Mild itching induced by food ingestion following epicutaneous sensitization

Background:While mild itching may seem harmless,it can worsen over time,necessitating early treatment.Epicutaneous sensitization has recently gained attention.Oral exposure may promote immune tolerance,but ingestion after epicutaneous sensitization can trigger severe allergic responses.Therefore,this study focused on the initial stages of allergic symptoms before they become severe and investigated the mechanisms underlying food ingestion-induced mild itching following epicutaneous sensitization.Methods:Female mice were epicutaneously sensitized with ovalbumin(OVA).Scratching behavior was recorded,and serum and tissue samples were collected.Levels of OVA-specific immunoglobulin(Ig)E/IgG1,histamine,and mast cell protease-1(MCPT-1)were measured by ELISA.Histological analysis of skin tissues and immune cell infiltration was performed via staining.Results:OVA challenge following epicutaneous sensitization induced mild itching in the OVA group.Scratching behavior peaked between 1 and 2 h and persisted for 8 h before returning to baseline.This itching was accompanied by dynamic fluctuations in OVA-specific IgE and IgG1,histamine,and MCPT-1 levels.Histological analysis revealed increased epidermal thickness and granulocytic infiltration,particularly of mast cells and eosinophils,within 2 h of OVA challenge.Mast cell and eosinophil migration into the skin tissues was significant,with eosinophil migration into the dermis persisted despite normalization of histamine levels and mast cell degranulation.These results suggest that mast cells and eosinophils play significant roles even in mild itching.Conclusion:This study provides insights into the early immune responses involved in food allergies,contributing to a better understanding of how mild symptoms can progress to more severe reactions. 展开更多

In-optical-sensor computing architectures based on neuro-inspired optical sensor arrays have become key milestones for in-sensor artificial intelligence(AI)technology,enabling intelligent vision sensing and extensive data processing.These architectures must demonstrate potential advantages in terms of mass production and complementary metal oxide semiconductor compatibility.Here,we introduce a visible-light-driven neuromorphic vision system that integrates front-end retinomorphic photosensors with a back-end artificial neural network(ANN),employing a single neuro-inspired indium-g allium-zinc-oxide photo transistor(NIP)featuring an aluminum sensitization layer(ASL).By methodically adjusting the ASL coverage on IGZO phototransistors,a fast-switching response-type and a synaptic response-type of IGZO photo transistors are successfully developed.Notably,the fabricated NIP shows a remarkable retina-like photoinduced synaptic plasticity under wavelengths up to 635 nm,with over256-states,weight update nonlinearity below 0.1,and a dynamic range of 64.01.Owing to this technology,a 6×6 neuro-inspired optical image sensor array with the NIP can perform highly integrated sensing,memory,and preprocessing functions,including contrast enhancement,and handwritten digit image recognition.The demonstrated prototype highlights the potential for efficient hardware implementations in in-sensor AI technologies. 展开更多

Sleep is an indispensable part of life−its deficiency has significant implications for overall health and wellbeing[1].In today’s fast-paced society,sleep loss from either stressful or non-stressful origins has become prevalent.Specifically,active sleep deprivation(ASD),resulting from extended use of smartphones and other recreational activities,has risen as a global health issue.Clinical research has underscored a strong correlation between chronic pain and inadequate sleep[2].The relationship between pain and sleep is reciprocal:pain disturbs sleep,while poor sleep quality,in turn,reduces pain tolerance and exacerbates spontaneous pain sensations[3].While these interplays are well-documented in cases of passive sleep deprivation(PSD)associated with external pressures or illnesses,understanding how and which regions of the brain collaborate to recalibrate the intricate neural circuitry governing pain perception during ASD remains a crucial yet unresolved frontier. 展开更多

