The magnitude of dynamic load produced by high-speed trains depends on many factors,of which train speed is the most critical one.However,it is quite difficult to determine the effect of train speed on dynamic load using the theoretical methods due to the complexity of the interaction between vehicle and track-subgrade.Thus large-scale model test has gradually become an important approach for studying dynamic responses of ballastless track-subgrade of high-speed railway.In this study,a full-scale model of ballastless track-subgrade was constructed in accordance with the design and construction standards for Shanghai-Nanjing intercity high-speed railway line firstly.Then,the dynamic strain of slab and the dynamic earth pressure of subgrade were measured by conducting single wheel axle excitation test.In addition,the relationship between the dynamic load magnification factor(DLF) and the train speed was obtained.Finally,the DLF of track-subgrade under different train speeds was proposed,similar to that given by German Railway Standard. 展开更多

Accordingly, the Korean design specification of railway specifies the impact factor for common railway and high-speed railway respectively. The impact factor for high-speed railway is based on Eurocode. Since the impact factor criteria inKoreawere established by adopting those of the Eurocode and without dedicated investigation relying on research results reflecting the domestic circumstances, thorough examination should be implemented on these criteria. Therefore the evaluation of impact factor based on field tests is required. Both dynamic and static vertical displacements are necessary to compute the impact factor. The dynamic response can be obtained from the measurement of deflection of the bridge slab crossed by the firstKoreahigh-speed train (KTX, Korea Train eXpress) running at high-speed. The main difficulties encountered are in obtaining static response because static response corresponds to the response of the bridge when the train remains immobile on the bridge or crosses the bridge at speed slower than5 km/hr. This study introduces the static response derived by applying the moving average method on the dynamic response signal. To that goal, field measurements was conducted under train speeds of5 km/hr and ranging from100 km/hr to300 km/hr on Yeonjae Bridge located in the trial section of the Gyeonbu High-Speed Railway Line before its opening. The validity of the application of the moving average method is verified from comparison of measured static response and derived static response by moving average method. Moreover, evaluation is conducted on the impact factor computed for a bridge crossed by the KTX train running at operational speed. 展开更多

Improvement of transportation infrastructure quality will lead to more sufficient market competition and promote the flow of resources with greater efficiency. This paper considers China's railway speed-up in 2007 as a quasi-natural experiment on China's transportation infrastructure quality improvement. With the initial operation of electric multiple units(EMUs) as the basis of grouping, this research examines the effect of railway speed-up on corporate total factor productivity(TFP) growth by the differencein-differences(DID) method. Overally, the results reveal positive effects both on firms' technological change and efficiency improvement, which lead to the increase of TFP. Based on subsamples divided by different regions and types of enterprises, further analysis indicates that the productivity of exporter, non-state and coastal firms has been mostly affected by the railway speed-up. These conclusions are verified by a placebo test. Besides, firms within "one-hour economic circle" have been shown more sensitive to the effect of railway speed increase. 展开更多

The differences among influ- encing factors on pedestrians' speed was investigated by comparing the diagrams generated by SPSS. Based on the train-track coupling dynamics and high-speed train aerodynamics, this paper deals with an improved algorithm for fluid-structure interaction of high-speed trains. In the algorithm, the data communication between fluid solver and structure solver is avoided by inserting the program of train-track coupling dynamics into fluid dynamics program, and the relaxation factor concerning the load boundary of the fluid-structure interface is introduced to improve the fluctuation and convergence of aerodynamic forces. With this method, the fluid-structure dynamics of a highspeed train are simulated under the condition that the velocity of crosswind is 13.8 m/s and the train speed is 350 km/h. When the relaxation factor equals 0.5, the fluctuation of aerodynamic forces is lower and its convergence is faster than in other cases. The side force and lateral displacement of the head train are compared between off-line simulation and co-simulation. Simulation results show that the fluid-structure interaction has a significant influence on the aerodynam- ics and attitude of the head train under crosswind conditions. In addition, the security indexes of the head train worsen after the fluid-structure interaction calculation. Therefore, the fluid-structure interaction calculation is necessary for high-speed trains. 展开更多

Therefore, it is necessary toanalyze and predict vehicles speed on curve sections.Numerous studies took rural two-lane as research subjectsand provided models for predicting operating speeds.However, less attention has been paid to multi-lane highwaysespecially in Egypt. In this research, field operatingspeed data of both cars and trucks on 78 curve sections offour multi-lane highways is collected. With the data, correlationbetween operating speed (V85) and alignment isanalyzed. The paper includes two separate relevant analyses.The first analysis uses the regression models toinvestigate the relationships between V85 as dependentvariable, and horizontal alignment and roadway factors asindependent variables. This analysis proposes two predictingmodels for cars and trucks. The second analysisuses the artificial neural networks (ANNs) to explore theprevious relationships. It is found that the ANN modelinggives the best prediction model. The most influential variableon V85 for cars is the radius of curve. Also, for V85 fortrucks, the most influential variable is the median width.Finally, the derived models have statistics within theacceptable regions and they are conceptually reasonable. 展开更多

