The study was conducted in Adami Tulu Jidokombolcha(ATJK),Bora,Dodola,Shala and Negele-Arsi districts with objective to assess main cattle feed resources,water sources and housing systems.A pre-tested,semi-structured questionnaire was used to conduct survey.About 240 respondents were identified using random sampling techniques.Collected data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software(Ver.24).Study result indicates that household in average had three hectares of land and allocated about two hectares of land for crop cultivation.Most respondents reported that cattle herding is not common during dry season while it is common during wet season.Survey result indicate that natural pasture,weed and maize tiller and stored crop residues are main feed resources in wet season while crop after math,crop residue and fodder trees are main resources during dry season.Brackish,local mineral and common salt are mineral sources for cattle in study areas.Lake,river and boreholes are important water sources in dry season where as ponds and rivers are main water sources during wet season for their cattle.The observed cattle watering frequency is mainly once a day.Housing system practiced in the study areas is mainly Kraal.The information generated from this study on land size per household,cattle herding system,feed resources,mineral sources,water sources,water utilization and housing type can be used as a baseline for any livestock development programs in those and similar areas. 展开更多

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of feeding various sources of dietary lipid on weight gain, feed conversion, survival and fatty acid composition of juvenile red swamp crawfish, Procam-barus clarkii. Six semi-purified diets containing vitamin-free casein, defatted soybean meal, 0. 5% choline chloride, 0. 5% glycine and 0. 5% cholesterol were supplemented with 6. 0% of either anchovy oil, linseed oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, safflower oil or pork lard. Each diet was fed to crawfish (3. 07±0. 21 g average weight) in three replicate aquaria for 60 days. Survival rate, weight gain and feed conversion were best for crawfish fed the diet containing anchovy oil. Crawfish fed the linseed oil diet had the second highest weight gain, followed by crawfish on soybean oil, repaseed oil, safflower oil and pork lard diets, respectively. Feed conversion values were a reflection of weight gain. Results showed that both n-6 and n-3 fatty acids are dietary essential for juvenile Procambarus clarkii, although n-3 fatty acids promoted faster growth than n-6. However, highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) (20 : 5n-3 and 22 :6n-3) had better growth-promoting effect than 18 : 3n-3, due probably to the limited ability of crawfish to bioconvert fatty acids to polyenoic forms of longer chain length. The fatty acid composition of the crawfish generally reflected that of the dietary lipids, especially for the diets containing unsaturated fatty acids. 展开更多

Advancements in metallurgical technology have led to the emergence of high-performance requirements for metal materials,like high uniformity,high purity,and superfine crystallinity.This has resulted in the development and application of internal cooling source(ICS),vibrational,and vibrational internal cooling source methods in metal solidification processes to afford products with refined crystal grains and large proportions of equiaxed crystals.These methods have gradually been introduced into laboratories and some steel mills over the past few decades.However,there are few successful industrial applications of these methods,as there is no comprehensive understanding of their control theories and principles.Accordingly,the development,basic principles,and classifications of the three types of methods are summarized,and their impact on the solidification of molten metals and the morphology of solid products is discussed.In addition,experimental and numerical simulation-based researches on each type of method are reviewed and their prospects for applications are briefly discussed to control metal solidification.Finally,detailed future perspectives are provided on vibratory strip feeding,ICS,and pulsed magneto-oscillation methods.Hopefully,it will serve as a reference for future studies of the application of these and related methods in metal solidification processes. 展开更多

In order to understand the physics and pre-study the engineering issues for radio frequency(RF)negative beam source,a prototype source with a single driver and three-electrode accelerator was developed.Recently,the beam source was tested on the RF source test facility with RF plasma generation,negative ion production and extraction.A magnetic filter system and a Cs injection system were employed to enhance the negative ion production.As a result,a long pulse of 105 s negative ion beam with current density of 153 A m-2 was repeatedly extracted successfully.The source pressure is 0.6 Pa and the ratio of co-extracted electron and negative ion current is around0.3.The details of design and experimental results of beam source were shown in this letter. 展开更多

