In this paper,a sparse nonuniform rectangular array based on spatially spread electromagnetic vector sensor(SNRASSEMVS)is introduced,and a method for estimating 2D-direction of arrival(DOA)and polarization is devised.Firstly,according to the special structure of the sparse nonuniform rectangular array(SNRA),a set of accurate but ambiguous direction-cosine estimates can be obtained.Then the steering vector of spatially spread electromagnetic vector sensor(SSEMVS)can be extracted from the array manifold to obtain the coarse but unambiguous direction-cosine estimates.Finally,the disambiguation approach can be used to get the final accurate estimates of 2DDOA and polarization.Compared with some existing methods,the SNRA configuration extends the spatial aperture and refines the parameters estimation accuracy without adding any redundant antennas,as well as reduces the mutual coupling effect.Moreover,the proposed algorithm resolves multiple sources without the priori knowledge of signal information,suffers no ambiguity in the estimation of the Poynting vector,and pairs the x-axis direction cosine with the y-axis direction cosine automatically.Simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

A guidance policy for controller performance enhancement utilizing mobile sensor-actuator networks (MSANs) is proposed for a class of distributed parameter systems (DPSs), which are governed by diffusion partial differential equations (PDEs) with time-dependent spatial domains. Several sufficient conditions for controller performance enhancement are presented. First, the infinite dimensional operator theory is used to derive an abstract evolution equation of the systems under some rational assumptions on the operators, and a static output feedback controller is designed to control the spatial process. Then, based on Lyapunov stability arguments, guidance policies for collocated and non-collocated MSANs are provided to enhance the performance of the proposed controller, which show that the time-dependent characteristic of the spatial domains can significantly affect the design of the mobile scheme. Finally, a simulation example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed policy. 展开更多

This paper investigates the estimation problem for a spatially distributed process described by a partial differential equation with missing measurements.The randomly missing measurements are introduced in order to better reflect the reality in the sensor network.To improve the estimation performance for the spatially distributed process,a network of sensors which are allowed to move within the spatial domain is used.We aim to design an estimator which is used to approximate the distributed process and the mobile trajectories for sensors such that,for all possible missing measurements,the estimation error system is globally asymptotically stable in the mean square sense.By constructing Lyapunov functionals and using inequality analysis,the guidance scheme of every sensor and the convergence of the estimation error system are obtained.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed estimator utilizing the proposed guidance scheme for sensors. 展开更多

The directivity of acoustic vector sensor can be distorted by the sound diffraction wave of baffle.According to Helmholtz integral equation,the directivity of acoustic vector sensor under the condition of finite cylinder baffle is calculated by using boundary element method(BEM).Considering the problem of nearly singular integrals of BEM,the exponent parts of fundamental solutions are expanded in trigonometric functions.The singular and the nonsingular parts are separated:the nonsingular parts are calculated by Gaussian integral method;the singular parts are regularized by subsection integral method.Then the surface integrals are reduced into line integrals along the elements' contour which can be calculated by Gaussian integral method.The sound diffraction field of a plane wave under the condition of finite cylinder baffle at different frequencies and incident angles is calculated,and the characteristics of directivity of pressure and vibration velocity at different frequencies are analyzed.The experimental data are treated and the errors between the experimental and theoretical results are analyzed.Finally,according to the research results about the influences on the directivity of acoustic vector sensor by baffle at present,some future prospects about eliminating the effects of sound diffraction field by baffle are presented. 展开更多