在人口红利逐步消失背景下,如何实现劳动力更充分和更高质量就业成为突出的现实问题。本文聚焦高速铁路开通对制造业就业结构的影响,首先构建一个考虑高铁运输成本和区域要素成本在内的多区域空间经济模型,并将制造业分为劳动密集型、... 在人口红利逐步消失背景下,如何实现劳动力更充分和更高质量就业成为突出的现实问题。本文聚焦高速铁路开通对制造业就业结构的影响,首先构建一个考虑高铁运输成本和区域要素成本在内的多区域空间经济模型,并将制造业分为劳动密集型、资本密集型和技术密集型行业,采用2005—2013年中国工业企业数据,运用广义双重差分模型探究高铁开通与区域制造业就业结构的关系。研究发现,高铁开通显著降低沿线地级市劳动密集型行业就业水平,提高资本密集型行业就业水平,但对技术密集型行业就业无显著影响。中介效应检验发现,要素成本渠道仅对劳动密集型行业就业产生抑制作用,资本深化渠道主要提高资本密集型行业就业水平。异质性研究显示,金融发展水平和政府干预程度主要影响劳动和资本密集型行业就业,而地区创新水平和生产性服务业集聚水平对促进技术密集型行业就业具有关键作用。 展开更多

Analysis of Wind Speed Data and Wind Energy Potential for Seven Selected Locations in KSA

The importance of this stu... Al-Baha region, located in Saudi Arabia, is one of the main tourism and leisure areas. The authority at Al-Baha Governorate plans to use clean and renewable energy in its tourism facilities. The importance of this study is to assess the possibility of building a wind farm in Al-Baha and to select the best site for this purpose. This paper presents an analysis of long-term wind data for the annual and monthly variability in Al-Baha region of southwestern Saudi Arabia. Al-Baha region has an area of 9921 square kilometers and is divided into seven regions (groups) based on their similar measurements and wind speed values. The analysis used 40 years of annual and monthly wind speed data between 1981 and 2020. The analysis showed that Group III has the highest mean wind speed values in the northeastern part of the Al-Baha region, ranging from 5.4 m/s to 5.9 m/s at 50 m above the surface. Group VI (5.1 - 5.6 m/s) east of the Al-Baha area recorded the second-highest mean wind speed, while group V southwest of the Al-Baha area recorded lower values. The maximum wind speeds observed in Group III in January, February, March, and July were 6 m/s or higher. A frequency analysis ensures that 79% of the year’s wind speeds exceed 4 m/s at 50 m above the surface of the Group III site. Wind power was considered for 17 wind turbines of different sizes. The Soyut Wind 500 machine was found to produce maximum energy of 1420 MWh/year. The highest performance values for the Soyut Wind 500 machine occurred in winter and summer, while the calculated capacity factor values at a hub height of 50 m were 41% and 32%, respectively. The assessment concluded that generating electricity from wind at G III in the northeast of the Al-Baha region is a good decision. 展开更多

不平整积水道面条件下飞机着陆性能

为解决飞机在积水道面着陆滑跑时遇到的安全问题,通过建立不同平整度等级的三维随机不平整半幅道面,利用积水分布特征矩阵的方法研究了跑道不平整影响下的着陆带积水分布。并且建立积水跑道飞机着陆滑跑理论模型,使用Simulink工具进行... 为解决飞机在积水道面着陆滑跑时遇到的安全问题,通过建立不同平整度等级的三维随机不平整半幅道面,利用积水分布特征矩阵的方法研究了跑道不平整影响下的着陆带积水分布。并且建立积水跑道飞机着陆滑跑理论模型,使用Simulink工具进行动力学仿真,分析在不同积水分布条件下跑道对飞机着陆性能影响。结果表明:平整度评级“差”(国际平整度指数international roughness index,IRI=5)相比平整度评级“好”(IRI=1)的跑道着陆滑跑距离增加约29 m,相比理想平整道面着陆距离增加了3.7%,且道面平整度降低会导致轮胎滑水风险加剧;若飞机接地速度从62 m/s提升到82 m/s,着陆距离将直接增加约520 m,增加了约87%;降雨强度1 mm/min相较干燥跑道的着陆滑跑距离增加了约20%,降雨强度从1 mm/min提升至3 mm/min的情况下,降雨强度每增加1 mm/min着陆距离增加6.5 m和7.4 m。可见道面不平整位置处,接地速度越大,则到达同一位置时的速度也越大,该位置附着系数降低幅度也越大,最大可达11.3%。随着降雨强度的增大,附着系数逐渐降低,降雨强度达到3 mm/min时,附着系数较干燥道面降低约20%。 展开更多

