To address the issue of instability or even imbalance in the orientation and attitude control of quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicles(QUAVs)under random disturbances, this paper proposes a distributed antidisturbance data-driven event-triggered fusion control method, which achieves efficient fault diagnosis while suppressing random disturbances and mitigating communication conflicts within the QUAV swarm.First, the impact of random disturbances on the UAV swarm is analyzed, and a model for orientation and attitude control of QUAVs under stochastic perturbations is established, with the disturbance gain threshold determined.Second,a fault diagnosis system based on a high-gain observer is designed, constructing a fault gain criterion by integrating orientation and attitude information from QUAVs.Subsequently,a model-free dynamic linearization-based data modeling(MFDLDM)framework is developed using model-free adaptive control, which efficiently fits the nonlinear control model of the QUAV swarm while reducing temporal constraints on control data.On this basis, this paper constructs a distributed data-driven event-triggered controller based on the staggered communication mechanism, which consists of an equivalent QUAV controller and an event-triggered controller, and is able to reduce the communication conflicts while suppressing the influence of random interference. Finally,by incorporating random disturbances into the controller, comparative experiments and physical validations are conducted on the QUAV platforms, fully demonstrating the strong adaptability and robustness of the proposed distributed event-triggered fault-tolerant control system. 展开更多

The event-triggered mechanism serves as an effective discontinuous control strategy for addressing the consensus tracking problem in multiagent systems(MASs).This approach optimizes energy consumption by updating the controller only when some observed errors exceed a predefined threshold.Considering the influence of noise on agent dynamics in complex control environments, this study investigates an event-triggered control scheme for stochastic MASs,where noise is modeled as Brownian motion.Furthermore, the communication topology of the stochastic MASs is assumed to exhibit a Markovian switching mechanism.Analytical criteria are derived to guarantee consensus tracking in the mean square sense, and a numerical example is provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control methods. 展开更多

This paper proposes an event-triggered stochastic model predictive control for discrete-time linear time-invariant(LTI)systems under additive stochastic disturbances. It first constructs a probabilistic invariant set and a probabilistic reachable set based on the priori knowledge of system uncertainties.Assisted with enhanced robust tubes, the chance constraints are then formulated into a deterministic form.To alleviate the online computational burden,a novel event-triggered stochastic model predictive control is developed, where the triggering condition is designed based on the past and future optimal trajectory tracking errors in order to achieve a good trade-off between system resource utilization and control performance. Two triggering parametersσandγare used to adjust the frequency of solving the optimization problem. The probabilistic feasibility and stability of the system under the event-triggered mechanism are also examined. Finally, numerical studies on the control of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC)system confirm the efficacy of the proposed control. 展开更多

To solve the problem of in-flight actuator faults and parameter uncertainties for multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs),and reduce the communication and computational resource consumption of multiple UAVs,a Fraction-Order(FO)sliding-mode Fault-Tolerant Cooperative Control(FTCC)strategy is proposed for multiple UAVs based on Event-Triggered Communication Mechanism(ET-COM-M)and Event-Triggered Control Mechanism(ET-CON-M).First,by considering the limited communication bandwidth of multiple UAVs in formation,an ET-COM-M is designed to significantly reduce communication times. Then,a distributed observer is skillfully constructed to estimate the reference signals for follower UAVs.Moreover, the adaptive strategy is incorporated into the Radial Basis Function Neural Network(RBFNN)to learn the lumped unknown terms for handling bias actuator faults and parameter uncertainties.Besides, the Nussbaum method is used to deal with the loss-of-effectiveness faults. To further achieve the refined control performance against faults,FO calculus is artfully integrated into the sliding-mode control protocol with ET-CON-M.Finally,Zeno behavior is excluded by rigorous theoretical analysis and Lyapunov stability is proved to show the effectiveness of the designed FTCC strategy.Simulation results show that the designed FTCC strategy with Event-Triggered Mechanism(ETM)can guarantee the safety of multiple UAVs and simultaneously reduce the communication and control frequencies, making the developed control scheme applicable in engineering. 展开更多

Energy-regenerative suspension combined with piezoelectric and electromagnetic transduction has evolved into a core technological pathway in advancing automotive design paradigms. With the aim of improving energy harvesting performance,time-delayed feedback control is widely used in an energy-regenerative suspension system under different external disturbances in this paper.Meanwhile, limited research has addressed the stochastic dynamics of time-delayed nonlinear energy-regenerative suspension systems.Different from previous studies, this work studies the stochastic response and P-bifurcation of the nonlinear energy-regenerative suspension system with time-delayed feedback control.Firstly,an approximately equivalent dimension reduction system is established by the variable transformation method, and then the stationary probability density function of amplitude is obtained by the stochastic averaging method.Secondly, the precision of the method used in this work is verified by comparing the numerical solutions with the analytical results. Finally, based on the stationary probability density function, the influence of system parameters on stochastic P-bifurcation and the mean output power is discussed. 展开更多

