In the recent Smart Home(SH)research work,intelligent service recommendation technique based on behavior recognition,it has been extensively preferred by researchers.However,most current research uses the Semantic recognition to construct the user’s basic behavior model.This method is usually restricted by environmental factors,the way these models are built makes it impossible for them to dynamically match the services that might be provided in the user environment.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a Semantic behavior assistance(Semantic behavior assistance,SBA).By joining the semantic model on the intelligent gateway,building an SA model,in this way,a logical Internet networks for smart home is established.At the same time,a behavior assistant method based on SBA model is proposed,among them,the user environment-related entities,sensors,devices,and user-related knowledge models exist in the logical interconnection network of the SH system through the semantic model.In this paper,the data simulation experiment is carried out on the method.The experimental results show that the SBA model is better than the knowledge-based pre-defined model. 展开更多

There are two types of methods for image segmentation.One is traditional image processing methods,which are sensitive to details and boundaries,yet fail to recognize semantic information.The other is deep learning methods,which can locate and identify different objects,but boundary identifications are not accurate enough.Both of them cannot generate entire segmentation information.In order to obtain accurate edge detection and semantic information,an Adaptive Boundary and Semantic Composite Segmentation method(ABSCS)is proposed.This method can precisely semantic segment individual objects in large-size aerial images with limited GPU performances.It includes adaptively dividing and modifying the aerial images with the proposed principles and methods,using the deep learning method to semantic segment and preprocess the small divided pieces,using three traditional methods to segment and preprocess original-size aerial images,adaptively selecting traditional results tomodify the boundaries of individual objects in deep learning results,and combining the results of different objects.Individual object semantic segmentation experiments are conducted by using the AeroScapes dataset,and their results are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve more promising object boundaries than the original deep learning method.This work also demonstrates the advantages of the proposed method in applications of point cloud semantic segmentation and image inpainting. 展开更多

Increasing research has focused on semantic communication,the goal of which is to convey accurately the meaning instead of transmitting symbols from the sender to the receiver.In this paper,we design a novel encoding and decoding semantic communication framework,which adopts the semantic information and the contextual correlations between items to optimize the performance of a communication system over various channels.On the sender side,the average semantic loss caused by the wrong detection is defined,and a semantic source encoding strategy is developed to minimize the average semantic loss.To further improve communication reliability,a decoding strategy that utilizes the semantic and the context information to recover messages is proposed in the receiver.Extensive simulation results validate the superior performance of our strategies over state-of-the-art semantic coding and decoding policies on different communication channels. 展开更多

The basic reason is that the business-related supporting data, which is scattered in the multidimensional space, is difficult to utilize and process. This paper proposes an automatic data acquisition fi-amework to resolve such difficulty, which synthetically utilize intelligent inemet of things (IoT), semantic web and complext event processing (CEP) technology. We also implement a SCEP prototype system with the capability of real-time detecting complex business events on the goods sorting line, which adopts a detection method consisting of four stages. Purpose: To design an efficient high-performance algorithm for semantic annotation of biodiversity documents in Chinese.Design/methodology/approach: Data set consists of 1,000 randomly selected documents from Flora of China. Comparative evaluation of the proposed approach with the Na ve Bayes algorithm have been developed before for the same purpose.Findings: Experimental results show that the heuristics based algorithm outperformed the Na ve Bayes algorithm. The use of leading words helped improving the annotation performance while prioritizing rule application based on their weights had no significant impact on algorithm performance.Research limitations: The ICTCLAS was used to identify word boundaries off-shelf without optimatization for biodiversity domain. This may have not made the best use of the tool.Practical implications & Originality/value: The performance of heuristics based approach,enhanced by leading words analysis, reached an F value of 0.9216, which is sufficiently accurate for practical use. 展开更多

现有的变电站点云语义分割算法均采用完全监督学习,需要大量人工标注点云数据,导致分割任务耗时长且成本高昂。为解决这一问题,该文提出一种基于PointNet改进的弱监督语义分割PointNet(WSS-PointNet)算法。首先,通过构建多层降采样结构... 现有的变电站点云语义分割算法均采用完全监督学习,需要大量人工标注点云数据,导致分割任务耗时长且成本高昂。为解决这一问题,该文提出一种基于PointNet改进的弱监督语义分割PointNet(WSS-PointNet)算法。首先,通过构建多层降采样结构,结合采样层与分组层对输入点云数据进行多尺度特征提取,从而捕捉点云在不同尺度上的几何和拓扑信息。在此基础上,引入PointNet结构以进一步提取区域特征,优化局部特征整合与全局特征表示;针对粗粒度语义特征的优化,提出膨胀式语义信息嵌入与浸染式语义信息嵌入两种模块,分别采用“由内而外”和“由外而内”的信息传递策略对点云语义信息进行细致处理,两种嵌入机制均基于图卷积神经网络,通过捕捉局部连接模式与信息共享实现语义特征的高效传播。其次,构建变电站点云数据集,并对WSS-PointNet算法进行消融实验,同时与主流的完全监督学习算法和弱监督学习算法进行对比。经实验验证,WSS-PointNet相比于改进前将变电站点云分割的总体精度(OA)提高了10.3个百分点,平均交并比(mIoU)提高了10.1个百分点,平均准确率(mAcc)提高了10.5个百分点,同时在标注所需时间方面缩短了90%,接近完全监督算法中最好的分割效果。该模型可显著降低处理变电站点云数据的时间与成本,同时保持点云分割的高精度。 展开更多