Sensors deployment optimization has become one of the most attractive fields in recent years. However, most of the previous work focused on the deployment problem in 2D space.Compared to the traditional form, sensors deployment in multidimensional space has greater research significance and practical potential to satisfy the detecting needs in complex environment.Aiming at solving this issue, a multi-dimensional space sensor network model is established, and the radar system is selected as an example. Considering the possible working mode of the radar system(e.g., searching and tracking), two distinctive deployment models are proposed based on maximum coverage area and maximum target detection probability in the attack direction respectively. The latter one is usually ignored in the previous literature.For uncovering the optimal deployment of the sensor network, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is improved using the proposed weights determination scheme, in which the linear decreasing, the pooling strategy and the cloud theory are combined for weights updating. 针对非合作目标空间位姿和关键几何量的综合测量需求,采用多线结构光传感器组合方法,结合传感器轴向对称布局特征,构建组合测量系统的坐标映射方程,建立姿态转换关系,实现对三个线结构光传感器测量的二维信息融合。搭建五自由度测试验... 针对非合作目标空间位姿和关键几何量的综合测量需求,采用多线结构光传感器组合方法,结合传感器轴向对称布局特征,构建组合测量系统的坐标映射方程,建立姿态转换关系,实现对三个线结构光传感器测量的二维信息融合。搭建五自由度测试验证平台,基于LevenbergMarquardt(L-M)算法完成组合测量系统标定,获得组合测量系统的刚性变换关系。开展圆柱型被测目标的验证对比试验,实验结果表明:在线结构光传感器的量程范围内,所搭建组合测量系统的位置测量精度优于±0.1 mm,姿态测量精度优于±0.05°,被测关键几何量偏差小于0.5 mm。该组合测量方法可适配被测量对象为非合作目标的场景,为类似场景的综合测量任务提供了一种可借鉴的解决方法。 展开更多

多传感网络三维空间映射下粮食仓储堆垛内部温度实时监测

大型不规则且动态变化的粮堆因其几何形态复杂,导致多源监测数据(如离散温度读数与三维点云数据)在格式和特征维度上存在固有差异,当前技术体系缺乏有效的异构数据融合机制,无法实现温度参数与精确空间位置的关联整合。由于难以获取可... 大型不规则且动态变化的粮堆因其几何形态复杂,导致多源监测数据(如离散温度读数与三维点云数据)在格式和特征维度上存在固有差异,当前技术体系缺乏有效的异构数据融合机制,无法实现温度参数与精确空间位置的关联整合。由于难以获取可靠的“温度-空间”映射关系作为输入数据,难以精确重建堆垛内部温度场的连续分布特征,造成异常热点识别不准确与定位滞后。为此,提出一种基于多传感网络三维空间映射的粮食仓储堆垛内部温度实时监测方法。该方法基于ZigBee协调器构建传感网络,传输由DS18B20温度传感器与激光雷达采集的粮食仓储堆垛内部温度数据及外部空间数据;监测中心接收数据后,采用均值聚类算法进行精准匹配与融合,生成高一致性的温度-空间关联数据;利用克里金方法精准估算堆垛内部温度值,拟合温度空间分布模型,获取全域可视化温度分布云图,实现堆垛内部温度的实时监测。测试结果表明:异常温度点定位精度较高,基于均值聚类融合的定位偏差为0.02~0.06 m,系统整体定位偏差为0.14~0.26 m;温度场重构误差较低,均方根误差稳定在0.05~0.1℃;通过三维空间映射与克里金插值,生成了能够准确反映堆垛内部温度连续变化特征的可视化云图。 展开更多

针对三维水下无线传感器网络在复杂海洋环境中存在的节点分布不均、覆盖率低等问题,提出一种考虑空间势场调控机制的三维水下蜘蛛部署算法(3D Spider Deployment with Spatial Potential Field, 3D-SPF)。该算法融合Tent混沌映射方法生... 针对三维水下无线传感器网络在复杂海洋环境中存在的节点分布不均、覆盖率低等问题,提出一种考虑空间势场调控机制的三维水下蜘蛛部署算法(3D Spider Deployment with Spatial Potential Field, 3D-SPF)。该算法融合Tent混沌映射方法生成初始结构,避免节点聚集效应,构建动态参数与边界约束机制以增强海洋扰动下的稳定性,同时引入基于Halton序列的准蒙特卡洛低方差覆盖率评估模型。算法引入空间势场调控因子,有效改善了节点间的均匀分布,提升了网络的稳定性与覆盖效率。仿真实验结果表明,该算法在复杂水域条件下可实现最高98.98%的覆盖率,部署效果优于粒子群优化算法(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)和蚁群优化算法(Ant Colony Optimization, ACO)。研究成果为三维水下传感器网络的智能化部署与高效覆盖提供了新思路和实用模型。 展开更多