Feasibility of Partial Replacement of Fishmeal with Proteins from Different Sources in Diets of Korean Rockfish(Sebastes schlegeli) 被引量:1

An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted in an indoor recirculation seawater system to investigate the effects of partial replacement of dietary fishmeal with proteins from five sources on the growth performance and feed utilization of Sebastes schlegeli. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated using fishmeal(FM, the control) as sole protein source, or proteins from five sources including poultry by-product meal(PBM), meat and bone meal(MBM), soybean meal(SBM), cottonseed meal(CSM) and canola meal(CNM). Fifteen percent of the crude protein provided by fish meal was replaced, respectively. The results showed that the differences in specific growth rate(SGR) and survival rate(SR) among fish fed PBM, MBM, SBM, CSM and whole FM diets were not significant. However, SGR and SR of fish fed CNM diet was significantly lower than that of other treatments. Feeding rate, feed conversion, nutrient retention showed similar patterns to that of growth. Fish fed CSM and CNM showed significantly lower apparent digestibility coefficient(ADC) of dry matter and gross energy than those fed others while fish fed CNM showed lower ADC of crude protein than those fed others(P<0.05). These results suggested that it was feasible to substitute 15% dietary protein provided by fishmeal with PBM, MBM, SBM and CSM, respectively, but not with CNM as the replacement with CNM reduced fish growth and feed utilization. 展开更多

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to assess the effect of soybean meal (SBM), groundnut meal (GNM) and blood meal (BM) addition in diets with or without (1%) fishmeal on the performance, N-digestibility and cost of production of growing grasscutters. Fifty-four grasscutters (9-week-old) of mixed sexes were randomly assigned to six dietary treatments, using a completely randomized design (CRD) in a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement, with three grasscutters per treatment and three replicates each. Treatments 1-3 (TI-T3) contained no fishmeal, whilst treatments 4-6 (T4-T6) had 1% fishmeal added. The diets were formulated to be isocaloric and isonitrogenous. N-digestibility was significantly high for SBM diets with or without fishmeal, 83.91% and 82.19%, respectively, followed by BM diets. Average daily gain (ADG) was significantly (P 〈 0.05) high (12.95 g) for BM diet without fishmeal. Feed cost per kg diet was the lowest (US$0.195) for the same BM diet. The results indicated that the inclusion of SBM and BM in the diet of grasscutters with or without 1% fishmeal could improve performance and it may be the most economical for feeding BM in the diet without fishmeal. 展开更多

The present study investigated the effects of varying protein source combinations and feeding strategies on the growth,health and organoleptic quality of the large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea).Three iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets were formulated.The control diet was made with 62%fish meal(FM).The other two experimental diets were formulated by replacing 45%FM with 22.5%mealworm(TM)and 22.5%cottonseed protein concentrate(CPC),or with 22.5%TM and 22.5%Clostridium autoethanogenum protein(CAP),respectively.The three kinds of diet were named as A1,A2 and A3,respectively.Five groups of large yellow croaker were fed with two different strategies:the first three groups were continuously fed with A1,A2 and A3 diets,respectively.The fourth group was alternately fed with A1 and A2 diet every 5 days.The fifth group was alternately fed with A1 and A3diet every 5 days.The five groups were named D1,D2,D3,D1-2 and D1-3,respectively.Results showed that D2 and D3 groups exhibited significantly lower weight gain rate(WGR)and higher feed conversion ratios(FCR)compared to the D1 group.The D1-2 and D1-3 groups exhibited improved WGR and significantly reduced FCR compared to the D2 and D3 groups.The A2 and A3 diets significantly suppressed digestive enzymes'activities compared to A1,whereas alternate-feeding groups significantly enhanced the enzyme activities.Compared to the D1 group,D2 and D3 groups significantly downregulated mRNA expression levels of intestinal antiinflammatory cytokines and upregulated the expression of pro-inflammatory mediators.The anti-inflammatory abilities in the D1-2and D1-3 groups were significantly higher than those in the D2 and D3 groups.Additionally,diets containing TM+CAP and TM+CPC protein sources enhanced ventral redness and yellowness indices.Considering the growth,digestion,immunity and organoleptic quality of large yellow croaker,it is recommended to replace up to 45%of FM with TM+CPC and use an alternate-feeding strategy. 展开更多