针对动态场景导致视觉定位与建图(simultaneous localization and mapping,SLAM)算法位姿估计精度低和地图质量差等问题,提出一种结合深度学习的动态视觉SLAM算法。该算法在ORB-SLAM3前端引入轻量化且目标识别率高的YOLO11n目标检测网络... 针对动态场景导致视觉定位与建图(simultaneous localization and mapping,SLAM)算法位姿估计精度低和地图质量差等问题,提出一种结合深度学习的动态视觉SLAM算法。该算法在ORB-SLAM3前端引入轻量化且目标识别率高的YOLO11n目标检测网络,检测潜在动态区域,并结合Lucas-Kanade(LK)光流法识别其中的动态特征点,从而在剔除动态特征点的同时保留静态特征点,提高特征点利用率和位姿估计精度。此外,新增语义地图构建线程,通过去除YOLO11n识别到的动态物体点云,并融合前端提取的语义信息,实现静态语义地图的构建。在TUM数据集上的实验结果表明,相较于ORB-SLAM3,该算法在高动态序列数据集中的定位精度提升了95.02%,验证了该算法在动态环境下的有效性,能显著提升视觉SLAM系统的定位精度和地图构建质量。 展开更多

Currently,the oil-surface thermometer remains a crucial monitoring device in substations.However,challenges such as uneven scale distribution,inadequate model accuracy,and low reading precision persist in handling readings from various types of oilsurface thermometers.This paper presents a high-precision recognition method based on neural networks for accurately reading various types of oil-surface thermometers.The proposed recognition method mainly comprises the YOLOv5 convolutional network,the attention U2-Net semantic segmentation network,and enhanced computational methods.This detection method demonstrates ultra-high precision and can be applied to different types of oilsurface thermometers.Compared to existing methods,the proposed detection method exhibits outstanding accuracy and effectiveness.A comprehensive set of tests was performed to assess the viability and reliability of the approach.Findings reveal that the maximum error margin in its measurements remains below 0.13%. 展开更多

The primary objective of this study is to apply the Evaluation Grid Method(EGM)and the continuous fuzzy Kano quality model to explore the cognitive preferences of Taiwan China residents regarding the beauty of Taiwan’s China landscape paintings.The aim is to contribute to the development of social and cultural art and promote the widespread appeal of art products.Through a literature review,consultations with aesthetic experts,and the application of Miryoku Engineering’s EGM,this paper consolidates the factors that contribute to the attractiveness of painting art products among Taiwan China residents,taking into account various aesthetic qualities.Simultaneously,the paper introduces the use of the triangular fuzzy golden ratio scale semantics,specifically the equal-ratio aesthetic scale semantics,as a replacement for the traditional subjective consciousness model.Departing from the traditional discrete Kano model that employs the mode as the standard for evaluating quality,this study applies triangular fuzzy numbers to the continuous Kano quality model to analyze the diverse preferences and evaluation standards of the public.The hope is that this research methodology will not only deepen Taiwan China residents’understanding and aesthetic literacy of painting art but also serve as a reference for the popularization of art products. 展开更多

重排序方法作为一种后处理技术,在跨模态检索任务中展现出了显著的效果,它通过挖掘、处理初始排序列表之间的信息,有效提高了检索的准确性。当前主流的跨模态检索重排序方法是在数据集有配对的情况下对初始列表进行重排序,灵活性差,使... 重排序方法作为一种后处理技术,在跨模态检索任务中展现出了显著的效果,它通过挖掘、处理初始排序列表之间的信息,有效提高了检索的准确性。当前主流的跨模态检索重排序方法是在数据集有配对的情况下对初始列表进行重排序,灵活性差,使用时需对原来的框架进行修改并重新训练,无法灵活地迁移到其他框架上;此外,它们无法应用于无配对情景。依赖于大规模配对数据集,跨模态检索目前取得了显著的进展,但忽视了实际场景中标注大规模数据集需耗费大量资源的问题。鉴于此,该文提出了一种基于邻居信息聚合的无配对跨模态检索重排序方法。该方法通过挖掘并利用样本的邻居信息,使错误的答案远离查询输入;通过搜索欧氏邻域中的局部邻居,并基于协同表达搜索全局邻居表达样本的邻居信息,将这两种邻居信息加以融合生成新特征,再重新计算与检索输入的语义相似性,完成重排序。将该方法置于多种跨模态检索框架作为后处理方法,并在MSCOCO数据集上进行实验,结果证明了该方法的有效性以及相对于其他重排序方法的优越性。 展开更多

目的编制适用于我国社区卫生环境的服务连续性量表并检验其信度与效度。方法采用文献回顾、服务触点识别、语义差异法形成原始题项池。通过项目分析和探索性因素分析净化条目获得正式量表。正式施测以验证量表结构及其信效度。结果最终... 目的编制适用于我国社区卫生环境的服务连续性量表并检验其信度与效度。方法采用文献回顾、服务触点识别、语义差异法形成原始题项池。通过项目分析和探索性因素分析净化条目获得正式量表。正式施测以验证量表结构及其信效度。结果最终形成的量表包含感知纵向连续、感知人际连续和感知信息连续3个维度。量表整体Cronbach'sα系数为0.922,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为[0.791,0.917]。验证性因素分析表明量表三因子结构模型拟合良好,量表各维度与效标量表呈显著正相关[0.430,0.642]。结论社区卫生服务连续性量表具有良好的信效度,各项指标均达到心理测量学的要求,可作为定量测量我国社区卫生服务连续性的有效工具。 展开更多
