This paper presents an improved level set method for topology optimization of geometrically nonlinear structures accounting for the effect of thermo-mechanical couplings.It derives a new expression for element coupling stress resulting from the combination of mechanical and thermal loading,using geometric nonlinear finite element analysis.A topological model is then developed to minimize compliance while meeting displacement and frequency constraints to fulfill design requirements of structural members.Since the conventional Lagrange multiplier search method is unable to handle convergence instability arising from large deformation,a novel Lagrange multiplier search method is proposed.Additionally,the proposed method can be extended to multi-constrained geometrically nonlinear topology optimization,accommodating multiple physical field couplings. 展开更多

Recently,numerous studies have demonstrated that the physics-informed neural network(PINN)can effectively and accurately resolve hyperelastic finite deformation problems.In this paper,a PINN framework for tackling hyperelastic-magnetic coupling problems is proposed.Since the solution space consists of two-phase domains,two separate networks are constructed to independently predict the solution for each phase region.In addition,a conscious point allocation strategy is incorporated to enhance the prediction precision of the PINN in regions characterized by sharp gradients.With the developed framework,the magnetic fields and deformation fields of magnetorheological elastomers(MREs)are solved under the control of hyperelastic-magnetic coupling equations.Illustrative examples are provided and contrasted with the reference results to validate the predictive accuracy of the proposed framework.Moreover,the advantages of the proposed framework in solving hyperelastic-magnetic coupling problems are validated,particularly in handling small data sets,as well as its ability in swiftly and precisely forecasting magnetostrictive motion. 展开更多

The emerging virtual coupling technology aims to operate multiple train units in a Virtually Coupled Train Set(VCTS)at a minimal but safe distance.To guarantee collision avoidance,the safety distance should be calculated using the state-of-the-art space-time separation principle that separates the Emergency Braking(EB)trajectories of two successive units during the whole EB process.In this case,the minimal safety distance is usually numerically calculated without an analytic formulation.Thus,the constrained VCTS control problem is hard to address with space-time separation,which is still a gap in the existing literature.To solve this problem,we propose a Distributed Economic Model Predictive Control(DEMPC)approach with computation efficiency and theoretical guarantee.Specifically,to alleviate the computation burden,we transform implicit safety constraints into explicitly linear ones,such that the optimal control problem in DEMPC is a quadratic programming problem that can be solved efficiently.For theoretical analysis,sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the recursive feasibility and stability of DEMPC,employing compatibility constraints,tube techniques and terminal ingredient tuning.Moreover,we extend our approach with globally optimal and distributed online EB configuration methods to shorten the minimal distance among VCTS.Finally,experimental results demonstrate the performance and advantages of the proposed approaches. 展开更多

By calculating and analyzing the power spectrum and general dimension from the fault sample, the relationship is achieved between sample status and the general dimension from vibration signals of the equipment so as to provide reference to fault diagnosis. Furthermore, a correlation function of general dimension is proposed, and calculations are carried out for a monitor signal and samples signal. The diagnosis method based on fractal theory is effective through the concrete examples of the steam electric generating set fault diagnosis, and the correlation coefficient of general dimension between a monitor signal and samples signal can improve the accuracy for fault diagnosis. 展开更多

Accurate description of noncova-lent interactions in large systems is challenging due to the require-ment of high-level electron corre-lation methods.The generalized energy-based fragmentation(GEBF)approach,in conjunc-tion with the domain-based local pair natural orbital(DLPNO)method,has been applied to assess the average binding energies(ABEs)of large benzene clus-ters,specifically(C6H6)13,at the coupled cluster singles and doubles with perturbative triples correction[CCSD(T)]level and the complete basis set(CBS)limit.Utilizing GEBF-DLPNO-CCSD(T)/CBS ABEs as benchmarks,various DFT functionals were evaluated.It was found that several functionals with empirical dispersion correction,including M06-2X-D3,B3LYP-D3(BJ),and PBE-D3(BJ),provide accurate descriptions of the ABEs for(C6H6)13 clusters.Additionally,the M06-2X-D3 functional was used to calculate the ABEs and relative stabili-ties of(C6H6)n clusters for n=11,12,13,14,and 15 revealing that the(C6H6)13 cluster ex-hibits the highest relative stability.These findings align with experimental evidence suggest-ing that n=13 is one of the magic numbers for benzene clusters(C6H6)n,with n≤30. 展开更多