How to reduce peanut allergies has always been a main food safety concern.Plant polyphenol complex peanut sensitizing protein was proposed as a new desensitization strategy.Gallic acid(GA),as a natural plant polyphenol,has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.Therefore,the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of GA on peanut protein(PP)sensitization under high moisture extrusion conditions.The contents of free sulfhydryl groups and disulfide bonds in the PP-GA complex were determined,and the structure of the complex was characterized by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that with increasing GA content,the number of free sulfhydryl groups increased while the number of disulfide bonds decreased.The secondary structure of PP-GA showed that the random coils andβ-turns were transformed toα-helices andβ-sheets.A BALB/c mouse model was also established,wherein Al(OH)3 was used as an adjuvant when the complex was administered via intraperitoneal injection,and the mice showed mild allergic symptoms and a decreased immune organ index.In addition,the serum levels of specific antibodies(immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin G1(IgG1),and immunoglobulin G2a(IgG2a)),cytokines(interleukin-5(IL-5),interleukin 13(IL-13),and interferon gamma(IFN-γ))and histamine were reduced.In summary,this study proved that GA can relieve the sensitization of PP induced by high moisture extrusion. 展开更多

Skin sensitization is a common adverse effect of a wide range of small reactive chemicals,leading to allergic contact dermatitis(ACD),the most frequent manifestation of immunotoxicity in humans.The prevalence of ACD is increasing,affecting up to 20%of the Western European population.This trend was particularly pronounced in high-risk occupational sectors,including healthcare,food services,metal and construction workers,and hairdressers[1].The skin sensitization adverse outcome pathway(AOP)comprises 11 elements,with four designated key events(KEs):formation of proteinhapten complexes(KE-1),inflammatory keratinocyte response(KE-2),dendritic cell(DC)activation(KE-3),and T-cell proliferation(KE-4)[2].As there is no cure for ACD,preventive strategies are of great relevance.In addition to avoiding exposure,preventive measures,such as the use of latex gloves,barrier creams,emollients,and moisturizers,often have limited effectiveness[3]. 展开更多

Background:The channel-forming protein Pannexin1(Panx1)has been implicated in both human studies and animal models of chronic pain,but the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely understood.Methods:Wild-type(WT,n=24),global Panx1 KO(n=24),neuron-specific Panx1 KO(n=20),and glia-specific Panx1 KO(n=20)mice were used in this study at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.The von Frey test was used to quantify pain sensitivity in these mice following complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA)injection(7,14,and 21 d).The qRT-PCR was employed to measure mRNA levels of Panx1,Panx2,Panx3,Cx43,Calhm1,andβ-catenin.Laser scanning confocal microscopy imaging,Sholl analysis,and electrophysiology were utilized to evaluate the impact of Panx1 on neuronal excitability and morphology in Neuro2a and dorsal root ganglion neurons(DRGNs)in which Panx1 expression or function was manipulated.Ethidium bromide(EtBr)dye uptake assay and calcium imaging were employed to investigate the role of Panx1 in adenosine triphosphate(ATP)sensitivity.β-galactosidase(β-gal)staining was applied to determine the relative cellular expression levels of Panx1 in trigeminal ganglia(TG)and DRG of transgenic mice.Results:Global or neuron-specific Panx1 deletion markedly decreased pain thresholds after CFA stimuli(7,14,and 21 d;P<0.01 vs.WT group),indicating that Panx1 was positively correlated with pain sensitivity.In Neuro2a,global Panx1 deletion dramatically reduced neurite extension and inward currents compared to the WT group(P<0.05),revealing that Panx1 enhanced neurogenesis and excitability.Similarly,global Panx1 deletion significantly suppressed Wnt/β-catenin dependent DRG neurogenesis following 5 d of nerve growth factor(NGF)treatment(P<0.01 vs.WT group).Moreover,Panx1 channels enhanced DRG neuron response to ATP after CFA injection(P<0.01 vs.Panx1 KO group).Furthermore,ATP release increased Ca2+responses in DRGNs and satellite glial cells surrounding them following 7 d of CFA treatment(P<0.01 vs.Panx1 KO group),suggesting that Panx1 in glia also impacts exaggerated neuronal excitability.Interestingly,neuron-specific Panx1 deletion was found to markedly reduce differentiation in cultured DRGNs,as evidenced by stunted neurite outgrowth(P<0.05 vs.Panx1 KO group;P<0.01 vs.WT group or GFAP-Cre group),blunted activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling(P<0.01 vs.WT,Panx1 KO and GFAP-Cre groups),and diminished cell excitability(P<0.01 vs.GFAP-Cre group)and response to ATP stimulation(P<0.01 vs.WT group).Analysis ofβ-gal staining showed that cellular expression levels of Panx1 in neurons are significantly higher(2.5-fold increase)in the DRG than in the TG.Conclusions:The present study revealed that neuronal Panx1 is a prominent driver of peripheral sensitivity in the setting of inflammatory pain through cell-autonomous effects on neuronal excitability.This hyperexcitability dependence on neuronal Panx1 contrasts with inflammatory orofacial pain,where similar studies revealed a prominent role for glial Panx1.The apparent differences in Panx1 expression in neuronal and non-neuronal TG and DRG cells are likely responsible for the distinct impact of these cell types in the two pain models. 展开更多

