It is difficult to temporally and spatially track and characterize the slurry viscosity in flowing water during grouting simulation.In this study,a sequential flow and solidification(SFS)method considering the spatial-temporal evolution of slurry viscosity in flowing water in karst conduit is proposed.First,a time-dependent model for the threshold function of slurry viscosity is established.During the grouting process,the spatial-temporal evolution of slurry viscosity is revealed by tracking the diffusion behavior of the slurry injected at different times.This method is capable of describing the gradual solidification process of the slurry during grouting.Furthermore,a physical model of grouting in a karst conduit is developed.Second,the effectiveness of the SFS method in grouting simulation is verified by the experiment of grouting conduit in flowing water.The SFS method enables real-time monitoring of fluid velocity and pressure during grouting in flowing water and provides a feasible calculation method for revealing the grouting plugging mechanism in complex karst conduits at different engineering scales.In addition,it can be used to guide the design of grouting tests in flowing water,improve cost efficiency,and provide theoretical basis for optimizing grouting design and slurry selection. 展开更多

This study compared the control effect of 110 g/L etoxazole SC,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC,30%cyetpyrafen SC,43%bifenazate SC and 1.8%abamectin EC five acaricides sprayed by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on Panonychus citri,aiming to screen out the appropriate acaricide for the control of this pest by UAV spraying.The results showed that 15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC had the highest control efficacy,which remained above 90%14 d after application.Secondary performance was observed in 43%bifenazate SC and 110 g/L etoxazole SC,which demonstrated enhancing control effect.However,1.8%abamectin EC showed slower effect.Considering the control effect and population reduction rate of P.citri,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC were suggested as the effective acaricides for the control of this pest. 展开更多

Mechanical properties and damage evolution of sprayed ultrahigh performance concrete under uniaxial compression

To investigate the effects of the spraying process and different fibers on the mechanical properties and failure patterns of ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC),three types of fibers were used.These fibers were formed using both spraying and molding methods.Uniaxial compression tests were conducted,and two nondestructive monitoring techniques,acoustic emission(AE)and digital image correlation,were employed to monitor the uniaxial compression tests.The results indicated that the compressive strength of UHPC with single steel fibers and hybrid fibers increased by about 19%and 14%compared with those of UHPC with polyoxymethylene fibers.In comparison with molded UHPC,sprayed UHPC showed a slight improvement in compressive strength.Specimens containing steel fibers exhibited better post-cracking ductility,whereas those with only polyoxymethylene fibers displayed a certain degree of brittle failure.In sprayed UHPC,the onset of significant internal damage was delayed,which was related to the redistribution of internal fibers.The failure of UHPC was characterized by primary tensile cracks,supplemented by shear cracks.The spraying process can better restrict the development of tensile cracks in UHPC.Sprayed UHPC typically exhibited multiple crack developments leading to failure,whereas molded UHPC generally failed in the form of a single main crack penetrating the specimen.The addition of steel fibers delayed the occurrence of local stress concentration zones,aligning well with AE monitoring data. 展开更多

无人机施药雾滴粒径与喷液量对稻飞虱防治的影响

A novel aluminum bronze over the Cu-Al binary alloy eutectoid Cu-14Al-4.5Fe was prepared by a jointly-charging one-melting technique and conventional sand casting. The bronze coatings were atmospherically plasma sprayed on the 45# medium carbon steel substrate. The effect of rare earth Ce on the microstructures and Vickers hardness of the cast alloy and coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, electronic probe microanalysis, transmission electron microscopy and microhardness measurements. The results indicate that the hardness of both as-cast alloy and coating are enhanced by the addition of 0.6% Ce due to the refinement of κ phases which are well distributed in the matrix. The rapid solidification in the plasma spray processing retains Fe-supersaturated in the Al-bronze alloy coatings, which avoids the formation of eutectoid (α+γ2) phase and stacking faults are found in the coatings with Ce added, accordingly improves the mechanical properties. 展开更多

