However, in the Einstein’s theory of gravity, they are not simple. In fact, we do not know their solutions up to now. Based on the coordinate transformations of the Kerr and the Kerr-Newman solutions of the Einstein’s equation of gravity field with axial symmetry, the gravity fields of static thin loop and double spheres are obtained. The results indicate that, no matter how much the mass and density are, there are singularities at the central point of thin loop and the contact point of double spheres. What is more, the singularities are completely exposed in vacuum. Space near the surfaces of thin loop and spheres are highly curved, although the gravity fields are very weak. These results are inconsistent with practical experience and completely impossible. By reasonable analogy, black holes with singularity in cosmology and astrophysics are something illusive. Caused by the mathematical description of curved space-time, they do not exist in real world actually. If there are black holes in the universe, they can only be the types of the Newtonian black holes without singularities, rather than the Einstein’s singularity black holes. In order to escape the puzzle of singularity thoroughly, the description of gravity should return to the traditional form of dynamics in flat space. The renormalization of gravity and the unified description of four basic interactions may be possible only based on the frame of flat space-time. Otherwise, theses problems can not be solved forever. Physicists should have a clear understanding about this problem.展开更多

One of them is thought to be the concept of “family caring” aimed at families. This study attempts to clarify family caring and develop Family Care/ Caring Theory (FCCT), with the aim of implementing it in conjunction with an existing family nursing theory, the Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory (CSFET). In Japan and in Hong Kong, family ethnography (including formal interviews) was conducted. As a result, the item “family health care nurses and their colleagues” was added to the family external environment of the CSFET. In the family environment, evidence was obtained to the effect that the family system unit is cared for by the nursing professional, and conversely the family system unit cares for the nursing professional, in a circular transaction. Observing the two-dimensional plane formed by the structural distance and functional distance, family caring assumes a structure of concentric circles, and according to transactions, the structural distance and functional distance between the nursing professional and family system unit are gradually approached, and through deepening of mutual trust maintain an appropriate distance. Moreover observing the three-dimensional space-time continuum which is created through addition of the temporal distance, family caring forms a helical structure. As transactions are repeated along the temporal axis, the family system unit’s self-actualization of other individuals and the self-actualization of the nursing professional are realized. Through these processes, a family care/caring relationship is reinforced and established. This is the concept of FCCT. Through future utilization in clinical settings this will be empirically substantiated, and it will be necessary to continue making creative corrections and revisions.展开更多

Magnetic particles (Fe3O4) were deposited on the SiO2 surface by varying the molar ratio of [Fe2+]/[Fe3+] and the molar concentration of iron salts. The obtained magnetic hollow silica spheres exhibited a super-paramagnetic behavior at room temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray powder scattering (XRD) were applied to characterize the MHSS. Besides, their unit cell parameters are calculated according to results indexing to XRD, the MHSS sample prepared at 0.10 M iron salts and 2:1 molar ratio of [Fe2+]/[Fe3+] has a largest cell angle (β) of unit cell. Due to large hollow cavity space and super-paramagnetic characteristics, the inner amino-functionalized MHSS could be labeled with radioisotope 99Tcm to study the MHSS’s magnetic targeting distribution in vivo. To avoid space curvature infinite at the center of solid sphere, we set an integral constant to be zero directly at present. However, according to the theory of differential equation, the integral constant should be determined by the known boundary conditions of spherical surface, in stead of the metric at the spherical center. By considering that fact that the volumes of three dimensional hollow and solid spheres in curved space are different from that in flat space, the integral constants are proved to be nonzero. The results indicate that no matter what the masses and densities of hollow sphere and solid sphere are, there exist space-time singularities at the centers of hollow sphere and solid spheres. Meanwhile, the intensity of pressure at the center point of solid sphere can not be infinite. That is to say, the material can not collapse towards the center of so-called black hole. At the center and its neighboring region of solid sphere, pressure intensities become negative values. There may be a region for hollow sphere in which pressure intensities may become negative values too. The common hollow and solid spheres in daily live can not have such impenetrable characteristics. The results only indicate that the singularity black holes predicated by general relativity are caused by the descriptive method of curved space-time actually. If black holes exist really in the universe, they can only be the Newtonian black holes, not the Einstein’s black holes. Then, the G’/G-expansion method is applied to this continuous equation, and the exact solitary wave solutions with arbitrary parameters are obtained. Compared with other papers, the solutions obtained in this paper are more extensive and contains more parameters. The simultaneous existence of exact solitary wave solutions can help us study the propagation of shock waves in one-dimensional granular crystals of elastic spheres. At the same time, it has important theoretical significance in nondestructive testing with non-linear wave.展开更多