多策略量子麻雀搜索算法在NISQ量子比特映射中的应用

在噪声中等规模量子(noisy intermediate-scale quantum,NISQ)时代,由于硬件耦合约束,CNOT门往往无法直接执行,需要引入额外的SWAP门将逻辑量子比特映射至合适的物理位置,以确保电路的可执行性.为了减少传统量子比特映射过程中由于SWAP... 在噪声中等规模量子(noisy intermediate-scale quantum,NISQ)时代,由于硬件耦合约束,CNOT门往往无法直接执行,需要引入额外的SWAP门将逻辑量子比特映射至合适的物理位置,以确保电路的可执行性.为了减少传统量子比特映射过程中由于SWAP操作引起的额外开销,提出多策略量子麻雀搜索算法(multi-strategy quantum sparrow search algorithm,MQSSA),并应用于量子比特映射中.基于作用于同一量子比特对的非近邻(non-nearest neighbour,non-NN) CNOT门的个数,定义量子比特联动次数;结合CNOT门物理间距,定义联动量子门集;根据量子比特联动次数以及SWAP门数量构建适应度函数;同时将适应度最优的个体定义为发现者,通过引入量子叠加态机制,使发现者具备并行搜索能力,可以同时探索多个位置,扩大搜索空间.此外,为了避免陷入局部最优,MQSSA引入高斯噪声作为跟随者位置更新扰动机制,增强跳出局部最优能力;设置警戒者机制维持搜索多样性.实验结果表明,在t|ket)和Qiskit编译器中,MQSSA的SWAP门数量分别平均减少37.5%和46.6%,硬件开销分别平均减少13.3%和13.2%.这表明算法在量子比特映射中的表现更加高效,提升了优化结果质量. 展开更多

A 3D finite element vibration model of water turbine generator set is constructed considering the coupling with hydropower house foundation.The method of determining guide bearing dynamic characteristic coefficients according to the swing of the shaft is proposed,which can be used for studying the self-vibration characteristic and stability of the water turbine generator set.The method fully considers the complex supporting boundary and loading conditions;especially the nonlinear variation of guide bearing dynamic characteristic coefficients and the coupling effect of the whole power-house foundation.The swing and critical rotating speed of an actual generator set shaft system are calculated.The simulated results of the generator set indicate that the coupling vibration model and calculation method presented in this paper are suitable for stability analysis of the water turbine generator set. 展开更多

Background of the development and achievement on sets equipment technologies for coal mine longwall face in China was reviewed initially. On the theoretical side, a coupling model of hydraulic support and surrounding rock, support pa- rameters optimization and threedimensional (3D) dynamic design method were presented. On the practical side, this paper out lined some of practical issues and discussed some relative methods and technologies. In thin seam coal longwall mining, how to lower equipment height is the first problem that should be solved. Roof pressure regularity, control of rooffall and collapse, and hydraulic support stability were investigated preferentially in 5-7 m coal seam longwall mining. The application of equip- ment for longwall mining with 5-7 m cutting height in China was concluded. The characteristics of full-mechanized top coal caving for extra thick seam coal were presented. The automation of top-caving hydraulic support and relevant equipment have achieved important breakthrough. At the end of this paper, further development of China's coal industry and longwall mining technologies and equipment were prospected in brief. This paper gives readers a comprehensive understanding of China's coal mine longwall face equipment technologies. It will give help to other countries on its coal mining development. 展开更多

This paper addresses the contributing factors in lithographic source and mask optimization,namely,the accuracy of the image formation model and the efficiency of the inverse imaging calculations in the optimization framework.A variational level-set formulation is established to incorporate a distance regularization term and an external energy.The former maintains a signed-distance profile and the latter minimizes the sum of the mismatches between the printed image and the desired one over all locations.Hence the need of reinitialization is eliminated in a principle way securing a stable level-set evolution and accurate computation with a simpler and more efficient numerical implementation.We employ a vector imaging model together with a stratified media model to describe the vector nature of electromagnetic fields propagating in the coupling image formation.Several strategies including computing the convolution operation with Fast Fourier Transform,the electric-field caching technique and the conjugate gradient method are discussed to ease the computation load and improve convergence. 展开更多