单相锁相环(Phase-Locked Loop,PLL)作为并网逆变器与电能质量调控的核心技术,其动态响应速度与抗干扰能力直接影响电网同步的精度与稳定性.传统比例积分(PI)控制方法存在参数整定困难、物理量纲冲突及动态性能不足等问题,难以应对电网... 单相锁相环(Phase-Locked Loop,PLL)作为并网逆变器与电能质量调控的核心技术,其动态响应速度与抗干扰能力直接影响电网同步的精度与稳定性.传统比例积分(PI)控制方法存在参数整定困难、物理量纲冲突及动态性能不足等问题,难以应对电网频率突变、谐波畸变等复杂工况.提出了一种基于自耦比例积分微分(Self-coupling PID,SC-PID)的单相锁相环控制策略,通过速度因子耦合比例、积分、微分环节,实现了增益参数的统一量纲化设计,并引入自适应速度因子模型(Adaptive Speed Factor,ASF)动态平衡响应速度与抗扰性能.基于Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了220 V/50 Hz单相锁相环仿真模型,对比分析了传统PI控制与自耦PID控制的相位跟踪误差、频率波动及谐波抑制能力.实验结果表明,自耦PID控制显著优于传统方法.所提策略为高精度电网同步提供了低复杂度、强鲁棒性的解决方案. 展开更多

Considering all situations of unknown parameters and pseudo-gradient condition, we design adaptive CMPS schemes based on the speed-gradient method for the real drive chaotic system and complex response chaotic system and for the complex drive chaotic system and the real response chaotic system, respectively. The convergence factors and dynamical control strength are added to regulate the convergence speed and increase robustness. In order to obtain accurate characteristics of wireless channels in the viaduct area of China, a channel meas- urement was taken in a railway viaduct scenario of the Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated line with a bandwidth of 50 MHz at 2.35 GHz. The single-slope log-distance model is used to analyze the path-loss (PL), and the distribution of shadow fading (SF) is obtained by statistical methods, which shows that the normal distribution fits the samples well. Ricean K-factor is analyzed by the method of moments, and the variation of K-factor is given along the measured route. Small scale such as delay spread and Doppler behavior are parameterized. Based on empirical channel measurement, this paper provides parameters for the evaluation and simulation work on viaduct scenarios of high-speed railway. 展开更多

碳排放权交易政策如何影响企业全要素生产率——基于数字化转型视角的研究

实现“双碳”目标、提高企业全要素生产率是当前我国经济发展的重要任务,而碳排放权交易政策是推动我国“双碳”目标实现和提升企业全要素生产率的有效手段。利用2010—2023年沪深A股上市公司数据,基于数字化转型视角,使用多时点双重差... 实现“双碳”目标、提高企业全要素生产率是当前我国经济发展的重要任务,而碳排放权交易政策是推动我国“双碳”目标实现和提升企业全要素生产率的有效手段。利用2010—2023年沪深A股上市公司数据,基于数字化转型视角,使用多时点双重差分模型探究碳排放权交易对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:碳排放权交易显著促进企业全要素生产率的提升,数字化转型是碳排放权交易提升企业全要素生产率的关键路径,而数字化转型速度与碳排放权交易存在替代关系。碳排放权交易在人工智能发展良好的企业、国有企业、非高碳重污染企业、非长江经济带企业和产品市场竞争力高或市场定价能力低的企业中促进作用更显著。因此,建议深化数字化转型,关注企业人工智能板块发展,完善高碳重污染企业福利政策,规避企业成本转嫁,从而推动企业高质量发展。 展开更多

随着油气勘探难度的逐步加大,对于含油气盆地“三新”领域,即新区、新领域、新层系的油气勘探是当前重要的勘探领域,如何更好地指导勘探部署,快速地实现含油气盆地勘探领域的突破,是摆在油气勘探工作者面前的重要问题。本文对不同类型... 随着油气勘探难度的逐步加大,对于含油气盆地“三新”领域,即新区、新领域、新层系的油气勘探是当前重要的勘探领域,如何更好地指导勘探部署,快速地实现含油气盆地勘探领域的突破,是摆在油气勘探工作者面前的重要问题。本文对不同类型含油气盆地勘探突破井进行统计,并对制约勘探突破速度的主控因素进行分析。其中,勘探突破速度以突破时在该盆地(或区带)的突破井数与此刻在该盆地(或区带)累计完成的探井数的比值来表示。研究结果表明,油气勘探受油气地质理论和勘探发现规律的双重指导,表现在不同类型的含油气盆地中,由于地质特征及油气分布的特点不同,油气勘探得以突破的速度及勘探发现过程各不相同,勘探发现程序包含勘探突破、储量增长、勘探领域转换,勘探突破是勘探发现规律中最重要的一个部分,是储量增长和领域转换的前提和保证,勘探突破速度的快慢受盆地类型、资源丰度、认识程度、工程工艺技术等多因素的联合控制。大油气田赋存于大盆地中,必须坚持大盆地的勘探,坚持“三新”领域基础地质及关键成藏要素的研究、加强与地质条件匹配的工程工艺技术的研究,是提高勘探突破速度的有效途径。 展开更多
