Monitoring Report of Maternal Antibody of Broiler Avian Influenza Virus H5 Subtype Re-8 Strain

[ Objective ] The paper was to prevent the occurrence of broiler avian influenza virus HS subtype Re-8 strain effectively in the breeding process of broilers. [Method] The maternal antibodies of broilers in Beijing Baochen Hongwang farm were monitored. According to the disappearance law of maternal antibody, the optimal immune time of broiler avian influenza virus H5 subtype Re-8 strain was determined. [ Result] The maternal antibody level of 2-day-old broilers was relatively high, concentrated at 6 log2 -9 log2, and the antibody positive rate was 100%. The maternal antibody level of 8-day-old broilers concentrated at 4 log2 -6 log2, and the antibody positive rate was 100%. The maternal antibody level of 17-day-old broilers concentrated at 0 log2 -3 log2 , and the antibody positive rate was 0. The average maternal antibody level of 24 - 37 days old broilers was 〈 1 log2, and the antibody positive rate was 0. [ Conclusion ] Although the av- erage maternal antibody level of 8-day-old broilers was higher than 5 log2 , 20% of chickens was 4 log2, and maternal antibody could not protect the flock completely. Therefore, the best primary immunization day age of chicks against avian influenza virus was 8 - 10 days of age. 展开更多

The technology of continuously welded rails (CWRs) is important in modern railway track structures. To measure rail stress, resistance strain gauges are preferred due to their good stability, sensitivity, and esistance to external interference. Based on the bi-directional strain method, we present a new method for measuring longitudinal rail stress using resistance strain gauges and develop a monitoring device for rail stress to realize long-term and multi-point measurement. Also relevant experimental verification and analysis are conducted. Results indicate that under various constraints the rail stress–strain values can be calculated just with the measured total longitudinal strain and total vertical strain. Considering the measurement error caused by sectional feature of sensors, we put forward a correction equation applicable to different stress conditions. Although the temperature values of the four full-bridge stress gauges can offset each other, the measurement error caused by rail flexural strain can also be eliminated to a certain extent at the same time, the nonuniform distribution of rail cross section temperature and unbalanced flexural strain still affect the measurement error. The experimental results also show that the developed rail-stress-monitoring sensor is suitable for measuring rail stress with reliable working performance. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed to further understand the genetic quality of Xiphophorus helleri RR-B strain and estimate the feasibility of microsatellite markers in genetic monitoring of aquatic laboratory animals.[Method] Eighteen microsatellite loci which had polymorphism in wild X. helleri were used for genetic quality analysis of RR-B strain (red eyes and red body) by PCR. [Result] All these 18 microsatellite loci displayed single allelic gene band in 30 individuals of X. helleri RR-B strain and the average homozygote rate reached 100%. [Conclusion] These loci could be used as markers in genetic monitoring of X. helleri RR-B strain, which had obtained fairly high genetic homozygosity by inbreeding for more than 20 generations. This study provided basic data for establishing the molecular genetic monitoring standard of aquatic laboratory animals. 展开更多

The fatigue of concrete structures will gradually appear after being subjected to alternating loads for a long time,and the accidents caused by fatigue failure of bridge structures also appear from time to time.Aiming at the problem of degradation of long-span continuous rigid frame bridges due to fatigue and environmental effects,this paper suggests a method to analyze the fatigue degradation mechanism of this type of bridge,which combines long-term in-site monitoring data collected by the health monitoring system(HMS)and fatigue theory.In the paper,the authors mainly carry out the research work in the following aspects:First of all,a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge installed with HMS is used as an example,and a large amount of health monitoring data have been acquired,which can provide efficient information for fatigue in terms of equivalent stress range and cumulative number of stress cycles;next,for calculating the cumulative fatigue damage of the bridge structure,fatigue stress spectrum got by rain flow counting method,S-N curves and damage criteria are used for fatigue damage analysis.Moreover,it was considered a linear accumulation damage through the Palmgren-Miner rule for the counting of stress cycles.The health monitoring data are adopted to obtain fatigue stress data and the rain flow counting method is used to count the amplitude varying fatigue stress.The proposed fatigue reliability approach in the paper can estimate the fatigue damage degree and its evolution law of bridge structures well,and also can help bridge engineers do the assessment of future service duration. 展开更多