Piezoelectric sensor array-based spatial filter technology is a new promising method presented in research area of structural health monitoring (SHM) in the recent years. To apply this method to composite structures and give the actual position of damage, this paper proposes a spatial filter-based damage imaging method improved by complex Shannon wavelet transform. The basic principle of spatial filter is analyzed first. Then, this paper proposes a method of using complex Shannon wavelet transform to construct analytic signals of time domain signals of PZT sensors array. The analytic signals are synthesized depending on the principle of the spatial filter to give a damage imaging in the form of angle-time. A method of converting the damage imaging to the form of angle-distance is discussed. Finally, an aircraft composite oil tank is adopted to validate the damage imaging method. The validating results show that this method can recognize angle and distance of damage successfully. 展开更多

Time-of-flight principle range cameras are becoming more and more available. They promise to make the 3D reconstruction of scenes easier, avoiding the practical issues resulting from 3D imaging techniques based on triangulation or disparity estimation. Spatially smoothed quaternion-Capon beamforming in the presence of coherent interferences

The performance the quaternion-Capon( Q-Capon) beamformer degraded when suppressing the interferences that are coherent with the signal of interest( SOI). To tackle the problem,the spatial smoothing technique is adopted in quaternion domain to decorrelate the interferences by using linearly and uniformly spaced two-component electromagnetic vector-sensors. By averaging several translational invariant subarray quaternion covariance matrices,the quaternion spatial smoothing is performed to prevent the SOI cancellation phenomena caused by the presence of coherent interferences. It is demonstrated that the quaternion spatial smoothing Q-Capon beamformer can suppress the coherent interferences remarkably while the computational cost is lower than the complex domain long vector spatial smoothing counterpart. Theoretical analyses and simulation results validate the efficacy of the spatially smoothed Q-Capon beamformer in terms of coherent interference suppression capability. 展开更多

Spatial Distribution of Surface Soil Moisture in a Small Forested Catchment

Predicting the spatial distribution of soil moisture is an important hydrological question. We measured the spatial distribution of surface soil moisture (upper 6 cm) using an Amplitude Domain Reflectometry sensor at the plot scale (2 × 2 m) and small catchment scale (0.84 ha) in a temperate forest. The spatial variation of soil water content was higher during dry conditions than that during wet conditions. Results indicated 3.1 samples at the plot scale were sufficient to estimate mean soil water content when the precision was 0.1. Soil water content increased with increasing topographic index (TI) and soil-topographic index (STI) at the small catchment scale. The correlation between soil water content and TI was higher than that between soil water content and STI. This suggests that topography is more important for estimating surface soil moisture than soil depth as formation of surface soil moisture occurs at ≤6 cm. 展开更多

Circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors are promising in gas path monitoring due to their advantages of non-intrusiveness and easy installation. The spatial sensitivity and filtering effect are two important performance parameters. In this paper, an analytically mathematical model of induced charge on a circular thin-plate electrode is first derived. Then the spatial sensitivity and filtering effect of the circular electrostatic sensor are investigated by numerical calculations. Finally,experimental studies are performed to testify the theoretical results. Both theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors act as a low-pass filter in the spatial frequency domain, and both the spatial filtering effect and the temporal frequency response characteristics depend strongly on the spatial position and velocity of the charged particle. These conclusions can provide guidelines for the optimal design of circular thin-plate electrostatic sensors. 展开更多

The increasing interest for wireless communication services and scarcity of radio spectrum resources have created the need for a more flexible and efficient usage of the radio frequency bands. Cognitive Radio (CR) emerges as an important trend for a solution to this problem. Spectrum sensing is a crucial function in a CR system. Cooperative spectrum sensing can overcome fading and shadowing effects, and hence increase the reliability of primary user detection. In this paper we consider a system model of a dedicated detect-andforward wireless sensor network (DetF WSN) for cooperative spectrum sensing with k-out-of-n decision fusion in the presence of reporting channels errors. Using this model we consider the design of a spatial reuse media access control (MAC) protocol based on TDMA/OFDMA to resolve conflicts and conserve resources for intra-WSN communication. The influence of the MAC protocol on spectrum sensing performance of the WSN is a key consideration. Two design approaches, using greedy and adaptive simulated annealing (ASA) algorithms, are considered in detail. Performance results assuming a grid network in a Rician fading environment are presented for the two design approaches. 展开更多

