DNA repair enzymes are important in the repair of DNA lesions for maintaining the genome stability,and their abnormal expression induced various human cancers.Simultaneous detection of these DNA enzymes could provide ...DNA repair enzymes are important in the repair of DNA lesions for maintaining the genome stability,and their abnormal expression induced various human cancers.Simultaneous detection of these DNA enzymes could provide convincing evidence based on the comparison of the activity of multiple enzymes than on that of single enzyme.Although fluorescence approach has been applied for the simultaneous detection both of DNA repair enzymes,the spectral overlap and multiwavelength excitation severely restrict the number of available fluorophores.Thus,it is difficult to simultaneously detect three enzymes in a single analysis by fluorescence detection.Herein,we developed a method for the simultaneous determination of three DNA repair enzymes including human flap DNA endonuclease 1(FEN1),human alkyladenine DNA glycosylase(hAAG)and uracil DNA glycosylase(UDG)based on the combination of template-free amplification system with capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence(CE-LIF)detection.The amplification system was adopted to transfer and amplify the enzymatic products into different length DNA fragments which could be separated effectively by CE-LIF without the complicated modification of the capillary inner wall or labeling different tails on signal probes for separation.The method demonstrated a detection limit of 0.07 U/mL(0.08-160 U/mL)for FEN1,2.40 U/mL(2.5-250U/mL)for hAAG and 2.1×10^(-4)U/mL(0.0004-2.5 U/mL)for UDG,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of peak time and peak area for different analytes were as follows:2.50%-4,37%and 3.24%-7.18%(inter-day);1.37%-2.71%and 1.43%-3.02%(intra-day),4.28%-6.08%and 4.16%-7.57%(column to column),respectively.And it can identify the inhibitor-like drugs,evaluate enzymatic kinetics and achieve the detection of three enzymes in cell extracts,providing a simple and powerful platform for simultaneous detection of more DNA repair enzymes.展开更多
Diabetes is a widespread disease affecting millions of people,making it one of the leading causes of death in the world.It is a leading cause of cardiovascular disease and end-stage renal disease.Despite advancements ...Diabetes is a widespread disease affecting millions of people,making it one of the leading causes of death in the world.It is a leading cause of cardiovascular disease and end-stage renal disease.Despite advancements in treatment,including insulin therapy and glucose monitoring devices,diabetes continues to significantly impact quality of life and current modalities do not reverse the end-organ damage associated with its progression.While traditionally indicated for type 1 diabetes,recent clinical practice refinements have made pancreas transplants available to select type 2 diabetics meeting specific criteria.These transplants are usually a part of a simultaneous kidney-pancreas transplant.However,although less frequently performed,transplants of pancreas alone or pancreas after kidney transplant are still available.For selected diabetic patients,pancreas transplants offer significant survival benefits and the improvement of cardiovascular and metabolic complications;however,they are not without risks.Complications such as bleeding,vascular thrombosis,infection,organ leak,and rejection are possible.Another challenge to pancreas transplantation is the decreasing number of procedures being performed due to decline in the volume of available highquality allografts and resource constraints of transplant centers.Advancements in monitoring and treatment of diabetes are contributing to the decline in pancreas transplants nowadays.展开更多