TiN-matrix composite coating was prepared on 45# steel by reactive high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying. Its microstructure, phase composition, micro-hardness, corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaC1 solution and wear resistance were analyzed. The results suggest that the TiN-matrix composite coating is well bonded with the substrate. The micro-hardness measured decreases with the increase of applied test loads. And the micro-hardness of the coating under heavy loads is relatively high. The TiN-matrix composite coating exhibits an excellent corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaC1 solution. The corrosion potential of coating is positive and the passivation zone is broad, which indicates that the TiN-matrix composite coating is stable in the electrolyte and provides excellent protection to the substrate. The wear coefficient of the coating under all loads maintains at 0.49-0.50. The wear mechanism of the coating is revealed to be three-body abrasive wear. Yet the failure forms of TiN-matrix composite coating under different loads have an obvious difference. The failure form of coating under light loads is particle spallation due to the stress concentration while that of coating under heavy loads is crackin~ between inter-lamellae. 展开更多

A metallic glass coating with the composition of Fe51.33Cr14.9Mo25.67Y3.4C3.44B1.26 (mole fraction, %) on the Q235 stainless steel was developed by the detonation gun (D-gun) spraying process. The microstructure and the phase aggregate were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry, respectively. Microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion behavior were assessed using a Vickers microhardness tester, a ball-on-disk wear testing machine and the electrochemical measurement method, respectively. Microstructural studies show that the coatings possess a densely layered structure with the porosity less than 2.1%. The tribological behavior of the coatings examined under dry conditions shows that their relative wear resistance is five times higher than that of the substrate material. Both adhesive wear and abrasive wear contribute to the friction, but the former is the dominant wear mechanism of the metallic glass coatings. The coatings exhibit low passive current density and extremely wide passive region in 3.5% NaCl solution, thus indicating excellent corrosion resistance. 展开更多

A FeCrSiBMn amorphous/nanocrystalline coating with 700 μm in thickness and 0.65% in porosity, was prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF) spraying process. The long-term corrosion behavior of the FeCrSiBMn coating was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) tests in a 3.5% NaCl solution with a hard chromium coating as a reference. The FeCrSiBMn coating exhibited higher corrosion potential and lower corrosion current density than the hard chromium coating. The pore resistance(Rp) and charge transfer resistance(Rct) of FeCrSiBMn coating were higher than those of the hard chromium coating. In addition, after immersion in the Na Cl solution for 28 d, only small pores in the FeCrSiBMn coating were observed. All the results indicated that the FeCrSiBMn coating held superior corrosion resistance to the hard chromium coating. This could be attributed to the dense structure, low porosity and amorphous/nanocrystalline phases of the FeCrSiBMn coating. 展开更多

The powders of Mo2FeB2 cermet were prepared with Mo powders, Fe-B alloy powders and Fe powders as raw materials. Mo2FeB2 cermet coatings were prepared on Q235 steel by reactive thermal spraying (RTS) method and heated at 1 000 ℃ in vacuum oven of 1 kPa for 5 h. The properties of coatings were investigated. The results indicate that Fe2B appears after milling for 15 h in the powder at room temperature, a part of ternary borides (Mo2FeB2) are generated in powder sintered at 900 ℃. The coatings are composed of the major phases Mo2FeB2 and a-Fe, a little of Fe203, FeO and some pores. The bonding strength between the substrate and the ceramic coating is 32.73 MPa, the thermal-shock times is about 43 and the wear resistance is enhanced by approximately 5.28 times compared with that of the substrate, respectively. The comprehensive properties of Mo2FeB2 cermet coatings can be imoroved further after vacuum heat-treatment at 1 000 ℃ for 5 h. 展开更多

The effect of laser-treatment on hot corrosion resistance was also examined.It was shown that CoNiCrAlTaSiY coating had superior properties in resistance to hot corrosion due to the readiness of the formation of a protective Cr2O3 scale on the coating surface.A model for the mechanism of hot corrosion of this coating has been suggested. Hot corrosion resistance of this coating was significantly increased by the laser treatment simply because the surface of the as sprayed coating was densified by the high power laser beam. 展开更多

