Supplier selection and order splitting modeling in the pr esence of supplier capacity and resilience

To solve the problem of a supplier's failure to deliver thus impacting supply chain system performance in the supply chain operating process, a model of supplier selection and order splitting in the context of a multiple sourcing setting is proposed. First, by the analysis of the elements of expected total costs of the buyer firm, namely, expected loss costs, resilience effort costs, supplier maintenance costs, and cycle purchase costs, the expected total costs function is obtained. And then, the effects of supplier characters on the supplier selection and order splitting decisionmaking are investigated by numerical examples. The results show that the maximum delivery capacity, the probability of failure to deliver and the resilience parameters are crucial elements in determining which suppliers should be selected and how to do order splitting between suppliers. Finally, current analyses focus only on the expected total costs of the buyer firm but ignore the suppliers' costs: thus, it is more interesting to examine the supplier decisions from both parties' points of view. 展开更多

The gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixed flow is the most general in multiphase mixed transportation. It is significant to exactly solve the coupling hydraulic transient problems of this type of multiphase mixed flow in pipelines. Presently, the method of characteristics is widely used to solve classical hydraulic transient problems. However, when it is used to solve coupling hydraulic transient problems, excessive interpolation errors may be introduced into the results due to unavoidable multiwave interpolated calculations. To deal with the problem, a finite difference scheme based on the Steger- Warming flux vector splitting is proposed. A flux vector splitting scheme is established for the coupling hydraulic transient model of gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixed flow in the pipelines. The flux subvectors are then discretized by the Lax-Wendroff central difference scheme and the Warming-Beam upwind difference scheme with second-order precision in both time and space. Under the Rankine-Hugoniot conditions and the corresponding boundary conditions, an effective solution to those points located at the boundaries is developed, which can avoid the problem beyond the calculation region directly induced by the second-order discrete technique. Numerical and experimental verifications indicate that the proposed scheme has several desirable advantages including high calculation precision, excellent shock wave capture capability without false numerical oscillation, low sensitivity to the Courant number, and good stability. 展开更多

The Jahn-Teller distortion plays an important role in determining the exchange interaction in rare-earth manganites.In this work we study the influence of the Jahn-Teller distortion on the magnetic structures of TbMn1-xFexO3(x = 0,0.02,0.05,0.10,and 0.20) single crystals in the basal MnO2 plane.The decrease in the quadruple splitting with the increasing Fe doping indicates the reduction of the Jahn-Teller distortion,which makes the nearest neighboring(NN) FM interaction dominant over the next nearest neighbor(NNN) AFM interaction.This alteration is favorable for the development of A-type AFM ordering instead of the spiral magnetic ordering,which collapses when x ≥ 0.05.The analysis of dielectric data indicates that the ferroelectricity is arising from the peculiar spiral magnetic ordering. 展开更多

Not only can the time-direction precision of this method be higher than that of the traditional splitting methods but also can the physical feature of mutual dependence of the fast and the slow stages that are calculated separately and splittingly be kept as well. Moreover, the method owns an universality, it can be generalized to other square-conservative difference schemes, such as the implicit and complete ones and the explicit and instantaneous ones. Good time benefits can be acquired when it is applied in the numerical simulations of the monthly mean currents of the South China Sea. 展开更多

电商企业为提高运营效率,采用定期交付模式为客户进行多个周期的配送。在多周期环境下,考虑订单可拆分、柔性配送、异构车辆等因素,建立了混合整数规划模型,统筹安排车辆的服务路径、订单拆分以及柔性配送策略使得电商企业配送成本最低... 电商企业为提高运营效率,采用定期交付模式为客户进行多个周期的配送。在多周期环境下,考虑订单可拆分、柔性配送、异构车辆等因素,建立了混合整数规划模型,统筹安排车辆的服务路径、订单拆分以及柔性配送策略使得电商企业配送成本最低。设计了禁忌搜索算法,配置不同规模的算例对模型和算法进行测试,数值实验结果表明:算法在较短时间内可以得到一个满意解,表明算法在求解该问题时的有效性。在多周期车辆路径问题中同时考虑订单拆分和柔性配送,可以有效降低配送成本、提升客户满意度。 展开更多

