Aiming at the shallow depth seam proximity beneath a room mining goaf, due to that the shallow depth seam is exploited using the longwall mining and overlain by thin bedrock and thick loose sands, many accidents are likely to occur, including roof structure instability, roof step subsidence, damages of shield supports, and the face bumps triggered by the large area roof weighting, resulting in serious threats to the safety of underground miners and equipment. This paper analyses the overlying strata movement rules for the shallow seams using the physical simulation, the 3DEC numerical simulation and the field mea- surements. The results show that, in shallow seam mining, the overburden movement forms caved zone and fractured zone, the cracks develop continuously and reach the surface with the face advancing, and the development of surface cracks generally goes through four stages. With the application of loose blast- ing of residual pillars, reasonable mining height, and roof support and management, the safe, efficient and high recovery rate mining has been achieved in the shallow depth seam proximity beneath a room min ing goal. 展开更多

Steeply dipping seam group, which has complex occurrence conditions, belongs to the steeply dipping seam. The research on the strata movement around the coal face not only improves safe production technology in practice, but also develops the mining theory. By using physical simulation experiments, numerical simulation and site test, the deformation, failure and movement of surrounding rock in Iongwall working face were analyzed. According to the analysis, characteristics of the seam group were formed which is different from the single seam. Asymmetry mechanics, sequential changes and imbalance of strata movement along the tendency working face were summarized. Furthermore the features of upper and lower seams were different. The mining of the lower seam induced more complex strata movement along the strike. Multi-section mining disturbed surrounding rocks in larger areas than the single section mining did, which had an impact on and dynamic loading function to the support when mining the lower seam, and produced a great influence on the stability of support-rock system. 展开更多

After extracting the No.15seam, the overlying strata movement and the deformation of the No.9-10 protected seamwere studied. The experiment results show that it is feasible to destress the protectedseams with large interburden thickness. When the face had advanced 200 m from thesetup room, the No.9-10 seam was fully destressed, resulting in easy gas drainage in thedestressed zone. Bureau of Mines contracts. An innovative displacement measurement system called videogrammetric system was developed and utilized for recording, measuring and analyzing the deformation and failure process of the models. A room and pillar mining and a longwall mining prototypes were studied in the modeling. Mining-induced ground fissures are common problems associated with mining damage in shallowly buried coal seams in the western mining area of China.To evaluate the surface mining damage of the 12203 working face of the Huojitu Colliery in Shendong mining area,low-altitude infrared aerial surveys were conducted on the ground at the static fissure area(O-A1)and the dynamic fissure area(O-A2)of the working face.The temperature evolution patterns of fissures,sand and plants in the infrared images were analysed.The relationship between overburden fractures and surface fissure temperature was revealed,and the influence range and temperature self-healing period of the surface affected by underground mining were determined.The results indicated that underground mining could lead to a decrease in the ground temperature above the working face.The surface temperature evolution can be divided into three zones:a temperature stabilization zone before mining,a temperature cooling zone during mining,and a temperature recovery zone after mining.The temperature of sand and plants above the working face exhibited quadratic curve changes in O-A1 and O-A2,respectively.The length of the temperature reduction zone affected by mining is 40 m in O-A2,and 46.8 m in O-A1.The temperature recovery periods of ground fissures in O-A1 and O-A2 were 4.0 and 4.6 d,respectively.These findings could provide a basis for evaluating mining ground damage. 展开更多

In addition, using displacement as a basic unknown quantity, the accurate analytical series solution for the problem of strata movement induced by extraction of horizontal seam is worked out when crosswise isotropic elastic layers are in sliding contact condition. According to the problem during mining coal seam with high gas and its control, the theory numerical calculation of gas and strata movement law caused by protection layer mining was studied, with the background of Snake Mountain coal mine. First of all, the basic principle of fluid(gas)-solid coupling was briefly described, and a three dimensional model was established by FLAC software. Secondly, the calculation parameters of fluid-solid coupling were obtained based on the measured data, and the numerical calculation of sublevel mining was carried out in turn. Lastly, initial stress state, gas movement law, deformation law of pore pressure and movement characteristics of rock strata were studied, respectively. The results show that the gas and pressure were greatly reduced with the advance of 4 coal seam working surface, as well as the constant increase of area of goaf. Facilitating gas and the stress were gradually penetrated and released to goaf during the whole process of mining. The gas pressure, the aggregation degree and the surrounding rock pressure of the 1 coal seam and the 3 coal seam were greatly reduced. 展开更多

