目的 分析优秀男子速度攀岩运动员Tomoa skip技术肌电特征,为专项力量训练方法和手段的确定提供理论依据。方法 招募10名一级及以上级别男子速度攀岩运动员,采集其攀爬国际标准赛道的Tomoa skip技术运动学和表面肌电数据。结果 Tomoa s... 目的 分析优秀男子速度攀岩运动员Tomoa skip技术肌电特征,为专项力量训练方法和手段的确定提供理论依据。方法 招募10名一级及以上级别男子速度攀岩运动员,采集其攀爬国际标准赛道的Tomoa skip技术运动学和表面肌电数据。结果 Tomoa skip技术中肌肉贡献率大小排序依次为肱二头肌、肱三头肌长头、指浅屈肌、背阔肌、胫骨前肌、股外侧肌、臀大肌、腓肠肌内侧头。左侧所有肌肉贡献率之和、肱二头肌和肱三头肌长头贡献率显著低于右侧(P<0.05),左侧腓肠肌内侧头的贡献率显著高于右侧(P<0.05);左侧肱二头肌的激活程度显著低于右侧(P<0.05)。左侧肘关节和踝关节、右侧肘关节和踝关节共收缩指数分别为0.93±0.21、1.33±0.14、0.72±0.10、2.08±0.59,左侧肘关节和踝关节的共收缩程度显著高于右侧(P<0.05)。结论 Tomoa skip技术中男子运动员表现出明显的肌电特征,左右侧上肢肌肉和背阔肌的贡献率均高于下肢肌肉,肘关节和踝关节分别是以肱二头肌和胫骨前肌为主导的激活模式;同时肌电特征也存在显著的左右侧肢体间差异,上肢肌肉贡献率和激活程度的左右侧肢体间差异大于下肢。 展开更多

山羊SKIP基因重组腺病毒载体的构建

试验利用Gateway技术构建含山羊SKIP基因的重组腺病毒载体。首先采用PCR扩增山羊SKIP基因连接入pcDNA3.1(+),将酶切回收的SKIP产物片段克隆至腺病毒穿梭载体pYr-adshuttle-2获得重组质粒pYr-adshuttle-2-SKIP。从该重组质粒上,利用LR同... 试验利用Gateway技术构建含山羊SKIP基因的重组腺病毒载体。首先采用PCR扩增山羊SKIP基因连接入pcDNA3.1(+),将酶切回收的SKIP产物片段克隆至腺病毒穿梭载体pYr-adshuttle-2获得重组质粒pYr-adshuttle-2-SKIP。从该重组质粒上,利用LR同源重组将SKIP-EGPF表达框转移至腺病毒骨架质粒pAd/PL-DEST,获得重组腺病毒质粒pAd-SKIP。该质粒经pacI线性化后转染HEK293A细胞包装病毒,获得重组腺病毒rAd-SKIP。重组腺病毒分别经酶切和PCR等方法进行鉴定。荧光显微镜观察转染效果。结果证实腺病毒载体中含有SKIP基因的目的片段,荧光显微镜发现该重组腺病毒能在C2C12细胞中高效表达。表明成功构建了同时表达SKIP蛋白和绿色荧光蛋白的重组腺病毒,为下一步开展关于SKIP基因的功能研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

转录和转录后水平的基因表达调控在植物的生长发育和环境响应中发挥重要作用。在酵母和人细胞中,Ski相互作用蛋白(Ski-interacting protein,SKIP)作为转录调节因子和剪接因子分别在转录和转录后水平调节基因表达。本研究克隆了二穗短柄... 转录和转录后水平的基因表达调控在植物的生长发育和环境响应中发挥重要作用。在酵母和人细胞中,Ski相互作用蛋白(Ski-interacting protein,SKIP)作为转录调节因子和剪接因子分别在转录和转录后水平调节基因表达。本研究克隆了二穗短柄草BdSKIP基因,生物信息学分析表明,BdSKIP蛋白具有典型的SNW结构域,与普通小麦和大麦的SKIP蛋白同源性最高。将BdSKIP基因转化拟南芥skip-1突变体,结果显示BdSKIP蛋白在维持主根正常生长和抑制拟南芥提前开花方面发挥重要的作用,并且可以在转录和转录后水平调控基因的表达。亚细胞定位结果显示,BdSKIP蛋白定位于细胞核,与调控基因表达的功能相一致。本研究揭示了BdSKIP蛋白的功能,为BdSKIP蛋白的进一步应用提供了基础。 展开更多

Objective:Although many clinical studies on skip lymphatic metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer have been reported,the risk factors for skip lymphatic metastasis are still controversy and debatable.This study investigated,by multivariate logistic regression analysis,the clinical features of skip metastasis to mediastinal lymph nodes(N2)in non-small cell lung cancer 0NISCLC)patients.Methods:We collected the clinicopathological data of 256 pN2-NSCLC patients who underwent lobectomy plus systemic lymph node dissection in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital.The cases in the present study were divided into two groups:skip metastasis(N2 skip+)and non-skip metastasis(N2 skip-).A retrospective analysis of clinical pathological features of two groups was performed,rib determine an independent factor,multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify possible risk factors.Results:A total of 256 pN2-NSCLC patients were recruited.The analysis results showed that gender,pathologic types,surgery,pleural involvement,smoking history,age,tumor stages,and differentiation were not statistical significant factors impacting on skip metastasis in pN2-NSCLC(P〉0.05),whereas tumor size was an independent factor for skip metastasis(P=0.02).Conclusions:The rate of skip lymphatic metastasis increases in pN2-NSCLC patients,in accompany with an increased tumor size. 展开更多

