Memristive stateful logic is one of the most promising candidates to implement an in-memory computing system that computes within the storage unit.It can eliminate the costs for the data movement in the traditional vo...Memristive stateful logic is one of the most promising candidates to implement an in-memory computing system that computes within the storage unit.It can eliminate the costs for the data movement in the traditional von Neumann system.However,the instability in the memristors is inevitable due to the limitation of the current fabrication technology,which incurs a great challenge for the reliability of the memristive stateful logic.In this paper,the implication of device instability on the reliability of the logic event is simulated.The mathematical relationship between logic reliability and redundancy has been deduced.By combining the mathematical relationship with the vector-matrix multiplication in a memristive crossbar array,the logic error correction scheme with high throughput has been proposed.Moreover,a universal design paradigm has been put forward for complex logic.And the circuit schematic and the flow of the scheme have been raised.Finally,a 1-bit full adder(FA)based on the NOR logic and NOT logic is simulated and the mathematical evaluation is performed.It demonstrates the scheme can improve the reliability of the logic significantly.And compared with other four error corrections,the scheme which can be suitable for all kinds of R–R logics and V–R logics has the best universality and throughput.Compared with the other two approaches which also need additional complementary metal–oxide semiconductor(CMOS)circuits,it needs fewer transistors and cycles for the error correction.展开更多

Either DSQC scheme is constructed based on a new coding...This study proposes two novel fault tolerant deterministic secure quantum communication (DSQC) schemes resistant to collective noise using logical Bell states. Either DSQC scheme is constructed based on a new coding function, which is designed by exploiting the property of the corresponding logical Bell states immune to collective-dephasing noise and collective-rotation noise, respectively. The secret message can be encoded by two simple unitary operations and decoded by merely performing Bell measurements, which can make the proposed scheme more convenient in practical applications. Moreover, the strategy of one-step quanta transmission, together with the technique of decoy logical qubits checking not only reduces the influence of other noise existing in a quantum channel, but also guarantees the security of the communication between two legitimate users. The final analysis shows that the proposed schemes are feasible and robust against various well-known attacks over the collective noise channel.展开更多

The modernization of state governance embodies the process of modern state construction,and the success or failure of state governance depends on the institutional logic and effectiveness of state governance.The gover...The modernization of state governance embodies the process of modern state construction,and the success or failure of state governance depends on the institutional logic and effectiveness of state governance.The governance of modern Western countries is dominated by market logic and has made outstanding achievements in protecting individual rights and increasing material wealth.However,it faces a crisis of declining governance effectiveness.Since the Opium War,China’s governance transformation has been deeply restricted by the traditional power-based logic and success has been hard.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,there has been a gradual shift from a power-based approach to a rights-based approach in state governance,which has achieved outstanding governance results.In view of the new changes in time and space,the modernization of state governance in the new era needs to deal with the dual tests of traditional factors and international situation.Therefore,the core issues of the transformation of state governance should be analyzed from an open-system perspective,and the logic of state governance should be effectively settled on the rights-based approach.In contemporary China,the most important thing in the modernization of state governance is to uphold the Party’s leadership.From the perspective of practical issues and objective needs,the modernization of state governance must adhere to the people-centered principle,establish the foundation of governance by civil rights,build governance consensus through constitutional governance,create governance momentum through cooperative actions,and provide governance support through public virtues.This establishes and consolidates the base of the effectiveness of modern state governance and enhances its efficiency.展开更多