Composite made of short-cut carbon fiber mat and vinyl ester resin was observed to be an effective sensor for tensile strain up to 6 000με. Based on its strain sensitivity, a skin-like sensitive layer which can continuously cover the structural surface to sense strain in large area was developed. The sensitive layer was applied to continuously monitor the deformation of a simply supported beam. The result indicates that the fractional change in electrical resistance of the sensitive layer reversibly reflects the beam deformation in each section and describes the distribution of the average strain of the beam. The effect of temperature change on the monitoring was studied by monitoring tests conducted at different temperatures ranging from 20 to 80 ℃, which reveals temperature sensitivity in the sensitive layer and the temperature dependence of the piezoresistive behavior when the temperature exceeds 50 ℃. By the application of differential conaection principle, a method for temperature compensation was established and the gauge factor for the monitoring was dramatically increased. Any investigation of recorded data on this earthquake is very important for testing the operation of the digital monitoring networks and understanding the preparation, occurrence, and adjustment of stress/strain of strong continental earthquakes. In this paper we investigated the coseismic response changes of well water level of groundwater and volume strain meter of bore hole in digital earthquake monitoring network of Capital area and its vicinity, due to the Nov.14, 2001 Ms8.1 Kunlun Mountain earthquake. The responding time, shapes or manners, amplitudes, and lasting time of well water level and strain-meters to seismic wave are studied in comparison. Then we discussed the possibility that the response changes of groundwater to strong distant earthquakes can be understood as one kind of observing evidence of stress/strain changes induced by distant earthquake. 展开更多

大量的岩土工程例如大体积混凝土结构需要分布式的裂缝监测,光纤监测技术可以实现分布式监测。为了探究分布式光纤与大体积混凝土的耦合性能,开展了理论分析、数值模拟和室内试验研究,并在大体积混凝土筏板基础中进行了应用。结果表明:... 大量的岩土工程例如大体积混凝土结构需要分布式的裂缝监测,光纤监测技术可以实现分布式监测。为了探究分布式光纤与大体积混凝土的耦合性能,开展了理论分析、数值模拟和室内试验研究,并在大体积混凝土筏板基础中进行了应用。结果表明:基于剪切滑移理论建立的光纤在受压状态下的应变传递模型能够实现对光纤应变传递效率的精确量化,并采用数值模拟验证了该模型的准确性和可靠性。通过对钢筋混凝土梁采用不同的光纤布置方法,并进行三分点分级加载试验,研究了不同布置方式下光纤与混凝土的耦合性能,结果显示沿箍筋垂直方向布设光纤与混凝土具有更好的耦合效果。大体积混凝土筏板基础的现场光纤监测应用研究表明,光纤传感器与大体积混凝土结构具有良好的耦合性能,准确监测到了筏板基础浇筑后各关键区域的应变演化过程与规律。研究成果为分布式光纤技术监测岩土工程结构的变形提供了理论基础和关键技术。 展开更多

In order to research contemporary crustal movement of Antarctica, China has constructed the deformation monitoring network in the Fildes Strait region,West Antarctica, monitored the network by using DI 20 geodimeter and GPS instruments, and participated the Antarctic GPS Campaign Observation organized by SCAR as well. During mathematics processing of crustal horizontal deformation observations,a method to bring deformation parameters into the error equations of observations is discussed in this paper. Several classical deformation models,such as rigid body displacement and strain,are introduced. By analyzing the reference datum of static and dynamic geodetic network,the method is developed to set up different additional weight matrix for every different kind of parameter. A series of programs are developed to implementing the method mentioned above and the analysis of West Antarctic Fildes Strait deformation monitoring network. Discussion is also made of GPS monitoring data by using the principle of monitoring network strain analysis in the paper. The research results indicate that the displacement did occur in Fildes rift region,but the displacement was not large,just a slight rift shear movement. 展开更多

由于形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy, SMA)材料具有形状记忆效应、伪弹性、高强度比、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等工程优势,SMA复合结构引起了智能结构领域的广泛关注。利用SMA材料的优良力学特性,其与混凝土材料结合将会对混凝土裂缝的萌生产... 由于形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy, SMA)材料具有形状记忆效应、伪弹性、高强度比、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等工程优势,SMA复合结构引起了智能结构领域的广泛关注。利用SMA材料的优良力学特性,其与混凝土材料结合将会对混凝土裂缝的萌生产生抑制效果,并通过形状记忆效应对混凝土内部裂缝进行修复。该文将SMA内置于混凝土材料中,制成复合式SMA混凝土结构,开展了复合式SMA混凝土结构的裂缝损伤监测与修复行为研究。基于应变传递理论与SMA本构模型,建立了SMA混凝土结构裂缝损伤监测与修复解析模型,并和试验进行了对比。结果表明:马氏体含量以及埋入长度越大,应变传递系数越大;混凝土裂缝损伤应变与SMA电阻相对变化总体呈单调递增关系;初始状态下为马氏体的SMA,对混凝土裂缝损伤的修复行为发生于SMA奥氏体开始相变临界温度之后,且随着温度升高,裂缝修复效果逐渐增强。 展开更多

