Methods: 136 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups based on fair research. The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage, while the observation group was treated with Mongolian medicine to analyze the therapeutic results. Results: in terms of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.6% and that of the control group was 85.3%, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, attention should be paid to shoulder joint function for the improvement of periarthritis of shoulder, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, namely, (77.14±1.93) and (56.78±1.88) respectively.. In addition, due to the pain problem of the patients, we compared the pain degree during the treatment period. The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was low, the pain was relatively slight, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with Mongolian medicine combined with acupuncture and massage, on the one hand, relieves the pain caused by the disease, on the other hand, contributes to the recovery of the overall function of the shoulder joint, and has clinical promotion value.展开更多