面向圈养模式的智能精准投喂系统研究

随着水产养殖业的快速发展,过度投喂导致饵料浪费与水质污染及投喂不足所引发的鱼群生长营养不良等问题愈发凸显,针对圈养模式,提出了一种基于视觉与多种传感器的圈养模式智能精准投喂系统,对RGB图像、深度图像、压强传感器和加速度传... 随着水产养殖业的快速发展,过度投喂导致饵料浪费与水质污染及投喂不足所引发的鱼群生长营养不良等问题愈发凸显,针对圈养模式,提出了一种基于视觉与多种传感器的圈养模式智能精准投喂系统,对RGB图像、深度图像、压强传感器和加速度传感器等多源数据融合实时量化成年鱼摄食强度并实现精准投喂控制。以改进的YOLO v8n-seg模型为核心进行RGB图像分割,将水面波动状态分为强、弱和无3种状态;在水面状态分割区域内采用HSV颜色检测方法对水面鱼饵进行面积检测;通过帧差法分析深度图像连续两帧的深度差异,将水面波动量化为强、弱、无3个等级;利用压强传感器和加速度传感器采集的数据提取关键特征,通过随机森林模型对鱼群摄食状态进行分类弥补单一视觉特征的局限性。通过加权融合策略将5类数据决策模块的结果进行融合并建立实时投喂决策模型。多次实地试验结果表明,投饵系统摄食强度评估精度达到95.45%,投喂误差率仅为1.72%,能够准确识别鱼群摄食强度,有效减少饵料浪费和水体污染,在实际圈养模式环境中具有较好的实用性和实时性。 展开更多

Yellow mealworm larvae(YML;Tenebrio molitor) are considered as a valuable insect species for animal feed due to their high nutritional values and ability to grow under different substrates and rearing conditions. Advances in the understanding of entomophagy and animal nutrition over the past decades have propelled research areas toward testing multiple aspects of YML to exploit them better as animal feed sources. This review aims to summarize various approaches that could be exploited to maximize the nutritional values of YML as an animal feed ingredient. In addition, YML has the potential to be used as an antimicrobial or bioactive agent to improve animal health and immune function in production animals. The dynamics of the nutritional profile of YML can be influenced by multiple factors and should be taken into account when attempting to optimize the nutrient contents of YML as an animal feed ingredient. Specifically, the use of novel land-based and aquatic feeding resources, probiotics, and the exploitation of larval gut microbiomes as novel strategies can assist to maximize the nutritional potential of YML. Selection of relevant feed supplies, optimization of ambient conditions, the introduction of novel genetic selection procedures, and implementation of effective post-harvest processing may be required in the future to commercialize mealworm production. Furthermore, the use of appropriate agricultural practices and technological improvements within the mealworm production sector should be aimed at achieving both economic and environmental sustainability. The issues highlighted in this review could pave the way for future approaches to improve the nutritional value of YML. 展开更多

