Red-green-blue(RGB)beam combiners are widely used in scenarios such as augmented reality/virtual reality(AR/VR),laser projection,biochemical detection,and other fields.Optical waveguide combiners have attracted extens...Red-green-blue(RGB)beam combiners are widely used in scenarios such as augmented reality/virtual reality(AR/VR),laser projection,biochemical detection,and other fields.Optical waveguide combiners have attracted extensive attention due to their advantages of small size,high multiplexing efficiency,convenient mass production,and low cost.An RGB beam combiner based on directional couplers is designed,with a core-cladding relative refractive index difference of 0.75%.The RGB beam combiner is optimized from the perspective of parameter optimization.Using the beam propagation method(BPM),the relationship between the performance of the RGB beam combiner and individual parameters is studied,achieving preliminary optimization of the device’s performance.The key parameters of the RGB beam combiner are optimized using the entropy weight-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution TOPSIS method,establishing the optimal parameter scheme and further improving the device’s performance indicators.The results show that after optimization,the multiplexing efficiencies for red,green,and blue lights,as well as the average multiplexing efficiency,reached 99.17%,99.76%,96.63%and 98.52%,respectively.The size of the RGB beam combiner is 4.768 mm×0.062 mm.展开更多

This study presents a novel methodology to obtain an approximate analytical solution for an isotropic homo-geneous elastic medium with displacement and traction boundary conditions.The solution is derived through solv...This study presents a novel methodology to obtain an approximate analytical solution for an isotropic homo-geneous elastic medium with displacement and traction boundary conditions.The solution is derived through solving a specific numerical problem under the scope of the linear finite element method(LFEM),so the method is termed computational method for analytical solutions with finite elements(CMAS-FE).The primary objective of the CMAS-FE is to construct analytical expressions for displacements and reaction forces at nodes,as well as for strains and stresses at elemental quadrature points,all of which are formulated as infinite series solutions of various orders of Poisson’s ratios.Like the conventional LFEM,the CMAS-FE forms global sparse linear equations,but the Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio remain variables(or symbols).By employing a direct inverse method to solve these symbolic linear systems,an analytical expression of the displacement field can be constructed.The CMAS-FE is validated via patch and bending tests,which demonstrate convergence with mesh and term refine-ment.Furthermore,the CMAS-FE is applied to obtain the bending stiffness of a beam structure and to estimate an approximate stress intensity factor for a straight crack within a square-shaped plate.展开更多

In this study,a straightforward one-step hydrothermal method was successfully utilized to synthesize the solid solution Na_(0.9)Mg_(0.45)Ti_(3.55)O_(8)-Na_(2)Ni_(2)Ti_(6)O_(16)(NNMTO-x),where x denotes the molar perce...In this study,a straightforward one-step hydrothermal method was successfully utilized to synthesize the solid solution Na_(0.9)Mg_(0.45)Ti_(3.55)O_(8)-Na_(2)Ni_(2)Ti_(6)O_(16)(NNMTO-x),where x denotes the molar percentage of Na_(2)Ni_(2)Ti_(6)O_(16)(NNTO)within Na_(0.9)Mg_(0.45)Ti_(3.55)O_(8)(NMTO),with x values of 10,20,30,40,and 50.Both XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy)analyses unequivocally validated the formation of the NNMTO-x solid solutions.It was observed that when x is below 40,the NNMTO-x solid solution retains the structural characteristics of the original NMTO.However,beyond this threshold,significant alterations in crystal morphology were noted,accompanied by a noticeable decline in photocatalytic activity.Notably,the absorption edge of NNMTO-x(x<40)exhibited a shift towards the visible-light spectrum,thereby substantially broadening the absorption range.The findings highlight that NNMTO-30 possesses the most pronounced photocatalytic activity for the reduction of CO_(2).Specifically,after a 6 h irradiation period,the production rates of CO and CH_(4)were recorded at 42.38 and 1.47μmol/g,respectively.This investigation provides pivotal insights that are instrumental in the advancement of highly efficient and stable photocatalysts tailored for CO_(2)reduction processes.展开更多

Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.,a traditional aromatic edible plant from Lamiaceae,is widely used as food additive,food condiment,spice,and herbal teas.Polyphenol-rich fraction of T.quinquecostatus(PRF)has been proven t...Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.,a traditional aromatic edible plant from Lamiaceae,is widely used as food additive,food condiment,spice,and herbal teas.Polyphenol-rich fraction of T.quinquecostatus(PRF)has been proven to be effective protective effect for cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI)in our previous study.In this study,we developed a novel“Gut flora-Compound-Target-Pathway”(GCTP)network based on network pharmacology coupled with gastrointestinal metabolism for screening bio-active components,key targets and gut floras through the classical technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).This compensates for the lack of gut floras and gastrointestinal metabolism in network pharmacology.Firstly,four incubation models covering simulated gastric juice,simulated intestinal juice,gut floras of normal and transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(tMCAO)rat in vitro were applied to PRF.The 109 proto-components and 64 metabolites were elucidated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography Q exactive orbitrap-mass spectrometry(UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS).Then,the key targets of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9),prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2),tyrosine-protein kinase fyn(FYN),estrogen receptor 1(ESR1),amyloid precursor protein(APP),and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),and gut floras of Enterococcus avium LY1 were selected.Moreover,the selected key proto components were rosmarinic acid,daidzein,quercetin,luteolin,apigenin,methyl rosmarinate,kaempferol,luteoloside,and caffeic acid,and the key metabolites were isokaempferide,isorhamnetin,isoquercetin,and mangiferin.Binding of compounds to the key proteins was analyzed by molecular docking,and also verified though an 2,2'-azobis(2-amidinopropane)dihydrochloride(AAPH)induced oxidative stress zebrafish model and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)assays.This study provides a new idea and a better understanding of PRF for its protective effects on CIRI and its underlying mechanisms.展开更多
Undoubtedly,noise has become a major hazardous issue in today’s industrial world,with a lot of people suffering from exposure to excessive noise in their work environments.This study was conducted to weigh and priori...Undoubtedly,noise has become a major hazardous issue in today’s industrial world,with a lot of people suffering from exposure to excessive noise in their work environments.This study was conducted to weigh and prioritize noise control methods in an Iranian tire manufacturing complex in Iran.The Delphi method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity and an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)were utilized for this purpose.This cross-sectional,descriptive study was conducted in the baking hall of an Iranian tire manufacturing factory in 2016.To weigh and prioritize noise control methods,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and TOPSIS were applied.In total,4 criteria and 8 alternatives were examined.An AHP and TOPSIS questionnaire was then designed to prioritize noise control methods in the light of the objectives,criteria,and alternatives.Then,the collected data were fed into Expert Choise.V.11 and Excel and data analysis was carried out using TOPSIS.The results of data analysis indicated that the inconsistency rate in all the cases was smaller than 10%,hence the consistency of the responses was verified.According to the TOPSIS results and experts’opinions about the criteria,implementation and maintenance cost(with a weight of 0.481)and method effectiveness and efficiency(with a weight of 0.046)had the highest and lowest priority respectively.Based on the weights TOPSIS,the appropriate methods for controlling noise in tire manufacturing are designing and manufacturing silencer,requiring people in charge to quickly fix the leaks and change baking press washers on time.展开更多
