Layer-structured Ruddlesden–Popper(RP)perovskites(RPPs)with decent stability have captured the imagination of the photovoltaic research community and bring hope for boosting the development of perovskite solar cell(PSC)technology.However,two-dimensional(2D)or quasi-2D RP PSCs are encountered with some challenges of the large exciton binding energy,blocked charge transport and poor film quality,which restrict their photovoltaic performance.Fortunately,these issues can be readily resolved by rationally designing spacer cations of RPPs.This review mainly focuses on how to design the molecular structures of organic spacers and aims to endow RPPs with outstanding photovoltaic applications.We firstly elucidated the important roles of organic spacers in impacting crystallization kinetics,charge transporting ability and stability of RPPs.Then we brought three aspects to attention for designing organic spacers.Finally,we presented the specific molecular structure design strategies for organic spacers of RPPs aiming to improve photovoltaic performance of RP PSCs.These proposed strategies in this review will provide new avenues to develop novel organic spacers for RPPs and advance the development of RPP photovoltaic technology for future applications. 展开更多

Impact of introducing custom-made articulating spacers:A retrospective cohort study on two protocols for two-stage hip revision

BACKGROUND Two-stage revision is the most common treatment for chronic periprosthetic joint infection of the hip,involving a resection arthroplasty with or without placement of an antibiotic-loaded spacer,followed by antibiotic therapy before reimplantation.AIM To compare the outcomes and complications of two consecutive treatment protocols for two-stage revision arthroplasty of the infected hip:One using Girdlestone with an antibiotic holiday,the other using custom-made articulating spacers(CUMARS)without an antibiotic holiday.METHODS In this retrospective study,two consecutive cohorts were compared.Group A(2017-2020)underwent two-stage revision with a Girdlestone and an antibiotic holiday before reimplantation,while Group B(2020-2023)received CUMARS whenever possible,and no antibiotic holiday,or a Girdlestone if indicated.The primary outcome was successful infection eradication after one year.Secondary outcomes included surgical duration,length of hospital stay,weight-bearing allowance,discharge destination,and complications.RESULTS A total of 98 patients were included:39 patients in Group A and 59 patients in Group B.Successful infection eradication after one year was achieved in 69%of Group A and 83%of Group B(P=0.164).Patients in Group B were more frequently allowed to bear weight(64%vs 18%,P<0.001),had a shorter in-hospital stay(9 vs 16 days,P<0.001),and were more often discharged home after the first surgery(48%vs 24%,P=0.048).No significant differences were found in(mechanical)complications.CONCLUSION A protocol including CUMARS is a safe and effective treatment,offering faster recovery,shorter length of hospital stay,and enabling more patients to return home during the interval.This reduces strain on patients and the healthcare system,potentially saving costs,without compromising infection control or increasing(mechanical)complications. 展开更多

In recent years,triboelectric nanogenerators have emerged as a promising sensing and power technology.Triboelectric textiles are particularly desirable for natural motion tracking and advanced wearable scenarios.However,current approaches mostly rely on a physical spacer at the device interface,fail to integrate triboelectric textiles into clothing,or compromise the breathability and wear comfort for natural and subtle motion tracking.Herein,we propose a triboelectric textile that not only eliminates the need for artificial spacers but also allows for seamless integration into clothing as part of everyday wear.The incorporation of micro-gaps through amine-halogen tribo-pair nanofibers enhances the output fourfold over extended use.The integrated triboelectric garment system is capable of detecting continuous angular changes,such as flexion and extension motions,exhibiting high sensitivity to subtle movements,including human tremors.The design of a lightweight,pocket-sized signal acquisition and transmission module ensures unobtrusive wearability for motion tracking and energy harvesting from natural human activities,thereby opening doors to diverse applications in wearables and healthcare. 展开更多