环境温度与压力对HFE7100制冷剂单液滴蒸发特性的影响机制研究

为系统研究环境温度与压力对环保型制冷剂HFE7100单液滴蒸发特性的影响机制,基于挂滴法,结合高速摄像与热电偶测温技术,同步观测液滴形态与内部温度变化。试验结果表明,HFE7100单液滴蒸发特性受环境温度(50、100、150、200、250℃)与压... 为系统研究环境温度与压力对环保型制冷剂HFE7100单液滴蒸发特性的影响机制,基于挂滴法,结合高速摄像与热电偶测温技术,同步观测液滴形态与内部温度变化。试验结果表明,HFE7100单液滴蒸发特性受环境温度(50、100、150、200、250℃)与压力(1、10、20 bar)的显著影响。在高温(>100℃)下,液滴蒸发呈双阶段特征,即初始加热阶段和平衡蒸发阶段,而50℃低温下仅表现为单阶段平衡蒸发。在250℃时,因组分沸点差异较小可观察到气泡形成与破裂,但对蒸发的促进作用有限,且高压(10、20 bar)会显著减小气泡尺寸。高温通过提高气液相传热强度、饱和蒸气压及气相扩散系数,显著加速液滴升温与蒸发,导致初始加热阶段占比增加。此外,环境压力对蒸发特性的影响取决于环境温度。在50℃低温下,压力升高因抑制蒸汽扩散而降低蒸发速率常数;而在150、200、250℃高温下,压力通过降低气化潜热和增强对流传热加速液滴升温,反而提升蒸发速率常数。这些效应(促进液滴升温与抑制蒸汽扩散)相互竞争,最终决定了环境压力对液滴蒸发的影响。该发现为喷雾冷却技术的优化提供了重要的理论依据。 展开更多

对于当前植保无人机喷洒存在重复喷洒、农药残留、缺少在线病虫害检测,且检测方法不易在嵌入式端部署等问题,提出一种植保无人机平台下基于改进YOLOv7的霜霉病与潜叶蝇检测农药喷洒系统。首先,采用渐进金字塔网络AFPN提升模型在特征融... 对于当前植保无人机喷洒存在重复喷洒、农药残留、缺少在线病虫害检测,且检测方法不易在嵌入式端部署等问题,提出一种植保无人机平台下基于改进YOLOv7的霜霉病与潜叶蝇检测农药喷洒系统。首先,采用渐进金字塔网络AFPN提升模型在特征融合区域的自适应特征融合能力。其次,引入EMA注意力机制模块,利用维度交互的方式来提升融合像素特征。试验结果表明,改进YOLOv7病虫害检测算法的平均精度均值mAP达到94.2%,相比于原始YOLOv7算法提高25.9%,每秒传输帧数FPS相比于原算法提高4.6%。最后,将YOLOv7—AFPN—EMA的病虫害识别模型部署到Jetson Orin Nano上进行验证性检测试验,对比模型改进前后的检测精度。验证结果表明,改进算法相比于原始算法,在线实时检测精度提升11.3%,病虫害检测成功率达89.7%。 展开更多