Behcet's disease(BD) is a rare and life-long disorder characterized by inflammation of blood vessels throughout the body. BD was originally described in 1937 as a syndrome involving oral and genital ulceration in addition to ocular inflammation. Intestinal BD refers to colonic ulcerative lesions documented by objective measures in patients with BD. Many studies have shown that over 40% of BD patients have gastrointestinal complaints. Symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, anorexia and abdominal distension. Although gastrointestinal symptoms are common, the demonstration of gastrointestinal ulcers is rare. This so-called intestinal BD accounts for approximately 1% of cases. There is no specific test for BD, and the diagnosis is based on clinical criteria. The manifestations of intestinal BD are similar to those of other colitis conditions such as Crohn's disease or intestinal tuberculosis, thus, it is challenging for gastroenterologists to accurately diagnose intestinal BD in patients with ileocolonic ulcers. However, giant ulcers distributed in the esophagus and ileocecal junction with gastrointestinal hemorrhage are rare in intestinal BD. Here, we present a case of untypical intestinal BD. The patient had recurrent aphthous ulceration of the oral mucosa, and esophageal and ileo-colonic ulceration, but no typical extra-intestinal symptoms. During examination, the patient had massive acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding. The patient underwent ileostomy after an emergency right hemicolectomy and partial ileectomy, and was subsequently diagnosed with incomplete-type intestinal BD by pathology. The literature on the evaluation and management of this condition is reviewed. 展开更多

Due to the increasing number of cloud applications,the amount of data in the cloud shows signs of growing faster than ever before.The nature of cloud computing requires cloud data processing systems that can handle huge volumes of data and have high performance.However,most cloud storage systems currently adopt a hash-like approach to retrieving data that only supports simple keyword-based enquiries,but lacks various forms of information search.Therefore,a scalable and efficient indexing scheme is clearly required.In this paper,we present a skip list-based cloud index,called SLC-index,which is a novel,scalable skip list-based indexing for cloud data processing.The SLC-index offers a two-layered architecture for extending indexing scope and facilitating better throughput.Dynamic load-balancing for the SLC-index is achieved by online migration of index nodes between servers.Furthermore,it is a flexible system due to its dynamic addition and removal of servers.The SLC-index is efficient for both point and range queries.Experimental results show the efficiency of the SLC-index and its usefulness as an alternative approach for cloud-suitable data structures. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of radar base and ground observation stations on the Tibet is sparsely distributed and cannot achieve large-scale precipitation monitoring.U-Net,an advanced machine learning(ML)method,is used to develop a robust and rapid algorithm for precipitating cloud detection based on the new-generation geostationary satellite of FengYun-4A(FY-4A).First,in this algorithm,the real-time multi-band infrared brightness temperature from FY-4A combined with the data of Digital Elevation Model(DEM)has been used as predictor variables for our model.Second,the efficiency of the feature was improved by changing the traditional convolution layer serial connection method of U-Net to residual mapping.Then,in order to solve the problem of the network that would produce semantic differences when directly concentrated with low-level and high-level features,we use dense skip pathways to reuse feature maps of different layers as inputs for concatenate neural networks feature layers from different depths.Finally,according to the characteristics of precipitation clouds,the pooling layer of U-Net was replaced by a convolution operation to realize the detection of small precipitation clouds.It was experimentally concluded that the Pixel Accuracy(PA)and Mean Intersection over Union(MIoU)of the improved U-Net on the test set could reach 0.916 and 0.928,the detection of precipitation clouds over Tibet were well actualized. 展开更多

Advances on bidirectional intelligence are overviewed along three threads,with extensions and new perspectives.The first thread is about bidirectional learning architecture,exploring five dualities that enable Lmser six cognitive functions and provide new perspectives on which a lot of extensions and particularlly flexible Lmser are proposed.Interestingly,either or two of these dualities actually takes an important role in recent models such as U-net,ResNet,and Dense Net.The second thread is about bidirectional learning principles unified by best yIng-yAng(IA)harmony in BYY system.After getting insights on deep bidirectional learning from a bird-viewing on existing typical learning principles from one or both of the inward and outward directions,maximum likelihood,variational principle,and several other learning principles are summarised as exemplars of the BYY learning,with new perspectives on advanced topics.The third thread further proceeds to deep bidirectional intelligence,driven by long term dynamics(LTD)for parameter learning and short term dynamics(STD)for image thinking and rational thinking in harmony.Image thinking deals with information flow of continuously valued arrays and especially image sequence,as if thinking was displayed in the real world,exemplified by the flow from inward encoding/cognition to outward reconstruction/transformation performed in Lmser learning and BYY learning.In contrast,rational thinking handles symbolic strings or discretely valued vectors,performing uncertainty reasoning and problem solving.In particular,a general thesis is proposed for bidirectional intelligence,featured by BYY intelligence potential theory(BYY-IPT)and nine essential dualities in architecture,fundamentals,and implementation,respectively.Then,problems of combinatorial solving and uncertainty reasoning are investigated from this BYY IPT perspective.First,variants and extensions are suggested for AlphaGoZero like searching tasks,such as traveling salesman problem(TSP)and attributed graph matching(AGM)that are turned into Go like problems with help of a feature enrichment technique.Second,reasoning activities are summarized under guidance of BYY IPT from the aspects of constraint satisfaction,uncertainty propagation,and path or tree searching.Particularly,causal potential theory is proposed for discovering causal direction,with two roads developed for its implementation. 展开更多

This paper explores and proposes a design solution of an integrated skip cycle mode (SCM) control circuit with a simple structure. The design is simulated and implemented with XD10H-1.0μm modular DIMOS 650 V process. In order to meet the requirement of a wide temperature range and high yields of products, the schematic extracted from the layout is simulated with five process corners at 27℃ and 90℃. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed integrated circuit is immune to noise and achieves skipping cycle control when switching mode power supply (SMPS) works with low load or without load. 展开更多
