This strain was identified according to morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristics and sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene and gyrB gene. The results showed that LZF-5-3 strain was identified as Bacillus methylotrophicus and the control effect of LZF-5-3 against F.oxysporum in snap bean was 71.42% in pot test.展开更多
