Solution for Output Coordination Equations of Several Typical Parallel Six-Dimensional Acceleration Sensing Mechanisms

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to generate the dynamic decoupling equation of the parallel six-dimensional acceleration sensing mechanism,two typical parallel six-dimensional acceleration sensing mechanisms are taken as examples.By analyzing the scale constraint relationship between the hinge points on the mass block and the hinge points on the base of the sensing mechanism,a new method for establishing the dynamic equation of the sensing mechanism is proposed.Firstly,based on the scale constraint relationship between the hinge points on the mass block and the hinge points on the base of the sensing mechanism,the expression of the branch rod length is obtained.The inherent constraint relationship between the branches is excavated and the branch coordination closed chain of the“12-6”configuration is constructed.The output coordination equation of the sensing mechanism is successfully derived.Secondly,the dynamic equations of“12-4”and“12-6”configurations are constructed by the Newton-Euler method,and the forward decoupling equations of the two configurations are solved by combining the dynamic equations and the output coordination equations.Finally,the virtual prototype experiment is carried out,and the maximum reference errors of the forward decoupling equations of the two configuration sensing mechanisms are 4.23%and 6.53%,respectively.The results show that the proposed method is effective and feasible,and meets the real-time requirements. 展开更多

The large manipulator outside the space cabin is a multi-degree of freedom actuator for space operations.In order to realize the automatic control and flexible operation of the space manipulator,a novel spoke structure piezoelectric six-dimensional force/torque sensor with redundancy ability,high stiffness and good decoupling performance is innovatively proposed.Based on the deformation coordination relationship,the redundancy measurement mechanism is revealed.The mathematical models of the sensor with and without branch fault are established respectively.The finite element model is established to verify the feasibility of structure and redundancy measuring principle of the sensor.Depending on the theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,the prototype of the sensor is developed.Static and dynamic calibration experiments are carried out.The actual output voltage signal of the six-dimensional force/torque sensor is collected to establish the equation between the standard input applied load and the actual output voltage signal.Based on ant colony optimized BP algorithm,performance indexes of the sensor with and without branch fault are analyzed respectively.The experimental results show that the spoke piezoelectric sixdimensional force/torque sensor with the eight-point support structure has good accuracy and reliability.Meanwhile,it has strong decoupling characteristic that can effectively shield the coupling between dimensions.The nonlinear errors and maximum interference errors of decoupled data with and without branch faults are less than 1% and 2%,respectively.The natural frequency of the sixdimensional force sensor can reach 2856.45 Hz and has good dynamic characteristics.The research content lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for the design,development and application of the new six-dimensional force/torque sensors with redundancy.Meanwhile,it will significantly improve the research level in this field,and provide a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of force feedback control of the space station manipulator project. 展开更多

The communication protocol is designed and the fusion arithmetic of the temperature and acceleration is embedded in the wireless sensor node so that the measured acceleration values are more accurate. Measures are adopted to finish energy optimization, which is an important issue for a wireless sensor network. A linear acceleration sensor,which is inspired by the human balance organ,is designed and prepared. It uses a liquid mass-block and a symmetrical-electrodes metal-core polyvinylidene fluoride fiber(SMPF)as the sensor element. The output signal of the sensor has an exponential relationship with the excitation amplitude of the impacting vibration. It is capable of detecting the amplitude and the correct frequency for sinusoidal excitations using an exponential correlation. The experiments indicate that both the output signal of the sensor and the resonance frequency increase substantially with increasing diameter of the metal core. The first-order resonance frequencies of the sensors with 40,60,and 80 μm diameter metal wires are below 10 Hz,which is near the range of human body motion frequencies. 展开更多

Intentional electromagnetic interference is a serious threat to the safety of electronic devices. Multiple electromagnetic pulses will be coupled and transmitted to electronic devices through the cables.Accumulative effects are generated, which make it easier for damage to occur in the electronic devices. In this article, the working principle of micro-silicon acceleration sensors is introduced. The accumulative effects of multiple pulses on acceleration sensors is studied by a large number of injection experiments.The accumulation trends of multiple pulses with different pulse numbers and intervals are analyzed. The damaged structures inside abnormal sensor amplifiers were observed via optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the accumulative effect is strengthened with increased pulse number or decreased pulse interval, and the threshold voltage for multiple pulses on the acceleration sensor decreases. The threshold voltage for a single pulse is 321.57 V. When the pulse interval is 1 μs and the pulse number is 5, the threshold voltage for multiple pulses is 163.42 V,which is reduced by 49.12% compared with a single pulse. These results provide a reference for the damage design of electromagnetic pulse weapons. 展开更多