Conglomerate rock layer movement is the main power fountain of rock burst on the basis of locale observation. And rock burst moves periodically adapted to movement of deep conglomerate rock layer which had similar characteristic with main roof. It is proved that the numerical value of movement angle is correlated with the selected factors in theory. The scope of strata and surface movement due to mining can be predicted. The strata movement induced by sub-critical extraction is a problem not receiving due attention because of its relatively small magnitude of deformation.However,with the increase of mining depth,sub-critical extraction has become a general phenomenon.This calls for an in-depth investigation into the characteristics of ground movements observed under different extents of sub-critical extraction,so as to determine the appropriate mining technique for use.Following a discussion of the factors influencing the extent of super-critical extraction,the super-critical extraction extent evaluation criteria was presented,the characteristics and laws of the strata and ground movements caused by such an extraction condition were systematically analyzed,and the mechanism of surface subsidence induced by sub-critical extraction was revealed.The result of study may serve as a basis for the development of the strata and ground movement prediction model and the mining techniques appropriate for use at depth beneath surface structures and buildings. 展开更多

We combined the similar simulation with numerical simulation to analyze the movement and deforma- tion features of overlying strata caused by paste backfill mining, study the movement and deformation laws of the overlying strata in paste backfill mining, structural movement of the stope strata as well as the stope stress distribution laws. Furthermore, authors also explored the key factors to the movement and deformation of the overlying strata in paste backfill mining. The results indicate that a caving zone existed in the bending zone only in the overlying strata of the paste backfill mining. Compared with the roof caving mining, the degree of stress concentration and area of influence in the paste filling stope were apparently smaller. And the degree of destruction and area of the overlying strata decreased prominently. Also, there was no apparent strata behavior in the working face. Lastly, the filling ratio was the key to control the movement and deformation of the overlying strata. Combined with a specific engineering example, the author proved the reliability of the simulation results and provided a theoretical basis for the further extension of the paste backfill mining. 展开更多

目前,我国煤炭行业岩层运动模拟主要靠国外通用商业软件,存在计算效率低、计算规模小、矿业特色不明显等问题。基于自主开发的岩层运动并行计算系统StrataKing,通过GPU并行提升计算效率和计算规模,单元数为国外通用商业软件的10倍。Stra... 目前,我国煤炭行业岩层运动模拟主要靠国外通用商业软件,存在计算效率低、计算规模小、矿业特色不明显等问题。基于自主开发的岩层运动并行计算系统StrataKing,通过GPU并行提升计算效率和计算规模,单元数为国外通用商业软件的10倍。StrataKing的新突破包括垮落岩石的膨胀、煤层和巷道开挖后的逐渐卸荷及支护作用下的随采随充等,分别用于探究110工法、长壁开采和充填开采的岩层运动规律。结果表明,对于110工法,得以保留的左巷的最大下沉量为0.103 m,与现场结果基本相符;对于长壁开采,工作面两侧一定范围内的煤体开裂,应力向远处转移,在此掘巷有利于巷道维护,弯曲下沉带下边界与煤层下表面的距离和相似模拟结果基本相符;对于充填开采,模型上表面最大下沉量比未充填模型减少56.52%,占采高的比例降低55.55%,若干岩层裂而未断。 展开更多

在向地下索取资源和能源的过程中,为了满足运输和通风等需求,不可避免地要形成各种狭长的通道。随着向深部进军,通道的破坏和失稳问题引发了越来越多的关注。含孔洞的围岩模型力学行为的数值模拟研究的优势体现在省时省力,花费少,且能... 在向地下索取资源和能源的过程中,为了满足运输和通风等需求,不可避免地要形成各种狭长的通道。随着向深部进军,通道的破坏和失稳问题引发了越来越多的关注。含孔洞的围岩模型力学行为的数值模拟研究的优势体现在省时省力,花费少,且能获得较多的信息,但可靠结果在很大程度上依赖于是否采用了先进的数值计算方法。最近,岩层运动并行计算系统StrataKing被成功研发,其具有计算规模大(可达500万单元),计算效率高,矿业特色明显等优势。继对含孔洞的围岩模型进行常规加载(在模型边界上施加恒定的应力和速度)取得若干研究进展之后,开始尝试非常规研究手段,具体包括静动组合加载、静动模式转化和临界应力计算,他们在有些国外商业软件中并不具备,以满足进一步的或特殊的研究需要。研究结果表明,在静载存在条件下,周期冲击的幅值越高,巷道围岩的破裂和运动程度越大,这使巷道围岩平衡变得更加困难,而且,首次冲击能引发更多的破裂,这应与首次冲击引发的破裂具有一定的吸能作用有关;在与灾害孕育–发生过程更相符的准静力计算模式向动力计算模式转化的混合计算模式下,巷道围岩的破裂和运动更为严重,这说明传统的准静力计算模式适用性有限;当冲击能指数在正常范围时,正方形巷道围岩临界应力的计算结果比理论结果 (严格上仅适用于圆形巷道)大,而利用StrataKing可以处理任何形状巷道。StrataKing的大规模计算能力、丰富功能和鲜明矿业特色得以进一步呈现。 展开更多

