In this paper,a precise and computationally efficient method for estimating multiparameter of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)is proposed.This method can realize decoupling estimation with a small amount of ...In this paper,a precise and computationally efficient method for estimating multiparameter of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)is proposed.This method can realize decoupling estimation with a small amount of data at a single speed,and considers the inductance correlation to improve the estimation accuracy.The saturation in the stator frame is first modeled,and then the related inductance model in the rotating frame is derived.The estimation model is established based on the related inductance model,which is modeled by polynomials of d-axis current(I_(d))for a given q-axis current(I_(q)).Then,the influence of permanent magnet(PM)flux linkage on inductance estimation can be eliminated by using the partial derivative of the correlated inductance model.The estimation model fully explores the inductance correlation and can realize the decoupling of PM flux linkage(λ_(0))and inductance,which greatly improves the inductance estimation accuracy,especially when Id is small.Moreover,this paper realizes the estimation of distortion voltage,PM flux linkage,and stator resistance based on the derived electrical model and mechanical model.Compared with the existing method,this method can use a small amount of data at a single speed to model voltage,which can effectively reduce the influence of measurement noise and improve the calculation efficiency.Experimental verification on a laboratory PMSM prototype shows that the method’s performance of the proposed method is better than existing methods under various working conditions.展开更多
Accurate parameter extraction of photovoltaic(PV)models plays a critical role in enabling precise performance prediction,optimal system sizing,and effective operational control under diverse environmental conditions.W...Accurate parameter extraction of photovoltaic(PV)models plays a critical role in enabling precise performance prediction,optimal system sizing,and effective operational control under diverse environmental conditions.While a wide range of metaheuristic optimisation techniques have been applied to this problem,many existing methods are hindered by slow convergence rates,susceptibility to premature stagnation,and reduced accuracy when applied to complex multi-diode PV configurations.These limitations can lead to suboptimal modelling,reducing the efficiency of PV system design and operation.In this work,we propose an enhanced hybrid optimisation approach,the modified Spider Wasp Optimization(mSWO)with Opposition-Based Learning algorithm,which integrates the exploration and exploitation capabilities of the Spider Wasp Optimization(SWO)metaheuristic with the diversityenhancing mechanism of Opposition-Based Learning(OBL).The hybridisation is designed to dynamically expand the search space coverage,avoid premature convergence,and improve both convergence speed and precision in highdimensional optimisation tasks.The mSWO algorithm is applied to three well-established PV configurations:the single diode model(SDM),the double diode model(DDM),and the triple diode model(TDM).Real experimental current-voltage(I-V)datasets from a commercial PV module under standard test conditions(STC)are used for evaluation.Comparative analysis is conducted against eighteen advanced metaheuristic algorithms,including BSDE,RLGBO,GWOCS,MFO,EO,TSA,and SCA.Performance metrics include minimum,mean,and maximum root mean square error(RMSE),standard deviation(SD),and convergence behaviour over 30 independent runs.The results reveal that mSWO consistently delivers superior accuracy and robustness across all PV models,achieving the lowest RMSE values of 0.000986022(SDM),0.000982884(DDM),and 0.000982529(TDM),with minimal SD values,indicating remarkable repeatability.Convergence analyses further show that mSWO reaches optimal solutions more rapidly and with fewer oscillations than all competing methods,with the performance gap widening as model complexity increases.These findings demonstrate that mSWO provides a scalable,computationally efficient,and highly reliable framework for PV parameter extraction.Its adaptability to models of growing complexity suggests strong potential for broader applications in renewable energy systems,including performance monitoring,fault detection,and intelligent control,thereby contributing to the optimisation of next-generation solar energy solutions.展开更多
The growing use of lithium-ion batteries in electric transportation and grid-scale storage systems has intensified the need for accurate and highly generalizable state-of-health(SOH)estimation.Conventional approaches ...The growing use of lithium-ion batteries in electric transportation and grid-scale storage systems has intensified the need for accurate and highly generalizable state-of-health(SOH)estimation.Conventional approaches often suffer from reduced accuracy under dynamically uncertain state-of-charge(SOC)operating ranges and heterogeneous aging stresses.This study presents a unified SOH estimation framework that integrates physics-informed modeling,subspace identification,and Transformer-based learning.A reduced-order model is derived from simplified electrochemical dynamics,providing an interpretable and computationally efficient representation of battery behavior.Subspace identification across a wide SOC and SOH range yields degradation-sensitive features,which the Transformer uses to capture long-range aging dynamics via multi-head self-attention.Experiments on LiFePO4 cells under joint-cell training show consistently accurate SOH estimation,with a maximum error of 1.39%,demonstrating the framework’s effectiveness in decoupling SOC and SOH effects.In cross-cell validation,where training and validation are performed on different cells,the model maintains a maximum error of 2.06%,confirming strong generalization to unseen aging trajectories.Comparative experiments on LiFePO_(4)and public LiCoO_(2)datasets confirm the framework’s cross-chemistry applicability.By extracting low-dimensional,physically interpretable features via subspace identification,the framework significantly reduces training cost while maintaining high SOH estimation accuracy,outperforming conventional data-driven models lacking physical guidance.展开更多
