Research on the technical route of standards digitization based on knowledge graphs

This paper outlines the basic concept of knowledge graph and its unique advantages, and explains in detail its approach to processing complex data structures through data integration, relationship discovery and semantic understanding. Knowledge graphs utilize a combination of technologies such as entities, attributes, relationships, and semantic annotations to demonstrate indispensable functionality in standardization processes, and especially excel in achieving semantic connectivity. This paper systematically analyzes the role of knowledge graph in each level using the standards hierarchical model as a framework. In Level 1, knowledge graph supports information extraction and preliminary tagging;in Level 2, it realizes structured and semantic processing of documents;in Level 3, it facilitates complex relationship modeling and executive integration;and it lays the foundation for advanced intelligent applications, autonomous standards governance and dynamic automatic updating in Level 4 and 5. This paper provides an in-depth discussion of its future directions and possible challenges, including key topics such as optimizing the scalability of knowledge graphs and facilitating cross-domain knowledge fusion. It shows that knowledge graphs provide powerful technical support for standards digitization and offer new possibilities for realizing smart manufacturing and cross-domain collaboration. 展开更多

Number and quantities of reference standards (RS) needed for the quality control of drugs are increasing, bringing great pressure to the calibration and using company. This manuscript summarized the four generations for the development of RS including physical RS, paper atlas, substitute RS and electronic databases. The advantages and disadvantages of each generation were summarized. The concept of digital RS (DRS) was proposed based on this, and summed up the definition, advantages, and technical architecture of DRS. The 10 characteristics of five aspects of the DRS were discussed including digital, multi-dimension, big data, cloud computing, internet, internet of things, sharing, multi-terminal, intelligence, and compliance certification. Then, the necessity of its formation and application in the medicine holistic quality control of internet plus era was discussed in this manuscript. 展开更多

Secure Order-Specified Multisignature Scheme Based on DSA

In multisignature schemes signers can sign either in a linear order or not in any specified order, but neither of them is adequate in some scenarios where require mixture using of orderless and ordered multisignature. Most order-specified multisignatures specified the orders as linear ones. In this paper, we proposed an order-specified multisignature scheme based on DSA secure against active insider attack. To our knowledge, it is the first order-specified multisignature scheme based on DSA signature scheme, in which signers can sign in flexible order represented by series-parallel graphs. In the multisignature scheme verification to both signers and signing order are available. The security of the scheme is proved by reduce to an identification scheme that is proved have some concrete security. The running time of verifying a signature is comparable to previous schemes while the running time of multisignature generation and the space needed is less than those schemes. 展开更多

Contemporary society is confronted with multifaceted challenges,and the intricate interplay of interconnected factors significantly complicates emergency response efforts.Current practices rely on quick decisions by domain experts;however,the limitations of individual expertise and the urgency of crises hinder both precision and standardization.To address these issues,we propose a novel approach:an intelligent method for emergency decision-making grounded in a standardized digital knowledge graph.First,our study examined the underlying theory of standardized digital transformation and event-chain evolution.This led to the construction of a knowledge graph encompassing standard emergency knowledge,as well as supplementary derivative data pertinent to event response.Second,through the application of semantic analysis and intention recognition of the decision target,coherent and interpretable query sentences for the decision system were crafted.These query sentences then served as a conduit for retrieving standard emergency knowledge relevant to the current emergency situation,as well as potential secondary disasters.The overarching goal is to provide emergency decision makers with effective support mechanisms that are both well informed and tailored to the specific demands of each situation. 展开更多

As a leading industry of low-altitude economy and an emphasis area of consumer goods trade-in,in recent years,the Unmanned Aircraft System(UAS)industry has successively received the attention of the Standardization Administration of the P.R.C,the State Administration for Market Regulation and other departments,which have all emphasized the importance of giving full play to the leading role of standards.Up to now,the construction of China's UAS standard system has made great progress,and 126 key standards that are urgently needed by the market and support supervision have been formulated and revised in a timely manner,but the following problems still exist:the standard terminology is not yet unified,the way of prioritizing the formulation and revision is too simple,the content of the standard system is still imperfect,and there is a lack of a unified public service platform for standard information.In order to solve these problems,this paper combines the new international standardization construction experience of the European,the United States and other countries,and puts forward the corresponding optimization ideas for the construction of the UAS standard system,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the UAS industry. 展开更多

In this article, we analyze the complexity of the batch verifying schemes defined by Li, Hwang and Chen in 2010, and propose a new batch verifying multiple digital signature scheme, in two variants: one for RSA - by completing the Harn's schema with an identifying illegal signatures algorithm, and the other adapted for a modified Elliptic Curve Digital Siggnature Algorithm protocol. 展开更多