Dion-Jacobson (DJ) phase hybrid perovskites have been proven to improve the photovoltaic performance of the devices due to its unique structure.At present,some DJ hybrid perovskites have been reported and used for photodetection filed,but most of them are based on lead-bromide systems,which is not conducive to construct broadband photodetection devices due to the limitation of intrinsic absorption.Herein,we constructed a bilayered DJ hybrid perovskite (3AMPY)(EA)Pb_(2)I_(7)(3AMPY^(2+)is 3-(aminomethyl)pyridinium,EA^(+)is ethylammonium) using an aromatic spacer,which exhibit large current on/off ratios of 10~4under 520 and 637 nm illumination.In particular,the single crystal device based on (3AMPY)(EA)Pb_(2)I_(7)shows a distinguished detectivity of 7.4×10^(12)Jones and a high responsivity of 0.89A/W under 637 nm illumination.Such finding not only enriches the quantities of DJ hybrid perovskites,but also provides useful assistance for constructing high-performance optoelectronic device in the future. 展开更多

This study investigates the low-velocity impact and post-impact flexural properties of 3D integrated woven spacer composites,focusing on their orthotropic behavior when tested along two principal directions,i.e.,warp(X-type)and weft(Y-type)directions.The same composite material was tested in these orientations to evaluate the differences in impact resistance and residual bending strength.Specimens were fabricated via vacuum-assisted molding and tested at 2,3,5,and 7 J impact energies using an Instron Ceast 9350 drop-weight impact testing machine,in accordance with ASTM D7136.Post-impact flexural tests were performed using a four-point bending method in accordance with ASTM D7264.The absorbed energy increased from 1.97 to 6.98 J,and the panel damage area ranged from 121 to 361 mm^(2) as impact energy roses.Specimens tested in the weft direction(Y-type)showed greater residual strength(up to 15.83 N)and displacement(up to 0.538 mm)than those tested in the warp direction(X-type).Ultrasonic C-scan imaging revealed localized matrix cracking and fiber failure damage patterns.Results emphasize the directional differences in impact resistance and residual bending properties,highlighting the importance of material orientation in structural applications.This study provides a foundation for utilizing 3D woven spacer composites in lightweight,damage-tolerant structural components. 展开更多

Phonon coherence can reflect electron‒phonon coupling information and has been proven to modulate electronic states and charge transport.The manipulation of phonon coherence through spacer cation engineering in organic‒inorganic hybrid perovskites(OIHPs)has been extensively demonstrated;however,the underlying structural origin remains elusive at the molecular level.Herein,we present molecular structure and temperature-dependent coherent phonon studies via a combination of sum frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy(SFG-VS)and transient absorption spectroscopy(TAS).The conformational order of spacer cations dictates the coherent phonon oscillations in 2D OIHPs.Our study further analyzes the static order and dynamic disorder in 2D perovskites.This work provides molecular-level insights into the role of spacer cations in tuning structural order and may provide valuable guidance for advancing emergent optoelecltronics development. 展开更多

燃料组件是反应堆核心部件之一,其力学性能直接关系到反应堆运行的安全性和经济性。燃料组件及格架动静态力学试验是验证组件及部件结构完整性的关键环节。本文回顾了国内外压水堆燃料组件及格架动静态力学试验体系及该领域研究进展,总... 燃料组件是反应堆核心部件之一,其力学性能直接关系到反应堆运行的安全性和经济性。燃料组件及格架动静态力学试验是验证组件及部件结构完整性的关键环节。本文回顾了国内外压水堆燃料组件及格架动静态力学试验体系及该领域研究进展,总结了典型试验技术和关键结果,并展望了未来相关研究方向。总结发现,各型号燃料组件刚度试验和自由振动特性结果较为一致,但碰撞特性受到横向位移、间隙和介质环境显著影响,仅在部分撞击力变化趋势和载荷脉冲形态上表现出相似性;各型号格架动态失稳的临界速度较为接近,其失稳行为受到栅元屈曲/剪切变形的竞争关系控制;燃料棒-格架接触行为研究有力地推动了对格架力学行为的认识。本文研究结果将为后续研究提供领域聚焦和技术方向参考,支撑压水堆燃料组件力学性能提升。 展开更多