为研究碳源对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)配合饲料发酵效果的影响,以及发酵饲料对刺参生长、消化及非特异性免疫能力的影响,在发酵过程中添加2%的葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、可溶性淀粉和低聚果糖为碳源,选择最优发酵效果的配合饲料以不... 为研究碳源对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)配合饲料发酵效果的影响,以及发酵饲料对刺参生长、消化及非特异性免疫能力的影响,在发酵过程中添加2%的葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、可溶性淀粉和低聚果糖为碳源,选择最优发酵效果的配合饲料以不同比例替代基础饲料,配制成发酵饲料含量分别为0(D1)、5%(D2)、10%(D3)、20%(D4)、30%(D5)和40%(D6)的6组试验饲料,饲喂初始体质量为(27.03±0.12)g的刺参8周。结果表明:添加碳源显著提升了试验组酸溶蛋白和还原糖含量,发酵后1、3、4 d,低聚果糖组酸溶蛋白显著高于其他各组,发酵后2、4 d,可溶性淀粉组酸溶蛋白显著低于其他各组;发酵后1~4 d,可溶性淀粉组还原糖含量显著低于其他各组;与未加碳源相比,添加2%的低聚果糖可将发酵时间从4 d缩短至3 d,酸溶蛋白含量从11.88%提高到13.46%,还原糖含量从2.13%提升至3.15%;随着发酵饲料替代比例的升高,刺参增重率(WG)和特定生长率(SGR)均先升高后降低,WG在D4组最大值为78.93%;各组刺参体壁水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);发酵饲料显著提高了肠道消化酶活性,D2~D5组蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性显著高于其他两组,D4~D6组纤维素酶活性显著高于其他各组,肠道皱襞高度在D4组出现最大值;随着替代比例的升高,肠道碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶活性均先升高后降低,分别在D5和D4组达到最大值,D1组总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著低于其他各组,丙二醛(MDA)含量先下降后上升,D4组含量最低。研究表明:在刺参配合饲料发酵过程中添加低聚果糖作为碳源发酵效果最佳,可溶性淀粉发酵效果最差;以增重率为评价指标,经一元二次回归分析得出,体质量27.03 g的刺参饲料中发酵饲料的最适替代比例为24.69%。 展开更多

本研究旨在探究LED光源在雨生红球藻培养中的优势,为规模化培养提供更优选择。相较传统荧光光源,LED在微藻产业的应用研究相对滞后。试验选取荧光和LED两种光源,分别设置800、1000、1200 lx等3个光照强度梯度,每个梯度设置3个平行,试验... 本研究旨在探究LED光源在雨生红球藻培养中的优势,为规模化培养提供更优选择。相较传统荧光光源,LED在微藻产业的应用研究相对滞后。试验选取荧光和LED两种光源,分别设置800、1000、1200 lx等3个光照强度梯度,每个梯度设置3个平行,试验周期从接种开始持续到生长至稳定期共10 d。每天检测藻细胞密度并计算生长速率,隔天检测藻液OD680值和干重含量。结果表明:雨生红球藻在第1天~第3天均处于潜伏期,生长速率最大为0.082,第4天进入缓慢生长期,生长速率在0.110~0.232,第6 d进入指数增长期,生长速率为0.301~0.662;第7天后,同种光源下,雨生红球藻平均细胞密度、平均生长速率、OD680值和干重含量随着光照强度的增加而增加,相同光照强度下LED光源组的上述4个指标值大于荧光光源组。其中在第9天1200 lx的光照强度下,LED组的4个指标比荧光组高8.82%~16.97%。结果表明,LED光源较荧光光源对雨生红球藻的生长更有利,在1200 lx光强下能显著提高藻细胞密度和生物量积累,且因其普遍具有节能、低散热等特性,更适合用于雨生红球藻的培养。本研究为利用LED光源规模化培养雨生红球藻以高效获取虾青素等高价值产物,提供了理论依据和数据支持。 展开更多

