The basic idea is applying SP to project the observed data onto a high-dimensional sparse space, which is a nonlinear mapping with an explicit form and the K-means clustering algorithm can be therefore used to explore the inherent data patterns in the new space. The proposed algorithm is applied to cluster a complete artificial dataset and an incomplete real dataset. In order to extract the richer feature information of ship targets from sea clutter, and address the high dimensional data problem, a method termed as multi-scale fusion kernel sparse preserving projection(MSFKSPP) ba...In order to extract the richer feature information of ship targets from sea clutter, and address the high dimensional data problem, a method termed as multi-scale fusion kernel sparse preserving projection(MSFKSPP) based on the maximum margin criterion(MMC) is proposed for recognizing the class of ship targets utilizing the high-resolution range profile(HRRP). Multi-scale fusion is introduced to capture the local and detailed information in small-scale features, and the global and contour information in large-scale features, offering help to extract the edge information from sea clutter and further improving the target recognition accuracy. The proposed method can maximally preserve the multi-scale fusion sparse of data and maximize the class separability in the reduced dimensionality by reproducing kernel Hilbert space. Experimental results on the measured radar data show that the proposed method can effectively extract the features of ship target from sea clutter, further reduce the feature dimensionality, and improve target recognition performance.展开更多

This paper describes in detail the compressed sensing theory, study the wireless sensor network data conventional compression and network coding method. The linear network coding scheme based on sparse random projection theory of compressed sensing. Simulation results show that this system satisfies the requirements of the reconstruction error of packets needed to reduce the number of nodes to the total number of 30%, improves the efficiency of data communications in wireless sensor network, reduce the energy consumption of the system. With other wireless sensor network data compression algorithm, the proposed algorithm has the advantages of simple realization, the compression effect is good, especially suitable for resource limited, and the accuracy requirements are not particularly stringent in wireless sensor networks.展开更多
