Objective:To design and implement a specialized nurse decision support system in the Department of Neurology and explore its effectiveness in preventing stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP).Methods:A decision support modu...Objective:To design and implement a specialized nurse decision support system in the Department of Neurology and explore its effectiveness in preventing stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP).Methods:A decision support module for specialized nurses was developed based on SAP-graded prevention strategies.A total of 664 neurology inpatients admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Xuzhou between July 2023 and September 2023 were selected as the conventional group,receiving standard nursing care.Another 704 neurology inpatients admitted between October 2023 and December 2023 were selected as the experimental group,receiving SAP-graded prevention strategies under the specialized nurse decision support system.The incidence of SAP in the two groups was compared.The occurrence of SAP was recorded using the Acute Ischemic Stroke-Associated Pneumonia Risk(A2DS2)scoring system.Swallowing function was evaluated using the Water Swallow Test(WST),and quality of life was assessed using the Swallowing Quality of Life(SWAL-QOL)scale.Results:The incidence of SAP in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing interventions,the WST scores in the experimental group were lower,while the SWAL-QOL scores were higher compared to the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The design and implementation of a specialized nurse decision support system in the Department of Neurology significantly reduced the incidence of SAP in neurology inpatients,improved swallowing function,and enhanced quality of life.This approach shows promise for widespread application.展开更多
BACKGROUND Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis are at high risk of developing depre-ssive symptoms,necessitating specialized psychological nursing interventions.AIM To investigate factors influencing depressive sym...BACKGROUND Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis are at high risk of developing depre-ssive symptoms,necessitating specialized psychological nursing interventions.AIM To investigate factors influencing depressive symptoms in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and develop targeted psychological nursing interven-tions.METHODS A total of 180 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis admitted to the Depar-tment of Orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between October 2021 and October 2024 were selected as research participants.Information on age,duration of menopause,body mass index,education level,marital status,activity intensity,bone density,presence of chronic diseases,calcium supplement intake,sex hormone levels,and depressive symptoms were collected.The 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale was used for assessment.RESULTS Forty-eight patients had no depressive symptoms,and 132 patients had depre-ssive symptoms.Comprehensive univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that low bone density in the lumbar spine(L2-L4)and femoral neck,presence of chronic diseases,and low 5-hydroxytryptamine levels were independent risk factors for depressive symptoms,whereas calcium supplement intake and moderate to high-intensity activity were independent protective factors.CONCLUSION By implementing specialized psychological nursing interventions,and providing rehabilitation guidance,the incidence of depressive symptoms can be effectively reduced,improving the psychological health status and patient quality of life.展开更多
Objective:To compare the nursing effects of routine care and specialized nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia during acute stroke.Methods:A total of 188 patients with acute stroke and dysphagia who received...Objective:To compare the nursing effects of routine care and specialized nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia during acute stroke.Methods:A total of 188 patients with acute stroke and dysphagia who received treatment at our hospital from May 2022 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 94 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received specialized nursing intervention.The general information,swallowing function,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=19.463,P=0.000<0.001).After intervention,the number of patients with lung infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.309,P=0.007<0.01).The overall quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=15.865,P=0.000<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with routine care,specialized nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia during acute stroke,enhance their quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.展开更多

Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages a...Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages and the overall vitality of the rural economy.In this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specialized households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specialized households’resilience and rural industrial development in China.The musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specialized households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specialized households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specialized households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specialized households’resilience;4)the positioning of specialized households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience level.The influence of specialized households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future actions.However,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export reduction.To enhance the development resilience of entities like specialized households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology and prioritizing the training of technical talent become imperative.展开更多

