New energy-storage systems play a pivotal role in the development of the new power system for advancing the energy transition in China.In the“14th Five-Year Plan”for the New Energy-Storage Development,it is proposed...New energy-storage systems play a pivotal role in the development of the new power system for advancing the energy transition in China.In the“14th Five-Year Plan”for the New Energy-Storage Development,it is proposed to expand investment and construction models by promoting the deployment of energy-storage facilities through the ways of self-construction,leasing,and purchasing,and to encourage the development of the shared energy-storage.However,the current scarcity in the model of the shared energy-storage invest-ment and construction substantially restricts its development,particularly due to unclear mechanisms for cost and benefit allocation,which also discourages potential investors.To address the issue,this paper proposes investment and construction models for shared energy-storage that aligns with the present stage of energy storage development.In specific,three main models are introduced:(1)Cen-tralized Self-built Shared Energy-Storage model(CSSES),(2)Third-party Investment Shared Energy-Storage model(TISES),and(3)Distributed Self-built Shared Energy Storage(DSSES)model.The cost–benefit analysis is conducted for each model.The results indicate that the CSSES model achieves the highest internal rate of return(11.5%)and the shortest payback period,while the DSSES model per-forms acceptable with an IRR of 9.4%.In contrast,the TISES model shows the lowest IRR(6.7%)and requires higher electricity price for being feasible.Furthermore,the study employs the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for indicator eval-uation,and integrates the technique for order preference by the similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)for scheme optimization.The results show that both the CSSES model and the DSSES model achieve the highest proximity scores.Under environmental regulations,these models demonstrate superior economic benefits by optimizing energy storage utilization,reducing user costs,and enhancing overall profitability.展开更多

Predicting demand for bike share systems(BSSs)is critical for both the management of an existing BSS and the planning for a new BSS.While researchers have mainly focused on improving prediction accuracy and analysing ...Predicting demand for bike share systems(BSSs)is critical for both the management of an existing BSS and the planning for a new BSS.While researchers have mainly focused on improving prediction accuracy and analysing demand-influencing factors,there are few studies examining the inherent randomness of stations'observed demands and to what degree the demands at individual stations are predictable.Using Divvy bike-share one-year data from Chicago,USA,we measured demand entropy and quantified the station-level predictability.Additionally,to verify that these predictability measures could represent the performance of prediction models,we implemented two commonly used demand prediction models to compare the empirical prediction accuracy with the calculated entropy and predictability.Furthermore,we explored how city-and system-specific temporallyconstant features would impact entropy and predictability to inform estimating these measures when historical demand data are unavailable.Our results show that entropy and predictability of demands across stations are polarized as some stations exhibit high uncertainty(a low predictability of 0.65)and others have almost no check-out demand uncertainty(a high predictability of around 1.0).We also validated that the entropy and predictability are a priori model-free indicators for prediction error,given a sequence of bike usage demands.Lastly,we identified that key factors contributing to station-level entropy and predictability include per capita income,spatial eccentricity,and the number of parking lots near the station.Findings from this study provide more fundamental understanding of BSS demand prediction,which can help decision makers and system operators anticipate diverse stationlevel prediction errors from their prediction models both for existing stations and for new ones.展开更多

The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physica...Two artificial agents(a humanoid robot and a virtual human) are enriched with various similar intelligence,autonomy, functionalities and interaction modalities. The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physical-social system(CPSS) through a shared communication platform to create a social ecology. In the ecology, the agents collaborate(assist each other) to perform a real-world task(search for a hidden object)for the benefits of humans. A robot-virtual human bilateral trust model is derived and a real-time trust measurement method is developed. The role of taking initiative in the collaboration is switched between the agents following a finite state machine model triggered by bilateral trust, which results in a mixedinitiative collaboration. A scheme is developed to evaluate the performance of the agents in the ecology through the CPSS.The results show that the robot and the virtual human perform satisfactorily in the collaboration through the CPSS. The results thus prove the effectiveness of the real-world ecology between artificial agents of heterogeneous realities through a shared platform based on trust-triggered mixed-initiatives. The results can help develop adaptive social ecology comprising intelligent agents of heterogeneous realities to assist humans in various tasks through collaboration between the agents in the form of a CPSS.展开更多