Absorption and catalytic oxidation of nitric oxide can be achieved by using cobalt(Ⅲ) ethylenediamine (Co(en)3^3+. When simultaneous absorbing SO2 and NO, the precipitation of Co2(SO3)3 will be yielded and th...Absorption and catalytic oxidation of nitric oxide can be achieved by using cobalt(Ⅲ) ethylenediamine (Co(en)3^3+. When simultaneous absorbing SO2 and NO, the precipitation of Co2(SO3)3 will be yielded and the NO removal will be decreased. A new catalyst system using Co(en)3^3+ coupled with urea has been developed to simultaneous remove NO and SO2 in the flue gas. NO is absorbed and catalytically oxidized to nitrite and nitrate by Co(en)3^3+. The dissolved oxygen in scrubbing solution from the feed stream acts as oxidant. Urea restrains the precipitation of Co2(SO3)3 by oxidizing SO3^2-to SO4^2- as COSO4 is more soluble in water. The experimental results proved that nearly all SO3^2- can be oxidized to SO4^2- and the high NO and SO2 removal could be obtained with the new system. The NO removal is influenced by gas flow rate, the concentration of Co(en)3^3+ and urea in the absorption solution, the temperature of the scrubbing solution and the content of oxygen in the flue gas. The low gas flow rate is favorable to increase the NO removal. The experiments proved that the NO removal could be maintained at more than 95% by the system of 0.02 mol/L Co(en)3^3+ and 1% urea at 50℃ with 10% O2 in the flue gas.展开更多
The existing research of sequential zoning system and simultaneous zoning system mainly focuses on some optimization problems such as workload balance,product assignment and simulation for each system separately.But t...The existing research of sequential zoning system and simultaneous zoning system mainly focuses on some optimization problems such as workload balance,product assignment and simulation for each system separately.But there is little research on comparative study between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning.In order to help the designers to choose the suitable zoning policy for picker-to-parts system reasonably and quickly,a systemic selection method is presented.Essentially,both zoning and batching are order clustering,so the customer order sheet can be divided into many unit grids.After the time formulation in one-dimensional unit was defined,the time models for each zoning policy in two-dimensional space were established using filling curves and sequence models to link the one-dimensional unit grids.In consideration of "U" shaped dual tour into consideration,the subtraction value of order picking time between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning was defined as the objective function to select the suitable zoning policy based on time models.As it is convergent enough,genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimal value of order picking time.In the experimental study,5 different kinds of order/stock keeping unit(SKU) matrices with different densities d and quantities q following uniform distribution were created in order to test the suitability of sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning to different kinds of orders.After parameters setting,experimental orders inputting and iterative computations,the optimal order picking time for each zoning policy was gotten.By observing whether the delta time between them is greater than 0 or not,the suitability of zoning policies for picker-to-parts system were obtained.The significant effect of batch size b,zone number z and density d on suitability was also found by experimental study.The proposed research provides a new method for selection between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning for picker-to-parts system,and improves the rationality and efficiency of selection process in practical design.展开更多
China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool and domestically developed industrial computer-aided manufacture (CAM) technology were used for full crown fabrication and measurement of crown accuracy, wi...China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool and domestically developed industrial computer-aided manufacture (CAM) technology were used for full crown fabrication and measurement of crown accuracy, with an attempt to establish an open CAM system for dental processing and to promote the introduction of domestic dental computer-aided design (CAD)/CAM system. Commercially available scanning equipment was used to make a basic digital tooth model after preparation of crown, and CAD software that comes with the scanning device was employed to design the crown by using domestic industrial CAM software to process the crown data in order to generate a solid model for machining purpose, and then China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool was used to complete machining of the whole crown and the internal accuracy of the crown internal was measured by using 3D-MicroCT. The results showed that China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool in combination with domestic industrial CAM technology can be used for crown making and the crown was well positioned in die. The internal accuracy was successfully measured by using 3D-MicroCT. It is concluded that an open CAM system for den-tistry on the basis of China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool and domestic industrial CAM software has been established, and development of the system will promote the introduction of domestically-produced dental CAD/CAM system.展开更多

Different from the traditional two-step anti-windup design procedure, the proposed method synthesizes all controller parameters simultaneously. Sufficient conditions for global stability and minimizing the induced L2 gain are formulated and solved as a linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) optimization problem, which also provides an opportunity to search for a better performance tradeoff between the linear controller and the anti-windup compensator.The well-posedness of the close-loop system is also guaranteed.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

A single dynamic output feedback controller which simultaneously stabilizes the multiple subsystems and captures the mixed H2/H∞ control performance is designed. To ensure that the stability condition, the H2 characterization and the H∞ characterization can be enforced within a unified matrix inequality framework, a novel technique based on orthogonal complement space is developed. Within such a framework, the controller gain is parameterized by the introduction of a common free positive definite matrix, which is independent of the multiple Lyapunov matrices. An iterative linear matrix inequality (ILMI) algorithm using Matlab Yalmip toolbox is established to deal with the proposed framework. Simulation results of a typical chemical reaction system are exploited to show the validity of the proposed methodology.展开更多

