphyry-greisen Mo(-W), and orogenic Au. These deposit styles are associated with the tectonics prevalent during their formation. Five tectonic-mineralized epochs can be recognized: (1) Ordovician subduction-related VMS Cu-Zn deposit; (2) Devonian ophiolite-related podiform chromite deposit; (3) early Carboniferous subductionrelated epithermal Au and porphyry Cu deposits; (4) late Carboniferous subduction-related granite-related Be-U, porphyry Cu, and hydrothermal quartz vein Au deposits; and (5) late Carboniferous to early Permian subduction-related por- phyry-greisen Mo(-W) and orogenic Au deposits.展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to study the Cenozoic basin evolutionary stages, structural styles of the Qaidam, and the denudation in adjacent mountain systems through seismic profile interpretation and complemented by field observation. The Qaidam basin has experienced two tectonic stages of Paleogene—early Miocene (65~12Ma) and late Miocene—present (12~0Ma). The former is characterized by differential uplift of the mountains and subsidence of the basin, and the latter by intense compression, wrench, thrusting and folding. The compressional structural styles are mainly distributed in the Circle Hero—Range Depression of southwest Qaidam, such as Nanyishan, Youquanzi, Younan, Youshashan anticline belts and thrust faults. The wrench structural styles of the northern Qaidam include en echelon uplifts (fault—block outcrops) such as Seshitengshan, Luliangshan, Xitieshan and Eimnikshan, which are mainly composed of pre\|Sinian and Paleozoic rocks; en echelon anticlines such as Lenghu—Nanbaxian belts; and en echelon depressions such as Kunteyi, Senan and Yibei depressions, which are mainly composed of Mesozoic and Cenozoic rocks.展开更多

文摘There're mainly two kinds of behaviors-Task Behaviors(TBs) and Relationship Behaviors(RBs) among the school leadership styles. TBs contribute to achieving the goals, while RBs help to promote the interpersonal relationships. However, different perceptions of social values and morals will have a great influence on establishing the good leader-teacher relationship and the teacher-student relationship, which is also no exception for the leadership styles. Thus, optimizing the leadership styles will enhance the leader-teacher relationship, and also benefit the teacher-student relationship.

文摘Objectives:This study aimed to explore the level of stress, types of stressors, type of coping styles, and factors influencing stress levels and coping styles among nursing students during the initial period of the clinical practicum. Methods:A cross-sectional survey design was used.In September 2017,participants were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province,China, using a convenience sampling method.A demographic characteristics questionnaire, the Intern Nursing Student Stressor Scale, and the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used to collect data.Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, independent sample t-tests,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple linear regres-sion analysis. Results:A total of 158 nursing students were recruited, most of whom were female, undergraduates, and from rural areas. The nursing students perceived a moderate level of stress during the initial period of the clinical practicum. The need for knowledge and skills was the most common source of stress.Positive coping styles were most commonly adopted.Nursing students who were undergraduates, only children, and chose nursing major involuntarily experienced higher stress levels than those who were junior college students, not only children, and chose nursing major voluntarily.Nursing undergraduates were more likely to use positive coping styles than junior college students.Male nursing students and those experiencing higher stress levels related to the“environment and equipment of the wards”and the“nature and content of the work”were more likely to use negative coping styles. Conclusion:Nursing educators should offer targeted guidance based on the stress reported during the clinical practicum and the demographic characteristics of the nursing students.Guidance should be provided to encourage nursing students to adopt effective coping strategies and reduce stress.
文摘Attachment theory suggests that anxious attachment is associated with hypervigilance to threatening social stimuli, and avoidant attachment with avoidance or suppression of processing such stimuli. Variation in attachment is related to approaching, or withdrawing from threatening stimuli, and ERP-techniques add to our understanding of how the attachment system actually works.

文摘Background Burn-out among doctors threatens their own health, and that of their patients. Coping style was a positive resource against burn-out.

文摘The West Junggar region, located in the loci of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, is a highly endowed metallogenic province with 〉100 tonnes Au, 〉0.7 Mt Cu, 〉0.3 Mt Mo, and 〉2.3 Mt chromite as well as significant amounts of Be and U. The West Junggar region has three metallogenic belts distributed systematically from north to south: (1) late Paleozoic Saur Au-Cu belt; (2) early Paleozoic Xiemisitai- Sharburt Be-U-Cu-Zn belt; (3) late Paleozoic Barluk-Kelamay Au-Cu-Mo-Cr belt. These belts host a number of deposits belonging to at least eight economically important styles, including epithermal Au, granite-related Be-U, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) Cu-Zn, podiform chromite, porphyry Cu, hydrothermal quartz vein Au, porphyry-greisen Mo(-W), and orogenic Au. These deposit styles are associated with the tectonics prevalent during their formation. Five tectonic-mineralized epochs can be recognized: (1) Ordovician subduction-related VMS Cu-Zn deposit; (2) Devonian ophiolite-related podiform chromite deposit; (3) early Carboniferous subductionrelated epithermal Au and porphyry Cu deposits; (4) late Carboniferous subduction-related granite-related Be-U, porphyry Cu, and hydrothermal quartz vein Au deposits; and (5) late Carboniferous to early Permian subduction-related por- phyry-greisen Mo(-W) and orogenic Au deposits.
文摘Teaching styles and learning styles play important parts in ESL/EFL classrooms. However, is it necessary for language teachers to match their teaching styles with their students' learning styles? Is it feasible for the teachers to match their teaching styles to every individual student's learning styles?Because of the incompatible learning and teaching styles, suggestions on how to deal with the difficulties in the matching of these two styles will be given.
文摘Qaidam basin is located at northeast Qinghai—Xizang (Tibet) plateau, and surrounded by east Kunlun, south Qilian and Altun mountain systems. The wrench structural styles of the northern Qaidam include en echelon uplifts (fault—block outcrops) such as Seshitengshan, Luliangshan, Xitieshan and Eimnikshan, which are mainly composed of pre\|Sinian and Paleozoic rocks; en echelon anticlines such as Lenghu—Nanbaxian belts; and en echelon depressions such as Kunteyi, Senan and Yibei depressions, which are mainly composed of Mesozoic and Cenozoic rocks.