This paper aims to develop a unified Bayesian approach for clustered data analysis when observations are subject to missingness at random.The authors consider a general framework in which the parameters of interest ar...This paper aims to develop a unified Bayesian approach for clustered data analysis when observations are subject to missingness at random.The authors consider a general framework in which the parameters of interest are defined through estimating equations,and the probability of missingness follows a general parametric form.The generalized method of moments framework is employed to derive an optimal combination of inverse-probability-weighted estimating equations for the parameters of interest and score equations for propensity score.Using this framework,the authors develop a quasi-Bayesian analysis for clustered samples with missing values.A unified model selection approach is also proposed to compare models characterized by different moment conditions.The authors systematically evaluate the large-sample properties of the proposed quasi-posterior density with both fixed and shrinking priors and establish the selection consistency of the proposed model selection criterion.The proposed results are valid under very mild conditions and offer significant advantages for parameters defined through non-smooth estimating functions.Extensive numerical studies demonstrate that the proposed method performs exceptionally well in finite samples.展开更多
Quantile regression(QR)has become an important tool to measure dependence of response variable's quantiles on a number of predictors for heterogeneous data,especially heavy-tailed data and outliers.However,it is q...Quantile regression(QR)has become an important tool to measure dependence of response variable's quantiles on a number of predictors for heterogeneous data,especially heavy-tailed data and outliers.However,it is quite challenging to make statistical inference on distributed high-dimensional QR with missing data due to the distributed nature,sparsity and missingness of data and nondifferentiable quantile loss function.To overcome the challenge,this paper develops a communicationefficient method to select variables and estimate parameters by utilizing a smooth function to approximate the non-differentiable quantile loss function and incorporating the idea of the inverse probability weighting and the penalty function.The proposed approach has three merits.First,it is both computationally and communicationally efficient because only the first-and second-order information of the approximate objective function are communicated at each iteration.Second,the proposed estimators possess the oracle property after a limited number of iterations without constraint on the number of machines.Third,the proposed method simultaneously selects variables and estimates parameters within a distributed framework,ensuring robustness to the specified response probability or propensity score function of the missing data mechanism.Simulation studies and a real example are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodologies.展开更多
AIM:To build a functional generalized estimating equation(GEE)model to detect glaucomatous visual field progression and compare the performance of the proposed method with that of commonly employed algorithms.METHODS:...AIM:To build a functional generalized estimating equation(GEE)model to detect glaucomatous visual field progression and compare the performance of the proposed method with that of commonly employed algorithms.METHODS:Totally 716 eyes of 716 patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)with at least 5 reliable 24-2 test results and 2y of follow-up were selected.The functional GEE model was used to detect perimetric progression in the training dataset(501 eyes).In the testing dataset(215 eyes),progression was evaluated the functional GEE model,mean deviation(MD)and visual field index(VFI)rates of change,Advanced Glaucoma Intervention Study(AGIS)and Collaborative Initial Glaucoma Treatment Study(CIGTS)scores,and pointwise linear regression(PLR).RESULTS:The proposed method showed the highest proportion of eyes detected as progression(54.4%),followed by the VFI rate(34.4%),PLR(23.3%),and MD rate(21.4%).The CIGTS and AGIS scores had a lower proportion of eyes detected as progression(7.9%and 5.1%,respectively).The time to detection of progression was significantly shorter for the proposed method than that of other algorithms(adjusted P≤0.019).The VFI rate displayed moderate pairwise agreement with the proposed method(k=0.47).CONCLUSION:The functional GEE model shows the highest proportion of eyes detected as perimetric progression and the shortest time to detect perimetric progression in patients with POAG.展开更多
Developing sensorless techniques for estimating battery expansion is essential for effective mechanical state monitoring,improving the accuracy of digital twin simulation and abnormality detection.Therefore,this paper...Developing sensorless techniques for estimating battery expansion is essential for effective mechanical state monitoring,improving the accuracy of digital twin simulation and abnormality detection.Therefore,this paper presents a data-driven approach to expansion estimation using electromechanical coupled models with machine learning.The proposed method integrates reduced-order impedance models with data-driven mechanical models,coupling the electrochemical and mechanical states through the state of charge(SOC)and mechanical pressure within a state estimation framework.The coupling relationship was established through experimental insights into pressure-related impedance parameters and the nonlinear mechanical behavior with SOC and pressure.The data-driven model was interpreted by introducing a novel swelling coefficient defined by component stiffnesses to capture the nonlinear mechanical behavior across various mechanical constraints.Sensitivity analysis of the impedance model shows that updating model parameters with pressure can reduce the mean absolute error of simulated voltage by 20 mV and SOC estimation error by 2%.The results demonstrate the model's estimation capabilities,achieving a root mean square error of less than 1 kPa when the maximum expansion force is from 30 kPa to 120 kPa,outperforming calibrated stiffness models and other machine learning techniques.The model's robustness and generalizability are further supported by its effective handling of SOC estimation and pressure measurement errors.This work highlights the importance of the proposed framework in enhancing state estimation and fault diagnosis for lithium-ion batteries.展开更多