A novel Time-Interleaved Analog-to-Digital Converter (TIADC) digital background calibration for the mismatches of offsets, gain errors, and timing skews based on split-ADC is proposed. Firstly, the split-ADC channels in present TIADC architecture are designed to convert input signal at two different channel sampling rates so that redundant channel to facilitate pair permutation is avoided. Secondly, a high-order compensation scheme for correction of timing skew error is employed for effective calibration to preserve high-resolution when input frequency is high. Numerical simulation performed by MATLAB for a 14-bit TIADC based on 7 split-ADC channels shows that Signal-to-Noise and Distortion Ratio (SNDR) and Spurious Free Dynamic Range (SFDR) of the TIADC achieve 86.2 dBc and 106 dBc respectively after calibration with normalized input frequency near Nyquist frequency. 展开更多

Perfect plane-wave source for a high-order symplectic finite-difference time-domain scheme

The method of splitting a plane-wave finite-difference time-domain (SP-FDTD) algorithm is presented for the initiation of plane-wave source in the total-field / scattered-field (TF/SF) formulation of high-order symplectic finite- difference time-domain (SFDTD) scheme for the first time. By splitting the fields on one-dimensional grid and using the nature of numerical plane-wave in finite-difference time-domain (FDTD), the identical dispersion relation can be obtained and proved between the one-dimensional and three-dimensional grids. An efficient plane-wave source is simulated on one-dimensional grid and a perfect match can be achieved for a plane-wave propagating at any angle forming an integer grid cell ratio. Numerical simulations show that the method is valid for SFDTD and the residual field in SF region is shrinked down to -300 dB. 展开更多

As a highly efficient absorbing boundary condition, Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) has been widely used in Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) simulation of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) based on the first order electromagnetic wave equation. However, the PML boundary condition is difficult to apply in GPR Finite Element Time Domain (FETD) simulation based on the second order electromagnetic wave equation. This paper developed a non-split perfectly matched layer (NPML) boundary condition for GPR FETD simulation based on the second order electromagnetic wave equation. Taking two-dimensional TM wave equation as an example, the second order frequency domain equation of GPR was derived according to the definition of complex extending coordinate transformation. Then it transformed into time domain by means of auxiliary differential equation method, and its FETD equation is derived based on Galerkin method. On this basis, a GPR FETD forward program based on NPML boundary condition is developed. The merits of NPML boundary condition are certified by compared with wave field snapshots, signal and reflection errors of homogeneous medium model with split and non-split PML boundary conditions. The comparison demonstrated that the NPML algorithm can reduce memory occupation and improve calculation efficiency. Furthermore, numerical simulation of a complex model verifies the good absorption effects of the NPML boundary condition in complex structures. 展开更多

考虑订单可拆分的第三方共享制造平台产能匹配策略

为帮助制造企业缓解产能不足和产能过剩的困境,支持企业间产能共享的第三方制造平台相继出现并迅速发展。本文针对订单可拆分情形下第三方共享制造平台上的产能匹配问题,考虑产能供需数量、价格及最低匹配量等约束,以平台收益最大化为... 为帮助制造企业缓解产能不足和产能过剩的困境,支持企业间产能共享的第三方制造平台相继出现并迅速发展。本文针对订单可拆分情形下第三方共享制造平台上的产能匹配问题,考虑产能供需数量、价格及最低匹配量等约束,以平台收益最大化为目标构建了产能拆分匹配模型,并综合贪婪算法(greedy algorithm,GA)和大邻域搜索算法(large neighborhood search algorithm, LNS)设计了求解模型的两阶段算法(GA-LNS)。结合现实数据构建多组数值算例进行分析,结果表明:(1)随着产能供方能接受的最低匹配量的降低,平台收益和产能供方总收益均正向增加;(2)与GUROBI及变邻域搜索算法求解结果相比,本文设计的GA-LNS算法具有更好的有效性;(3)GA-LNS求解的结果相对偏差指数(RDI)变化范围很小,GA-LNS算法具有较好的稳定性。本文所建立的模型和设计的算法能够在较短的时间内给出质量较高的解,帮助第三方共享制造平台更有效地匹配供需双方产能及提升制造资源利用率。 展开更多

