In order to test and verify the reliability of the new supporting structure, the field tests are designed. The main monitoring programs include the hoop stress of supporting structure, lateral earth pressure, and soil deformation. The deepest foundation pit depth reaches -23m.It is the deepest foundation pit in the area so far and it is also a key project in Dongcheng District. It has been inspected by the Deputy Mayor of Beijing and the Mayor of Dongcheng District. The location of the project is the old city of Beijing. Except for the Nanluoguxiang commercial street on the west side of the foundation pit, the other three sides are dense and outdated residential bungalows with very complicated boundary conditions. In addition, although the depth of the foundation pit is large, the area of the foundation pit is only about 500m2, and the construction space around the foundation pit is also extremely narrow. Material processing, stacking, and tower cranes are all placed within a width of less than 15m on the south side of the foundation pit. As a result, the additional load on the south side is very concentrated. Such limited construction space conflicts with the large number of multi-process simultaneous operations and ultra-high safety requirements during deep foundation pit support construction. This article clarifies the unique design concept, support structure, parameter selection, construction method, foundation pit monitoring method and the results obtained for the deep foundation pit support, so as to ensure the absolute foundation pit during the service period of about 1 year. In the project construction, the earth excavation technology is very key, which has a great impact on the project quality. Under the ring support of deep foundation pit, if you want to reasonably excavate earthwork, you need to pay attention to the methods, because a little carelessness will cause landslides and other dangers, resulting in major engineering accidents. 文摘The construction technology of deep foundation pit support alleviates the construction pressure caused by narrow urban site, reduces the earthwork volume of slope excavation, and organically combines soil pile, projected concrete between piles and prestressed anchorage technology, which has high applicability, economy, rapidity and safety.
