BACKGROUND Patients with benign prostatic disease often experience detrusor morphological changes and dysfunction.In severe cases,it leads to bladder detrusor dysfunction,resulting in dysuria,frequent urination,urgent...BACKGROUND Patients with benign prostatic disease often experience detrusor morphological changes and dysfunction.In severe cases,it leads to bladder detrusor dysfunction,resulting in dysuria,frequent urination,urgent urination,incomplete urination,and other symptoms including renal function injury.An operation to restore normal urination function and to control postoperative complications,as far as possible,is the most common method for benign prostatic disease.AIM To observe the effect of precise nursing service mode on postoperative urinary incontinence prevention in patients with prostate disease.METHODS In total,130 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic disease,from January 2018 to June 2021,in our hospital,were selected and divided into observation and control groups according to their treatment options.Sixty-five cases in the control group were given routine nursing mode intervention and 65 cases in the observation group received precise nursing service mode intervention.The intervention with the observation group included psychological counseling about negative emotions,pelvic floor exercises,and post-hospital discharge care.The complications of the two groups were counted,and the general postoperative conditions of the two groups were recorded.The urinary flow dynamics indexes of the two groups were detected,and differences in clinical international prostate system score(IPSS)and urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)scores were evaluated.RESULTS Postoperative exhaust time(18.65±3.23 h and 24.63±4.51 h),the time of indwelling catheter(4.85±1.08 d and 5.63±1.24 d),and hospitalization time(8.78±2.03 d and 10.23±2.28 d)in the observation group were lower than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)increased(P<0.05),the residual urine volume(RUV)decreased(P<0.05),and the maximum closed urethral pressure(MUCP)was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared to pre-operation.The Qmax of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the RUV was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in MUCP between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).The I-QOL score of the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the IPSS decreased(P<0.05).After the operation,the I-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the IPSS was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of urethral injury(1.54%and 3.08%),bladder spasm(0.00%and 1.54%),and secondary bleeding(1.54%and 4.62)between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The precise nursing service mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with prostate disease,thus improving postoperative urodynamics and rehabilitation,and quality of life.展开更多

In this queueing system, any batch arrival joins the queue if the server is busy or on vacation or under repair. However, if the server is free, one customer from the arriving batch joins the service immediately while others join the queue. In case of server breakdown, the customer whose service is interrupted returns back to the head of the queue. As soon as the server has is repaired, the server attends to the customer in mode 1. For this queueing system, customers that are impatient due to breakdown and server vacation may renege (leave the queue without getting service). Due to fluctuating modes of service delivery, the system may provide service with complete or reduced efficiency. Consequently, we construct the mathematical model and derive the probability generating functions of the steady state probabilities of several states of the system including the steady state queue size distribution. Further, we discuss some particular cases of the proposed queueing model. We present numerical examples in order to demonstrate the effects of server vacation and reneging on the various states of the system. The study revealed that an increase in reneging and a decrease in server vacation results in a decrease in server utilization and an increase in server’s idle time provided rates of server breakdown and repair completion are constant. In addition, the probability of server vacation, the probability of system is under repair and the probabilities that the server provides service in three fluctuating modes decreases due to an increase in reneging and a decrease in vacation completion rates.展开更多
The aim of this work is to explore the impact of regional transit service on tour-based commuter travel behavior by using the Bayesian hierarchical multinomial logit model, accounting for the spatial heterogeneity of ...The aim of this work is to explore the impact of regional transit service on tour-based commuter travel behavior by using the Bayesian hierarchical multinomial logit model, accounting for the spatial heterogeneity of the people living in the same area.With two indicators, accessibility and connectivity measured at the zone level, the regional transit service is captured and then related to the travel mode choice behavior. The sample data are selected from Washington-Baltimore Household Travel Survey in 2007,including all the trips from home to workplace in morning hours in Baltimore city. Traditional multinomial logit model using Bayesian approach is also estimated. A comparison of the two different models shows that ignoring the spatial context can lead to a misspecification of the effects of the regional transit service on travel behavior. The results reveal that improving transit service at regional level can be effective in reducing auto use for commuters after controlling for socio-demographics and travel-related factors.This work provides insights for interpreting tour-based commuter travel behavior by using recently developed methodological approaches. The results of this work will be helpful for engineers, urban planners, and transit operators to decide the needs to improve regional transit service and spatial location efficiently.展开更多