BACKGROUND Some patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease experience major adverse cardiac events(MACE)and require readmission after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting(CABG)surgery.This is often attributed to ...BACKGROUND Some patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease experience major adverse cardiac events(MACE)and require readmission after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting(CABG)surgery.This is often attributed to patients'unhealthy lifestyles and dietary habits,inadequate understanding of the disease,and poor disease management compliance.Thus,searching for more targeted nursing intervention models that can enhance patients'self-management abilities and reduce the risk of readmission after CABG surgery is significant.AIM To observe the impact of specialized nursing outpatient case management on patients after CABG surgery.METHODS A total of 103 patients who underwent CABG surgery in our hospital between April 2021 and April 2022 comprised the study sample.The patients were divided into two groups using an odd-even number grouping method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the case management group received specialized nursing outpatient case management.The differences in psychological status,adherence to medical treatment,self-care ability,knowledge mastery,quality of life scores,and the occurrence rate of MACE were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After the intervention,the case management group had lower scores on the selfrating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale and lower MACE rate,as well as higher scores for adherence to a healthy diet,medication adherence,good lifestyle habits,regular exercise,and timely follow-up,higher scores on the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale,higher scores for managing adverse habits,symptoms,emotional cognition,emergency response,disease knowledge,general lifestyle,and treatment adherence,higher scores for understanding coronary heart disease,recognizing the importance of medication adherence,understanding selfcare points after CABG surgery,and being aware of post-CABG precautions,higher scores for physical well-being,disease condition,general health,social-psychological well-being,and work-related aspects(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Specialized nursing outpatient case management can enhance patient adherence to medical treatment,knowledge mastery,psychological well-being,and overall quality of life in patients after CABG surgery.展开更多

The hardware is an image acquiring device und...An objectifying system for color inspections of traditional Chinese medicine (CITCM) is developed. The entire system includes two parts : The hardware and the software. The hardware is an image acquiring device under a standard lighting condition, and it mainly includes a xenon lamp with color temperature of 5 500 K as light source, an integrating sphere used for diffusing light and a high resolution CCD camera. The software is used for digital image processing, and the procedure is divided into three steps. Firstly the skin/non-skin classifi- cation is performed by utilizing the threshold in chrominance channels of the RGB color space. Secondly, the fa- cial features are localized by using the image segmentation and coordinates sorting. Finally, the facial special re- gion(SR) corresponding to five internal organs is achieved by utilizing masks designed to take advantage of mor- phology. Subsequently, the chromaticity is calculated. The system is tested by taking 83 samples of 30 young and 53 elderly people. The experiment shows that there is significant difference of all SRs between the young and the elderly, and the system has better performance for objectifying research of CITCM.展开更多
The transcriptional cascade and regulatory loop play crucial roles in regulating plant-specialized metabolite biosynthesis.Capsaicinoids are unique to the genus Capsicum and confer a pungent flavor to its fruits.Howev...The transcriptional cascade and regulatory loop play crucial roles in regulating plant-specialized metabolite biosynthesis.Capsaicinoids are unique to the genus Capsicum and confer a pungent flavor to its fruits.However,the transcriptional regulation of capsaicinoid biosynthesis remains largely unknown.In this study,two AP2/ERF transcription factors(TFs),CaERF102 and CaERF111,were characterized for their role in the capsaicinoid biosynthesis process.Expression analysis of two ERFs and capsaicinoid biosynthetic genes(CBGs)suggested that they were associated with capsaicinoid biosynthesis.Both ERFs encode nuclear-localized proteins and function as transcriptional activators through their C-terminal activation motifs.The two ERF TFs participated in capsaicinoid biosynthesis by directly activating the promoters of key CBGs,and this activation was significantly enhanced when CaMYC2 was co-expressed.Moreover,CaERF102 and CaERF111 were found to interact with CaMYC2.This study helps elucidate the AP2/ERF TF regulatory network that governs capsaicinoid biosynthesis in Capsicum species.展开更多

The centroid coordinate serves as a critical control parameter in motion systems,including aircraft,missiles,rockets,and drones,directly influencing their motion dynamics and control performance.Traditional methods fo...The centroid coordinate serves as a critical control parameter in motion systems,including aircraft,missiles,rockets,and drones,directly influencing their motion dynamics and control performance.Traditional methods for centroid measurement often necessitate custom equipment and specialized positioning devices,leading to high costs and limited accuracy.Here,we present a centroid measurement method that integrates 3D scanning technology,enabling accurate measurement of centroid across various types of objects without the need for specialized positioning fixtures.A theoretical framework for centroid measurement was established,which combined the principle of the multi-point weighing method with 3D scanning technology.The measurement accuracy was evaluated using a designed standard component.Experimental results demonstrate that the discrepancies between the theoretical and the measured centroid of a standard component with various materials and complex shapes in the X,Y,and Z directions are 0.003 mm,0.009 mm,and 0.105 mm,respectively,yielding a spatial deviation of 0.106 mm.Qualitative verification was conducted through experimental validation of three distinct types.They confirmed the reliability of the proposed method,which allowed for accurate centroid measurements of various products without requiring positioning fixtures.This advancement significantly broadened the applicability and scope of centroid measurement devices,offering new theoretical insights and methodologies for the measurement of complex parts and systems.展开更多