This article presents a study of vehicle acceleration distribution at a traffic signal stop line in an urban environment. Accurate representation of vehicle acceleration behavior provides important inputs to traffic simulation models especially when traffic related emissions need to be estimated. A smart eye TDS (traffic data sensor) system was used to record vehicle trajectories, which were extracted to calculate vehicle acceleration profiles. This paper presents the acceleration distributions obtained from over 300 passenger-car acceleration cycles observed on site from the stop line up to a maximum speed of 40 km/h. These distributions are compared with the outputs from a traffic micro simulation tool modeling a similar stop line scenario. The comparison shows that measured accelerations present wider distribution and lower values than the micro simulation. This result highlights the importance of using acceleration distribution calibrated with real-world measured data rather than default values in order to estimate accurate emission levels. 展开更多

A three-point bending technique was presented to measure the piezoresistivity, which used a bending stress applied to the samples while making MWNT films wheeling with a rotational machine. The experimental results showed that the fractional increase in resistance increases linearly versus the increase of centripetal acceleration, and there is a linear relationship between the acceleration and the strain. These shed light on using carbon nanotube films as acceleration sensors for many potential applications. 展开更多

导航系统依赖传感器感知周围环境。当前,基于单一传感器的导航系统已难以满足各类复杂场景下的导航需求,导航系统正朝传感器多源化方向发展。在多源传感器数据融合过程中,图像数据的处理最消耗时间和资源,对系统性能影响最大。为解决这... 导航系统依赖传感器感知周围环境。当前,基于单一传感器的导航系统已难以满足各类复杂场景下的导航需求,导航系统正朝传感器多源化方向发展。在多源传感器数据融合过程中,图像数据的处理最消耗时间和资源,对系统性能影响最大。为解决这些问题,设计智能导航平台的硬件控制终端,利用基于全球卫星导航系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)秒脉冲(Pulse Per Second,PPS)的时间同步,实现多源传感器数据融合;设计用于同步定位与地图构建(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping,SLAM)前端ORB(Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF)特征提取加速器,加速图像处理过程,提高SLAM系统的实时性。实验结果表明,硬件平台不仅支持GNSS、惯性测量单元(Inertial Measurement Unit,IMU)、视觉和激光雷达的数据采集和融合,还能加速图像ORB特征点提取。在执行图像ORB特征提取任务时,与CPU和GPU平台上的实现相比,该加速器的帧率分别达到了它们的2.7倍和1.8倍,而功耗仅为它们的5.1%和2.9%。 展开更多

一般并联式六维加速度感知机构的故障自修复率普遍偏低,主要原因是输出量协调方程不能形成闭链结构,从而制约了多维运动传感技术的发展。鉴于此,从形成协调闭链的机构学条件出发,综合出两种Stewart型并联式六维加速度感知机构,推导并分... 一般并联式六维加速度感知机构的故障自修复率普遍偏低,主要原因是输出量协调方程不能形成闭链结构,从而制约了多维运动传感技术的发展。鉴于此,从形成协调闭链的机构学条件出发,综合出两种Stewart型并联式六维加速度感知机构,推导并分析了其协调方程和正向动力学方程。通过剖析协调方程的基本结构并引入“正位方向”“负位方向”的概念,综合出“12-6”和“12-7”两种新拓扑构型的并联式六维加速度感知机构;基于支链长度解析式和Hooke定律,推导了两种构型的输出量协调方程,并构造了其协调闭链;运用Newton-Euler法,推导了两种构型的正向动力学方程,进一步结合协调方程,构建并代数求解出有确定唯一解的正向解耦方程。试验结果显示:两种构型感知机构正向解耦方程的最大引用相对误差分别为3.780%和1.313%;计算了两种构型的故障自修复率,均为90%,表明它们均具有良好的容错能力。 展开更多