It can be beneficial not only f...Standard e-government information system(SEIS) including mobile-government applications are playing more and more important roles in the establishing of national e-government framework. It can be beneficial not only for avoiding redundant e-government IS development but also for improving collaboration among government agencies. Two research questions were explored: what are the factors influencing the performance of SEIS? Will mandatory SEIS create a better performance than non-mandatory SEIS? Specifically, the use of five categories of IS aspects--information system quality, online service quality, offline service quality, diffusion modes and standard network size—is proposed to understand the performance of SEIS through applying both survey study and simulation study. The results show that information system quality and online service quality of SEIS have strong effects on users' expectation and users' satisfaction, which thereafter promotes the performance of SEIS. Government agencies' offline service quality shows a significant effect on users' satisfaction while not on users' expectation. Furthermore, the diffusion speed of SEIS in non-mandatory and mandatory modes and the standard network size also have great influence on the utility of SEIS.展开更多

Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical significance of comfortable nursing scheme for elderly patients with chronic heart failure, so as to provide new ideas for the care of elderly patients with heart failure...Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical significance of comfortable nursing scheme for elderly patients with chronic heart failure, so as to provide new ideas for the care of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods: case data of elderly patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected, and a total of 124 elderly patients who met the research requirements were screened out according to the research protocol. The subjects were divided into two groups, the intervention group and the routine group, with 62 patients in each group. The patients in the intervention group received the comfortable nursing service mode, while those in the routine group received the routine nursing service mode. The cardiac function indexes and life quality evaluation of the patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results: the cardiac function indexes of patients in the intervention group were significantly superior to those of patients in the routine group, and the quality of life score after treatment was significantly improved as compared with that before treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing quality of patients in the two groups was investigated, and it was found that the satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comfortable nursing service model applied to the elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and significantly improve the life state of patients after treatment, which has great reference value in clinical practice.展开更多
Objective:This study investigated and discussed the current status of community mental health service in three northern areas of China(Beijing,Harbin,and Karamay)in an effort to improve the community mental health ser...Objective:This study investigated and discussed the current status of community mental health service in three northern areas of China(Beijing,Harbin,and Karamay)in an effort to improve the community mental health services in China.Methods:In this study 176 residents from communities of the three northern areas of China were involved and divided into 18 groups.The study was conducted according to a self-prepared structured interview outline.Results:The analysis was conducted based on the following four perspectives:1.commu-nity residents’understanding of the mental health problems and how they treated psychiatric patients;2.community residents’access to and application of mental health information;3.com-munity residents’attitude to accept mental health services and the factors influencing community residents to seek help from mental health services;and 4.community residents’attitude and will-ingness to participate in the activities of community mental health services.Conclusion:Based on the investigation and analysis regarding the current status of the com-munity mental health services in three northern areas of China,it is concluded that the residents do not have s clear and complete understanding of mental health.The characteristics of mental health services had a regional correlation.Currently,the mental health services do not work effectively,and the residents are somewhat passive in obtaining information about mental health.Community mental health services should be offered according to different individual needs of the residents and the actual situations of each region.展开更多

文摘This paper discussed the differences of context-aware service between the cloud computing environment and the traditional service system.Given the above differences,the paper subsequently analyzed the changes of context-aware service during preparation,organization and delivery,as well as the resulting changes in service acceptance of consumers.Because of these changes,the context-aware service modes in the cloud computing environment change are intelligent,immersive,highly interactive,and real-time.According to active and responded service,and authorization and non-authorized service,the paper drew a case diagram of context-aware service in Unified Modeling Language(UML) and established four categories of context-aware service modes.