The stiffness information of the grasped object at the initial contact stage can be effectively used to adjust the grasping force of the prosthetic hand,thereby preventing damage to the object.However,the object’s de...The stiffness information of the grasped object at the initial contact stage can be effectively used to adjust the grasping force of the prosthetic hand,thereby preventing damage to the object.However,the object’s deformation and contact force are often minimal during the initial stage and not easily obtained directly.Additionally,stiffness estimation methods for prosthetic hands often require contact sensors,which can easily lead to poor contact issues.To address the above issues,this paper proposes the model-based stiffness estimation of grasped objects for underactuated prosthetic hands without force sensors.First,the kinematic model is linearized at the contact points to achieve the estimation of the linkage angles in the underactuated prosthetic hand.Secondly,the motor parameters are estimated using the Kalman filter method,and the grasping force is obtained from the dynamic model of the underactuated prosthetic hand.Finally,the contact model of the prosthetic hand grasping an object is established,and an online stiffness estimation method based on the contact model for the grasped object is proposed using the iterative reweighted least squares method.Experimental results show that this method can estimate the stiffness of grasped objects within 250 ms without contact sensors.展开更多

Three diagnostic statistics are used to detect whether the outliers exist in the data set. Simulation results show that when the sample size is small, the values of diagnostic statistics based on the maximum Lq-likelihood estimation are greater than the values based on the maximum likelihood estimation. As the sample size increases, the difference between the values of the diagnostic statistics based on two estimation methods diminishes gradually. It is also an essential content of flight accident analysis. The related techniques are developed in the present paper, including the geometric method for angle of attack and sideslip angle estimation, the extended Kalman filter associated with modified Bryson-Frazier smoother (EKF-MBF) method for aerodynamic coefficient identification, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network method for aerodynamic mod- eling, and the Delta method for stability/control derivative estimation. As an application example, the QAR data of a civil air- plane approaching a high-altitude airport are processed and the aerodynamic coefficient and derivative estimates are obtained. The estimation results are reasonable, which shows that the developed techniques are feasible. The causes for the distribution of aerodynamic derivative estimates are analyzed. Accordingly, several measures to improve estimation accuracy are put forward.展开更多