目的:本研究旨在获得血管性血友病因子裂解酶ADAMTS13中重组的spacer区蛋白,进一步探讨该区域对ADAMTS13功能发挥的作用。方法:以ADAMTS13全长质粒为模板,构建含spacer区基因序列的原核表达质粒,转染大肠杆菌,低温(30℃)IPTG诱导表达,... 目的:本研究旨在获得血管性血友病因子裂解酶ADAMTS13中重组的spacer区蛋白,进一步探讨该区域对ADAMTS13功能发挥的作用。方法:以ADAMTS13全长质粒为模板,构建含spacer区基因序列的原核表达质粒,转染大肠杆菌,低温(30℃)IPTG诱导表达,收集超声上清并鉴定。并大规模诱导表达,利用Ni-NTA琼脂糖柱,梯度咪唑淋洗法纯化蛋白,应用SDS-PAGE和Western blot法鉴定纯化产品纯度和免疫学活性。利用重组蛋白与免疫性调节的血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(iTTP)患者血浆孵育,检测血浆中ADAMTS13的活性变化。结果:成功构建能表达spacer区的原核表达质粒并能有效表达蛋白。Western blotting结果显示,抗6×His抗体和抗人ADAMTS13抗体(针对Gln34-Trp688)分别能与重组蛋白在15 kDa处显单一条带。功能实验表明,该重组蛋白能够有效逆转iTTP患者中被自身抗体抑制的ADAMTS13酶活性。结论:重组蛋白具有较好的免疫原活性和纯度,为进一步研究spacer区对iTTP的发病机理提供了实验依据。 展开更多

蜜蜂与熊蜂作为重要的农业传粉昆虫,其肠道微生物在宿主营养代谢、免疫调节与环境适应中发挥关键作用。尽管肠道细菌群落已被广泛研究,肠道真菌的组成特征与生态功能尚缺乏系统性认知。为了系统揭示传粉昆虫肠道真菌的群落结构与潜在功... 蜜蜂与熊蜂作为重要的农业传粉昆虫,其肠道微生物在宿主营养代谢、免疫调节与环境适应中发挥关键作用。尽管肠道细菌群落已被广泛研究,肠道真菌的组成特征与生态功能尚缺乏系统性认知。为了系统揭示传粉昆虫肠道真菌的群落结构与潜在功能,本研究基于文献公开数据的内部转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)扩增子测序结果,系统解析了中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana)、意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)、美洲熊蜂(Bombus impatiens)和黑尾熊蜂(Bombus vosnesenskii)肠道真菌群落的结构特征;同时结合从采集自北京市百花山国家级自然保护区的蜜蜂(Apis spp.)和熊蜂(Bombus spp.)肠道样本中分离获得的25株可培养真菌,开展了全基因组分析。结果表明,子囊菌门(Ascomycota)为优势类群,不同宿主之间真菌多样性与群落组成存在显著差异。系统发育分析表明,分离菌株在种属水平上具有较高的一致性,并表现出多样的基因组结构。功能注释显示,肠道真菌广泛参与碳水化合物代谢、细胞结构维持与信号调控,梅奇酵母属(Metschnikowia)菌株在糖苷水解酶(glycoside hydrolases,GH)与糖基转移酶(glycosyl transferases,GT)等CAZymes家族中表现出高度富集。此外,部分菌株具备非核糖体肽(nonribosomal peptide synthetase,NRPS)与β-内酰胺类代谢产物的合成能力,可能在菌群竞争和宿主互作中发挥生态调节功能。本研究揭示了蜂类肠道真菌群落的多样性与功能潜力,丰富了对昆虫微生物组结构与生态作用的理解,为传粉昆虫健康维持与微生态干预提供了理论基础。 展开更多

针对超高压输电线路数字化转型需求,该文以输电线路在线监测技术为研究对象,设计提出了一种集成于四分裂间隔棒的超高压输电线路在线监测装置。该装置采用传感取能线夹与控制器一体式架构设计,实现了对于电流、温度的实时监测,并通过5G... 针对超高压输电线路数字化转型需求,该文以输电线路在线监测技术为研究对象,设计提出了一种集成于四分裂间隔棒的超高压输电线路在线监测装置。该装置采用传感取能线夹与控制器一体式架构设计,实现了对于电流、温度的实时监测,并通过5G通信实现数据高速回传。基于双C型磁芯设计的CT取能单元,实现了20 A时8 W额定功率输出,并具备CT部分失效冗余能力。利用GPS与北斗双模授时同步的并行ADC采样方法,将时钟误差控制在ppb级,确保四通道暂态电流可达到微秒级的同步精度。实验测试结果表明,该装置的工频稳态电流误差<5%,暂态电流峰值误差<10%,温度监测精度达±1℃,能够直接替换传统的间隔棒,为输电线路提供了一种集成化的智能监测解决方案。 展开更多