文摘As an innovative mode of social endowment, combining medical care with modern medical care technology and old-age service is an important direction of a series of social problems caused by the deepening of aging and the intensification of aging process in China. It is the inevitable choice for the development of Chinese characteristics for the aged. At present, with the continuous development of the combination of medical care and rehabilitation, the process of combination of medical care and breeding is slow, and the problems of inter departmental cooperation, high cost of resource integration and low service efficiency have emerged. The paper puts forward that multi head management of different responsibility management body is a bottleneck problem that hinders the integration of medical care. From the objective and subjective two points of view, the administrative system level barrier and the inter departmental interest game are the important reasons that obstruct the medical support and break through the estrangement of the Department and realize the cooperation. Then, according to the theory of large part system reform, the author boldly proposes the idea of establishing a new comprehensive functional department that specializes in the management of pension related affairs.

文摘Standard e-government information system(SEIS) including mobile-government applications are playing more and more important roles in the establishing of national e-government framework. It can be beneficial not only for avoiding redundant e-government IS development but also for improving collaboration among government agencies. Two research questions were explored: what are the factors influencing the performance of SEIS? Will mandatory SEIS create a better performance than non-mandatory SEIS? Specifically, the use of five categories of IS aspects--information system quality, online service quality, offline service quality, diffusion modes and standard network size—is proposed to understand the performance of SEIS through applying both survey study and simulation study. The results show that information system quality and online service quality of SEIS have strong effects on users' expectation and users' satisfaction, which thereafter promotes the performance of SEIS. Government agencies' offline service quality shows a significant effect on users' satisfaction while not on users' expectation. Furthermore, the diffusion speed of SEIS in non-mandatory and mandatory modes and the standard network size also have great influence on the utility of SEIS.

文摘Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical significance of comfortable nursing scheme for elderly patients with chronic heart failure, so as to provide new ideas for the care of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods: case data of elderly patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected, and a total of 124 elderly patients who met the research requirements were screened out according to the research protocol. The subjects were divided into two groups, the intervention group and the routine group, with 62 patients in each group. The patients in the intervention group received the comfortable nursing service mode, while those in the routine group received the routine nursing service mode. The cardiac function indexes and life quality evaluation of the patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results: the cardiac function indexes of patients in the intervention group were significantly superior to those of patients in the routine group, and the quality of life score after treatment was significantly improved as compared with that before treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing quality of patients in the two groups was investigated, and it was found that the satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comfortable nursing service model applied to the elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and significantly improve the life state of patients after treatment, which has great reference value in clinical practice.

文摘Objective:This study investigated and discussed the current status of community mental health service in three northern areas of China(Beijing,Harbin,and Karamay)in an effort to improve the community mental health services in China.Methods:In this study 176 residents from communities of the three northern areas of China were involved and divided into 18 groups.The study was conducted according to a self-prepared structured interview outline.Results:The analysis was conducted based on the following four perspectives:1.commu-nity residents’understanding of the mental health problems and how they treated psychiatric patients;2.community residents’access to and application of mental health information;3.com-munity residents’attitude to accept mental health services and the factors influencing community residents to seek help from mental health services;and 4.community residents’attitude and will-ingness to participate in the activities of community mental health services.Conclusion:Based on the investigation and analysis regarding the current status of the com-munity mental health services in three northern areas of China,it is concluded that the residents do not have s clear and complete understanding of mental health.The characteristics of mental health services had a regional correlation.Currently,the mental health services do not work effectively,and the residents are somewhat passive in obtaining information about mental health.Community mental health services should be offered according to different individual needs of the residents and the actual situations of each region.

文摘This paper analyzes the key issues of resource integration,and proposes a method for solving the problem of achieving efficient resource integration for convenience service platforms that adopt dynamic service modes.This method considers both the service level of collaborative resources under dynamic service modes,and collaborative resources’satisfaction of service modes in the resource integration.In addition,dominant factors needing the most attention during resource integration under dynamic service modes are excavated.Moreover,a model for resource integration optimization is established,and ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,a case is used to verify the feasibility of the method.