Sano pointed out that it would be interesting to compute the competition numbers of some triangulations of a sphere as he got the exact value of the competition numbers of regular polyhedra. In this paper, we study the competition numbers of several kinds of triangulations of a sphere, and get the exact values of the competition numbers of a 24-hedron obtained from a hexahedron by adding a vertex in each face of the hexahedron and joining the vertex added in a face with the four vertices of the face, a class of dodecahedra constructed from a hexahedron by adding a diagonal in each face of the hexahedron, and a triangulation of a sphere with 3n (n≥2) vertices.展开更多

The analysis on micro properties such as the total perimeter, surface area, and the face number distribution of each Voronoi polyhedron, and the pore size distribution in each Voronoi/Delaunay subunit is systematically carried out. The results show that with the increasing density of sphere packing, the Voronoi//Delaunay pore size distribution is narrowed. That indicates large pores to be gradually substituted by small uniformed ones during densification. Meanwhile, the distributions of face number, total per/meter, and surface area of Voronoi polyhedra at high packing densities tend to be narrower and higher, which is in good agreement with those in random loose packing.展开更多

The material of the sphere is modeled as elastic perfectly plastic. Analysis is carried out to study the effect of varying modulus of elasticity and sphere radius in wide range of dimensionless interference until the inception of plasticity as well as in plastic range. Results are compared with previous elastic-plastic models. It is found that materials with Young’s modulus to yield strength (E/Y) ratio less than and greater than 300 show strikingly different contact phenomena. The dependency of E on dimensionless interference at which the plastic region fully covers the surface is observed. However with different radius, finite element study exhibits similar elastic-plastic phenomena.展开更多

文摘In this paper, we conduct research on the sphere of the infl uence of the core value of basic Confucianism under the perspective of life view and values. Value pluralism, as a kind of general phenomenon, the progress of the social values in the value of awakening diversifi ed value orientation, expanded the value choice and choice of the degrees of the freedom at the same time that caused the phenomenon such as value confl ict, value confl ict as make people in social life has a value lost and confused. Value is to reveal the external relationship between the signifi cance of the objective world to meet the needs of the people that serve as a specifi c attributes of the object to the subject needs. We integrate the Confucianism to introduce our understanding of the core value that will promote further development of the science and society management.
文摘In this work, we use the analytical expression of the propagation of Finite Olver-Gaussian beams (FOGBs) through a paraxial ABCD optical system to study the action of radiation forces produced by highly focused FOGBs on a Rayleigh dielectric sphere. Our numerical results show that the FOGBs can be employed to trap and manipulate particles with the refractive index larger than that of the ambient. The radiation force distribution has been studied under different beam widths. The trapping stability under different conditions is also analyzed.
文摘In this paper, we reduced the governing equation describing the one-dimensional granular crystals of elastic spheres to a continuous equation by small deformation and long wave approximation. At the same time, it has important theoretical significance in nondestructive testing with non-linear wave.