白藜芦醇洗脱支架的理化特性和体外生物学效应

背景:传统药物洗脱支架虽然已成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入治疗的主流选择,但仍存内皮修复延迟、晚期血栓风险及慢性炎症反应等问题,因此,开发具有选择性细胞调控功能和可降解载体的新型药物洗脱支架已成为当前研究的迫切需求。目... 背景:传统药物洗脱支架虽然已成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入治疗的主流选择,但仍存内皮修复延迟、晚期血栓风险及慢性炎症反应等问题,因此,开发具有选择性细胞调控功能和可降解载体的新型药物洗脱支架已成为当前研究的迫切需求。目的:制备负载白藜芦醇洗脱涂层的316L不锈钢支架,系统研究该涂层的理化性能、生物相容性以及对动脉粥样硬化病灶的治疗效果。方法:①配置白藜芦醇与聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物质量比分别为0%,10%,20%,30%,40%的溶液,采用蒸发沉积法在316L不锈钢片材表面制备质量分数0%,10%,20%,30%,40%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层,表征5组涂层的水接触角、血液相容性、抗氧化特性以及对人脐静脉内皮细胞、人主动脉平滑肌细胞与巨噬细胞生长行为的影响,表征质量分数30%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层的药物释放动力学与机械性能;将巨噬细胞分别接种于316L不锈钢片材、负载聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物涂层316L不锈钢片材与负载质量分数30%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层316L不锈钢片材表面,加入脂多糖刺激因子建立动脉粥样硬化模型,免疫荧光染色检测CD206(抗炎型巨噬细胞)、CD86(促炎型巨噬细胞)表达。②配置白藜芦醇与聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物质量比分别为0%,30%的溶液作为喷涂液,采用超声雾化喷涂法在316L不锈钢支架表面制备质量分数0%,30%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层,通过球囊扩张实验评估涂层的机械性能。结果与结论:①负载涂层316L不锈钢片材表面的水接触角均大于316L不锈钢片材,并且随着涂层中白藜芦醇质量分数的增加,不锈钢片材表面的水接触角呈降低趋势。316L不锈钢片材与负载涂层316L不锈钢片材均具有较低的溶血率(溶血率<5%);体外血小板黏附与激活实验显示白藜芦醇洗脱涂层有效抑制了血小板的附着与活化,其中质量分数30%,40%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层的作用更显著。白藜芦醇洗脱涂层可抑制巨噬细胞的活性氧释放,发挥抗氧化特性。白藜芦醇洗脱涂层可促进人脐静脉内皮细胞的增殖、抑制人主动脉平滑肌细胞与巨噬细胞的增殖,其中质量分数30%,40%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层的作用更显著。因此,后续实验选择质量分数30%白藜芦醇洗脱涂层。白藜芦醇洗脱涂层能够实现至少30d的稳定可控药物释放。免疫荧光染色显示白藜芦醇洗脱涂层能够促进巨噬细胞向抗炎表型转化。②经球囊扩张后,不锈钢支架表面的白藜芦醇洗脱涂层未出现剥落、裂缝扩展等问题,具有良好的机械性能。 展开更多

猪舍变量洗消机器人设计与试验

针对当前猪舍洗消作业存在人工耗时费力、定量供液导致水/药资源浪费等问题,研究了一种基于喷头与待洗消点位间距离信息调节洗消供液流量的猪舍变量洗消机器人。为满足变量洗消作业要求,初步确定了机器人总体组成方案,研发了变量洗消机... 针对当前猪舍洗消作业存在人工耗时费力、定量供液导致水/药资源浪费等问题,研究了一种基于喷头与待洗消点位间距离信息调节洗消供液流量的猪舍变量洗消机器人。为满足变量洗消作业要求,初步确定了机器人总体组成方案,研发了变量洗消机构、高压液路系统和核心控制系统;为实现不同距离洗消点位的流量精准调节,开展了猪粪洗消响应面和比例阀“开度-流量”标定试验,构建了“洗消距离-阀门开度”变量洗消数学模型;为验证洗消机器人样机性能,开展了装备系统集成与模拟场景下的清洗、消毒试验。结果表明,机器人对2.2 m×5.0 m尺寸猪舍栏位的四角和中心共5个猪粪点位的清除率为90.9%,清洗性能良好;对机器人消毒喷雾性能进行试验,在猪舍栏位中心线上距离喷嘴0.2、2.5、4.8 m的3个点位布置水敏纸,测得DV 10(表示10%的雾滴直径小于该值)分别为101.54、106.64、109.08μm,表明90%以上的消毒雾滴直径均大于100μm,适用于栏位表面和地面消毒;雾滴沉积量为0.742~5.538μL/cm^(2),沉积效果良好。研究结果可为实现高效、精准、自动化猪舍清洗消毒作业提供技术支撑。 展开更多
