The degree of inhomogeneity in spectral output across a multi-quantum well sample is measured using the SEM-CL system as well as measuring the efficiency roll-off with increasing carrier concentration. The effects of low energy electron beam modification on the InGaN/GaN multi quantum wells have also been characterized.展开更多

Many modulation formats with continuously adjustable duty radio and bit rate can be formed by changing the dispersion of dispersion element and the bandwidth of shaped spectrum in this scheme. In the experiment, non-return-to-zero(NRZ) signal with bit rate of 29.41 Gbit/s and 1/2 duty ratio return-to-zero(RZ) signal with bit rate of 13.51 Gbit/s are obtained. The maximum bit rate of modulation format signal is also analyzed.展开更多

Methods A novel method is presented for dense-shape correspondence, whereby the spatial information transformed by neural networks is combined with the projections onto spectral maps to overcome the “chicken or egg” challenge by selectively sampling only points with high confidence in their alignment. These points then contribute to the alignment and spectral loss terms, boosting training, and accelerating convergence by a factor of five. To ensure full unsupervised learning, the Gromov–Hausdorff distance metric was used to select the points with the maximal alignment score displaying most confidence. Results The effectiveness of the proposed approach was demonstrated on several benchmark datasets, whereby results were reported as superior to those of spectral and spatial-based methods. Conclusions The proposed method provides a promising new approach to dense-shape correspondence, addressing the key challenges in the field and offering significant advantages over the current methods, including faster convergence, improved accuracy, and reduced computational costs.展开更多

The LOD and LOQ of impurity were 4.8 ng(S/N = 3) and 18.5 ng(S/N = 10),respectively.Intra-day RSD of main impurity and total impurity were 1.84%and 3.37%(n = 3);inter-day RSD of main impurity and total impurity were 4.84%and 7.58% (n = 9).The test solution was stable when stored at 4℃for 6 h.The impurity peaks of biapenem can be identified by chromatographic spectral correlation analysis using high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection data from the quality control method by calculating correlation coefficients without reference standards. Two hydrolysis degradation products with relative retention times(RRTs) of 0.528 and 0.743,two dimers with RRTs of 1.062 and 2.817 were identified in the quality control chromatogram. It provides a new way to identify impurity peaks by the routine HPLC-UV method.展开更多