生态系统服务耦合对于经济-社会-环境协同演化具有重要意义。以新疆和田地区为例,基于InVEST模型、耦合协调度模型及地理探测器模型(GeoDetector)、模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,评估2020年碳储存、土壤保持、水源涵养、生境支持4种... 生态系统服务耦合对于经济-社会-环境协同演化具有重要意义。以新疆和田地区为例,基于InVEST模型、耦合协调度模型及地理探测器模型(GeoDetector)、模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,评估2020年碳储存、土壤保持、水源涵养、生境支持4种关键生态系统服务价值并探讨耦合态势,探究实现服务耦合的驱动因子及驱动机制。研究发现:(1)生态系统服务耦合协调程度整体较低,基于差异性土地利用方式和程度呈现空间异质性特征;(2)GeoDetector模型证明单一主导因子温度、降雨、地形起伏度以及牲畜规模,并发现因子两两交互存在增强作用;(3)fsQCA分析发现存在5条有效多元条件组态,“自然因子主导型”“人文因子主导型”“自然人文因子联合主导型”3类差异化组态路径揭示6个前因变量的异质性组合充分实现生态系统服务的耦合。GeoDetector和fsQCA方法的结合为生态系统服务驱动力解析提供一个全面而创新的视角,根据研究成果,生态系统服务的科学管理不仅要关注单因子主导和双因子交互作用,还应考虑多维因子的综合效应,以推动耦合持续优化、实现生态系统可持续发展。 展开更多

一种适用于货物搬运的新型三平移并联机构

以往三平移并联机构在完成货物搬运时,为了实现高效避障目的存在控制算法复杂的问题,为此,设计了一种利用机构本身特性即可实现沿曲线轨迹平移的新型三平移并联机构。首先,分析了最新三平移并联机构的平移类型不适用于沿曲线轨迹平移的... 以往三平移并联机构在完成货物搬运时,为了实现高效避障目的存在控制算法复杂的问题,为此,设计了一种利用机构本身特性即可实现沿曲线轨迹平移的新型三平移并联机构。首先,分析了最新三平移并联机构的平移类型不适用于沿曲线轨迹平移的情况,还分析了现存的弯曲平移机构的不足之处;然后,基于方位特征集方程的并联机构设计理论,设计了一种驱动副均位于静平台上且具有弯曲平移运动输出特性的三平移并联机构,并完成了该机构的方位特征集(POC集为3T)、自由度(3-DOF)、耦合度(耦合度为0)等拓扑性能分析;基于拓扑结构运动学建模原理,完成了该机构参数化标注的符号式位置正解方程、符号式位置逆解方程的构建,并使用多种工况验证了正、逆解方程求解的正确性;使用MATLAB软件以及ADAMS软件从运动学层面完成了机构的弯曲平移运动输出特性的仿真;最后,完成了机构的运动精度分析,建立了机构位置精度数学模型,通过实例计算得到了对动平台运动误差影响最大的驱动副。研究结果表明:该机构正、逆解方程求解简单且机构的耦合度为0,同时该并联机构具有部分输入-输出运动解耦性,能够极大降低机构的运动控制难度以及提高机构运动学分析的效率;该动平台能够在多个平面内同时具有弯曲平移的运动输出特性,通过实例分析,得到了动平台最大误差为1.5484 mm,最小误差为1 mm。该并联机构进一步丰富了弯曲平移机构的类型,未来能够应用于工业领域中的货物自动分拣以及货物的高效搬运。 展开更多

针对柴油发电机组传动系统中分段刚度弹簧-阻尼联轴器异常碰撞故障,建立了考虑联轴器碰撞的传动系统动力学模型,基于模型研究其故障机理和诊断方法,提出了消除故障的方案.首先,分析了机组起动过程中实测传动系统的扭振信号频率特征,结... 针对柴油发电机组传动系统中分段刚度弹簧-阻尼联轴器异常碰撞故障,建立了考虑联轴器碰撞的传动系统动力学模型,基于模型研究其故障机理和诊断方法,提出了消除故障的方案.首先,分析了机组起动过程中实测传动系统的扭振信号频率特征,结合传动系统自由振动计算所得扭振模态特性,确认机组起动过程中通过临界转速时联轴器主、被动端发生了碰撞.之后,进一步研究了联轴器主、被动端产生碰撞时联轴器关键件(中间盘)受力情况,计算得到该联轴器中间盘最大应力达到325 MPa,超过了中间盘材料的疲劳极限(225 MPa),导致联轴器中间盘断裂.然后,建立了考虑联轴器碰撞的传动系统动力学模型,研究了柴油发电机组起动过程联轴器异常碰撞故障机理,分析了刚度、阻尼等影响因素,提出了替换原联轴器的方案并进行了试验验证,最终解决了联轴器异常碰撞故障问题. 展开更多