Phylogenetic relationships of Arundinaria and related genera (Pleioblastus, Pseudosasa, Oligostachyum, Bashania, Clavinodum, etc.) were assessed by analyzing the sequences of the nrDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and the cpDNA trnL-F intergenic spacer (IGS). Comparison with trnL-F IGS sequence, the ITS region provided the higher number of parsimony informative characters, and the interspecific variation of the ITS sequence was higher than that of the trnL-F IGS sequence.The tree obtained by combining both sets of data showed that the species sampled in Arundinaria and the related genera were monophyletic and divided into two clades. The relationships and positioning of all the taxa surveryed (including A. oleosa, A. hsienchuensis, A. chino, A. amara, A. yixingensis, A. amabilis, A. fortunei, A. pygmaea, A. gramineus, A. fargesii, A. faberi, A. hupehense, Pseudosasa japonica cv. Tsutsumiana, P. japonica and Brachystachyum densiflorum) were also discussed. The results from the sequences were broadly consistent with morphological characters, appearing all these taxa sampled belong to the genus of Arundinaria. The topologies of the trees generated from individual data and the combined data were similar. 展开更多

In view of the inadequate cementing quality in the cementation for long isolation intervals ofoil and gas wells, and considering the field practice in Tarim Oilfield, a nanometer material LC-212 was introduced as the base stock to experimentally develop a new spacer system NMS-I, in combination with other materials, including a chemical gel plugging agent, carboxymethyl cellulose and barite. Experimental results indicated that the system had a wide adjustable range of density, good rheological property, static stability and compatibility with cement slurry. It also showed no flocculating or thickening effect on the water-base drilling fluid and low-density cement system. Meanwhile, the capacity of lost circulation control and the influence of the spacer on the second interfacial cementing strength were evaluated by a self-made lost circulation simulator and shearing test facility. The results showed that the spacer had favorable plugging and flushing effect, and the second interfacial cementing strength can be greatly improved. Moreover, based on the experiments, the mechanisms of spacer function were analyzed. The results obtained from the investigation offer a novel approach to resolving some practical problems in cementing jobs. 展开更多

Four gemini cationic surfactants {N,N′-di[2-(lauryldimethylamino)acetyl]polymethylenediamine dichloride, LAA-s-LAA, s=2,3,4,6} were synthesized by using four bis(α-chloroacetamide)s and N,N-dimethyllaurylamine, respectively. The molecular structures were characterized by means of IR, ~ 1H NMR, \{~ ~13 C NMR\} and MS, and the behavior of their aqueous solutions was studied. The critical micell concentrations(CMC) of LAA-s-LAA were one order of magnitude lower than that of dodecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DTAC). With the change of the length of spacer chain(s), their CMC values change, and CMC reaches the top value at s=4. 展开更多

高风险制药企业环境菌库构建与风险分析

目的建立高风险制药企业环境菌库,并基于多维度数据开展污染风险分析。方法以某高风险药品生产企业为研究对象,于2023年1月至8月按企业环境监测方案采集空气、人员、水系统、表面、原辅料、成品6个来源的微生物样本。采用细菌16S rRNA... 目的建立高风险制药企业环境菌库,并基于多维度数据开展污染风险分析。方法以某高风险药品生产企业为研究对象,于2023年1月至8月按企业环境监测方案采集空气、人员、水系统、表面、原辅料、成品6个来源的微生物样本。采用细菌16S rRNA基因和真菌转录间隔区测序进行菌种鉴定,并分析其种类、变化趋势、检出频率。结果共分离出671株菌株。环境菌库中以革兰氏阳性菌为主(63.79%),优势菌属为葡萄球菌属(29.96%)、微球菌属(14.75%);A级、B级、C级区均检出红酵母属,B级、C级区共享人源相关菌群,U级区富集水系统相关革兰氏阴性菌。5月至8月的微生物群落结构、数量变化显著。结论基于基因测序鉴定的环境菌库可用于识别制药环境中的污染来源与潜在传播路径,为消毒效果评估与过程控制提供数据支撑,有助于提升产品质量。 展开更多