山西省是全国建设四分量钻孔应变观测站最多的省份,为厘清其监测现状,为未来台网优化、仪器更新改造奠定基础,文章从观测背景、观测系统、观测数据质量三方面对山西省内四分量钻孔应变观测站网监测效能进行了全面评估。结果显示:70%以... 山西省是全国建设四分量钻孔应变观测站最多的省份,为厘清其监测现状,为未来台网优化、仪器更新改造奠定基础,文章从观测背景、观测系统、观测数据质量三方面对山西省内四分量钻孔应变观测站网监测效能进行了全面评估。结果显示:70%以上的四分量钻孔应变观测站监测效能良好,运行状态稳定,数据连续可靠,可为地震监测预报研究提供有力的数据支持;其余不足30%的观测站或观测条件、场址不完全符合钻孔应变观测的技术要求,抗干扰能力较差,不利于地球物理异常信息的识别,或因观测仪器运维较差或数据质量不合格,制约了钻孔应变观测站为地震监测预报服务的能力。今后的站网优化评价中应予以全面清查与整理,以保证观测站网的监测预报效能充分发挥。 展开更多

According to statistical results,we propose a statistical formula between the surface-wave magnitude of earthquake and the maximum amplitude of the body strain record,the epicenter distance: M_S~*= 0. 37 ln A_max+ 0. 57 ln D + 0. 07. We can also derive a theoretical estimation formula for the maximum amplitude: A_max=e^(2. 7(M_S^*-0. 07))D^(-1. 54). This demonstrates that the maximum amplitude of the body strain record increases exponentially with the increase of the surface-wave magnitude, and decreases with the increase of the epicenter distance,and shows a negative correlation with their product. We further discuss the necessity of adding instruments with high frequency sampling to earthquake monitoring, and dicuss the prospects for precise earthquake prediction in future. 展开更多

针对柔性应变传感纺织品制备工艺复杂、应变范围较小、亲肤性差等问题,以羊毛纱线作为外层鞘纱,氨纶作为基底,通过浸渍的方式制备了一种具有可拉伸性且具有手感舒适性的传感纱线,并采用生物基材料Ecoflex作为保护层,使应变传感羊毛纱线... 针对柔性应变传感纺织品制备工艺复杂、应变范围较小、亲肤性差等问题,以羊毛纱线作为外层鞘纱,氨纶作为基底,通过浸渍的方式制备了一种具有可拉伸性且具有手感舒适性的传感纱线,并采用生物基材料Ecoflex作为保护层,使应变传感羊毛纱线具有稳定耐久性和可洗性。通过扫描电镜对传感纱线的形貌和结构进行表征,并对传感纱线的传感性能和耐水洗性进行表征。结果表明:二维无机化合物MXene纳米片附着于氨纶表面,形成导电通路;传感纱线应变范围可达100%,灵敏度最高达到17.08,可以监测人体关节运动大变形;在1000 s的拉伸循环中,电阻变化率的峰值基本不变,表现出高循环稳定性;皂洗10次后,电阻变化率小于0.2%,传感纱线具有可洗性,可用于护腕、护肘等运动产品中进行运动健康监测,在运动训练监测、医疗健康等方面有较好的应用前景。 展开更多

导电弹性体复合材料在减隔震领域具有广泛的应用前景。然而,导电弹性体复合材料在电阻/应变响应特性中通常表现出肩峰现象,限制了其在实际工程中的应用。文中以炭黑(CB)和石墨烯(GR)共混改性硅橡胶(VMQ),分别通过阴、阳离子表面活性剂改... 导电弹性体复合材料在减隔震领域具有广泛的应用前景。然而,导电弹性体复合材料在电阻/应变响应特性中通常表现出肩峰现象,限制了其在实际工程中的应用。文中以炭黑(CB)和石墨烯(GR)共混改性硅橡胶(VMQ),分别通过阴、阳离子表面活性剂改性GR和CB,利用离子间静电引力产生协同效应,以自组装方式促进CB与GR分子交替分布,实现导电网络结构的均匀化和稳定化,消除肩峰现象,从而提高导电弹性体复合材料的稳定性。通过和单掺CB/GR及非自组装CB-GR/VMQ复合材料性能对比,发现自组装复合材料的渗透阈值最低(0.49%),电阻/应变响应灵敏度最高(GF_(max)>8043.17),应变感知范围最大(ε_(max)>200%),信号稳定性最佳,且无肩峰现象,特别是在7000次循环加载实验后期展现出优异的电阻响应信号稳定性。根据扫描电镜的表征和渗流理论分析,自组装复合材料导电纳米粒子的均匀分布以及导电网络稳定的结构是其电阻/应变响应性能优异的主要原因,为大变形结构实现实时应变监测提供了理论支撑。 展开更多