An optimization model has been established and solved to determine the optimal threshold value for the event-triggered self-adaptive optimization strategy, which aims to strike a balance between optimization performance and control load while ensuring continuous optimization.First, evaluation indicators are introduced to comprehensively analyze the impact of power fluctuations on the objective function and system voltage at both the system-wide and local levels.Based on these indicators,a multi-stage centralized optimization(MCO)is selectively applied, addressing system state deviations to achieve optimal operating states while maintaining a voltage security margin to ensure system safety. Then, distributed optimization(DO)is carried out at each bus with a renewable energy source or random load integration to accommodate short-term uncertainties using a self-adaptive reactive power algorithm. The optimal threshold value for event-triggered DO is calculated to balance control burden and optimization effectiveness.Utilizing the local state deviation evaluation indicator, unnecessary DOs are skipped when minor power fluctuations occur at the local level. Finally, following the linear superposition principle,event-triggered DOs executed at all distributed controllers collectively constitute the self-adaptive optimization strategy for the entire system.A case study on the IEEE New England 39-bus power system illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. 展开更多

This paper explores the adaptive exponentially designated-time stabilization issue via event-triggered feedback for a kind of uncertain high-order nonlinear systems. The motivation mainly comes from the following two challenges:the undesired singularity problem arising from infinite control gains at the prescribed-time instant, the effective trade-off between the control amplitude and the triggering duration. The goal is to build an event-triggered mechanism comprising a skillful triggered rule alongside a time-dependent threshold.Utilizing the designed control strategy, the solutions'existence and the prevention of Zeno phenomenon are successfully guaranteed by using a new transformation equipped with a time-varying function and redesigning the continuous state-feedback dominance approach with an array of integral functions involving embedded sign functions.Better than existing prescribed-time methods, our approach not only ensures that state variables converge to a small compact set before a designated time and stay there henceforth, and converge to the origin exponentially, but also ensures that the controller continuously works on the whole-time horizon. Two illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness of the devised scheme. 展开更多

This article studies the consensus problem with directed graphs for general linear multi-agent systems.New distributed state-feedback protocols with dynamic event-triggered(DET)mechanisms are proposed for directed graphs that are strongly connected and weight-balanced,general strongly connected, and have spanning trees, respectively. It is proven that strictly positive minimum inter-event times(MIETs)are ensured using the designed DET mechanisms.Several numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.Compared with existing results, our results have the following merits:1)DET mechanisms are designed to determine the sampling instants, which can reduce the communication frequency between agents compared with static mechanisms;2)We focus on the consensus problem on directed graphs, which is more general than existing related results on undirected graphs;3)The existence of positive MIETs is shown to be guaranteed by the designed DET sampling strategies while existing related results can only exclude Zeno behavior. 展开更多

A stochastic predator-prey system with Markov switching is explored. We have developed a new chasing technique to efficiently solve the Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov and backward Kolmogorov equations.Dynamic balance and reliability of the switching system are evaluated via stationary probability density function and first-passage failure theory, taking into account factors such as switching frequencies, noise intensities, and initial conditions. Results reveal that Markov switching leads to stochastic P-bifurcation,enhancing dynamic balance and reducing white-noise-induced oscillations. But frequent switching can heighten initial value dependence, harming reliability.Further, the influence of the subsystem on the switching system is not proportional to its action probabilities.Monte Carlo simulations validate the findings, offering an in-depth exploration of these dynamics. 展开更多

Predator–prey interactions are fundamental to understanding ecosystem stability and biodiversity. In this study,we propose and analyze a stochastic predator–prey model that incorporates two critical ecological factors:prey refuge and harvesting. The model also integrates disease transmission within the predator population, adding an important layer of realism.Using rigorous mathematical techniques,we demonstrate the existence and uniqueness of a global positive solution, thereby confirming the model's biological feasibility. We further derive sufficient conditions for two key ecological scenarios:stochastic permanence, which ensures the sustained co-existence of prey and predators over time, and extinction, where one or both populations decline to zero. The interplay between prey refuge and harvesting is thoroughly examined to understand their combined impact on population dynamics. All theoretical results are validated by detailed numerical simulations, highlighting the applicability of the model to real-world ecological systems. From the simulation results,we observed that with an adequate level of prey refuge and predator harvesting, the susceptible predator and prey coexist with extensive oscillations, while the infected predator population was moving towards extinction. In addition,we have investigated the effect of disease transmission on system dynamics. Our results show that,as the transmission rate of disease increases, the susceptible predator approaches extinction, whereas,on the other hand, when it declines, the susceptible predator shows robust oscillations while the infected approaches extinction. In both cases, the prey population demonstrates robust stability due to the prey refuge. Our findings show that the management of harvesting and the prey refuge can be effective ecological tactics for disease control and species protection under stochastic environmental effects. 展开更多

