Owing to the advantages of wire-driven parallel manipulator, a new wire-driven parallel suspension system for airplane model in low-speed wind tunnel is constructed, and the methods to measure and calculate the aerodynamic parameters of the airplane model are studied. In detail, a static model of the wire-driven parallel suspension is analyzed, a mathematical model for describ- ing the aerodynamic loads exerted on the scale model is constructed and a calculation method for obtaining the aerodynamic parameters of the model by measuring the tension of wires is presented. Moreover, the measurement system for wire tension and its corresponding data acquisition system are designed and built. Thereafter, the wire-driven parallel suspension system is placed in an open return circuit low-speed wind tunnel for wind tunnel tests to acquire data of each wire tension when the airplane model is at different attitudes and different wind speeds. A group of curves about the parameters for aerodynamic load exerted on the airplane model are obtained at different wind speeds after the acquired data are analyzed. The research results validate the feasibility of using a wire-driven parallel manipulator as the suspension system for low-speed wind ttmnel tests. 展开更多

The time-varying system is tracked on-line by building a time-varying parameter model, and then the relevant parameter spectrum can be obtained. Firstly, the architecture of the system hardware is introduced. Secondly, the image tracking performance is compared by the test using the template matching algorithm, the mean shift algorithm and the SURF algorithm. The vibration curve shows that high speed photograph combined with SURF algorithm is faster, more ac- curate, and more suitable for the vibration test of micro machined gyroscope. Piled embankments,which offer many advantages,are increasingly popular in construction of high-speed railways in China.Although the performance of piled embankment under static loading is well-known,the behavior under the dynamic train load of a high-speed railway is not yet understood.In light of this,a heavily instrumented piled embankment model was set up,and a model test was carried out,in which a servo-hydraulic actuator outputting M-shaped waves was adopted to simulate the process of a running train.Earth pressure,settlement,strain in the geogrid and pile and excess pore water pressure were measured.The results show that the soil arching height under the dynamic train load of a high-speed railway is shorter than under static loading.The growth trend for accumulated settlement slowed down after long-term vibration although there was still a tendency for it to increase.Accumulated geogrid strain has an increasing tendency after long-term vibration.The closer the embankment edge,the greater the geogrid strain over the subsoil.Strains in the pile were smaller under dynamic train loads,and their distribution was different from that under static loading.At the same elevation,excess pore water pressure under the track slab was greater than that under the embankment shoulder. 展开更多

The current method of estimating the fatigue life of railway structures is to calculating the equivalent stress amplitude based on the measured stress data. However, the random of the measured data is not considered. In this paper, a new method was established to compute the equivalent stress amplitude to evaluate the fatigue damage based on the measurable randomness, since the equivalent stress is the key parameter for assessment of structure fatigue life and load derivation. The equivalent stress amplitude of a high-speed train welded bogie frame was found to obey normal distribution under uniform operation route that verified by on-track dynamic stress data, and the proposed model is, in effect, an improved version of the mathematical model used to calculate the equivalent stress amplitude. The data of a long-term, on-track dynamic stress test program was analyzed to find that the normal distribution parameters of equivalent stress amplitude values differ across different operation route. Thus, the fatigue damage of the high-speed train welded bogie frame can be evaluated by the proposed method if the running schedule of the train is known a priori. The results also showed that the equivalent stress amplitude of the region connected to the power system is more random than in other regions of the bogie frame. 展开更多

To simulate the fatigue characteristics of the pile-board structure under long-term dynamic load, using the in-situ dynamic testing system DTS-1, the forced vibration loading was repeated one million times at different cross-sections of the pile-board structure for high-speed railway. The dynamic deformation, permanent deformation and dynamic stress of main reinforcements were measured. The test results show that the dynamic responses of the pile-board structure almost did not vary with the forced vibration times under the simulated trainload. After one million times of forced vibration, the permanent deformations of the midspan section of intermediate span and midspan section of side span were 0.7 mm and 0. 6 mm, respectively, and there was no accumulative plastic deformation at the bearing section of intermediate span. 展开更多

