Annotation and Retrieval System of CAD Models Based on Functional Semantics 被引量:1

CAD model retrieval based on functional semantics is more significant than content-based 3D model retrieval during the mechanical conceptual design phase. However, relevant research is still not fully discussed. Therefore, a functional semantic-based CAD model annotation and retrieval method is proposed to support mechanical conceptual design and design reuse, inspire designer creativity through existing CAD models, shorten design cycle, and reduce costs. Firstly, the CAD model functional semantic ontology is constructed to formally represent the functional semantics of CAD models and describe the mechanical conceptual design space comprehensively and consistently. Secondly, an approach to represent CAD models as attributed adjacency graphs(AAG) is proposed. In this method, the geometry and topology data are extracted from STEP models. On the basis of AAG, the functional semantics of CAD models are annotated semi-automatically by matching CAD models that contain the partial features of which functional semantics have been annotated manually, thereby constructing CAD Model Repository that supports model retrieval based on functional semantics. Thirdly, a CAD model retrieval algorithm that supports multi-function extended retrieval is proposed to explore more potential creative design knowledge in the semantic level. Finally, a prototype system, called Functional Semantic-based CAD Model Annotation and Retrieval System(FSMARS), is implemented. A case demonstrates that FSMARS can successfully botain multiple potential CAD models that conform to the desired function. The core of this language is predicate data flow diagram (PDFD). In order to eliminate the ambiguity of predicate data flow diagrams and their associated textual specifications, a formalization of the syntax and semantics of predicate data flow diagrams is necessary. In this paper we use Z notation to define an abstract syntax and the related structural constraints for the PDFD notation, and provide it with an axiomatic semantics based on the concept of data availability and functionality of predicate operation. Finally, an example is given to establish functionality consistent decomposition on hierarchical PDFD (HPDFD). 展开更多

Therefore, it is very likely to manipulate data without knowledge about their structures and their semantics. In fact, the meta-data may be insufficient or totally absent. Data Anomalies may be due to the poverty of their semantic descriptions, or even the absence of their description. In this paper, we propose an approach to better understand the semantics and the structure of the data. Our approach helps to correct automatically the intra-column anomalies and the inter-col- umns ones. We aim to improve the quality of data by processing the null values and the semantic dependencies between columns. 展开更多

针对通感算协同(ISCC)网络提出了一种基于语义通信框架的联合优化方法。首先,利用语义通信框架,将ISCC网络的感知、通信和计算3个功能模块统一映射到语义编码、语义信道传输和语义解码过程,建立了多目标感知与多服务器协作场景下的语义... 针对通感算协同(ISCC)网络提出了一种基于语义通信框架的联合优化方法。首先,利用语义通信框架,将ISCC网络的感知、通信和计算3个功能模块统一映射到语义编码、语义信道传输和语义解码过程,建立了多目标感知与多服务器协作场景下的语义可靠性分析模型。其次,从语义层面定量刻画系统端到端错误率,在各模块错误率约束和总时延限制下,构建服务器选择与时间资源分配的联合优化问题,将原混合整数非线性问题转化为凸问题求解,并基于拉格朗日方法和KKT条件揭示最优解的结构特性。仿真结果表明,所提框架可有效指导ISCC网络资源配置,在同构、异构服务器部署场景下,相较传统方案显著提升了多功能协作可靠性,验证了其在ISCC网络优化中的有效性。 展开更多

基于改进PSPNet网络的林窗信息提取方法

掌握林窗空间分布状况,对于森林生态系统的保护和维持具有重要意义。基于高分二号遥感影像的林窗信息提取任务中,考虑到林窗在森林系统中分布的广泛性和复杂性,传统的遥感解译方法存在识别效率不高且易发生错分、漏分等问题,本文提出了... 掌握林窗空间分布状况,对于森林生态系统的保护和维持具有重要意义。基于高分二号遥感影像的林窗信息提取任务中,考虑到林窗在森林系统中分布的广泛性和复杂性,传统的遥感解译方法存在识别效率不高且易发生错分、漏分等问题,本文提出了一种基于改进PSPNet网络的林窗信息提取模型。该模型替换主干网络使得模型轻量化,加入CBAM注意力机制并改进损失函数,有助于对林窗信息的学习,解决了正负样本数量不平衡导致的林窗边缘细节信息识别不准确问题。改进后的PSPNet模型比原始PSPNet模型平均交并比提高了3.12个百分点,平均像素精度提高了3.6个百分点,检测速度也在原本的基础上提高了65.43%,证明了该方法对于林窗信息识别的有效性。 展开更多