实用矿山压力控制理论研究进展与突破的重点

与岩层运动有关的重大灾害在煤矿事故灾害中占主导地位,建立并完善矿山压力控制理论是控制相关灾害的基础。在回顾矿山压力理论发展历程的基础上,总结凝练了以上覆岩层运动为中心的“实用矿山压力控制理论”的内涵,从理论、技术、装备... 与岩层运动有关的重大灾害在煤矿事故灾害中占主导地位,建立并完善矿山压力控制理论是控制相关灾害的基础。在回顾矿山压力理论发展历程的基础上,总结凝练了以上覆岩层运动为中心的“实用矿山压力控制理论”的内涵,从理论、技术、装备方面总结了实用矿山压力控制理论的突破。在理论方面:构建了显示覆岩运动和支承压力分布发展变化规律的采场动态结构力学模型,确定不同采动条件下模型的动态发展规律;建立了两个应力场理论,揭示了内应力场实现的条件;构建了以位态方程为核心的工作面顶板控制力学模型,建立了工作面顶板控制(支架受力)与岩梁位态之间的关系。在装备方面:研发了三维相似材料模拟试验台、矿压机械模拟试验台等装备,实现了矿山岩层运动规律和支承压力分布规律反演模拟;研制了大量程(200~300 mm)、高精度(0.01 mm)顶板动态仪等监测仪器,形成了岩层动态成套监测装备和平台;搭建了覆岩运动仿真模拟系统,将力学模型以计算机的形式进行展示,实现了矿山压力的仿真与决策。在技术方面:提出了井下岩层动态观测技术,实现了基本顶来压预测预报;提出小煤柱沿空掘巷技术,将回采巷道布置在稳定的内应力场中,成功控制了传统大煤柱护巷诱发的冲击地压、瓦斯突出等动力灾害。最后,凝练了该理论的思维内核,兼具哲学战略性、功能导向性、效果实用性及风险回避性,并指出理论应重点突破的五大前沿方向为采动条件极端化、岩层运动调控化、采动应力调控化、矿山压力利用化与无为化。 展开更多

煤炭资源井工开采会引发上覆地层的移动变形,对工业广场建(构)筑物运维、采区规划及矿井安全生产造成严重影响。揭示基岩、松散层与地表三者之间的移动变形差异性及其垂向形变传递特征,对于矿区安全开采与沉陷控制具有重要实践意义。以... 煤炭资源井工开采会引发上覆地层的移动变形,对工业广场建(构)筑物运维、采区规划及矿井安全生产造成严重影响。揭示基岩、松散层与地表三者之间的移动变形差异性及其垂向形变传递特征,对于矿区安全开采与沉陷控制具有重要实践意义。以两淮新集矿区为研究对象,采用分布式光纤感测技术构建全地层监测系统,通过开展三维物理相似模型试验与工程原位测试相结合的方法,利用应变表征数据研究了煤层开采过程中全地层垂向移动过程及其变形分布与演化特征。研究表明:基岩、松散层与地表的移动变形呈现非整体、不连续特征,基岩与松散层内部变形表现出典型的分段性。在变形时序特征上,基岩表现为“陡沉—慢沉—稳沉”的快速传递模式,松散层呈现“缓沉—陡沉—慢沉—稳沉”的含隔水层分段变形模式,而地表则表现为“慢沉—缓沉—稳沉”的非均速渐变移动模式。进一步分析发现,基岩段变形传递速率是松散层段的4.8倍,而基岩段变形传递时间仅为松散层段的0.27倍。现场监测结果表明:全地层下沉构成中,基岩段下沉贡献率为78.4%,松散层段下沉贡献率为21.6%。回采阶段上覆地层受沉积层状结构及疏水共同作用,内部拉伸变形主要集中于采空区上方离层发育区及采空区边界附近,而压缩变形则集中于煤壁前方支承压力影响区。研究结果深化了厚松散层下煤层开采覆岩移动变形传递机制的认识,可为开采过程中从被动沉陷控制转向主动减沉、减损提供数据支撑与科学指导。 展开更多