目的:定量评价2009—2022年我国三医联动水平,探讨我国三医联动的影响因素及驱动路径,为促进三医联动发展提供新视角。方法:测算我国31个省份(不含港澳台地区)的三医系统及其内部不同二元系统间的耦合协调度,并利用模糊集定性比较分析... 目的:定量评价2009—2022年我国三医联动水平,探讨我国三医联动的影响因素及驱动路径,为促进三医联动发展提供新视角。方法:测算我国31个省份(不含港澳台地区)的三医系统及其内部不同二元系统间的耦合协调度,并利用模糊集定性比较分析法探究多要素驱动三医联动的条件组态。结果:各省份三医系统间的耦合协调度总体呈现逐年递增的趋势;二元系统中,医疗和医保系统间的整体协调发展状况最好且区域发展最为均衡;三医和内部二元系统间的耦合协调度省份差距均逐渐扩大,多极化趋势加剧;促进高水平三医联动的路径可归纳为内外均衡发展型(H1)、政府主导型(H2、H3)两类,其中人均GDP和卫生健康支出作为核心条件的H1路径分布最普遍。结论:建议强化体制和技术创新,利用跨部门协同机制与数字化技术整合资源;结合地区禀赋选择适配的高水平优化路径,缩小区域发展差距;同时在政策的高位推动下不断完善保障和监督制度,促进三医联动的协同治理。 展开更多

文章在解构新质生产力与区域经济韧性耦合协调机理的基础上,采用“VHSD-EM”模型、耦合协调度方法、Dagum基尼系数等方法,揭示了2012—2022年中国新质生产力与经济韧性协调发展的时空特征,并运用模糊集定性比较分析识别其关键驱动因素... 文章在解构新质生产力与区域经济韧性耦合协调机理的基础上,采用“VHSD-EM”模型、耦合协调度方法、Dagum基尼系数等方法,揭示了2012—2022年中国新质生产力与经济韧性协调发展的时空特征,并运用模糊集定性比较分析识别其关键驱动因素。研究发现:①中国新质生产力呈现稳步上升的时序特征,经济韧性呈现“逐年增长—相对放缓—快速上升—略微下降”波动上升态势。②中国新质生产力与经济韧性耦合协调度经历了“濒临失调—勉强协调”的演变历程;耦合协调度存在显著的正空间相关性,冷热点空间格局大体呈现“东南—西北”走向。③地区间差异是耦合协调度空间差异的主要来源,且呈小幅增长态势。④新质生产力与经济韧性协调发展的关键驱动因素由创新转型力、新质劳动资料逐步向新质劳动者、新质劳动对象与适应调整力因素拓展。 展开更多

大功率柴电机组是重型串联式混合动力车辆的供电单元,受多缸柴油机曲轴谐振转矩冲击和发电机电磁转矩脉动耦合作用的影响,系统扭转振动现象突出,动力学品质较差。针对上述问题,建立考虑机电耦合效应的发动机-发电机组动力学模型,分析机... 大功率柴电机组是重型串联式混合动力车辆的供电单元,受多缸柴油机曲轴谐振转矩冲击和发电机电磁转矩脉动耦合作用的影响,系统扭转振动现象突出,动力学品质较差。针对上述问题,建立考虑机电耦合效应的发动机-发电机组动力学模型,分析机电耦合效应对系统固有特性的影响,揭示扭转振动特性随电磁刚度、转子偏心率、扭转减振器刚度等参数变化的规律,分析系统在发动机和电机联合激励作用下动力学响应特性,明确了主响应的阶次。为解决低频扭转振动响应过大的问题,提出基于双回路解耦的扭转振动控制总体框架,针对发动机主谐次扰动抑制设计面向启停机过程的独立模态空间最优控制器和面向稳态运行工况的自适应滤波补偿控制器,并进行仿真验证。研究结果表明,所设计的扭转振动主动控制算法能够在发动机全速域内实现对主谐次扭转振动的有效抑制。 展开更多
