目的通过与SL-PLUS标准假体比较,探讨采用SL-PLUS MIA股骨柄假体行人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)的近期疗效。方法回顾分析2011年6月-12月采用SL-PLUS MIA股骨柄假体行THA的33例38髋患者(试验组)临床资料,并与同期35...目的通过与SL-PLUS标准假体比较,探讨采用SL-PLUS MIA股骨柄假体行人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)的近期疗效。方法回顾分析2011年6月-12月采用SL-PLUS MIA股骨柄假体行THA的33例38髋患者(试验组)临床资料,并与同期35例40髋采用SL-PLUS标准假体行THA的患者(对照组)比较。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、病因及术前髋关节活动度、Harris评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。记录两组切口长度、手术时间及术中出血量,术后采用Harris评分评估髋关节功能改善情况,检查髋关节活动度,复查X线片了解假体位置。结果试验组切口长度、手术时间均较对照组缩短,术中出血量亦显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组切口均Ⅰ期愈合。患者均获随访,随访时间10~16个月,平均13.6个月。随访时对照组5例5髋及试验组3例3髋有髋关节疼痛不适表现。末次随访时,试验组及对照组患者髋关节活动度分别为(152.48±9.68)°及(152.16±8.18)°、Harris评分分别为(91.4±2.9)分及(90.9±1.8)分,均较术前显著提高(P<0.05);两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。X线片复查示两组假体位置均良好,无移位、松动及下沉发生。结论与SL-PLUS标准假体比较,采用SL-PLUS MIA股骨柄假体行THA具有手术创伤小、出血少的优点,近期疗效满意,远期疗效需进一步观察。展开更多