目的为明确深层煤岩气藏储层敏感性特征及损害机理,开展深层煤岩气藏储层敏感性评价及损害机理研究。方法以鄂尔多斯盆地大吉区块深层煤岩为研究对象,利用薄片鉴定、X射线衍射检测、扫描电镜分析等方法,明确深层煤岩储层特征和潜在敏感... 目的为明确深层煤岩气藏储层敏感性特征及损害机理,开展深层煤岩气藏储层敏感性评价及损害机理研究。方法以鄂尔多斯盆地大吉区块深层煤岩为研究对象,利用薄片鉴定、X射线衍射检测、扫描电镜分析等方法,明确深层煤岩储层特征和潜在敏感性因素,揭示深层煤岩储层敏感性损害机理。结果结果表明:(1)研究区煤岩显微组分以镜质组为主,惰质组含量较少,不含壳质组;无机组分以石英和黏土矿物为主,石英含量为22.60%,黏土矿物为57.05%(以高岭石为主);孔隙结构多见铸模孔、胞腔孔和气孔,裂缝较发育但多被充填;孔隙度和渗透率较低,孔隙连通性差。(2)存在速敏、水敏、盐敏、碱敏和应力敏感损害。其中,速敏指数82.64%,表现出强速敏损害;水敏、盐敏和碱敏指数分别为53.90%,57.00%,63.50%,均为中等偏强敏感性损害;应力敏感系数为0.6929~0.9383,为中等偏强至强应力敏感损害。无酸敏损害,酸液处理可提高渗透率。(3)高温、高压、高应力环境导致岩石力学强度较弱,易诱发应力敏感损害;矿物成分中黄铁矿、高岭石和伊利石含量较高,在复杂流体作用下易产生自生胶结,并在裂缝或孔喉处沉积,阻碍气体产出;高矿化度地层水在钻采过程中易引发盐析堵塞。结论研究结果提高了工作液体系和生产制度的合理性,对加大煤岩气储层保护,提高煤层气产量具有积极意义。 展开更多

芯片表面缺陷检测在工业生产中至关重要,现有注意力机制因方向敏感性不足,难以有效获取破损、裂纹等有向线状表面缺陷。提出了一种基于YOLOv11n改进的双向多尺度检测网络(DMNet)模型,该模型设计了基于方向解耦建模的双向注意力(DDA)机... 芯片表面缺陷检测在工业生产中至关重要,现有注意力机制因方向敏感性不足,难以有效获取破损、裂纹等有向线状表面缺陷。提出了一种基于YOLOv11n改进的双向多尺度检测网络(DMNet)模型,该模型设计了基于方向解耦建模的双向注意力(DDA)机制与多尺度特征增强(MSFE)模块。DDA机制通过宽度、高度分支获取正交方向特征,并结合位置编码感知微小缺陷的像素级偏移;MSFE模块由空洞分支和池化分支组成,可分别获取长程依赖与保留局部细节。二者的结合显著提升了芯片表面缺陷的检测性能。在公共数据集D_(A)^(R)和D_(B)^(R)上验证了该模型的先进性,结果表明,与初始模型相比,该模型的参数量(Params)减小了1.2%,精确率(P)、召回率(R)与平均精度均值(mAP)在D_(A)^(R)缺陷数据集上分别提高了8.4%、6.9%和9.1%,在D_(B)^(R)缺陷数据集上分别提高了12%、4%和4.2%。 展开更多

