To lower the adverse impact on the dual-spin projectile with fixed canards under the premise of meeting guidance system requirements, the influence of control moment provided by a motor on the flight stability is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the effect of the rolling movement on stability is analyzed based on the stability criterion derived using the Hurwitz stability theory. Secondly, the evaluation parameters combining the features of different control periods that could assess the variation of stability features after the motor torque are obtained. These effective formulas are used to indicate that, to reduce the flight instability risks, the stabilized rolling speed of roll speed keeping period should be as small as possible; the variation trend of motor torque during the rolling speed controlling period and the roll angle of the forward body during roll angle switching period are recommended corresponding to the projectile and trajectory characteristics. Moreover,detailed numerical simulations of 155 mm dual-spin projectile are satisfactory agreement with the theoretical results.展开更多

When multiple projects in the space industry are implemented, it provides an effective methodology to resolve the problems at the same time such as conflicts among models, decrease in design efficiency,and increase in target deviation. Hence, a PPM dedicated to multiple projects management in space enterprise is presented in this paper. Firstly, an analysis of features and contents in space enterprise portfolio management mode is performed by using PPM based on its specific strategic characteristics. Then, the principle and selection methods of PPM are provided as a reference for the future development of an enterprise. Finally, a multiple-level organization architecture including decision making layers, function management layers and project execution layers is proposed so as to adapt to possible changes in the multiple projects and correspond to the strategic development. As a consequence, a perfect matching mechanism to fit the changes in PPM modes is reached. In addition, the flow chart of PPM is designed and optimized by analyzing the implementation procedure of strategic target and project portfolio life-cycle, which is expected to realize the purpose of improving space enterprise management efficiency, project management capacity, innovation development and economic benefits.展开更多

As a result, a satisfactory FEM mesh can be obtained, and further FEM analysis on this mesh would immediately produce an FEM solution which usually satisfies the user specified error tolerance. Even though the error tolerance was not completely satisfied, one or two steps of further local refinements would be sufficient. This strategy was found to be very simple, rapid, cheap and efficient. Taking the elliptical ordinary differential equation of second order as the model problem, the fundamental idea, implementation strategy and detailed algorithm are described. In a first step, the model is fitted in a traditional way and used to extrapolate forecast of the time-varying mortality index. The observed pattern of the mortality rates shows a different variability at different ages, highlighting that the homoscedasticity hypothesis is quite unrealistic. Thus, in a second step, the paper aims to produce more reliable mortality forecasting, focusing on the errors in the estimation of the model parameters. The robustness of the estimated parameter is analysed throughout an experimental strategy which allows to assess the robustness of the Lee Carter model by inducing the errors to satisfy the homoscedasticity hypothesis. The graphical and numerical results are tested by means of a comparison in terms of prediction accuracy.展开更多