Therefore, it is important to clarify whether they counteract the expression of genes and proteins induced by amyloid-β. With this objective, we analyzed the relevance of human monocyte–derived microglia for in vitro modeling of neuroinflammation and its resolution in the context of Alzheimer's disease and investigated the pro-resolving bioactivity of maresin 1 on amyloid-β42–induced Alzheimer's disease–like inflammation. Analysis of RNA-sequencing data and secreted proteins in supernatants from the monocyte-derived microglia showed that the monocyte-derived microglia resembled Alzheimer's disease–like neuroinflammation in human brain microglia after incubation with amyloid-β42. Maresin 1 restored homeostasis by down-regulating inflammatory pathway related gene expression induced by amyloid-β42 in monocyte-derived microglia, protection of maresin 1 against the effects of amyloid-β42 is mediated by a re-balancing of inflammatory transcriptional networks in which modulation of gene transcription in the nuclear factor-kappa B pathway plays a major part. We pinpointed molecular targets that are associated with both neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's disease and therapeutic targets by maresin 1. In conclusion, monocyte-derived microglia represent a relevant in vitro microglial model for studies on Alzheimer's disease-like inflammation and drug response for individual patients. Maresin 1 ameliorates amyloid-β42–induced changes in several genes of importance in Alzheimer's disease, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis are at high risk of developing depre-ssive symptoms,necessitating specialized psychological nursing interventions.AIM To investigate factors influencing depressive symptoms in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and develop targeted psychological nursing interven-tions.METHODS A total of 180 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis admitted to the Depar-tment of Orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between October 2021 and October 2024 were selected as research participants.Information on age,duration of menopause,body mass index,education level,marital status,activity intensity,bone density,presence of chronic diseases,calcium supplement intake,sex hormone levels,and depressive symptoms were collected.The 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale was used for assessment.RESULTS Forty-eight patients had no depressive symptoms,and 132 patients had depre-ssive symptoms.Comprehensive univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that low bone density in the lumbar spine(L2-L4)and femoral neck,presence of chronic diseases,and low 5-hydroxytryptamine levels were independent risk factors for depressive symptoms,whereas calcium supplement intake and moderate to high-intensity activity were independent protective factors.CONCLUSION By implementing specialized psychological nursing interventions,and providing rehabilitation guidance,the incidence of depressive symptoms can be effectively reduced,improving the psychological health status and patient quality of life.
文摘Objective:To compare the nursing effects of routine care and specialized nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia during acute stroke.Methods:A total of 188 patients with acute stroke and dysphagia who received treatment at our hospital from May 2022 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 94 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received specialized nursing intervention.The general information,swallowing function,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=19.463,P=0.000<0.001).After intervention,the number of patients with lung infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=7.309,P=0.007<0.01).The overall quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=15.865,P=0.000<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with routine care,specialized nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia during acute stroke,enhance their quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.