【目的】探究四川肉牛真菌性皮肤病的病原,为该病的防治提供参考。【方法】采集四川各地疑似皮肤癣病的患畜皮屑,用三点接种法将采集的样本接种于皮肤癣菌鉴别培养基,将分离得到的菌株经内部转录间隔区(ITS)序列扩增后通过NCBI数据库BL... 【目的】探究四川肉牛真菌性皮肤病的病原,为该病的防治提供参考。【方法】采集四川各地疑似皮肤癣病的患畜皮屑,用三点接种法将采集的样本接种于皮肤癣菌鉴别培养基,将分离得到的菌株经内部转录间隔区(ITS)序列扩增后通过NCBI数据库BLAST分析基因相似性并构建系统发育树,以10^(7) CFU/mL分离菌孢子悬液感染免疫抑制小鼠,观察临床症状和病理学特征,微量二倍稀释法探究分离菌耐药表型。【结果】从24个样本中分离到10株真菌(rntv01~rntv10)。PCR扩增结果显示,分离株均得到大小为681 bp的扩增片段;BLAST比对结果显示,分离株与疣状毛癣菌相似性为97%~100%;动物试验结果显示,免疫抑制小鼠感染该菌后皮肤出现被毛脱落、结痂、皮屑增多等症状,HE染色后观察到表皮角质层角化不全、炎性细胞增生,PAS染色后观察到大量菌丝侵染;药敏试验结果显示,除rntv10外,其余菌株对两性霉素B中介;分离菌对伊曲康唑敏感性不同,rntv09、rntv10敏感,rntv01、rntv04~rntv08中介,rntv02、rntv03耐药;rntv10对酮康唑敏感、对5-氟胞嘧啶中介,其余菌株均为耐药株;所有菌株对环吡酮胺中介,对氟康唑和特比萘芬耐药。【结论】四川肉牛真菌性皮肤病主要病原是疣状毛癣菌,该菌可引起小鼠皮肤的侵袭性感染,患病牛可用两性霉素B、伊曲康唑或环吡酮胺进行治疗。 展开更多

目的 探讨小檗碱(BBR)增强前列腺癌细胞系22RV1对多西他赛(DTX)化学治疗(化疗)敏感性的影响。方法 利用前列腺癌细胞系22RV1细胞构建相应的DTX耐药细胞。将成功建立的耐药细胞株(22RV1/DTX)分为:22RV1/DTX组、低浓度(L)-BBR+22RV1/DTX... 目的 探讨小檗碱(BBR)增强前列腺癌细胞系22RV1对多西他赛(DTX)化学治疗(化疗)敏感性的影响。方法 利用前列腺癌细胞系22RV1细胞构建相应的DTX耐药细胞。将成功建立的耐药细胞株(22RV1/DTX)分为:22RV1/DTX组、低浓度(L)-BBR+22RV1/DTX组、高浓度(H)-BBR+22RV1/DTX组、H-BBR+ERK激活剂+22RV1/DTX组;CCK8法检测细胞增殖;划痕愈合试验检测迁移;Transwell小室法检测侵袭;流式细胞测量术检测凋亡;Western blot检测细胞中细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)、pERK、ETS转录因子(ELK1)蛋白表达。结果 与22RV1/DTX组相比,L-BBR+22RV1/DTX组和H-BBR+22RV1/DTX组细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭能力降低,凋亡率提高(P<0.05);与H-BBR+22RV1/DTX组相比,H-BBR+ERK激活剂+22RV1/DTX组细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭能力提高,凋亡率降低(P<0.05);BBR可显著降低22RV1/DTX细胞pERK/ERK比值和ELK1的蛋白表达水平(P<0.05),且其对22RV1/DTX细胞及通路的影响可被ERK激活剂逆转(P<0.05)。结论 BBR可能通过抑制ERK/ELK1信号通路,抑制耐药细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭,促进细胞凋亡,增强前列腺癌细胞对DTX的化疗敏感性。 展开更多