The analy-sis indicates that, calculated with the proposed equations, the overestimate for call congestion ratio and channel utilization ratio can be rectified, and thereby the cost of channels can be saved by 2000 in a small system.With MATLAB programming, line configuration methods are provided. In order to generally and intuitively show the dynamic running of the system, and to analyze,promote and improve it, the system is simulated using M/M/n/n/m queuing model and Monte-Carlo method. In addition, the simulation validates the correctness of the theoretical analysis and optimizing configuration method.展开更多

The aim of this systematic review was to describe the involvement of older patients...Shared decision-making has been described as allowing patients to gain more control over their life situation and feel less helpless. The aim of this systematic review was to describe the involvement of older patients in shared decision-making in community settings. In accordance with the systematic review method, a total of 2468 abstracts were read, after which nine quantitative studies were included. A qualitative thematic analysis was performed and two themes emerged;increased understanding of self-management and a desire to strengthen one’s position in relationship with professionals, both of which were essential for empowering older patients to participate in shared decision-making. Older patients’ shared decision-making was seen as a struggle to maintain their autonomy in different areas of everyday life. Emotional and psychological problems made their position more difficult. In order to empower them in relationships with healthcare professionals, older patients require more knowledge (self-efficacy) and information about their illness, which could strengthen their position in the decision-making process. They also need a greater awareness of decisional conflicts that may arise. Age, gender and health status influence older patients’ chance of being respected and taken seriously in relationship with professionals.展开更多

Herein, wepropose an adaptive concurrency control approach that can reduce conflictsand work time. We classify shared object manipulation in mixed reality intodetailed goals and tasks. Then, we model the relationships among goal,task, and ownership. As the collaborative work progresses, the proposedsystem adapts the different concurrency control mechanisms of shared objectmanipulation according to the modeling of goal–task–ownership. With theproposed concurrency control scheme, users can hold shared objects andmove and rotate together in a mixed reality environment similar to realindustrial sites. Additionally, this system provides MS Hololens and Myosensors to recognize inputs from a user and provides results in a mixed realityenvironment. The proposed method is applied to install an air conditioneras a case study. Experimental results and user studies show that, comparedwith the conventional approach, the proposed method reduced the number ofconflicts, waiting time, and total working time.展开更多

Of particular concern here are chemicals that can disturb an organ...The widespread use of agrochemicals and its possible negative impacts on humans and the environment remains a highly topical and controversial issue. Of particular concern here are chemicals that can disturb an organism's endocrine system. Referring to the precautionary principle, the objective of the research project start2 is to develop management strategies that help reduce possible risks for httmans and the environment of endocrine active agrochemicals. As an empirical basis we combined qualitative and quantitative methods and initiated two expert dialogues. Our findings underpin the well known fact that the use of agrochemicals is complex and dependent on more than the individual attitudes of farmers. Agricultural plant protection management is the collective product of a complex agricultural system, which encompasses treatment, marketing, industry and agricultural consultation as well as agricultural teaching institutions and relevant scientific disciplines. Successful management strategies for risk reduction in the context of hormonally active agrochemicals thus need to involve all actors within this system. The paper proposes a strategy that promotes participation by enabling learning processes among these actors.展开更多

FeliCa cards and card readers are used to obtain the number and condition of patients. The system is composed of two elements. First, the number of patients for each triage level and the accepted number of patients in each diagnosis and treatment department are obtained in real time, including response for changing triage level. Second, this information is shared in real time among hospitals, the admim'stration, and residents who are searching for their family. A disaster drill utilizing this system was held at the University of Yamanashi Hospital with 450 participants. From the result of that, the present system could work for those two elements. With the increasing popularity of blockchain applications, the security of data sources on the blockchain is gradually receiving attention. Providing reliable data for the blockchain safely and efficiently has become ...With the increasing popularity of blockchain applications, the security of data sources on the blockchain is gradually receiving attention. Providing reliable data for the blockchain safely and efficiently has become a research hotspot, and the security of the oracle responsible for providing reliable data has attracted much attention. The most widely used centralized oracles in blockchain, such as Provable and Town Crier, all rely on a single oracle to obtain data, which suffers from a single point of failure and limits the large-scale development of blockchain. To this end, the distributed oracle scheme is put forward, but the existing distributed oracle schemes such as Chainlink and Augur generally have low execution efficiency and high communication overhead, which leads to their poor applicability. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a trusted distributed oracle scheme based on a share recovery threshold signature. First, a data verification method of distributed oracles is designed based on threshold signature. By aggregating the signatures of oracles, data from different data sources can be mutually verified, leading to a more efficient data verification and aggregation process. Then, a credibility-based cluster head election algorithm is designed, which reduces the communication overhead by clarifying the function distribution and building a hierarchical structure. Considering the good performance of the BLS threshold signature in large-scale applications, this paper combines it with distributed oracle technology and proposes a BLS threshold signature algorithm that supports share recovery in distributed oracles. The share recovery mechanism enables the proposed scheme to solve the key loss issue, and the setting of the threshold value enables the proposed scheme to complete signature aggregation with only a threshold number of oracles, making the scheme more robust. Finally, experimental results indicate that, by using the threshold signature technology and the cluster head election algorithm, our scheme effectively improves the execution efficiency of oracles and solves the problem of a single point of failure, leading to higher scalability and robustness.展开更多