文摘Accurate parameter extraction of photovoltaic(PV)models plays a critical role in enabling precise performance prediction,optimal system sizing,and effective operational control under diverse environmental conditions.While a wide range of metaheuristic optimisation techniques have been applied to this problem,many existing methods are hindered by slow convergence rates,susceptibility to premature stagnation,and reduced accuracy when applied to complex multi-diode PV configurations.These limitations can lead to suboptimal modelling,reducing the efficiency of PV system design and operation.In this work,we propose an enhanced hybrid optimisation approach,the modified Spider Wasp Optimization(mSWO)with Opposition-Based Learning algorithm,which integrates the exploration and exploitation capabilities of the Spider Wasp Optimization(SWO)metaheuristic with the diversityenhancing mechanism of Opposition-Based Learning(OBL).The hybridisation is designed to dynamically expand the search space coverage,avoid premature convergence,and improve both convergence speed and precision in highdimensional optimisation tasks.The mSWO algorithm is applied to three well-established PV configurations:the single diode model(SDM),the double diode model(DDM),and the triple diode model(TDM).Real experimental current-voltage(I-V)datasets from a commercial PV module under standard test conditions(STC)are used for evaluation.Comparative analysis is conducted against eighteen advanced metaheuristic algorithms,including BSDE,RLGBO,GWOCS,MFO,EO,TSA,and SCA.Performance metrics include minimum,mean,and maximum root mean square error(RMSE),standard deviation(SD),and convergence behaviour over 30 independent runs.The results reveal that mSWO consistently delivers superior accuracy and robustness across all PV models,achieving the lowest RMSE values of 0.000986022(SDM),0.000982884(DDM),and 0.000982529(TDM),with minimal SD values,indicating remarkable repeatability.Convergence analyses further show that mSWO reaches optimal solutions more rapidly and with fewer oscillations than all competing methods,with the performance gap widening as model complexity increases.These findings demonstrate that mSWO provides a scalable,computationally efficient,and highly reliable framework for PV parameter extraction.Its adaptability to models of growing complexity suggests strong potential for broader applications in renewable energy systems,including performance monitoring,fault detection,and intelligent control,thereby contributing to the optimisation of next-generation solar energy solutions.

文摘The growing use of lithium-ion batteries in electric transportation and grid-scale storage systems has intensified the need for accurate and highly generalizable state-of-health(SOH)estimation.Conventional approaches often suffer from reduced accuracy under dynamically uncertain state-of-charge(SOC)operating ranges and heterogeneous aging stresses.This study presents a unified SOH estimation framework that integrates physics-informed modeling,subspace identification,and Transformer-based learning.A reduced-order model is derived from simplified electrochemical dynamics,providing an interpretable and computationally efficient representation of battery behavior.Subspace identification across a wide SOC and SOH range yields degradation-sensitive features,which the Transformer uses to capture long-range aging dynamics via multi-head self-attention.Experiments on LiFePO4 cells under joint-cell training show consistently accurate SOH estimation,with a maximum error of 1.39%,demonstrating the framework’s effectiveness in decoupling SOC and SOH effects.In cross-cell validation,where training and validation are performed on different cells,the model maintains a maximum error of 2.06%,confirming strong generalization to unseen aging trajectories.Comparative experiments on LiFePO_(4)and public LiCoO_(2)datasets confirm the framework’s cross-chemistry applicability.By extracting low-dimensional,physically interpretable features via subspace identification,the framework significantly reduces training cost while maintaining high SOH estimation accuracy,outperforming conventional data-driven models lacking physical guidance.