In the system quick response( QR) codes encoded with serial numbers are utilized as labels. These labels are captured by two webcams,then the distances and angles between the labels and webcams are computed. Motion estimated from the two rear wheel encoders is adjusted by observing QR codes. Our system uses the extended Kalman filter( EKF) for the back-end state estimation. The number of deployed labels controls the state estimation dimension. The label-based EKF-SLAM system eliminates complicated processes,such as data association and loop closure detection in traditional feature-based visual SLAM systems. Our experiments include software-simulation and robot-platform test in a real environment. Results demonstrate that the system has the capability of correcting accumulated errors of dead reckoning and therefore has the advantage of superior precision.展开更多

Objective: The aim of the work was to compare the dosimetric results that were obtained by using two treatment planning systems (TPS) Siemens KonRad version 2.2.23, Elekta XiO version 4.4 to perform a simultaneous ...Objective: The aim of the work was to compare the dosimetric results that were obtained by using two treatment planning systems (TPS) Siemens KonRad version 2.2.23, Elekta XiO version 4.4 to perform a simultaneous integrated boost (SIB) for head and neck and central nervous system (CNS) cases in paediatric patients. Methods: The CT scan data for five paediatric patients, with head and neck and CNS tumors, were transferred into both of the TPSs. Clinical step-and-shoot intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) treatment plans were designed using 6 MV photon beam for delivery on a Siemens Oncor Accelerator with multileaf collimator MLC (82 leaf). Plans were optimized to achieve the same clinical objectives using the same beam energy, number and direction of beams. The analysis was based on isodose distributions, the dose volume histogram (DVH) for planning target volume (PTV) and the relevant organs at risk (OARs) as well as volume receiving 2 Gy and 5 Gy, also total number of segments, MU/segment, and the number of MU/cGy had been investigated. Treatment delivery time and conformation number were two other parameters in this study. Results: The segmentation using KonRad was more efficient, resulting in fewer segments (reduction between 13.2% and 48.3%), fewer M Us (reduction between 10.7% and 33%) and that reflected on treatment delivery times to be shorter by up to 8 rain or 46%. In most of the cases KonRad had the highest volume receiving in excess of 2 and 5 Gy, and XiO showed the lowest. Also KonRad achieved slightly better conformality (0.76 ± 0.054) than XiO (0.73 ± 0.05) while XiO presented a higher modulation factor value (3.3 MU/cGy) than KonRad (2.4 MU/cGy). Conclusion: The KonRad treatment planning system was found to be superior to the XiO treatment planning system. This is true for the possible increase of radiation-induced secondary malignancies as well as for the local control.展开更多

To this end, they use a particular type of mathematical-statistical model that is widely applied today in the economic field, namely a simultaneous equation model (SEM). This simultaneous equation model is estimated through an Iteratively reweighted least squares (IRLS) using quarterly historical series in the sample period Q1 1994 - Q2 2020. All data are in real terms. The results, appropriately compared with those of other authors, suggest that the monetary policy has a (limited) impact only on the interbank market. The fiscal policy, instead, has a greater ability to influence the money supply, the private consumption and the inflation expectations.展开更多

文摘The existing research of sequential zoning system and simultaneous zoning system mainly focuses on some optimization problems such as workload balance,product assignment and simulation for each system separately.But there is little research on comparative study between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning.In order to help the designers to choose the suitable zoning policy for picker-to-parts system reasonably and quickly,a systemic selection method is presented.Essentially,both zoning and batching are order clustering,so the customer order sheet can be divided into many unit grids.After the time formulation in one-dimensional unit was defined,the time models for each zoning policy in two-dimensional space were established using filling curves and sequence models to link the one-dimensional unit grids.In consideration of "U" shaped dual tour into consideration,the subtraction value of order picking time between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning was defined as the objective function to select the suitable zoning policy based on time models.As it is convergent enough,genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimal value of order picking time.In the experimental study,5 different kinds of order/stock keeping unit(SKU) matrices with different densities d and quantities q following uniform distribution were created in order to test the suitability of sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning to different kinds of orders.After parameters setting,experimental orders inputting and iterative computations,the optimal order picking time for each zoning policy was gotten.By observing whether the delta time between them is greater than 0 or not,the suitability of zoning policies for picker-to-parts system were obtained.The significant effect of batch size b,zone number z and density d on suitability was also found by experimental study.The proposed research provides a new method for selection between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning for picker-to-parts system,and improves the rationality and efficiency of selection process in practical design.