为研究高位承压水作用下采场强矿压机理,采用物理模拟试验方法,建立了含承压水试验系统的物理相似模型,分析了高位承压水作用下覆岩破断运动规律。研究结果表明,高位承压水作用下,对采场矿压起控制作用的岩层由基本顶第1亚关键层上升至... 为研究高位承压水作用下采场强矿压机理,采用物理模拟试验方法,建立了含承压水试验系统的物理相似模型,分析了高位承压水作用下覆岩破断运动规律。研究结果表明,高位承压水作用下,对采场矿压起控制作用的岩层由基本顶第1亚关键层上升至高位主关键层。高位主关键层初次和周期断裂步距大幅减小,断裂位置有向煤壁靠近的趋势。含水层(高位主关键层)下位岩梁呈现出自上而下的整体复合破断特征,采场顶板断裂位置由控顶区后方前移至煤壁。顶板复合破断时,裂隙发育高度、采场顶板最大位移、岩层断裂角均显著增大,增幅分别为743%、509%、27%,顶板来压强烈,揭示了采场强矿压显现的根本原因。高位承压水作用导致工作面超前支承压力集中范围和应力集中程度大幅增加,基本顶第1、2亚关键层和高位主关键层前支承压力升高区范围、支承压力峰值、后支承压力升高区范围平均增幅达611%、33%、124%。 展开更多

煤矿区煤层气“一井三用”抽采模式与关键技术

针对煤矿规划区地面超前预抽井在煤炭采掘引发覆岩运移致使其井筒失稳、报废率高等问题,研究基于煤矿区“四区联动”井上下联合抽采模式开展煤层气地面井“一井三用”抽采技术研发与示范,旨在实现同一地面井在采前预抽、采中协同抽采与... 针对煤矿规划区地面超前预抽井在煤炭采掘引发覆岩运移致使其井筒失稳、报废率高等问题,研究基于煤矿区“四区联动”井上下联合抽采模式开展煤层气地面井“一井三用”抽采技术研发与示范,旨在实现同一地面井在采前预抽、采中协同抽采与采空区残余煤层气回收过程中的全生命周期,提高煤层气地面井井筒服役年限与抽采效率。依托晋能控股集团岳城矿高瓦斯厚煤层分层开采工程,选取该矿2301工作面地面预抽井为对象,开展覆岩运移与井筒响应协同研究,分析“一井三用”条件下地面井井身结构受力与抽采通道演化特征。基于采空区覆岩“横三区、竖三带”运移理论,揭示不同采动阶段井筒所处应力区段与潜在破坏部位,提出井筒局部防护与筛管段保护组合技术,形成由安全防护筛管及割缝套管组成的井筒防变形体系。结合上分层回采后覆岩移动与裂隙演化特征,构建地面预抽井改造再利用工艺流程。工程应用结果表明:将地面井布置于地表沉降拐点连线并适当偏向采场中心的位置,可有效规避采动核心影响区,保障井筒稳定性;通过在井口悬挂、并在覆岩裂隙带内布设割缝套管的改造方式,构建了“井筒-割缝套管-射孔套管-覆岩裂隙”四位一体的高效瓦斯运移通道;在上分层回采后,位于“O”形圈内、背斜构造处以及距回风巷0.2~0.4倍工作面倾向长度范围内的预抽井可实现“一井三用”。应用该技术,岳城矿改造地面井累计抽采煤层气5856.5×10~4 m3,甲烷平均体积分数达51.1%,实现了采前预抽井向采中与采后抽采的功能延伸。通过“一井三用”,2301工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度最大值由0.77%降至0.45%,最小值由0.22%降至0.06%,平均浓度由0.34%降至0.25%,上隅角瓦斯超限现象得到了有效控制,为岳城矿的安全生产与瓦斯减排提供了技术支撑。研究形成的“一井三用”抽采模式与井筒保护—通道构建一体化技术,为高瓦斯矿区地面井多阶段连续利用和煤—气协同开发提供了可借鉴的技术思路。 展开更多

The dynamic surface movement in and after mining was predicted by using the Mining Subsidence Prediction System. The results indicate that after mining, the surface above the super-wide panel reaches a state of full subsidence, making the No.309 national highway above the panel be located on the flat bottom of the subsidence basin so that the influence of mining activity in both sides of 4326 panel on the national highway is the smallest. 展开更多
