Direct current partial discharge(PD) may cause SF6 decomposition, and the decomposed products of SF6, such as F atoms, play a dominant role in the breakdown of insulation systems. In this study, the PD caused by metal protrusion defects is simulated by a needle-plate electrode using pulsed high voltage in SF6/Ar mixtures. The spatial and temporal characteristics of SF6/Ar plasma are analyzed by measuring the emission spectra of F and Ar atoms, which are important for understanding the characteristics of PD. The spatial resolved results show that both F and Ar atom spectral intensities increase first from the plate anode to the needle and then decrease under the conditions of a background pressure of400 Pa, peak voltage of-1000 V, frequency of 2 kHz, pulse width of 60 μs, and electrode gap of 5-9 mm. However, the distribution characteristics of F and Ar are significantly different. The temporal distribution results show that the spectral intensity of Ar decreasesfirst and then increases slowly, while the spectral intensity of F increases slowly for the duration of the pulsed discharge at the electrode gap of 5 mm and the pulse width of40-80 μs.展开更多

Methods Sixty-three patients (32 women and 31 men) with diagnosed MTLE underwent diagnostic MR imaging (MRI) and proton MRS using a 3.0T MR scanner. The clinical history and interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs) were recorded. Sixteen healthy volunteers served as control. The results of proton MRS were compared with the findings of electroencephalogram and structural MRI findings. Results Twenty-seven of the 63 patients with MTLE showed unilateral hippocampal sclerosis, and 9 showed bilateral hippocampal sclerosis. The concentration ratio of N-acytelaspartate (NAA) / [ creatine ( Cr ) + choline (Cho) ] in the hippocampal region of MTLE patients (0. 64±0. 07) was significantly lower than control (0. 80±0. 05, P = 0.023). In the patients with unilateral hippocampal sclerosis, NAA/(Cr + Cho) in the hippocampal region ipsilateral to the sclerotic hippocampus (0.56±0.06) was significantly lower than the ratio in the contralateral hippocampal region (0.69±0.07, P 〈 0. 001 ). There was significant difference in hippocampal NAA/( Cr + Cho) between the refractory patients and the non-refractory patients (0. 64±0. 05 vs.0.71±0. 07, P =0. 04). Forty-five patients were lateralized by IEDs, while 49 patients were lateralized by metabolite ratio. And lateralization determined by proton MRS and IEDs was concordant in 33 patients. Conclusions MRS as a noninvasive tool adds helpful metabolite information to routine MRI in evaluation of MTLE. The method is well established and should be a routine clinical application in the investigation of epilepsy.展开更多

Subsequently, reconstruction algorithms restore image sequences of dynamic scenes, offering advantages such as reduced bandwidth and storage space requirements. The temporal correlation in video data is crucial for Video SCI, as it leverages the temporal relationships among frames to enhance the efficiency and quality of reconstruction algorithms, particularly for fast-moving objects. This paper discretizes video frames to create image datasets with the same data volume but differing temporal correlations. We utilized the state-of-the-art(SOTA) reconstruction framework, EfficientSCI++, to train various compressed reconstruction models with these differing temporal correlations. Evaluating the reconstruction results from these models, our simulation experiments confirm that a reduction in temporal correlation leads to decreased reconstruction accuracy. Additionally, we simulated the reconstruction outcomes of datasets devoid of temporal correlation, illustrating that models trained on non-temporal data affect the temporal feature extraction capabilities of transformers, resulting in negligible impacts on the evaluation of reconstruction results for non-temporal correlation test datasets.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the characteristics and significance of near-infrared brain function imaging in patients with depressive disorder after administration of propofol injection. Methods:A total of 28 subjects with depressive disorder diagnosed according to DSM-5 criteria were selected from Xi’an Mental Health Center between January 2022 and January 2025.They were randomly divided into an experimental group(propofol group,n=14)and a control group(intralipid group,n=14)using a random number table. The changes in integral value(IV)and centroid value(CV)of the two patient groups before and after treatment were measured using functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)technology. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups of patients at 24 h before treatment(P>0.05).Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that both time factor(Ftime=32.237,Ptime<0.001),group factor(Fgroup=47.027,Pgroup<0.001),and their interaction(Finteraction=31.829,Pinteraction<0.001)were statistically significant. The centroid values of the frontal and temporal lobes were consistent at baseline before treatment, with no intra-group changes or inter-group differences at any time point after treatment(P>0.05).The integral values of the frontal and temporal lobes were consistent between the two groups at baseline before treatment, and both showed a time-dependent increase after treatment(Ptime<0.05).However,the increase in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group(Pgroup<0.05),with a significant interaction effect(Pinteraction<0.05).Conclusion:fNIRS detected specific acute hemodynamic changes in the prefrontal and temporal regions of patients with depressive disorder after propofol intervention. These changes may be related to the mechanism of action of propofol. However, this study did not confirm a direct linear correlation between changes in integral/centroid values and the degree of clinical improvement in depressive symptoms.Propofol intervention combined with deep anesthesia rapidly improved depressive symptoms and was accompanied by enhanced hemodynamic activity in the prefrontal/temporal regions, though its specificity requires further validation.