文摘Exploring efficient and nonprecious metal electrocatalysts of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is crucial for developing rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,an alloying-degree control strategy was employed to fabricate nitrogen-doped carbon sphere(NCS)decorated with dual-phase Co/Co_(7)Fe_(3)heterojunctions(CoFe@NCS).The phase composition of materials has been adjusted by controlling the alloying degree. The optimal CoFe_(0.08)@NCS electrocatalyst displays a half-wave potential of 0.80 V for ORR and an overpotential of 283 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER in an alkaline electrolyte. The intriguing bifunctional electrocatalytic activity and durability is attributed to the hierarchically porous structure and interfacial electron coupling of highly-active Co_(7)Fe_(3)alloy and metallic Co species. When the CoFe_(0.08)@NCS material is used as air-cathode catalyst of rechargeable liquid-state zinc-air battery(ZAB),the device shows a high peak power-density(157 mW·cm^(-2))and maintains a stable voltage gap over 150 h,outperforming those of the benchmark(Pt/C+RuO_(2))-based device. In particular, the as-fabricated solid-state flexible ZAB delivers a reliable compatibility under different bending conditions. Our work provides a promising strategy to develop metal/alloy-based electrocatalysts for the application in renewable energy conversion technologies.

文摘This article presents the findings of a study of the spheres of urban influence with regard to all cities in China(not including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Province of China)in the years 1990,2000 and 2009.An optimized gravity model with comprehensive time distance was used to carry out a detailed analysis of the spatial patterns of Chinese spheres of urban influence and the spatial characteristics of urban agglomerations.Such urban agglomerations are characterized by high density population and a developed economy, which are also considered as the national competition unit. This paper initially identifies four spatial patterns of urban agglomerations based on the spatial layout of city groups during their evolution. Some basic characteristics of urban agglomerations are outlined, including the number of cities, the size of cities and the functions of urban centers. These characteristics are examined by using statistical methods and Geographic Information System(GIS).The main findings from this research are that the development stages and structures of urban agglomerations in China vary significantly. It is also clear that the stages and evolution of spatial patterns are strongly affected and dominated by both policy and location factors.

文摘The control volume formulation with the QUICK finite difference scheme is used to solveincompressible liquid flow past a solid sphere in terms of stream function and vorticity.Several tech-nical points are addressed on improving the accuracy and efficiency of numerical simulation of similarproblems of fluid flow.In particular, the importance of suitable specification of the distortion func-tion to enforcing the far field boundarv conditions is emphasized.
文摘It is hard to compute the competition number for a graph in general and characterizing a graph by its competition number has been one of important research problems in the study of competition graphs. Sano pointed out that it would be interesting to compute the competition numbers of some triangulations of a sphere as he got the exact value of the competition numbers of regular polyhedra. In this paper, we study the competition numbers of several kinds of triangulations of a sphere, and get the exact values of the competition numbers of a 24-hedron obtained from a hexahedron by adding a vertex in each face of the hexahedron and joining the vertex added in a face with the four vertices of the face, a class of dodecahedra constructed from a hexahedron by adding a diagonal in each face of the hexahedron, and a triangulation of a sphere with 3n (n≥2) vertices.
文摘Micro structures of equal sphere packing (ranging from loose to dense packing) generated numerically by discrete element method under different vibration conditions are characterized using Voronoi/Delaunay tessellation, which is applied on a wide range of packing densities. Meanwhile, the distributions of face number, total per/meter, and surface area of Voronoi polyhedra at high packing densities tend to be narrower and higher, which is in good agreement with those in random loose packing.
文摘Using linear water wave theory,three-dimensional problems concerning the interaction of waves with spherical structures in a fluid which contains a three-layer fluid consisting of a layer of finite depth bounded above by freshwater of finite depth with free surface and below by an infinite layer of water of greater density are considered. In such a situation timeharmonic waves with a given frequency can propagate with three wavenumbers. The sphere is submerged in either of the three layers. Each problem is reduced to an infinite system of linear equations by employing the method of multipoles and the system of equations is solved numerically by standard technique. The hydrodynamic forces(vertical and horizontal forces)are obtained and depicted graphically against the wavenumber. When the density ratio of the upper and middle layer is made to approximately one, curves for vertical and horizontal forces almost coincide with the corresponding curves for the case of a two-layer fluid with a free surface. This means that in the limit, the density ratio of the upper and middle layer goes to approximately one,the solution agrees with the solution for the case of a two-layer fluid with a free surface.
文摘The present study considers a finite element analysis of elastic-plastic axi-symmetric hemispherical contact for a frictionless deformable sphere pressed by a rigid flat. However with different radius, finite element study exhibits similar elastic-plastic phenomena.