不同扩散敏感系数弥散加权成像对脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的诊断价值

背景:脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的临床表现相似,但治疗方案迥异,传统影像学检查难以精准鉴别;弥散加权成像通过表观扩散系数量化组织水分子扩散差异,或为早期鉴别提供新途径,但不同扩散敏感系数下表观扩散系数与炎症指标的关联性尚不... 背景:脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的临床表现相似,但治疗方案迥异,传统影像学检查难以精准鉴别;弥散加权成像通过表观扩散系数量化组织水分子扩散差异,或为早期鉴别提供新途径,但不同扩散敏感系数下表观扩散系数与炎症指标的关联性尚不明确。目的:探究不同扩散敏感系数弥散加权成像对脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的临床诊断价值,并分析表观扩散系数与炎症指标的关联性。方法:选择2021年6月至2024年6月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治并明确诊断的60例脊柱结核患者与60例布氏杆菌性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,其中脊柱结核组男35例,女25例,平均(53.36±5.45)岁;布氏杆菌性脊柱炎组男38例,女22例,平均(55.47±6.43)岁。采用曲线下面积评估不同扩散敏感系数下弥散加权成像-表观扩散系数鉴别脊柱结核、布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的诊断价值;Pearson相关性分析检验变量之间的关系;应用配对t检验对操作者A和B之间的表观扩散系数进行比较;采用组内相关系数分析不同操作者及同一操作者测量的一致性。结果与结论:①两组患者的血沉、C-反应蛋白、白细胞水平、腰椎及胸椎受累部位的分布差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),脊柱结核最易累及腰椎与胸椎,布氏杆菌性脊柱炎最易累及腰椎;②不同扩散敏感系数下脊柱结核组患者病变椎体的表观扩散系数均显著高于布氏杆菌性脊柱炎组(P<0.05);在不同扩散敏感系数下同一组别中,病变椎体、椎旁脓肿表观扩散系数相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);③扩散敏感系数为400 s/mm^(2)时表观扩散系数的鉴别诊断效能最大,敏感度为95.00%,特异度为96.67%;④不同操作者脊柱结核患者与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎患者弥散加权成像-表观扩散系数的组内相关系数均大于0.75;⑤Pearson相关性分析显示,不同扩散敏感系数下病变椎体的表观扩散系数(1.03×10^(-3)-1.49×10^(-3) mm^(2)/s)与血沉、C-反应蛋白、白细胞水平均存在显著相关性(P<0.001);⑥说明弥散加权成像是一种操作简便、稳定性较高的脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的检测方法,扩散敏感系数为400 s/mm^(2)时的弥散加权成像-表观扩散系数鉴别脊柱结核与布氏杆菌性脊柱炎的诊断效能最大,并且不同扩散敏感系数下病变椎体的表观扩散系数与炎症状态关联密切。 展开更多