文摘Reliable traffic flow prediction is crucial for mitigating urban congestion. This paper proposes Attentionbased spatiotemporal Interactive Dynamic Graph Convolutional Network(AIDGCN),a novel architecture integrating Interactive Dynamic Graph Convolution Network(IDGCN)with Temporal Multi-Head Trend-Aware Attention. Its core innovation lies in IDGCN,which uniquely splits sequences into symmetric intervals for interactive feature sharing via dynamic graphs, and a novel attention mechanism incorporating convolutional operations to capture essential local traffic trends—addressing a critical gap in standard attention for continuous data. For 15-and 60-min forecasting on METR-LA,AIDGCN achieves MAEs of 0.75%and 0.39%,and RMSEs of 1.32%and 0.14%,respectively.In the 60-min long-term forecasting of the PEMS-BAY dataset, the AIDGCN out-performs the MRA-BGCN method by 6.28%,4.93%,and 7.17%in terms of MAE,RMSE,and MAPE,respectively.Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our pro-posed model over state-of-the-art methods.

文摘This study investigated the heterogeneous responses of organic matter(OM)in highly-to over-mature source rocks during thermal maturation. An integrated analysis was conducted on the Raman spectroscopic and geochemical signatures of shales from the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation and the Lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation,as well as anthracites from the Lower Permian Shanxi–Formation and the Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Formation(collectively referred to as the Shanxi Taiyuan Formations).Additionally, burial and thermal evolution modeling was employed to support the analysis.A systematic assessment of Raman spectral parameters(e.g.,the positions and intensity ratio of the D and G bands)revealed robust correlations between the thermal history patterns of source rocks and molecular structural evolution parameters. The subsequent mechanistic quantification demonstrated that the maturation state of the source rocks was subjected to the hierarchical control of three principal factors:Peak heating temperature, the duration of sustained thermal intensity, and effective maturation duration. In addition, comparative analyses demonstrated that the anthracites attained higher structural ordering under sustained thermal conditions. This contrasts with the disordered carbon matrices observed in the intermittently heated shales.Raman spectroscopy further revealed broader variations in the D and G band intensities of the Longmaxi Formation compared to the Qiongzhusi Formation. This difference is associated with their different thermal histories. The thermal burial histories confirm that shales in the Longmaxi Formation underwent thermal exposure at lower peak temperatures over a shorter duration compared to those in the Qiongzhusi Formation. Finally, this study established a maturity calibration model for over-mature source rocks through a systematic correlation between Raman peak height ratios(R_(D/G))and vitrinite reflectance(R_(o)).

文摘With the increasing complexity of industrial automation, planetary gearboxes play a vital role in largescale equipment transmission systems, directly impacting operational efficiency and safety.Traditional maintenance strategies often struggle to accurately predict the degradation process of equipment, leading to excessive maintenance costs or potential failure risks. However, existing prediction methods based on statistical models are difficult to adapt to nonlinear degradation processes. To address these challenges, this study proposes a novel condition-based maintenance framework for planetary gearboxes.A comprehensive full-lifecycle degradation experiment was conducted to collect raw vibration signals, which were then processed using a temporal convolutional network autoencoder with multi-scale perception capability to extract deep temporal degradation features, enabling the collaborative extraction of longperiod meshing frequencies and short-term impact features from the vibration signals.Kernel principal component analysis was employed to fuse and normalize these features, enhancing the characterization of degradation progression.A nonlinear Wiener process was used to model the degradation trajectory, with a threshold decay function introduced to dynamically adjust maintenance strategies, and model parameters optimized through maximum likelihood estimation.Meanwhile, the maintenance strategy was optimized to minimize costs per unit time, determining the optimal maintenance timing and preventive maintenance threshold. The comprehensive indicator of degradation trends extracted by this method reaches 0.756,which is 41.2%higher than that of traditional time-domain features;the dynamic threshold strategy reduces the maintenance cost per unit time to 55.56,which is 8.9%better than that of the static threshold optimization.Experimental results demonstrate significant reductions in maintenance costs while enhancing system reliability and safety. This study realizes the organic integration of deep learning and reliability theory in the maintenance of planetary gearboxes, provides an interpretable solution for the predictive maintenance of complex mechanical systems, and promotes the development of condition-based maintenance strategies for planetary gearboxes.