文摘This paper aims to develop a unified Bayesian approach for clustered data analysis when observations are subject to missingness at random.The authors consider a general framework in which the parameters of interest are defined through estimating equations,and the probability of missingness follows a general parametric form.The generalized method of moments framework is employed to derive an optimal combination of inverse-probability-weighted estimating equations for the parameters of interest and score equations for propensity score.Using this framework,the authors develop a quasi-Bayesian analysis for clustered samples with missing values.A unified model selection approach is also proposed to compare models characterized by different moment conditions.The authors systematically evaluate the large-sample properties of the proposed quasi-posterior density with both fixed and shrinking priors and establish the selection consistency of the proposed model selection criterion.The proposed results are valid under very mild conditions and offer significant advantages for parameters defined through non-smooth estimating functions.Extensive numerical studies demonstrate that the proposed method performs exceptionally well in finite samples.

文摘Quantile regression(QR)has become an important tool to measure dependence of response variable's quantiles on a number of predictors for heterogeneous data,especially heavy-tailed data and outliers.However,it is quite challenging to make statistical inference on distributed high-dimensional QR with missing data due to the distributed nature,sparsity and missingness of data and nondifferentiable quantile loss function.To overcome the challenge,this paper develops a communicationefficient method to select variables and estimate parameters by utilizing a smooth function to approximate the non-differentiable quantile loss function and incorporating the idea of the inverse probability weighting and the penalty function.The proposed approach has three merits.First,it is both computationally and communicationally efficient because only the first-and second-order information of the approximate objective function are communicated at each iteration.Second,the proposed estimators possess the oracle property after a limited number of iterations without constraint on the number of machines.Third,the proposed method simultaneously selects variables and estimates parameters within a distributed framework,ensuring robustness to the specified response probability or propensity score function of the missing data mechanism.Simulation studies and a real example are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodologies.

文摘AIM:To build a functional generalized estimating equation(GEE)model to detect glaucomatous visual field progression and compare the performance of the proposed method with that of commonly employed algorithms.METHODS:Totally 716 eyes of 716 patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)with at least 5 reliable 24-2 test results and 2y of follow-up were selected.The functional GEE model was used to detect perimetric progression in the training dataset(501 eyes).In the testing dataset(215 eyes),progression was evaluated the functional GEE model,mean deviation(MD)and visual field index(VFI)rates of change,Advanced Glaucoma Intervention Study(AGIS)and Collaborative Initial Glaucoma Treatment Study(CIGTS)scores,and pointwise linear regression(PLR).RESULTS:The proposed method showed the highest proportion of eyes detected as progression(54.4%),followed by the VFI rate(34.4%),PLR(23.3%),and MD rate(21.4%).The CIGTS and AGIS scores had a lower proportion of eyes detected as progression(7.9%and 5.1%,respectively).The time to detection of progression was significantly shorter for the proposed method than that of other algorithms(adjusted P≤0.019).The VFI rate displayed moderate pairwise agreement with the proposed method(k=0.47).CONCLUSION:The functional GEE model shows the highest proportion of eyes detected as perimetric progression and the shortest time to detect perimetric progression in patients with POAG.

文摘Developing sensorless techniques for estimating battery expansion is essential for effective mechanical state monitoring,improving the accuracy of digital twin simulation and abnormality detection.Therefore,this paper presents a data-driven approach to expansion estimation using electromechanical coupled models with machine learning.The proposed method integrates reduced-order impedance models with data-driven mechanical models,coupling the electrochemical and mechanical states through the state of charge(SOC)and mechanical pressure within a state estimation framework.The coupling relationship was established through experimental insights into pressure-related impedance parameters and the nonlinear mechanical behavior with SOC and pressure.The data-driven model was interpreted by introducing a novel swelling coefficient defined by component stiffnesses to capture the nonlinear mechanical behavior across various mechanical constraints.Sensitivity analysis of the impedance model shows that updating model parameters with pressure can reduce the mean absolute error of simulated voltage by 20 mV and SOC estimation error by 2%.The results demonstrate the model's estimation capabilities,achieving a root mean square error of less than 1 kPa when the maximum expansion force is from 30 kPa to 120 kPa,outperforming calibrated stiffness models and other machine learning techniques.The model's robustness and generalizability are further supported by its effective handling of SOC estimation and pressure measurement errors.This work highlights the importance of the proposed framework in enhancing state estimation and fault diagnosis for lithium-ion batteries.