针对供热管网长期老化易受内外力致漏、且传统脉冲检测法在电磁干扰、温变、湿土等环境下误差大的问题,提出基于声波信号的多孔径泄漏检测方法。采用轴对称的方式在供热管网中安装加速度传感器,实时采集携带泄漏信息的声波信号;利用小... 针对供热管网长期老化易受内外力致漏、且传统脉冲检测法在电磁干扰、温变、湿土等环境下误差大的问题,提出基于声波信号的多孔径泄漏检测方法。采用轴对称的方式在供热管网中安装加速度传感器,实时采集携带泄漏信息的声波信号;利用小波包变换分解采集到的声波信号,以提取对泄漏检测有用的特征信息,并将其作为Duffing振子函数的输入;通过将内置驱动力的相位调整至与待检测声波信号的相位一致,将Duffing振子激发到大尺度周期状态,有助于在噪声背景下区分出微弱的声波信号特征,从而实现更高效的供热管网多孔径泄漏检测。实验结果表明,该算法能够依据声波特性准确区分并检测到所有孔径的供热管网泄漏,并在检测2 mm的泄漏孔径时,可以将时间控制在0.32 ms以内。这说明所提方法可以及时检测到供热管网多孔径泄漏,保证供热管网的稳定运行。 展开更多

TMR电流传感器可靠性测试方法与失效退化分析

为全面评估隧穿磁阻(tunneling magnetore sistance,TMR)电流传感器在严酷环境下的长期可靠性,建立涵盖多种应力因素的综合加速试验方法,对传感器开展高温、低温、湿热、温度循环及电磁扰动试验,并跟踪关键性能退化和物理失效机理。结... 为全面评估隧穿磁阻(tunneling magnetore sistance,TMR)电流传感器在严酷环境下的长期可靠性,建立涵盖多种应力因素的综合加速试验方法,对传感器开展高温、低温、湿热、温度循环及电磁扰动试验,并跟踪关键性能退化和物理失效机理。结果表明:TMR电流传感器在150℃贮存1000 h后灵敏度漂移绝对值≤5%,在85℃、相对湿度85%条件下老化1000 h后,零点输出漂移绝对值≤3%且无趋势性衰退;温度循环(-40℃↔125℃)和电快速瞬变脉冲群/浪涌冲击下均未出现功能失效。基于多应力寿命模型对典型运行条件进行寿命预测,传感器预期寿命可达数十年,满足电力设备长期可靠性要求。TMR电流传感器主要潜在失效模式为高温条件下的材料老化、湿热环境下封装失效可能引发的腐蚀以及雷击浪涌下的瞬态击穿。研究结果为TMR电流传感器的寿命评估和高可靠性设计提供了科学依据和参考。 展开更多

液化天然气(LNG)接收站作为LNG进口、储存与气态外输的核心枢纽,其长期稳定、安全地运行对各地区能源供给具有重要意义。国家发改委《2024年天然气发展报告》中要求LNG接收站建立覆盖压缩机、低温泵等关键设备全流程的状态监测系统,包... 液化天然气(LNG)接收站作为LNG进口、储存与气态外输的核心枢纽,其长期稳定、安全地运行对各地区能源供给具有重要意义。国家发改委《2024年天然气发展报告》中要求LNG接收站建立覆盖压缩机、低温泵等关键设备全流程的状态监测系统,包含数据的实时采集与智能分析。早期LNG接收站对机组监测系统整体重视不足,后续随着重视程度的提高,越来越多的项目开始随动设备采购机组监测系统。但这就存在多系统各自独立运行、数据孤岛等问题,无法整合全厂的数据资源形成统一的机组监测系统。另外重视监测,不重数据分析也是存在的问题,这就失去了投资该系统的实际意义。本文基于近期国内几套LNG接收站设计经验,给出了一套全厂统一架构的机组监测系统集成方案,对保障LNG接收站关键设备长期安全稳定运行、降低维护成本、缩短故障平均修复时间(MTTR)具有重要的现实意义。 展开更多