Time-Triggered Controller Area Network (TTCAN) is a recent development which introduces a session layer,for message scheduling,to the existing CAN standard,which is a two layer standard comprising of a physical layer and a data link layer. TTCAN facilitates network communication in a time-triggered fashion,by introducing a Time Division Multiple Access style communication scheme. This allows deterministic network behavior,where maximum message latency times can be quantified and guaranteed. In order to solve the problem of determinate time latency and synchronization among several districted units in one auto panel CAN systems,this paper proposed a prototype design implementation for a shared-clock scheduler based on PIC18F458 MCU. This leads to improved CAN system performance and avoid the latency jitters and guarantee a deterministic communication pattern on the bus. The real runtime performance is satisfied.展开更多

The analy-sis indicates that, calculated with the proposed equations, the overestimate for call congestion ratio and channel utilization ratio can be rectified, and thereby the cost of channels can be saved by 2000 in a small system.With MATLAB programming, line configuration methods are provided. In order to generally and intuitively show the dynamic running of the system, and to analyze,promote and improve it, the system is simulated using M/M/n/n/m queuing model and Monte-Carlo method. In addition, the simulation validates the correctness of the theoretical analysis and optimizing configuration method.
文摘Shared decision-making has been described as allowing patients to gain more control over their life situation and feel less helpless. The aim of this systematic review was to describe the involvement of older patients in shared decision-making in community settings. In accordance with the systematic review method, a total of 2468 abstracts were read, after which nine quantitative studies were included. A qualitative thematic analysis was performed and two themes emerged;increased understanding of self-management and a desire to strengthen one’s position in relationship with professionals, both of which were essential for empowering older patients to participate in shared decision-making. Older patients’ shared decision-making was seen as a struggle to maintain their autonomy in different areas of everyday life. Emotional and psychological problems made their position more difficult. In order to empower them in relationships with healthcare professionals, older patients require more knowledge (self-efficacy) and information about their illness, which could strengthen their position in the decision-making process. They also need a greater awareness of decisional conflicts that may arise. Age, gender and health status influence older patients’ chance of being respected and taken seriously in relationship with professionals.