文摘The digital-intelligent era presents both opportunities and challenges for specialized course education in universities.Based on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,this study takes the course“Design and Guidance of Science Play Performance Activities”as an example to explore practical pathways for integrating ideological and political education into specialized courses within a digital-intelligent context.Employing literature review and action research methodologies,the study constructs a digital-intelligent teaching model,develops digital ideological and political resources,innovates teaching methods,and systematically identifies and deeply integrates ideological and political elements into the curriculum.Through practical validation,the research summarizes a curriculum design framework grounded in Tyler’s principles and a digital-intelligent teaching model based on BOPPPS,providing transferable pathways for ideological and political education in specialized courses.Furthermore,it offers theoretical support and practical references for the deep integration and innovative application of digital-intelligent technologies in education.
文摘With the intensifying competition in the integrated circuit(IC)industry,the high turnover rate of integrated circuit engineers has become a prominent issue affecting the technological continuity of high-precision,specialized,and innovative enterprises.As a representative of such enterprises,JL Technology has faced challenges to its R&D efficiency due to talent loss in recent years.This study takes this enterprise as a case to explore feasible paths to reduce turnover rates through optimizing training and career development systems.The research designs a method combining learning maps and talent maps,utilizes a competency model to clarify the direction for engineers’skill improvement,implements talent classification management using a nine-grid model,and achieves personalized training through Individual Development Plans(IDPs).Analysis of the enterprise’s historical data reveals that the main reasons for turnover are unclear career development paths and insufficient resources for skill improvement.After pilot implementation,the turnover rate in core departments decreased by 12%,and employee satisfaction with training increased by 24%.The results indicate that matching systematic talent reviews with dynamic learning resources can effectively enhance engineers’sense of belonging.This study provides a set of highly operational management tools for small and medium-sized high-precision,specialized,and innovative technology enterprises,verifies their applicability in such enterprises,and offers replicable experiences for similar enterprises to optimize their talent strategies[1].
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of implementing a time-sensitive incentive model combined with specialized rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure admitted from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a computer-based random drawing method.The control group(39 patients)received routine nursing,while the observation group(39 patients)received a time-sensitive incentive model combined with specialized rehabilitation nursing.Lung function and adverse emotional states were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of nursing,the lung function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse emotional states of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a time-sensitive incentive model combined with specialized rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure can improve lung function and emotional state.

文摘Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages and the overall vitality of the rural economy.In this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specialized households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specialized households’resilience and rural industrial development in China.The musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specialized households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specialized households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specialized households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specialized households’resilience;4)the positioning of specialized households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience level.The influence of specialized households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future actions.However,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export reduction.To enhance the development resilience of entities like specialized households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology and prioritizing the training of technical talent become imperative.

文摘Plants serve as rich repositories of diverse chemical compounds collectively referred to as specialized metabolites.These compounds are of importance for adaptive processes,including interactions with various microbes both beneficial and harmful.Considering microbes as bioreactors,the chemical diversity undergoes dynamic changes when root-derived specialized metabolites(RSMs)and microbes encounter each other in the rhizosphere.Recent advancements in sequencing techniques and molecular biology tools have not only accelerated the elucidation of biosynthetic pathways of RSMs but also unveiled the significance of RSMs in plant-microbe interactions.In this review,we provide a comprehensive description of the effects of RSMs on microbe assembly in the rhizosphere and the influence of corresponding microbial changes on plant health,incorporating the most up-to-date information available.Additionally,we highlight open questions that remain for a deeper understanding of and harnessing the potential of RSM-microbe interactions to enhance plant adaptation to the environment.Finally,we propose a pipeline for investigating the intricate associations between root exometabolites and the rhizomicrobiome.

文摘Herein,we employ the threshold energy neutron analysis(TENA)technique to introduce the world's first active interrogation system to detect special nuclear materials(SNMs),including U-235 and Pu-239.The system utilizes a DD neutron generator based on inertial electrostatic confinement(IEC)to interrogate suspicious objects.To detect secondary neutrons produced during fission reactions induced in SNMs,a tensioned metastable fluid detector(TMFD)is employed.The current status of the system's development is reported in this paper,accompanied by the results from experiments conducted to detect 10 g of highly enriched uranium(HEU).Notably,the experimental findings demonstrate a distinct difference in the count rates of measurements with and without HEU.This difference in count rates surpasses two times the standard deviation,indicating a confidence level of more than 96% for identifying the presence of HEU.The paper presents and extensively discusses the proof-of-principle experimental results,along with the system's planned trajectory.
文摘BACKGROUND Some patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease experience major adverse cardiac events(MACE)and require readmission after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting(CABG)surgery.This is often attributed to patients'unhealthy lifestyles and dietary habits,inadequate understanding of the disease,and poor disease management compliance.Thus,searching for more targeted nursing intervention models that can enhance patients'self-management abilities and reduce the risk of readmission after CABG surgery is significant.AIM To observe the impact of specialized nursing outpatient case management on patients after CABG surgery.METHODS A total of 103 patients who underwent CABG surgery in our hospital between April 2021 and April 2022 comprised the study sample.The patients were divided into two groups using an odd-even number grouping method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the case management group received specialized nursing outpatient case management.The differences in psychological status,adherence to medical treatment,self-care ability,knowledge mastery,quality of life scores,and the occurrence rate of MACE were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After the intervention,the case management group had lower scores on the selfrating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale and lower MACE rate,as well as higher scores for adherence to a healthy diet,medication adherence,good lifestyle habits,regular exercise,and timely follow-up,higher scores on the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale,higher scores for managing adverse habits,symptoms,emotional cognition,emergency response,disease knowledge,general lifestyle,and treatment adherence,higher scores for understanding coronary heart disease,recognizing the importance of medication adherence,understanding selfcare points after CABG surgery,and being aware of post-CABG precautions,higher scores for physical well-being,disease condition,general health,social-psychological well-being,and work-related aspects(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Specialized nursing outpatient case management can enhance patient adherence to medical treatment,knowledge mastery,psychological well-being,and overall quality of life in patients after CABG surgery.