底栖动物处于河流生态系统食物链的中间环节,通过构建良好的栖息地来促进底栖动物群落恢复健康,是河流生态修复工作的关键基础。在凤凰溪生态修复工程中,设计出适宜多种底栖动物定殖的栖息地模块并开展应用试验,于工程施工前和工程实施... 底栖动物处于河流生态系统食物链的中间环节,通过构建良好的栖息地来促进底栖动物群落恢复健康,是河流生态修复工作的关键基础。在凤凰溪生态修复工程中,设计出适宜多种底栖动物定殖的栖息地模块并开展应用试验,于工程施工前和工程实施1 a后,分别采集、鉴定底栖动物样品,并分析生态学指标。结果显示,工程实施后河道内底栖动物总分类单元数由9提升至10~11,敏感类群单元数由0提升至3~4,EPT分类单元数由0提升至1,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数由1.838提升至2.016~2.293,丰富度指数由2.824提升至3.004~3.509,均匀度指数由0.837提升至0.876~0.958,生物指数(BI)由7.171降至5.369~5.733,生物监测工作组记分(BMWP)由24提升至49。与敏感类群相关的指标在验证底栖动物群落恢复效果方面有较强的灵敏度和适用性,宜在类似研究或工程中应用。 展开更多

To investigate the involvement of central serotonergic system in behavioral sensitization to morphine in mice. Male Kunming mice were treated (i.p.) with saline or morphine 10 mg/kg twice daily for 3 d and then drug manipulation was suspended for 5 d. On day 9, a challenge dose of morphine (10 mg/kg) was given and the locomotor activity was measured for 60 rain to confkrm the establishment of behavioral sensitization in mice. Moreover, 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin, at the doses of 20-80 mg/kg was given i.p. in combination with daily morphine treatment (induction), during the morphine treatment suspension (transfer) or prior to the challenge dose of morphine (expression) and locomotor activity was measured on day 9 after the challenge dose of morphine. Twice daily of morphine injection induced robust behavioral sensitization in mice as evidenced by significantly higher locomotion on day 9 for multiple treatment with morphine than saline in mice. 5-HTP treatment selec- tively and dose-dependently blocked the induction, but not the transfer nor the expression of morphine induced behavioral sensitization. This study provides clear evidence that up-regulation of central serotonergic system may suppress the induction of morphine sensitization in mice. 展开更多

基于生死单元技术的河流穿越管道力学规律研究

为了研究河流穿越管道从埋地到上方覆土逐渐减少以致管道完全悬空这一过程的力学特性,本研究采用ABAQUS有限元软件,基于生死单元技术建立X80输气管道上方覆土逐渐减少以致管道悬空长度不断增加的动态有限元模型;分析洪水流速、下切角度... 为了研究河流穿越管道从埋地到上方覆土逐渐减少以致管道完全悬空这一过程的力学特性,本研究采用ABAQUS有限元软件,基于生死单元技术建立X80输气管道上方覆土逐渐减少以致管道悬空长度不断增加的动态有限元模型;分析洪水流速、下切角度、径厚比、运行内压和埋深对河流穿越管道力学行为的影响规律;通过敏感性分析获取各影响因素对河流穿越管道应力的影响程度并排序。研究结果表明:不同参数下的管道最大等效应力、位移和应变在悬空20~30 m期间增长最快;洪水流速、管径和运行内压与最大等效应力呈正相关,管道壁厚与最大等效应力呈负相关,下切角度在悬空过程中与最大等效应力呈正相关,在悬空到一定长度时,下切角度和埋深对最大等效应力影响不大,但下切角度与位移呈正相关,埋深与位移成负相关;各影响因素对河流穿越管道最大等效应力的影响程度排序为管道壁厚>洪水流速>运行内压>埋深>下切角度,以期为管道规划、设计要求提供依据并改进,以提高其安全性。 展开更多

