Post-substitution teaching is a practical exploration of the reform of the ways of training normal college students,the practice of which requires the care and response at the theoretical level.Using a variety of methods such as questionnaires,interviews and data analysis,this study has discussed the effeet of post-substitution teaching on normal college students'professional identity.Results show that their professional identity has significantly enhanced,but in reality,there exist contradictions between professional identity and career choices;that their discipline identity has been enhanced,while there exist obvious differences among different disciplines;and that normal college students have become more self-conscious of their discipline,but have been confronted with different levels of role conflict.Therefore,we need to take appropriate educational intervention strategies so as to give full play to the educational values of the post-suhstitution teaching. 展开更多