面向多品多仓的订单拆分与配送联合优化

目前大部分研究将订单拆分与订单配送视作两个独立问题进行处理,忽视了二者的耦合关系,有必要在考虑“一单多品”订单特性以及“一地多仓”仓库布局的基础下对订单拆分与配送问题进行联合优化。基于多需求点和多配送车型的问题特点和相... 目前大部分研究将订单拆分与订单配送视作两个独立问题进行处理,忽视了二者的耦合关系,有必要在考虑“一单多品”订单特性以及“一地多仓”仓库布局的基础下对订单拆分与配送问题进行联合优化。基于多需求点和多配送车型的问题特点和相关假设,构建了以最小化订单履行成本为优化目标的混合整数规划模型。结合模型特点,对自适应大规模邻域搜索算法进行改进,设计2-HST(2-Hierarchically Separated Tree)算法对订单进行初始聚类,同时引入惩罚因子优化锦标赛策略以增强算法的局部搜索能力。数值实验结果表明:与CPLEX以及四种基线算法相比,所提改进的自适应大规模邻域搜索(Improved Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search,IALNS)算法能够在合理时间内获得更高质量的局部最优解。此外,相较于电商企业实际运用的订单拆分及配送策略,所提算法的订单拆分及配送策略平均能缩减26%的订单履行成本,验证了算法的实用性。 展开更多

中央厨房作为餐饮供应链集约化管理的核心模式,在食品安全保障与运营效率提升方面展现出巨大潜力。当下多数中央厨房企业仍依赖传统多车型单温配送模式。然而,随着业务规模的持续扩张以及客户需求渐趋多样化,传统模式已不能适应中央厨... 中央厨房作为餐饮供应链集约化管理的核心模式,在食品安全保障与运营效率提升方面展现出巨大潜力。当下多数中央厨房企业仍依赖传统多车型单温配送模式。然而,随着业务规模的持续扩张以及客户需求渐趋多样化,传统模式已不能适应中央厨房“少量多样、温区繁杂”的配送特征。本研究聚焦于将考虑订单拆分策略的蓄冷式多温共配模式引入中央厨房配送体系,以车辆固定成本、运输成本、货损成本、时间窗惩罚成本、碳排放成本、制冷成本和拆分成本之和最小化为目标建立路径优化模型,并设计改进黏菌算法—订单拆分策略两阶段优化算法求解。最后,以福州市某中央厨房的配送数据作为算例,对比分析不同配送模式下的优化结果,结果表明:相较于传统多车型单温配送,采用蓄冷式多温共配的总成本减少约25.04%;相较于蓄冷式多温共配,采用考虑订单拆分的蓄冷式多温共配总成本减少约9.26%。有力验证所提模型与算法在降低配送成本、提高资源利用效率方面的卓越成效,为中央厨房配送的精细化、科学化发展提供极具实践价值的参考方案。 展开更多

接触式DCT实验装置与仿体实验设计

目的为解决大面积接触式漫射相关层析成像(Diffuse Correlation Tomography,DCT)设备由于需要大规模光源-探测(Source-Detector,S-D)阵列完成数据采集导致设备成本升高的问题。方法研究提出采用光开关阵列将1组S-D时分复用为8组,共覆盖8... 目的为解决大面积接触式漫射相关层析成像(Diffuse Correlation Tomography,DCT)设备由于需要大规模光源-探测(Source-Detector,S-D)阵列完成数据采集导致设备成本升高的问题。方法研究提出采用光开关阵列将1组S-D时分复用为8组,共覆盖8 cm×8 cm目标组织。每组长短距离的S-D交叉分布形成同心圆结构,利用其对称性和对等性,保证体素获得光子的均衡性,同时扩大探测面积和深度。结果利用该低成本DCT设备,仿体“十字型”异质物重建位置精确,形态基本完整,重建图像第二层(深度0.5~1.0 cm)的对比度为0.75;“管状”异质物的对比度与流速呈良好的线性关系,重建位置精确,形态完整;临床袖带加压测试实验自然状态的血流指数约为加压状态的10倍,且3D图像和图像标准差也显示自然状态的血运更丰富。结论该接触式DCT设备对形态各异的异质物检测能力较强,可作为一种新的检测手段检测与血流灌注异常相关的疾病。 展开更多