High-accuracy position monitoring of key components is required for modern synchrotron sources,such as free-electron lasers and diffraction-limited storage rings.Although various position monitoring sensors have been adopted to monitor the displacement of key components in each direction in real time,these monitoring systems are usually based on their own coordinate system.Data from such systems are meaningful when evaluating and examining the data from each positioning monitoring system in a unified coordinate system.This paper presents the design and construction of a multi-sensor position monitoring system(MPMS).A hydrostatic levelling system,a wire position sensor(WPS) and a tiltmeter are fixed to a stainless steel plate that has been calibrated by a coordinate-measurement machine.Several plates form the MPMS.The system must compensate for the sag of the stretched wires so that the WPSs create a straight line.The method of the coordinate transformation from the sensor coordinate system to the MPMS coordinate system was thoroughly studied.An experimental MPMS that includes five plates was setup in a 20-m tunnel,and a validation study to verify fully the feasibility of the MPMS was performed. 展开更多

Wireless smart sensors(WSS)process field data and inform inspectors about the infrastructure health and safety.In bridge engineering,inspectors need reliable data about changes in displacements under loads to make correct decisions about repairs and replacements.Access to displacement information in the field and in real-time remains a challenge as inspectors do not see the data in real time.Displacement data from WSS in the field undergoes additional processing and is seen at a different location.If inspectors were able to see structural displacements in real-time at the locations of interest,they could conduct additional observations,creating a new,information-based,decision-making reality in the field.This paper develops a new,human-centered interface that provides inspectors with real-time access to actionable structural data during inspection and monitoring enhanced by augmented reality(AR).It summarizes and evaluates the development and validation of the new human-infrastructure interface in laboratory experiments.The experiments demonstrate that the interface that processes all calculations in the AR device accurately estimates dynamic displacements in comparison with the laser.Using this new AR interface tool,inspectors can observe and compare displacement data,share it across space and time,visualize displacements in time history,and understand structural deflection more accurately through a displacement time history visualization. 展开更多

In recent years,high-end equipment is widely used in industry and the accuracy requirements of the equipment have been risen year by year.During the machining process,the high-end equipment failure may have a great impact on the product quality.It is necessary to monitor the status of equipment and to predict fault diagnosis.At present,most of the condition monitoring devices for mechanical equipment have problems of large size,low precision and low energy utilization.A wireless self-powered intelligent spindle vibration acceleration sensor system based on piezoelectric energy harvesting is proposed.Based on rotor sensing technology,a sensor is made to mount on the tool holder and build the related circuit.Firstly,the energy management module collects the mechanical energy in the environment and converts the piezoelectric vibration energy into electric energy to provide 3.3 Vfor the subsequent circuit.The lithium battery supplies the system with additional power and monitors’the power of the energy storage circuit in real-time.Secondly,a three-axis acceleration sensor is used to collect,analyze and filter a series of signal processing operations of the vibration signal in the environment.The signal is sent to the upper computer by wireless transmission.The host computer outputs the corresponding X,Y,and Z channel waveforms and data under the condition of the spindle speed of 50∼2500 r/min with real-time monitoring.The KEIL5 platform is used to develop the system software.The small-size piezoelectric vibration sensor with high-speed,high-energy utilization,high accuracy,and easy installation is used for spindle monitoring.The experiment results show that the sensor system is available and practical. 展开更多

In order to create such an ever-present network, a simple, reliable, and cost-effective technology is crucial. Wireless sensor network (WSN) is an important wireless technology that has wide variety of applications and provides unlimited future potentials for IOT. Since WSNs in IOT will be used in varying and challenging applications and environments, reliability and reliability testing of WSN hardware becomes extremely important. In accelerated reliability testing, test stresses are increased to cut down the time required to obtain a weakening effect similar to one resulting from normal service conditions in the field. This paper introduces three common difficulties that engineers may experience in qualitative accelerated testing of WSN devices: 1. Challenges in use of standard accelerated tests, 2. Challenges in component-level testing, and 3. Challenges in testing of prototypes. In order to overcome their limitations such as fault tolerance and conservation of energy, we propose a middleware solution, In-Motes. In-Motes stands as a fault tolerant platform for deploying and monitoring applications in real time offers a number of possibilities for the end user giving him in parallel the freedom to experiment with various parameters, in an effort the deployed applications to run in an energy efficient manner inside the network. The proposed scheme is evaluated through the In-Motes EYE application, aiming to test its merits under real time conditions. In-Motes EYE application which is an agent based real time In-Motes application developed for sensing acceleration variations in an environment.