随着服役时间的增加,高速铁路接触网整体吊弦的疲劳寿命研究得到关注。为了研究吊弦疲劳寿命的影响因素,参考相关吊弦疲劳试验标准,制定了新的试验方案并进行多组试验。首先对同种吊弦进行相同工况的耐久试验,得到疲劳寿命的分布规律;... 随着服役时间的增加,高速铁路接触网整体吊弦的疲劳寿命研究得到关注。为了研究吊弦疲劳寿命的影响因素,参考相关吊弦疲劳试验标准,制定了新的试验方案并进行多组试验。首先对同种吊弦进行相同工况的耐久试验,得到疲劳寿命的分布规律;其次综合多个影响因子开展试验,获取不同结构样式、材料、压接方式的吊弦疲劳数据和疲劳破坏的初步规律,心形环的回弯半径对吊弦疲劳寿命的影响最大,压接方式和吊弦材料次之;最后进行不同压接载荷、不同工况的对比试验,发现加大压接载荷、提高试验频率会降低吊弦疲劳寿命。通过吊弦的疲劳试验研究,为吊弦结构、加工工艺的改进及试验规范的制定提供数据支持。 展开更多

The xenon pumping speed testing system of the large-diameter external cryopump was designed to meet the plume test requirements for prototype electric propulsion.The flowmeter method was utilized to measure the xenon pumping speed.The test results show that the averaged effective pumping speed of doublecryopumps is 52 200L/s,and that of single-cryopump is 27 100L/s.The pumping speed ratio of two configurations is 1.93.It can be concluded that the pumping speed has in linear relationship with the number of cryopump,and the coefficient is irrelevant with the gas type.The averaged effective pumping speed of xenon is less than its nominal pumping speed,and the averaged pumping efficiency is 0.83.Under the identical inflow conditions,the averaged effective pumping speed ratio of nitrogen is 0.53,slightly less than the theoretical pumping speed ratio of 0.55.Consequently,it can be concluded that results assessment of large-diameter external cryopump design index can guide the engineering application,showing certain reference significance. 展开更多

针对高速磁力泵研制中的水力和振动噪声测试需求,设计了高速磁力泵水力及振动噪声试验装置,并进行了试验测试。该装置由泵循环控制系统、泵水力性能测试系统和泵状态高频监测系统组成,具有控制泵的转速和流量、开展泵的外特性试验、采... 针对高速磁力泵研制中的水力和振动噪声测试需求,设计了高速磁力泵水力及振动噪声试验装置,并进行了试验测试。该装置由泵循环控制系统、泵水力性能测试系统和泵状态高频监测系统组成,具有控制泵的转速和流量、开展泵的外特性试验、采集泵的振动噪声高频信号等功能。试验结果表明:不同流量下出口监测点噪声主频与额定转速叶频的相对误差均小于0.27%,试验装置可以精准控制高速磁力泵转速;随着转速的增加,高速磁力泵进、出口监测点处总声压级均逐渐增大,在额定转速时达到最大值,进、出口监测点总声压级差值基本保持稳定并呈现逐渐变小的趋势,在额定转速时达到最小值。随着转速的增加,泵出口传感器A和泵体传感器B各方向的加速度有效值总体呈现增大趋势。高速磁力泵水力及振动噪声试验装置可有效开展高速磁力泵水力性能和振动噪声测试,试验装置有助于提升流体机械等相关专业的实验教学效果。 展开更多

Under a reasona-ble assumption, the MEMF of PMIC is simplified after the aforementioned general formula is used to calculate high spinning PMIC in the geomagnetic field environment. The determination approach of half-cycle is discussed and the method of rotation speed test is studied, and a test is conducted in the paper. 【目标】分析出租车超速概率建模过程中的因素对应回归系数在不同时间尺度下的稳定性,识别其中可支持交通安全管理的稳定因素。【方法】基于成都市2016年11月共28 d、5719辆出租车的轨迹数据,识别超速行为并提取周次、周末与非周末、工... 【目标】分析出租车超速概率建模过程中的因素对应回归系数在不同时间尺度下的稳定性,识别其中可支持交通安全管理的稳定因素。【方法】基于成都市2016年11月共28 d、5719辆出租车的轨迹数据,识别超速行为并提取周次、周末与非周末、工作日3个时间尺度下的超速距离百分比,作为超速概率的度量;同时从轨迹中提取运营影响因素,建立各时间单元下的贝叶斯随机系数模型,并通过似然比检验评估不同时间尺度下模型系数的稳定性。【结果】各运营因素的系数在不同时间尺度下稳定性差异显著:高峰期行驶距离比例的系数最不稳定,其显著性随时间尺度变化明显;日均行驶距离的系数也较不稳定。相比之下,夜晚行驶距离比例、低限速道路行驶距离比例、平均每小时载客数、平均单次载客距离和平均空载距离等因素的系数较为稳定。弹性分析进一步表明,追求客运营收是导致出租车超速概率上升的主要原因。【结论】出租车超速行为的影响因素中,部分运营因素具有时间尺度上的稳定性,可针对稳定因素实施共性干预措施,而对不稳定的因素则需采取个性化干预,从而提升超速行为预防的安全管理成效。 展开更多