双歧杆菌利用肠道黏蛋白的能力检测及其代谢物的代谢组学分析

该研究以6种人源双歧杆菌为研究对象,采用肠道黏蛋白作为唯一碳源的合成培养基,比较分析不同种双歧杆菌对宿主黏蛋白的利用特性以及种间互养关系。结果显示只有两歧双歧杆菌可以在体外利用黏蛋白且促进其他双歧杆菌增殖。在此基础上,采... 该研究以6种人源双歧杆菌为研究对象,采用肠道黏蛋白作为唯一碳源的合成培养基,比较分析不同种双歧杆菌对宿主黏蛋白的利用特性以及种间互养关系。结果显示只有两歧双歧杆菌可以在体外利用黏蛋白且促进其他双歧杆菌增殖。在此基础上,采用非靶向代谢组学技术对两歧双歧杆菌利用黏蛋白的产物进行分析,并对所得到的差异代谢物进行KEGG通路富集。结果表明,两歧双歧杆菌利用黏蛋白后的差异代谢物(变量投影重要性>1,P<0.05,差异倍数>1.5)存在菌株特异性,其中菌株FFJND15M5利用黏蛋白的产物中浓度呈显著上调的代谢物最多(共22种)。两歧双歧杆菌可通过嘧啶代谢、氨基糖和核苷酸糖代谢和丁酸代谢等代谢途径,产生N-乙酰神经氨酸、L-岩藻糖和N-乙酰基半乳糖胺-4-硫酸盐等衍生糖以及琥珀酸、3-苯基乳酸、DL-4-羟基苯乳酸和吲哚-3-乳酸等代谢产物。该结果为理解两歧双歧杆菌利用黏蛋白行为提供科学理论参考。 展开更多

高功率微波系统上使用的固面天线一般为悬臂结构,在有外界扰动力情况下,很难保持馈源结构较低加速度响应的要求。传统的动力吸振方法可以较好地控制悬臂结构的振动响应,但是这种方法仅能在一个有限的频率范围内抑制悬臂结构的响应加速... 高功率微波系统上使用的固面天线一般为悬臂结构,在有外界扰动力情况下,很难保持馈源结构较低加速度响应的要求。传统的动力吸振方法可以较好地控制悬臂结构的振动响应,但是这种方法仅能在一个有限的频率范围内抑制悬臂结构的响应加速度。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种主动控制与被动吸振相结合的最优振动控制方法。通过分析和仿真固面天线的结构模型得到主动吸振器最佳的安装位置,然后根据简化被动吸振器数学模型计算出最优的参数,在此基础上,将滑模控制方法与主动吸振方法相结合设计了相应的控制律,同时,证明了控制律的稳定性。仿真分析了存在主动控制吸振器情况下的两自由度振动系统,得出天线馈源结构随时间的振动响应情况。结果表明:该方法可以有效降低在外界扰动下馈源结构顶部的加速度响应,顶部最大振幅相比无控制情况可降低95%以上,馈源结构在该控制器作用下处于较稳定的状态。 展开更多

藻类凭借其高营养价值和氨基酸平衡优势,逐渐成为水产饲料领域替代鱼粉的潜在重要蛋白质源。此前,鱼粉被认为是水产养殖业长期依赖的优质蛋白质,但随着鱼粉供应紧张及价格上涨限制了其应用,促使藻类蛋白质的开发成为了新的需求。研究发... 藻类凭借其高营养价值和氨基酸平衡优势,逐渐成为水产饲料领域替代鱼粉的潜在重要蛋白质源。此前,鱼粉被认为是水产养殖业长期依赖的优质蛋白质,但随着鱼粉供应紧张及价格上涨限制了其应用,促使藻类蛋白质的开发成为了新的需求。研究发现,藻类蛋白质适当替代鱼粉(<80%)有利于鱼类生长、肠道消化吸收增强、免疫力提高及肌肉品质改善;过量替代(≥80%)则可能会抑制生理代谢并损伤组织形态。与此同时,当前藻类蛋白质应用仍面临规模化生产成本偏高、消化率低下及藻源抗营养因子等问题。本文综合分析了几种常见藻类蛋白质特性、替代应用现状及技术难点,并针对相关解决策略进行总结,旨在为水产饲料中鱼粉替代的研发和应用提供理论支持和实践指导。 展开更多