文摘Promoting the high penetration of renewable energies like photovoltaic(PV)systems has become an urgent issue for expanding modern power grids and has accomplished several challenges compared to existing distribution grids.This study measures the effectiveness of the Puma optimizer(PO)algorithm in parameter estimation of PSC(perovskite solar cells)dynamic models with hysteresis consideration considering the electric field effects on operation.The models used in this study will incorporate hysteresis effects to capture the time-dependent behavior of PSCs accurately.The PO optimizes the proposed modified triple diode model(TDM)with a variable voltage capacitor and resistances(VVCARs)considering the hysteresis behavior.The suggested PO algorithm contrasts with other wellknown optimizers from the literature to demonstrate its superiority.The results emphasize that the PO realizes a lower RMSE(Root mean square errors),which proves its capability and efficacy in parameter extraction for the models.The statistical results emphasize the efficiency and supremacy of the proposed PO compared to the other well-known competing optimizers.The convergence rates show good,fast,and stable convergence rates with lower RMSE via PO compared to the other five competitive optimizers.Moreover,the lowermean realized via the PO optimizer is illustrated by the box plot for all optimizers.

文摘In the variance component estimation(VCE)of geodetic data,the problem of negative VCE is likely to occur.In the ordinary additive error model,there have been related studies to solve the problem of negative variance components.However,there is still no related research in the mixed additive and multiplicative random error model(MAMREM).Based on the MAMREM,this paper applies the nonnegative least squares variance component estimation(NNLS-VCE)algorithm to this model.The correlation formula and iterative algorithm of NNLS-VCE for MAMREM are derived.The problem of negative variance in VCE for MAMREM is solved.This paper uses the digital simulation example and the Digital Terrain Mode(DTM)to prove the proposed algorithm's validity.The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm can effectively correct the VCE in MAMREM when there is a negative VCE.
文摘The growing demand for wireless connectivity has made massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)a cornerstone of modern communication systems.To optimize network performance and resource allocation,an efficient and robust approach is joint device activity detection and channel estimation.In this paper,we present an approach utilizing score-based generative models to address the underdetermined nature of channel estimation,which is data-driven and well-suited for the complex and dynamic environment of massive MIMO systems.Our experimental results,based on a comprehensive dataset generated through Monte-Carlo sampling,demonstrate the high precision of our channel estimation approach,with errors reduced to as low as-45 d B,and exceptional accuracy in detecting active devices.

文摘The estimation of the probability of informed trading(PIN)model and its extensions poses significant challenges owing to various computational problems.To address these issues,we propose a novel estimation method called the expectation-conditional-maximization(ECM)algorithm,which can serve as an alternative to the existing methods for estimating PIN models.Our method provides optimal estimates for the original PIN model as well as two of its extensions:the multilayer PIN model and the adjusted PIN model,along with its restricted versions.Our results indicate that estimations using the ECM algorithm are generally faster,more accurate,and more memory-efficient than the standard methods used in the literature,making it a robust alternative.More importantly,the ECM algorithm is not limited to the models discussed and can be easily adapted to estimate future extensions of the PIN model.

文摘The stiffness information of the grasped object at the initial contact stage can be effectively used to adjust the grasping force of the prosthetic hand,thereby preventing damage to the object.However,the object’s deformation and contact force are often minimal during the initial stage and not easily obtained directly.Additionally,stiffness estimation methods for prosthetic hands often require contact sensors,which can easily lead to poor contact issues.To address the above issues,this paper proposes the model-based stiffness estimation of grasped objects for underactuated prosthetic hands without force sensors.First,the kinematic model is linearized at the contact points to achieve the estimation of the linkage angles in the underactuated prosthetic hand.Secondly,the motor parameters are estimated using the Kalman filter method,and the grasping force is obtained from the dynamic model of the underactuated prosthetic hand.Finally,the contact model of the prosthetic hand grasping an object is established,and an online stiffness estimation method based on the contact model for the grasped object is proposed using the iterative reweighted least squares method.Experimental results show that this method can estimate the stiffness of grasped objects within 250 ms without contact sensors.