Embodied semantics theory asserts that the meaning of action-related words is neurally represented through networks that overlap with or are identical to networks involved in sensory-motor processing. While some studies supporting this theory have focused on Chinese characters, less attention has been paid to their semantic radicals. Indeed, there is still disagreement about whether these radicals are processed independently. The present study investigated whether radicals are processed separately and, if so, whether this processing occurs in sensory-motor regions. Materials consisted of 72 high-frequency Chinese characters, with 18 in each of four categories: hand-action verbs with and without hand-radicals, and verbs not related to hand actions, with and without hand-radicals. Twenty-eight participants underwent functional MRI scans while reading the characters. Compared to characters without hand-radicals, reading characters with hand-radicals activated the right medial frontal gyrus. Verbs involving hand-action activated the left inferior parietal lobule, possibly reflecting integration of information in the radical with the semantic meaning of the verb. The findings may be consistent with embodied semantics theory and suggest that neural representation of radicals is indispensable in processing Chinese characters. 展开更多

Byte-Level Function-Associated Method for Malware Detection

The byte stream is widely used in malware detection due to its independence of reverse engineering.However,existing methods based on the byte stream implement an indiscriminate feature extraction strategy,which ignores the byte function difference in different segments and fails to achieve targeted feature extraction for various byte semantic representation modes,resulting in byte semantic confusion.To address this issue,an enhanced adversarial byte function associated method for malware backdoor attack is proposed in this paper by categorizing various function bytes into three functions involving structure,code,and data.The Minhash algorithm,grayscale mapping,and state transition probability statistics are then used to capture byte semantics from the perspectives of text signature,spatial structure,and statistical aspects,respectively,to increase the accuracy of byte semantic representation.Finally,the three-channel malware feature image is constructed based on different function byte semantics,and a convolutional neural network is applied for detection.Experiments on multiple data sets from 2018 to 2021 show that the method can effectively combine byte functions to achieve targeted feature extraction,avoid byte semantic confusion,and improve the accuracy of malware detection. 展开更多

针对自然环境下农作物与杂草相互交织,杂草种类繁多,难以准确识别等问题,该研究以马铃薯幼苗及其伴生杂草为研究对象,提出了一种改进DeepLabv3+模型的杂草识别方法。首先以DeepLabv3+语义分割模型为基准,将其主干网络替换为MobileNetV2... 针对自然环境下农作物与杂草相互交织,杂草种类繁多,难以准确识别等问题,该研究以马铃薯幼苗及其伴生杂草为研究对象,提出了一种改进DeepLabv3+模型的杂草识别方法。首先以DeepLabv3+语义分割模型为基准,将其主干网络替换为MobileNetV2,构成轻量化DeepLabv3+模型,随后为了提升模型的非线性能力,提出了一种基于注意力机制的激活函数(attention activate function,AAF),并将其融入到AAF-Conv卷积里,取代轻量化DeepLabv3+语义分割模型中主干网络MobileNetV2的第一个3×3Conv,建立AAF-DeepLabv3+模型。使用AAF-DeepLabv3+模型获取马铃薯幼苗的形态边界,采用图像学的方法识别图像中杂草区域。在轻量化DeepLabv3+模型基础上,AAF激活函数与常见激活函数进行对比试验,平均交并比(mean intersection over Union,mIoU)分别比ReLU6、SiLU、CeLU提升了1.58、1.31、1.99个百分点,平均像素识别准确率(mean pixel accuracy,mPA)分别提升了1.47、0.6、1.26个百分点,表现出良好的性能。AAF-DeepLabv3+模型在消融试验和与其他常见语义分割模型对比中,表现出了显著的性能优势,mIoU和m PA分别为90.82%和95.56%,比原始DeepLabv3+模型提升了1.07和1.15个百分点,帧率为69.21帧/s,比原始模型提高了30.77帧/s,模型大小为22.56 MB,比原始模型降低了185.96 MB。结果表明在同一试验环境下,该模型整体性能优于UNet、PSPNet、HrNet、DeepLabv3、FCN等主流的语义分割网络模型。该杂草识别方法不仅降低了前期图片标注工作量,还有效地解决了杂草与农作物目标交叠且杂草种类繁多带来的识别难题,为移动端设备进行农田杂草识别及研制智能化除草装置提供了技术参考。 展开更多

语义分割在自动驾驶与智能交通工程应用中发挥着不可替代的作用。针对语义分割现存分割边界模糊、物体间相互遮挡及物体多尺度差异造成的分割精度不足问题,提出全局感知与多尺度特征融合的城市道路语义分割网络。为改善分割边界模糊的问... 语义分割在自动驾驶与智能交通工程应用中发挥着不可替代的作用。针对语义分割现存分割边界模糊、物体间相互遮挡及物体多尺度差异造成的分割精度不足问题,提出全局感知与多尺度特征融合的城市道路语义分割网络。为改善分割边界模糊的问题,设计全局感知模块,通过联合空间和通道信息增强特征之间的交互以感知全局信息;物体间相互遮挡情况下模型往往需要提升被遮挡区域的敏感度,为此提出多尺度特征融合模块以兼顾大小物体的分割精度;采用综合性的多约束特征平滑损失评估模型,进一步平滑特征,优化目标以求最优解。经实验验证,本文方法于Cityscapes数据集上在不同分辨率情况下mIoU值分别提升0.5%,0.9%,1.7%,在ADE20K数据集上mIoU值提升2.1%。相比于现有语义分割网络模型,本文方法分割效果有进一步提升。 展开更多