文摘Objective:To explore the role of specialized group management in the quality control of perioperative nursing.Methods:45 surgical nurses from our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Traditional operating room management was adopted from July 2019 to June 2020,and specialized group management was adopted from July 2020 to June 2021.The surgeon’s satisfaction,surgical nurses’core professional competence,and surgical patients’satisfaction were obtained through surveys and the results were analyzed.Results:Surgeon satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Besides,surgical nurses’core professional competency scores before the implementation of specialized group management were significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Lastly,surgical patients’satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized group management helps to improve the quality of perioperative care and should be applied in clinical practice.

文摘Based on the concept of open education,this study designs a specialized and creative integration course to enhance the development of teacher trainees’creative thinking,and presents a curriculum model based on the theory of expansive learning,non-disposable assignments,and the framework of“pre-course knowledge comprehension and assimilation,in-course thematic cooperation and discussion,and post-course thinking training.”Through the implementation of the specialized and creative integration course practice with the example of“building an online training platform for teacher qualification,”it has been verified that the course design is effective in stimulating the creative thinking of teacher trainees.In addition,the study also analyzes the developmental trajectories of teacher trainees with different levels of creativity and systematically reveals the intrinsic mechanism of the course in enhancing the creativity of teacher trainees and optimizing their thinking paths.

文摘An objectifying system for color inspections of traditional Chinese medicine (CITCM) is developed. The entire system includes two parts : The hardware and the software. The hardware is an image acquiring device under a standard lighting condition, and it mainly includes a xenon lamp with color temperature of 5 500 K as light source, an integrating sphere used for diffusing light and a high resolution CCD camera. The software is used for digital image processing, and the procedure is divided into three steps. Firstly the skin/non-skin classifi- cation is performed by utilizing the threshold in chrominance channels of the RGB color space. Secondly, the fa- cial features are localized by using the image segmentation and coordinates sorting. Finally, the facial special re- gion(SR) corresponding to five internal organs is achieved by utilizing masks designed to take advantage of mor- phology. Subsequently, the chromaticity is calculated. The system is tested by taking 83 samples of 30 young and 53 elderly people. The experiment shows that there is significant difference of all SRs between the young and the elderly, and the system has better performance for objectifying research of CITCM.

文摘The transcriptional cascade and regulatory loop play crucial roles in regulating plant-specialized metabolite biosynthesis.Capsaicinoids are unique to the genus Capsicum and confer a pungent flavor to its fruits.However,the transcriptional regulation of capsaicinoid biosynthesis remains largely unknown.In this study,two AP2/ERF transcription factors(TFs),CaERF102 and CaERF111,were characterized for their role in the capsaicinoid biosynthesis process.Expression analysis of two ERFs and capsaicinoid biosynthetic genes(CBGs)suggested that they were associated with capsaicinoid biosynthesis.Both ERFs encode nuclear-localized proteins and function as transcriptional activators through their C-terminal activation motifs.The two ERF TFs participated in capsaicinoid biosynthesis by directly activating the promoters of key CBGs,and this activation was significantly enhanced when CaMYC2 was co-expressed.Moreover,CaERF102 and CaERF111 were found to interact with CaMYC2.This study helps elucidate the AP2/ERF TF regulatory network that governs capsaicinoid biosynthesis in Capsicum species.