文摘Based on the stochastic AMR model, this paper constructs man-made earthquake catalogues to investigate the property of parameter estimation of the model. Then the stochastic AMR model is applied to the study of several strong earthquakes in China and New Zealand. Akaikes AIC criterion is used to discriminate whether an accelerating mode of earthquake activity precedes those events or not. Finally, regional accelerating seismic activity and possible prediction approach for future strong earthquakes are discussed.

文摘Two-dimensional endoscopic images are susceptible to interferences such as specular reflections and monotonous texture illumination,hindering accurate three-dimensional lesion reconstruction by surgical robots.This study proposes a novel end-to-end disparity estimation model to address these challenges.Our approach combines a Pseudo-Siamese neural network architecture with pyramid dilated convolutions,integrating multi-scale image information to enhance robustness against lighting interferences.This study introduces a Pseudo-Siamese structure-based disparity regression model that simplifies left-right image comparison,improving accuracy and efficiency.The model was evaluated using a dataset of stereo endoscopic videos captured by the Da Vinci surgical robot,comprising simulated silicone heart sequences and real heart video data.Experimental results demonstrate significant improvement in the network’s resistance to lighting interference without substantially increasing parameters.Moreover,the model exhibited faster convergence during training,contributing to overall performance enhancement.This study advances endoscopic image processing accuracy and has potential implications for surgical robot applications in complex environments.

文摘In order to detect whether the data conforms to the given model, it is necessary to diagnose the data in the statistical way. The diagnostic problem in generalized nonlinear models based on the maximum Lq-likelihood estimation is considered. Three diagnostic statistics are used to detect whether the outliers exist in the data set. Simulation results show that when the sample size is small, the values of diagnostic statistics based on the maximum Lq-likelihood estimation are greater than the values based on the maximum likelihood estimation. As the sample size increases, the difference between the values of the diagnostic statistics based on two estimation methods diminishes gradually. It means that the outliers can be distinguished easier through the maximum Lq-likelihood method than those through the maximum likelihood estimation method.

文摘Applying new approaches, methods, and technologies for the estimation of reserves can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of assessments of solid mineral resources. After analyzing the development of 3-D geoscience modeling technology (3-D GMT), this paper discusses the application of 3-D GMT for the estimation of solid mineral reserves, emphatically introducing its workflow and two key technologies, 3-D orebody surface modeling, and property modeling. Moreover, the paper analyzes the limitations of traditional methods, such as the section method and geological block method, and points out the advantages of 3-D GMT: building more accurate 3-D orebody models, expressing the internal inhomogeneous attributes of an orebody, reducing the potential for errors in the estimation of reserves, and implementing dynamic estimations of reserves.

文摘Aerodynamic modeling and parameter estimation from quick accesses recorder (QAR) data is an important technical way to analyze the effects of highland weather conditions upon aerodynamic characteristics of airplane. It is also an essential content of flight accident analysis. The related techniques are developed in the present paper, including the geometric method for angle of attack and sideslip angle estimation, the extended Kalman filter associated with modified Bryson-Frazier smoother (EKF-MBF) method for aerodynamic coefficient identification, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network method for aerodynamic mod- eling, and the Delta method for stability/control derivative estimation. As an application example, the QAR data of a civil air- plane approaching a high-altitude airport are processed and the aerodynamic coefficient and derivative estimates are obtained. The estimation results are reasonable, which shows that the developed techniques are feasible. The causes for the distribution of aerodynamic derivative estimates are analyzed. Accordingly, several measures to improve estimation accuracy are put forward.