文摘China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool and domestically developed industrial computer-aided manufacture (CAM) technology were used for full crown fabrication and measurement of crown accuracy, with an attempt to establish an open CAM system for dental processing and to promote the introduction of domestic dental computer-aided design (CAD)/CAM system. Commercially available scanning equipment was used to make a basic digital tooth model after preparation of crown, and CAD software that comes with the scanning device was employed to design the crown by using domestic industrial CAM software to process the crown data in order to generate a solid model for machining purpose, and then China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool was used to complete machining of the whole crown and the internal accuracy of the crown internal was measured by using 3D-MicroCT. The results showed that China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool in combination with domestic industrial CAM technology can be used for crown making and the crown was well positioned in die. The internal accuracy was successfully measured by using 3D-MicroCT. It is concluded that an open CAM system for den-tistry on the basis of China-made 5-axis simultaneous contouring CNC machine tool and domestic industrial CAM software has been established, and development of the system will promote the introduction of domestically-produced dental CAD/CAM system.

文摘A synthesis method for global stability and performance of input constrained linear systems, which uses a linear outputfeedback controller and a static anti-windup compensator is investigated. Different from the traditional two-step anti-windup design procedure, the proposed method synthesizes all controller parameters simultaneously. Sufficient conditions for global stability and minimizing the induced L2 gain are formulated and solved as a linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) optimization problem, which also provides an opportunity to search for a better performance tradeoff between the linear controller and the anti-windup compensator.The well-posedness of the close-loop system is also guaranteed.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘This paper investigates the simultaneous stabilization of Port-Hamiltonian(PH) systems subject to actuation saturation(AS) and input delay. Firstly, two parallel connecting PH systems subject to the AS and input delay are proposed. Secondly, a simultaneous stabilization control law is designed by a difference between the two feedback control laws containing the input delay.Thirdly, computing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function assures the simultaneous stabilization of the above systems. Finally, simulation is given to show the correctness of the proposed contents.

文摘This paper presents a simultaneous H2/H∞ stabilization problem for the chemical reaction systems which can be modeled as a finite collection of subsystems. A single dynamic output feedback controller which simultaneously stabilizes the multiple subsystems and captures the mixed H2/H∞ control performance is designed. To ensure that the stability condition, the H2 characterization and the H∞ characterization can be enforced within a unified matrix inequality framework, a novel technique based on orthogonal complement space is developed. Within such a framework, the controller gain is parameterized by the introduction of a common free positive definite matrix, which is independent of the multiple Lyapunov matrices. An iterative linear matrix inequality (ILMI) algorithm using Matlab Yalmip toolbox is established to deal with the proposed framework. Simulation results of a typical chemical reaction system are exploited to show the validity of the proposed methodology.

文摘In this paper a label-based simultaneous localization and mapping( SLAM) system is proposed to provide localization to indoor autonomous robots. In the system quick response( QR) codes encoded with serial numbers are utilized as labels. These labels are captured by two webcams,then the distances and angles between the labels and webcams are computed. Motion estimated from the two rear wheel encoders is adjusted by observing QR codes. Our system uses the extended Kalman filter( EKF) for the back-end state estimation. The number of deployed labels controls the state estimation dimension. The label-based EKF-SLAM system eliminates complicated processes,such as data association and loop closure detection in traditional feature-based visual SLAM systems. Our experiments include software-simulation and robot-platform test in a real environment. Results demonstrate that the system has the capability of correcting accumulated errors of dead reckoning and therefore has the advantage of superior precision.
文摘A time resolved chemiluminescent analysis for simultaneous determination of trace Au(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅳ) was proposed. The method is based on the kinetic distinction of Au(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅳ) in Tween 80 KOH chemilumescent system. The detection limits were 1.1×10 -9 g/ml for Au(Ⅲ) and 1.0×10 -8 g/ml for Os(Ⅳ), with the linear ranges of 1.0×10 -8 ~1.0×10 -5 g/ml for Au(Ⅲ) and 1.0×10 -7 ~1.0×10 -6 g/ml for Os(Ⅳ). The method was applied to the determination of Au(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅳ) in the sample of metallurgical materials of noble metals with satisfactory results.