文摘A concurrency control mechanism for collaborative work is akey element in a mixed reality environment. However, conventional lockingmechanisms restrict potential tasks or the support of non-owners, thusincreasing the working time because of waiting to avoid conflicts. Herein, wepropose an adaptive concurrency control approach that can reduce conflictsand work time. We classify shared object manipulation in mixed reality intodetailed goals and tasks. Then, we model the relationships among goal,task, and ownership. As the collaborative work progresses, the proposedsystem adapts the different concurrency control mechanisms of shared objectmanipulation according to the modeling of goal–task–ownership. With theproposed concurrency control scheme, users can hold shared objects andmove and rotate together in a mixed reality environment similar to realindustrial sites. Additionally, this system provides MS Hololens and Myosensors to recognize inputs from a user and provides results in a mixed realityenvironment. The proposed method is applied to install an air conditioneras a case study. Experimental results and user studies show that, comparedwith the conventional approach, the proposed method reduced the number ofconflicts, waiting time, and total working time.
文摘Nonlinear multisplitting method is known as parallel iterative methods for solving a large-scale system of nonlinear equations F(x) = 0. We extend the idea of nonlinear multisplitting and consider a new model ill which the iteration is executed asynchronously: Each processor calculate the solution of an individual nonlinear system belong to its nonlinear multisplitting and can update the global approximation residing in the shared memory at any time. A local convergence analysis of this model is presented. Finally, we give a uumerical example which shows a 'strange' property that speedup Sp > p and efficiency Ep > 1.
文摘The widespread use of agrochemicals and its possible negative impacts on humans and the environment remains a highly topical and controversial issue. Of particular concern here are chemicals that can disturb an organism's endocrine system. Referring to the precautionary principle, the objective of the research project start2 is to develop management strategies that help reduce possible risks for httmans and the environment of endocrine active agrochemicals. As an empirical basis we combined qualitative and quantitative methods and initiated two expert dialogues. Our findings underpin the well known fact that the use of agrochemicals is complex and dependent on more than the individual attitudes of farmers. Agricultural plant protection management is the collective product of a complex agricultural system, which encompasses treatment, marketing, industry and agricultural consultation as well as agricultural teaching institutions and relevant scientific disciplines. Successful management strategies for risk reduction in the context of hormonally active agrochemicals thus need to involve all actors within this system. The paper proposes a strategy that promotes participation by enabling learning processes among these actors.
文摘We developed an IT (Information Technology) triage system for collecting disaster medical information in real time. FeliCa cards and card readers are used to obtain the number and condition of patients. The system is composed of two elements. First, the number of patients for each triage level and the accepted number of patients in each diagnosis and treatment department are obtained in real time, including response for changing triage level. Second, this information is shared in real time among hospitals, the admim'stration, and residents who are searching for their family. A disaster drill utilizing this system was held at the University of Yamanashi Hospital with 450 participants. From the result of that, the present system could work for those two elements. TRACY was examined its availability and practicability in this drill.

文摘With the increasing popularity of blockchain applications, the security of data sources on the blockchain is gradually receiving attention. Providing reliable data for the blockchain safely and efficiently has become a research hotspot, and the security of the oracle responsible for providing reliable data has attracted much attention. The most widely used centralized oracles in blockchain, such as Provable and Town Crier, all rely on a single oracle to obtain data, which suffers from a single point of failure and limits the large-scale development of blockchain. To this end, the distributed oracle scheme is put forward, but the existing distributed oracle schemes such as Chainlink and Augur generally have low execution efficiency and high communication overhead, which leads to their poor applicability. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a trusted distributed oracle scheme based on a share recovery threshold signature. First, a data verification method of distributed oracles is designed based on threshold signature. By aggregating the signatures of oracles, data from different data sources can be mutually verified, leading to a more efficient data verification and aggregation process. Then, a credibility-based cluster head election algorithm is designed, which reduces the communication overhead by clarifying the function distribution and building a hierarchical structure. Considering the good performance of the BLS threshold signature in large-scale applications, this paper combines it with distributed oracle technology and proposes a BLS threshold signature algorithm that supports share recovery in distributed oracles. The share recovery mechanism enables the proposed scheme to solve the key loss issue, and the setting of the threshold value enables the proposed scheme to complete signature aggregation with only a threshold number of oracles, making the scheme more robust. Finally, experimental results indicate that, by using the threshold signature technology and the cluster head election algorithm, our scheme effectively improves the execution efficiency of oracles and solves the problem of a single point of failure, leading to higher scalability and robustness.
文摘The Controller Area Network (CAN) is a well established control network for automotive and automation control applications. Time-Triggered Controller Area Network (TTCAN) is a recent development which introduces a session layer,for message scheduling,to the existing CAN standard,which is a two layer standard comprising of a physical layer and a data link layer. TTCAN facilitates network communication in a time-triggered fashion,by introducing a Time Division Multiple Access style communication scheme. This allows deterministic network behavior,where maximum message latency times can be quantified and guaranteed. In order to solve the problem of determinate time latency and synchronization among several districted units in one auto panel CAN systems,this paper proposed a prototype design implementation for a shared-clock scheduler based on PIC18F458 MCU. This leads to improved CAN system performance and avoid the latency jitters and guarantee a deterministic communication pattern on the bus. The real runtime performance is satisfied.