文摘The study of sulfur hexafluoride(SF6) discharge is vital for its application in gas-insulated equipment. The temporal distribution results show that the spectral intensity of Ar decreasesfirst and then increases slowly, while the spectral intensity of F increases slowly for the duration of the pulsed discharge at the electrode gap of 5 mm and the pulse width of40-80 μs.
文摘Objective To evaluate metabolic abnormalities in patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE) with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) using a 3.0T MR scanner. The method is well established and should be a routine clinical application in the investigation of epilepsy.

文摘Fuel retention measurement on plasma-facing components is an active field of study in magnetic confinement nuclear fusion devices. The laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)diagnostic method has been well demonstrated to detect the elemental distribution in PFCs.In this work,an upgraded co-axis LIBS system based on a linear fiber bundle collection system has been developed to measure the hydrogen(H) retention on a tantalum(Ta) sample under a vacuum condition. The spatial resolution measurement of the different positions of the LIBS plasma can be achieved simultaneously with varying delay times. The temporal and spatial evolution results of LIBS plasma emission show that the H plasma observably expands from the delay times of 0-200 ns.The diameter of Ta plasma is about 6 mm which is much less than the size of H plasma after 200 ns.The difference in the temporal and spatial evolution behaviors between H plasma and Ta plasma is due to the great difference in the atomic mass of H and Ta.The depth profile result shows that H retention mainly exists on the surface of the sample. The temporal and spatial evolution behaviors of the electron excited temperature are consistent with that of the Ta emission. The result will further improve the understanding of the evolution of the dynamics of LIBS plasma and optimize the current collection system of in situ LIBS in fusion devices.

文摘A highly-sensitive automatic transient laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) system is designed and integrated. It successfully avoids the delay time selecting problem in the conventional LIBS system, and realizes the LIBS data acquisition with high spatiotemporal resolution automatically. Multiple transient spectra can be obtained in each measurement, which will provide more information for spectral research. The water-vapour and liquid-water Raman scattering spectra are captured by this system, and the comparison of experimental water-vapour Raman scattering spectrum with theoretical data verifies the reliability of the LIBS system. Based on this system, the air laser induced air breakdown spectra are captured and analysed. The system is also useful for the research on water-vapour Raman Lidar remote sensing.

文摘Tungsten(W)is an important material in tokamak walls and divertors. The W ion charge state distribution and the dynamic behavior of ions play important roles in the investigation of plasma–wall interactions using laser-ablation-based diagnostics such as laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy and laser-induced ablation spectroscopy. In this work,we investigate the temporal and spatial evolutions of differently charged ions in a nanosecond-laser-produced W plasma in vacuum using time-of-flight mass spectroscopy.Ions with different charge states from 1 to 7(W+to W7+)are all observed. The temporal evolutions of the differently charged ions show that ions with higher charge states have higher velocities, indicating that space separation occurs between the differently charged ion groups.Spatially-resolved mass spectroscopy measurements further demonstrate the separation phenomenon. The temporal profile can be accurately fitted by a shifted Maxwell–Boltzmann distribution, and the velocities of the differently charged ions are also obtained from the fittings. It is found that the ion velocities increase continuously from the measured position of 0.75 cm to 2.25 cm away from the target surface, which indicates that the acceleration process lasts through the period of plasma expansion. The acceleration and space separation of the differently charged ions confirm that there is a dynamic plasma sheath in the laser-produced plasma, which provides essential information for the theoretical laser-ablation model with plasma formation and expansion.

文摘In this paper,a novel four-prong quartz tuning fork(QTF)was designed with enlarged deformation area, large prong gap,and low resonant frequency to improve its performance in laser spectroscopy sensing.A theoretical simulation model was established to optimize the design of the QTF structure. In the simulation of quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy(QEPAS)technology, the maximum stress and the surface charge density of the four-prong QTF demonstrated increases of 11.1-fold and 15.9-fold,respectively,compared to that of the standard two-prong QTF.In the simulation of light-induced thermoelastic spectroscopy(LITES)technology, the surface temperature difference of the four-prong QTF was found to be 11.4 times greater than that of the standard QTF.Experimental results indicated that the C_(2)H_(2)-QEPAS system based on this innovative design improved the signal-to-noise-ratio(SNR)by 4.67 times compared with the standard QTF-based system, and the SNR could increase up to 147.72 times when the four-prong QTF was equipped with its optimal acoustic micro-resonator(AmR).When the average time of the system reached 370 s,the system achieved a MDL as low as 21 ppb.The four-prong QTF-based C_(2)H_(2)-LITES system exhibited a SNR improvement by a factor of 4.52,and a MDL of 96 ppb was obtained when the average time of the system reached 100 s.The theoretical and experimental results effectively demonstrated the superiority of the four-prong QTF in the field of laser spectroscopy sensing.