文摘In this paper,the adaptive robust simultaneous stabilization problem of uncertain multiple n-degree-of-freedom(n-DOF)robot systems is studied using the Hamiltonian function method,and the corresponding adaptive L2 controller is designed.First,we investigate the adaptive simultaneous stabilization problem of uncertain multiple n-DOF robot systems without external disturbance.Namely,the single uncertain n-DOF robot system is transformed into an equivalent Hamiltonian form using the unified partial derivative operator(UP-DO)and potential energy shaping method,and then a high dimensional Hamiltonian system for multiple uncertain robot systems is obtained by applying augmented dimension technology,and a single output feedback controller is designed to ensure the simultaneous stabilization for the higher dimensional Hamiltonian system.On this basis,we further study the adaptive robust simultaneous stabilization control problem for the uncertain multiple n-DOF robot systems with external disturbances,and design an adaptive robust simultaneous stabilization controller.Finally,the simulation results show that the adaptive robust simultaneous stabilization controller designed in this paper is very effective in stabilizing multi-robot systems at the same time.

文摘A newly designed approach of simultaneous stabilization is given for linear discrete time-delay systems. The problem of stabilization for a collection of systems is discussed initially. Adequate condition are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which are independent of time delays such that the resultant collection of discrete time-delay systems are stable with an upper bound of the quadratic performance index. Subsequently, controllers are designed such that the resultant closed-loop discrete time-delay systems are simultaneously stabilized with the upper bound of the quadratic performance index. Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the design method.

文摘This paper deal with optimal control problems for a non-stationary Stokes system. We study a simultaneous distributed-boundary optimal control problem with distributed observation. We prove the existence and uniqueness of a simultaneous optimal control and we give the first order optimality condition for this problem. We also consider a distributed optimal control problem and a boundary optimal control problem and we obtain estimations between the simultaneous optimal control and the optimal controls of these last ones. Finally, some regularity results are presented.
文摘Objective: The aim of the work was to compare the dosimetric results that were obtained by using two treatment planning systems (TPS) Siemens KonRad version 2.2.23, Elekta XiO version 4.4 to perform a simultaneous integrated boost (SIB) for head and neck and central nervous system (CNS) cases in paediatric patients. Methods: The CT scan data for five paediatric patients, with head and neck and CNS tumors, were transferred into both of the TPSs. Clinical step-and-shoot intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) treatment plans were designed using 6 MV photon beam for delivery on a Siemens Oncor Accelerator with multileaf collimator MLC (82 leaf). Plans were optimized to achieve the same clinical objectives using the same beam energy, number and direction of beams. The analysis was based on isodose distributions, the dose volume histogram (DVH) for planning target volume (PTV) and the relevant organs at risk (OARs) as well as volume receiving 2 Gy and 5 Gy, also total number of segments, MU/segment, and the number of MU/cGy had been investigated. Treatment delivery time and conformation number were two other parameters in this study. Results: The segmentation using KonRad was more efficient, resulting in fewer segments (reduction between 13.2% and 48.3%), fewer M Us (reduction between 10.7% and 33%) and that reflected on treatment delivery times to be shorter by up to 8 rain or 46%. In most of the cases KonRad had the highest volume receiving in excess of 2 and 5 Gy, and XiO showed the lowest. Also KonRad achieved slightly better conformality (0.76 ± 0.054) than XiO (0.73 ± 0.05) while XiO presented a higher modulation factor value (3.3 MU/cGy) than KonRad (2.4 MU/cGy). Conclusion: The KonRad treatment planning system was found to be superior to the XiO treatment planning system. This is true for the possible increase of radiation-induced secondary malignancies as well as for the local control.
文摘In this paper, the authors study the effectiveness of the Japanese monetary policy set by the Bank of Japan (BOJ) to contrast the three major crises that the country has experienced since the second half of the 90s: that of the lost decade, that of 2008 and that of the Covid-19 pandemic. To this end, they use a particular type of mathematical-statistical model that is widely applied today in the economic field, namely a simultaneous equation model (SEM). This simultaneous equation model is estimated through an Iteratively reweighted least squares (IRLS) using quarterly historical series in the sample period Q1 1994 - Q2 2020. All data are in real terms. The results, appropriately compared with those of other authors, suggest that the monetary policy has a (limited) impact only on the interbank market. The fiscal policy, instead, has a greater ability to influence the money supply, the private consumption and the inflation expectations.
文摘This paper studies quenching properties of solutions of a semilinear parabolic system with localized reaction sources in a square domain. The system has the homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition and null initial condition. We prove that solutions quench simultaneously, and compute approximated critical values of the system using a numerical method.
