An evolutionary model...In order to make most software engineers and managers pay more attention to software quality at source level, two confusing terms-coding standard and programming style-were reviewed and compared. An evolutionary model of quality assurance at source code level was proposed, which implies that coding standard should be better accepted and more emphasized than programming style. Our current researches on evaluating the compliance with coding standards will likely make the strategy of quality assurance at source code level more operable.展开更多
目的:探讨医疗机构药品追溯码平台建设实践经验,为各医疗机构实施药品追溯体系提供参考。方法:医院药品追溯码平台的建设主要包括医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)接口开发、药品识别码模块构建、追溯码数据库创建、发药...目的:探讨医疗机构药品追溯码平台建设实践经验,为各医疗机构实施药品追溯体系提供参考。方法:医院药品追溯码平台的建设主要包括医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)接口开发、药品识别码模块构建、追溯码数据库创建、发药及退药流程再造、智能终端部署、质量管控报表开发等,重点优化扫码效能、构建多维度发药核验功能和提升药师扫码积极性,并分析平台使用前后取药等候时间和发药出门差错数据。结果:顺利完成药品追溯码平台接口的对接、系统改造和测试工作,构建了标准化药品追溯码数据库,录入715种药品追溯信息,其中口服剂型448种,注射剂型178种,外用剂型89种,截至2024年12月31日,已累计向医保中心归集追溯码1 162 868条。平台实施后,患者取药平均等候时间由13.04 min降至12.62 min,发药出门差错由38例(0.069‰)降至25例(0.031‰),经χ^(2)检验表明发药出门差错的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001 4)。结论:药品追溯码平台的建设,不仅推动了医疗机构药学服务向精准化、智能化转型,也为监管部门拓展药品全流程监管应用场景提供了技术支持,显著提升患者用药安全感。展开更多
随着计算机科学和软件工程的相关技术包括人工智能、领域特定语言、知识图谱等的发展,越来越多的自动合规审查工具开始出现。以建筑领域为例,有关建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)、建筑二维图纸的自动化审查研究和落...随着计算机科学和软件工程的相关技术包括人工智能、领域特定语言、知识图谱等的发展,越来越多的自动合规审查工具开始出现。以建筑领域为例,有关建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)、建筑二维图纸的自动化审查研究和落地应用层出不穷。使用计算机进行自动合规审查的核心步骤之一是对用自然语言编写的条文进行逻辑表示,将其转化为计算机能够理解的形式。虽然目前学者们已经进行了很多相关的研究,也形成了许多被广泛使用的标准和范式,但如何处理高层次的规则之间的相互关系却一直很少被关注。该文基于建筑领域基于规则的自动合规审查提出了一种处理高层次规则之间相互关系的范式,该范式使用“合规级联”、“不合规级联”和“不适用级联”三种模式对高层次规则间关系进行计算机表示,让计算机能够自动对其进行处理。将这种范式用于“BIMChecker”自动合规审查工具中进行了基于实际项目的测试,验证了该范式的有效性。展开更多

文摘现有的基于卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)的环路滤波器倾向于将多个网络应用于不同的量化参数(quantization parameter,QP),消耗训练模型中的大量资源,并增加内存负担。针对这一问题,提出一种基于CNN的QP自适应环路滤波器。首先,设计一个轻量级分类网络,按照滤波难易程度将编码树单元(coding tree unit,CTU)划分为难、中、易3类;然后,构建3个融合了特征信息增强融合模块的基于CNN的滤波网络,以满足不同QP下的3类CTU滤波需求。将所提出的环路滤波器集成到多功能视频编码(versatile video coding,VVC)标准H.266/VVC的测试软件VTM 6.0中,替换原有的去块效应滤波器(deblocking filter,DBF)、样本自适应偏移(sample adaptive offset,SAO)滤波器和自适应环路滤波器。实验结果表明,该方法平均降低了3.14%的比特率差值(Bjøntegaard delta bit rate,BD-BR),与其他基于CNN的环路滤波器相比,显著提高了压缩效率,并减少了压缩伪影。