文摘The operation of deep-sea underwater vehicles relies entirely on onboard batteries.However,the extreme deep-sea conditions,characterized by ultrahigh hydraulic pressure,low temperature,and seawater conductivity,pose significant challenges for battery development.These conditions drive the need for specialized designs in deep-sea batteries,incorporating critical aspects of power generation,protection,distribution,and management.Over time,deep-sea battery technology has evolved through multiple generations,with lithium(Li)batteries emerging in recent decades as the preferred power source due to their high energy and reduced operational risks.Although the rapid progress of Li batteries has notably advanced the capabilities of underwater vehicles,critical technical issues remain unresolved.This review first systematically presents the whole picture of deep-sea battery manufacturing,focusing on Li batteries as the current mainstream solution for underwater power.It examines the key aspects of deep-sea Li battery development,including materials selection informed by electro-chemo-mechanics models,component modification and testing,and battery management systems specialized in software and hardware.Finally,it discusses the main challenges limiting the utilization of deep-sea batteries and outlines promising directions for future development.Based on the systematic reflection on deep-sea batteries and discussion on deep-sea Li batteries,this review aims to provide a research foundation for developing underwater power tailored for extreme environmental exploration.

文摘The centroid coordinate serves as a critical control parameter in motion systems,including aircraft,missiles,rockets,and drones,directly influencing their motion dynamics and control performance.Traditional methods for centroid measurement often necessitate custom equipment and specialized positioning devices,leading to high costs and limited accuracy.Here,we present a centroid measurement method that integrates 3D scanning technology,enabling accurate measurement of centroid across various types of objects without the need for specialized positioning fixtures.A theoretical framework for centroid measurement was established,which combined the principle of the multi-point weighing method with 3D scanning technology.The measurement accuracy was evaluated using a designed standard component.Experimental results demonstrate that the discrepancies between the theoretical and the measured centroid of a standard component with various materials and complex shapes in the X,Y,and Z directions are 0.003 mm,0.009 mm,and 0.105 mm,respectively,yielding a spatial deviation of 0.106 mm.Qualitative verification was conducted through experimental validation of three distinct types.They confirmed the reliability of the proposed method,which allowed for accurate centroid measurements of various products without requiring positioning fixtures.This advancement significantly broadened the applicability and scope of centroid measurement devices,offering new theoretical insights and methodologies for the measurement of complex parts and systems.

文摘Specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators including maresin 1 mediate resolution but the levels of these are reduced in Alzheimer's disease brain, suggesting that they constitute a novel target for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease to prevent/stop inflammation and combat disease pathology. Therefore, it is important to clarify whether they counteract the expression of genes and proteins induced by amyloid-β. With this objective, we analyzed the relevance of human monocyte–derived microglia for in vitro modeling of neuroinflammation and its resolution in the context of Alzheimer's disease and investigated the pro-resolving bioactivity of maresin 1 on amyloid-β42–induced Alzheimer's disease–like inflammation. Analysis of RNA-sequencing data and secreted proteins in supernatants from the monocyte-derived microglia showed that the monocyte-derived microglia resembled Alzheimer's disease–like neuroinflammation in human brain microglia after incubation with amyloid-β42. Maresin 1 restored homeostasis by down-regulating inflammatory pathway related gene expression induced by amyloid-β42 in monocyte-derived microglia, protection of maresin 1 against the effects of amyloid-β42 is mediated by a re-balancing of inflammatory transcriptional networks in which modulation of gene transcription in the nuclear factor-kappa B pathway plays a major part. We pinpointed molecular targets that are associated with both neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's disease and therapeutic targets by maresin 1. In conclusion, monocyte-derived microglia represent a relevant in vitro microglial model for studies on Alzheimer's disease-like inflammation and drug response for individual patients. Maresin 1 ameliorates amyloid-β42–induced changes in several genes of importance in Alzheimer's disease, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease.