针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想... 针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想建立了该传感器的理论模型;探究了极板厚度、覆盖角、长度和双平面间距对传感器灵敏特性的影响。在此基础上,优化传感器构型并制备相应的实验样品,搭建实验测试平台开展实验。结果表明:双平面间距L和极板长度H是提高传感器灵敏特性的关键,优化后的传感器灵敏度增加75.80%,均匀性提高了56.05%。实验结果与有限元仿真变化趋势一致,当L由1 cm增至2 cm、H由2 cm增至4 cm时,有效电压幅值增大176.08%。 展开更多

为确定适用于温室三维温度场构建的空间插值方法及插值分辨率,基于Venlo型玻璃温室中布设的27个温度传感器观测数据,使用反距离权重插值(IDW)、径向基函数插值(RBF)及普通克里金插值(OK)3种空间插值方法构建温室三维温度场,分析插值精度... 为确定适用于温室三维温度场构建的空间插值方法及插值分辨率,基于Venlo型玻璃温室中布设的27个温度传感器观测数据,使用反距离权重插值(IDW)、径向基函数插值(RBF)及普通克里金插值(OK)3种空间插值方法构建温室三维温度场,分析插值精度,比较8种不同空间插值分辨率对插值效率的影响。结果表明,IDW、RBF、OK的温度预测值与实测值均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05,R^(2)分别为0.928、0.911、0.957),平均绝对误差和均方根误差分别为0.766℃、0.765℃、0.599℃和1.266℃、1.449℃、0.981℃,其中OK构建的三维温度场效果最优。此外,与1 cm插值分辨率相比,20 cm分辨率下预测值的均方根误差为0.025℃,可在保证插值精度的条件下,减少99.96%的运算时间,可作为适宜的空间插值分辨率进行温度场构建。 展开更多

为提高空间磁颗粒位姿测量系统精度,提出三轴磁传感器的标定方法和基于麻雀搜索算法(SSA)-LM算法的参数辨识算法(SSA-LM)。在分析三轴磁传感器误差产生机理的基础上建立误差模型,设计误差参数的计算方法。进行误差标定仿真实验,结果表明... 为提高空间磁颗粒位姿测量系统精度,提出三轴磁传感器的标定方法和基于麻雀搜索算法(SSA)-LM算法的参数辨识算法(SSA-LM)。在分析三轴磁传感器误差产生机理的基础上建立误差模型,设计误差参数的计算方法。进行误差标定仿真实验,结果表明SSA-LM结合搜索算法求解误差参数具有较高的准确性,校正后的各轴磁场与理想磁场的平均绝对误差降低到1.1×10^(–9)nT以下。搭建试验台进行实验研究,结果表明该方法能够准确有效地标定校正三轴磁传感器的误差,并且标定后的磁颗粒位姿测量系统的平均定位误差减小0.52 mm,平均定向误差减小0.82°。 展开更多

为解决城市地铁盾构穿越不良地质勘探时的范围大、精细化困难等问题,依托惠深城际铁路工程,采用分布式声波光纤传感(distributed acoustic sensor,DAS)技术开展城市地下不良地质体大范围、高精度勘探方法研究。首先,研究背景噪声扩展空... 为解决城市地铁盾构穿越不良地质勘探时的范围大、精细化困难等问题,依托惠深城际铁路工程,采用分布式声波光纤传感(distributed acoustic sensor,DAS)技术开展城市地下不良地质体大范围、高精度勘探方法研究。首先,研究背景噪声扩展空间自相关(extended spatial auto correlation,ESPAC)法对地下岩土体信息的反演成像理论方法,通过建立声波光纤动应变与地下剪切波速度场的关联性反演地下岩土体信息及赋存溶洞的位置与规模;然后,结合现场钻孔勘探与电磁波扫描获取的岩土体信息进行系统的对比验证。研究表明:DAS-ESPAC法清晰反演了地下40 m深范围内剪切波速场的分布特征,基于剪切波速场分布进一步反演了地下岩土体分层、类型、规模及空间分布,探明了粉质黏土与灰岩的分界界面,对于溶洞规模与分布反演误差达到1 m级,相关的勘探信息与钻探详勘数据、补勘数据、地球物理勘探数据吻合较好。 展开更多