文摘Video snapshot compressive imaging(Video SCI) modulates scenes using various encoding masks and captures compressed measurements with a low-speed camera during a single exposure. Additionally, we simulated the reconstruction outcomes of datasets devoid of temporal correlation, illustrating that models trained on non-temporal data affect the temporal feature extraction capabilities of transformers, resulting in negligible impacts on the evaluation of reconstruction results for non-temporal correlation test datasets.

文摘As the demand for advanced computational systems capable of handling large data volumes rises,nano-electronic devices, such as memristors, are being developed for efficient data processing, especially in reservoir computing(RC).RC enables the processing of temporal information with minimal training costs, making it a promising approach for neuromorphic computing. However, current memristor devices of-ten suffer from limitations in dynamic conductance and temporal behavior, which affects their perfor-mance in these applications. In this study,we present a multilayered indium-tin-oxide(ITO)/ZnO/indium-gallium-zinc oxide(IGZO)/ZnO/ITO memristor fabricated via radiofrequency sputtering to explore its fil-amentary and nonfilamentary resistive switching(RS)characteristics.High-resolution transmission elec-tron microscopy confirmed the polycrystalline structure of the ZnO/IGZO/ZnO active layer.Dual-switching modes were demonstrated by controlling the current compliance(I_(CC)).In the filamentary mode, the memristor exhibited a large memory window(10^(3)),low-operating voltages(±2 V),excellent cycle-to-cycle stability, and multilevel switching with controlled reset-stop voltages, making it suitable for high-density memory applications.Nonfilamentary switching demonstrated stable on/off ratios above 10,en-durance up to 102 cycles, and retention suited for short-term memory.Key synaptic behaviors, such as paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),post-tetanic potentiation(PTP),and spike-rate dependent plasticity(SRDP)were successfully emulated by modulating pulse amplitude, width, and interval.Experience-dependent plasticity(EDP)was also demonstrated, further replicating biological synaptic functions. These tempo-ral properties were utilized to develop a 4-bit reservoir computing system with 16 distinct conductance states, enabling efficient information encoding. For image recognition tasks, convolutional neural net-work(CNN)simulations achieved a high accuracy of 98.45%after 25 training epochs, outperforming the accuracy achieved following artificial neural network(ANN)simulations(87.79%).These findings demon-strate that the multilayered memristor exhibits high performance in neuromorphic systems, particularly for complex pattern recognition tasks, such as digit and letter classification.

文摘Temporal interference(TI)is a form of stimulation that epitomizes an innovative and non-invasive approach for profound neuromodulation of the brain,a technique that has been validated in mice.Yet,the thin cranial bone structure of mice has a marginal influence on the effect of the TI technique and may not effectively showcase its effectiveness in larger animals.Based on this,we carried out TI stimulation experiments on rats.Following the TI intervention, analysis of electrophysiological data and immunofluorescence staining indicated the generation of a stimulation focus within the nucleus accumbens(depth,8.5 mm)in rats. Our findings affirm the viability of the TI methodology in the presence of thick cranial bones, furnishing efficacious parameters for profound stimulation with TI administered under such conditions. This experiment not only sheds light on the intervention effects of TI deep in the brain but also furnishes robust evidence in support of its prospective clinical utility.

文摘Background:Magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)represents a significant advancement in the noninvasive assessment of brain metabolism.MRS can provide valuable metabolic information and facilitate more accurate diagnoses of intrauterine fetal brain development than was previously possible. To obtain information regarding normal intrauterine fetal brain metabolism and to establish gestational age-specific reference values for normal fetal brain metabolites for subsequent use in MRS,we conducted MRS scans of normal fetal brains during mid-to late-term pregnancies, along with related processing. Methods:In this prospective study,MRS scans were conducted on 109 fetuses, with a total of 54 normal fetal brains enrolled on the basis of specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. We analyzed metabolic ratios, including the sum of N-acetylaspartate(NAA)and total N-acetylaspartate(tNAA),total choline(tCho),inositol(Ins),and total creatine(tCr),in relation to gestational age. Results:Gestational age was significantly correlated with specific metabolic ratios(Ins/tCr:r=-0.75,p<0.0001;tCho/tCr:r=-0.50,p<0.0001),especially tNAA/tCho(tNAA/tCho:r=0.54,p<0.0001)and tNAA/Ins(r=0.56,p<0.0001),providing a baseline for fetal brain metabolic assessment.Linear regression analysis was used to calculate regression lines for fetal brain metabolite ratios.Slopes were tested at p of 0.05.Conclusions:The current findings confirmed a significant correlation between fetal brain metabolites and gestational age, supporting the feasibility of establishing standard values for these metabolites in fetal brain assessment.