为了系统探究噻吩基π-桥对卟啉染料敏化剂光电性能的影响规律和影响机制,选择噻吩、联二噻吩、联三噻吩、并二噻吩和并三噻吩基团作为π-桥设计构建了锌卟啉染料敏化剂,并采用密度泛函理论和含时密度泛函理论方法计算模拟卟啉染料敏化... 为了系统探究噻吩基π-桥对卟啉染料敏化剂光电性能的影响规律和影响机制,选择噻吩、联二噻吩、联三噻吩、并二噻吩和并三噻吩基团作为π-桥设计构建了锌卟啉染料敏化剂,并采用密度泛函理论和含时密度泛函理论方法计算模拟卟啉染料敏化剂的光谱吸收、分子内电荷转移以及电子注入和染料再生等性质。研究结果表明,噻吩基π-桥的不同主要影响卟啉染料敏化剂吸收光谱的强度,对吸收光谱范围的影响不大。相比以噻吩作为π-桥的卟啉染料敏化剂,联二噻吩、联三噻吩、并二噻吩和并三噻吩作为π-桥均可以增强染料敏化剂分子的吸光强度,有利于提高卟啉染料敏化剂的捕光效率。但它们的引入也增大了空穴-电子的重叠程度,降低了染料再生能力,染料敏化剂分子内电荷转移能力和再生能力有待于进一步提高。联三噻吩作为π-桥使卟啉染料敏化剂具有最大的光捕获效率,但同时也具有最差的分子内电荷转移能力和染料再生能力。 展开更多

基于博弈论组合赋权模糊物元模型的渭河流域陕西段可持续性评价研究

分析渭河流域陕西段2012—2021年水安全、水资源、生态健康、水质环境、水经济、水文化相关数据,以评价该流域的可持续性,为流域水资源管理与高质量发展提供科学依据。综合考虑流域实际情况与发展需求,选取涵盖上述6个维度的22项评价指... 分析渭河流域陕西段2012—2021年水安全、水资源、生态健康、水质环境、水经济、水文化相关数据,以评价该流域的可持续性,为流域水资源管理与高质量发展提供科学依据。综合考虑流域实际情况与发展需求,选取涵盖上述6个维度的22项评价指标;改进G1法与熵权法,经博弈论组合赋权确定指标权重,构建模糊物元模型;运用改进的TOPSIS-RSR-Fuzzy方法进行评价与敏感性分析。结果显示,流域径流调节能力、流域生物完整性指数等指标权重居前,其中流域径流调节能力权重达0.156,流域生物完整性指数权重为0.108。2012—2014年流域处于初步可持续等级,2015—2021年可持续性评价得分稳步上升,2021年得分最高为0.699。敏感性分析表明,不同年份指标敏感性有变化,堤防达标率、富营养化率、城区防洪达标率等波动大。基于研究成果,提出应保障流域水安全、合理管理水资源、推动经济文化环境协调发展、提升居民幸福感等建议。 展开更多

针对节能型泵控单元因参数耦合、强非线性导致系统动态性能不足的问题,提出了一种融合Sobol灵敏度分析与遗传算法优化的方法,进行了节能型泵控单元参数匹配设计。首先,建立了节能型泵控单元的数学模型;然后,采用Sobol法对泵控单元参数... 针对节能型泵控单元因参数耦合、强非线性导致系统动态性能不足的问题,提出了一种融合Sobol灵敏度分析与遗传算法优化的方法,进行了节能型泵控单元参数匹配设计。首先,建立了节能型泵控单元的数学模型;然后,采用Sobol法对泵控单元参数进行了灵敏度分析,确定了定量泵排量D_(p)和电机转动惯量J_(L)是影响泵控单元动态特性的关键参数,并采用了遗传算法对识别的关键参数进行了优化,进一步进行了两种排量泵与三种转动惯量的泵控单元动态特性对比仿真分析;最后,搭建了泵控单元测试平台,进行了定排量-变转动惯量和变排量-定转动惯量的压力阶跃响应特性测试。研究结果表明:当泵排量为25 mL/r,电机转动惯量为40 kg·cm^(2)、80 kg·cm^(2)和120 kg·cm^(2)时,对应系统响应时间分别为63 ms、77 ms和107 ms;电机转动惯量为40 kg·cm^(2),泵排量为5 mL/r和25 mL/r时,对应系统响应时间分别为63 ms和92 ms;验证了Sobol灵敏度分析结合遗传算法优化方法在节能泵控制单元动态特性参数分析和优化中的有效性。该研究结果可以为节能型泵控单元工程设计与应用提供有效依据和参考。 展开更多