In this paper,we study a predator-prey model with additional food for predator.By using white noise to perturb the natural growth rates and introduce a jump process,we model the corresponding stochastic differential equations. The effect of fear and prey refuge on population dynamics is also considered.First,we use Itô's formula to prove the existence and uniqueness of a global positive solution and its boundedness.Next, sufficient conditions for the extinction and persistence of both species have been given. Then the stochastic permanence of our system is investigated under some conditions. Our main results demonstrate that sufficiently large white noise could drive both species to extinction. However,Lévy noise enhances the survival of both prey and predator species. Our analytical derivations are justified through numerical simulations which show the reliability of the model from the ecological point of view.In addition,we have investigated the impact of fear effect, prey refuge and the additional food biomass on this model by numerical simulation. 展开更多

This paper develops an advanced framework for the operational optimization of integrated multi-energy systems that encompass electricity, gas, and heating networks.Introducing a cutting-edge stochastic gradient-enhanced distributionally robust optimization approach, this study integrates deep learning models, especially generative adversarial networks,to adeptly handle the inherent variability and uncertainties of renewable energy and fluctuating consumer demands. The effectiveness of this framework is rigorously tested through detailed simulations mirroring real-world urban energy consumption, renewable energy production, and market price fluctuations over an annual period. The results reveal substantial improvements in the resilience and efficiency of the grid, achieving a reduction in power distribution losses by 15%and enhancing voltage stability by 20%,markedly outperforming conventional systems.Additionally, the framework facilitates up to 25%in cost reductions during peak demand periods, significantly lowering operational costs. The adoption of stochastic gradients further refines the framework’s ability to continually adjust to real-time changes in environmental and market conditions, ensuring stable grid operations and fostering active consumer engagement in demand-side management. This strategy not only aligns with contem-porary sustainable energy practices but also provides scalable and robust solutions to pressing challenges in modern power network management. 展开更多

In this paper,a security defense issue is investigated for networked control systems susceptible to stochastic denial of service(DoS) attacks by using the sliding mode control method. To utilize network communication resources more effectively,a novel adaptive event-triggered(AET) mechanism is introduced, whose triggering coefficient can be adaptively adjusted according to the evolution trend of system states.Differing from existing event-triggered(ET) mechanisms, the proposed one demonstrates exceptional relevance and flexibility. It is closely related to attack probability, and its triggering coefficient dynamically adjusts depending on the presence or absence of an attack. To leverage attacker information more effectively,a switching-like sliding mode security controller is designed, which can autonomously select different controller gains based on the sliding function representing the attack situation.Sufficient conditions for the existence of the switching-like sliding mode secure controller are presented to ensure the stochastic stability of the system and the reachability of the sliding surface.Compared with existing time-invariant control strategies within the triggered interval, more resilient defense performance can be expected since the correlation with attack information is established in both the proposed AET scheme and the control strategy. Finally,a simulation example is conducted to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed security control method. 展开更多

The stochastic extended finite-fault simulation method(EXSIM)is a widely used tool in seismological research, with applications in ground motion prediction and simulation, seismic hazard analysis, and engineering studies. However, recent studies have revealed a significant limitation:EXSIM tends to overpredict ground motions in the low-to-intermediate frequency range, particularly for large thrust earthquakes that are often characterized by a double-corner-frequency source model. To address this issue and enhance simulation accuracy, this study introduces two key improvements:(1)a novel asperity-distributed stress-drop composite fault model and(2)a hybrid application of EXSIM with the composite fault model. The proposed method is validated through its application to the 2013 M_(w)6.7 Lushan earthquake that occurred in China and six thrust earthquakes with an M_(w)≥6.5 in Japan.By comparing the simulated ground motions with recorded data, the results demonstrate that the improved method achieves consistent accuracy across the high-and low-frequency spectrum(combined goodness-of-fit:CGOF<0.35).This study significantly broadens the applicability of stochastic finite-fault simulations, enabling more reliable predictions for a wider range of seismic scenarios, including complex thrust faulting events. 展开更多

This paper introduces a novel fractional-order model based on the Caputo-Fabrizio(CF)derivative for analyzing computer virus propagation in networked environments. The model partitions the computer population into four compartments:susceptible, latently infected,breaking-out,and antivirus-capable systems.By employing the CF derivative—which uses a nonsingular exponential kernel—the framework effectively captures memory-dependent and nonlocal characteristics intrinsic to cyber systems, aspects inadequately represented by traditional integer-order models.Under Lipschitz continuity and boundedness assumptions, the existence and uniqueness of solutions are rigorously established via fixed-point theory. We develop a tailored two-step Adams-Bashforth numerical scheme for the CF framework and prove its second-order accuracy.Extensive numerical simulations across various fractional orders reveal that memory effects significantly influence virus transmission and control dynamics;smaller fractional orders produce more pronounced memory effects, delaying both infection spread and antivirus activation.Further theoretical analysis, including Hyers-Ulam stability and sensitivity assessments, reinforces the model’s robustness and identifies key parameters governing virus dynamics. The study also extends the framework to incorporate stochastic effects through a stochastic CF formulation. These results underscore fractional-order modeling as a powerful analytical tool for developing robust and effective cybersecurity strategies. 展开更多
