Effect of self-ligating bracket appliance on the periodontal tissues in patients with chronic periodontitis after orthodontic treatment

Objective:To explore the effect of self-ligating bracket appliance on the periodontal tissues in patients with chronic periodontitis after orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 56 patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted in our hospital were included in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment protocols. The patients in the observation group were given self-ligating brackets, while the patients in the control group were given traditional brackets. The periodontal tissues and tooth motility (TM) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded. IL-1βand TNF-α levels in the gingival crervicular fluid (GCF) before and after treatment in the two groups were detected.Results:PD, CAL, SBI, and PLI after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced, while GR was significantly elevated when compared with the control group. PD, CAL, SBI, and PLI after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while GR was significantly higher than that in the control group. TM after treatment in the two groups was significantly improved, among which the number of 0° TM was significantly increased, while the number ofⅠ°-Ⅲ°TM was significantly reduced. IL-1β and TNF-α levels in GCF after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment. IL-1β and TNF-α levels in GCF after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusions:The self-ligating brackets can effectively improve the periodontal tissues and TM in patients with chronic periodontitis, and reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines in periodontal tissues, with an accurate efficacy. 展开更多

Introduction: Bracket debonding is a frequent issue that clinicians encounter, leading to increased chair time, lost revenue, and material usage. In addition to patient compliance with their diet recommendations, the preparation and conditioning of teeth for bonding significantly influence bond strength and consequently impact orthodontic treatment success and efficiency. Because of OBA-MCP’s (orthodontic bonding adhesive with modified calcium phosphate) decreased shear bond strength (SBS), the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of conditioning with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) before etching in the bonding protocol. Materials and Methods: 90 extracted teeth were divided into 3 groups to be bonded with orthodontic brackets with different bonding protocols: 1) Transbond XT with regular bonding protocol (etch + prime + adhesive);2) OBA-MCP with regular bonding protocol;and 3) OBA-MCP with NaOCl prior to acid etching in the regular bonding protocol. SBS (in Newtons) were measured using an MTS universal testing machine with a custom jig to apply a vertical force onto the bracket and ARI (adhesive remnant index) scores were recorded for each sample after de-bond to rate the amount of adhesive remaining. Results: The addition of NaOCl to the bonding protocol statistically significantly increased the SBS of OBA-MCP to comparable levels to Transbond XT. The ARI scores showed that when NaOCl was added, more adhesive remained. Conclusion: The addition of NaOCl to the bonding protocol can increase the SBS of adhesives with historically weaker bond strengths. However, the increased amount of adhesive remaining and the increased time spent during bonding must be considered. Further testing can be done in vivo to demonstrate the practicality of this new procedure. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to investigate the amount of external apical root resorption (EARR) and the release of interleukin (IL)-6 in the gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in subjects treated with a low-force low-friction system. Sixty patients were assigned to two groups of thirty patients for each: one group received treatment with self-ligating brackets and the other with conventional ligated edgewise brackets. All patients were treated with extraction of the maxillary first premolars. The EARR of the maxillary central incisors was evaluated on the periapical radiographs and cephalograms, taken before and after orthodontic treatment. The GCF was also collected non-invasively from the mesial and distal sides of central incisors by using filter paper strips before and after orthodontic treatment. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were used to determine the IL-6 levels in the GCF samples. A significant difference was found in the amount of EARR between the patients with self-ligating brackets and conventional brackets. The mean amount of EARR was significantly lower for self-ligating brackets than conventional brackets (p < 0.05). The GCF levels of IL-6 for the patients with self-ligating brackets appliance were significantly lower than for those with the conventional brackets (p < 0.05). These results show that the mean amount of EARR and the GCF levels of IL-6 were significantly lower in the patients treated using low-force low-friction appliances than conventional brackets. Therefore, self-ligating brackets may be a useful system for reducing inflammation and EARR. 展开更多

Effect of Dietary Components on the Shear Bond Strength of Orthodontics Brackets after Thermal Aging

Introduction: The stability of orthodontic brackets throughout orthodontic treatment plays a critical role in the treatment’s effectiveness. The present in vitro study was designed to assess the impact of various dietary components on the performance of orthodontic brackets. Methods: Metal orthodontic brackets were bonded to 66 extracted anterior teeth divided into groups based on the solution type: Milk, Gatorade, Cold Coffee, and a control group using water. Each group consisted of 20 teeth except for the control group, which included six teeth. The bracketed teeth were submerged in their respective solutions for 15 minutes three times daily at different intervals to mimic an in vivo environment and were stored in artificial saliva at room temperature (23?C). The specimens underwent artificial aging through 10,000 cycles of thermocycling (representing one clinical year) between 5?C and 55?C. Shade measurements were taken using a VITA Easy Shade device, capturing the classic shade and L*, a*, and b* values. Delta E values were calculated immediately post-bonding and after 7 days, 1 month, 1, and 2 clinical years. The shear bond strength of each bracket was measured using an ultra-tester machine. Results: After two clinical years, significant differences in ΔE color values were observed across all groups, with the most substantial change noted in teeth immersed in cold coffee. Brackets submerged in milk demonstrated lower shear bond strength than other solutions, whereas the control group exhibited the highest shear bond strength (P = 0.01). Conclusion: The study indicates that dietary components significantly influence tooth color stability and the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets, underscoring the importance of considering these factors in orthodontic treatment planning. 展开更多

With the increasing global demand for renewable energy,solar photovoltaic power generation technology has been widely applied in China and even globally.Especially in mountainous areas,complex terrain resources are cleverly utilized in the construction of photovoltaic power stations,but this also brings severe challenges to the anti-corrosion of photovoltaic brackets.This paper focuses on the anti-corrosion technology of mountain photovoltaic brackets,and deeply explores the influence of natural factors such as mountain climate,sandstorms,and precipitation on the corrosion of photovoltaic brackets.The research results show that the key to improving anti-corrosion performance lies in the selection of bracket materials and optimization of coating processes.After comparing various anti-corrosion treatment methods such as hot-dip galvanizing,spray aluminum coating,and new anti-corrosion materials,it is found that nano coating technology exhibits excellent protective effects in corrosive environments.This study is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of photovoltaic power generation,providing solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the anti-corrosion design of mountain photovoltaic power stations. 展开更多

With the increasing global demand for renewable energy,the application of photovoltaic power generation in mountainous areas is gradually increasing.However,the complex wind environment in mountainous areas poses severe challenges to the design and optimization of solar photovoltaic brackets.Traditional design methods are difficult to cope with the changeable wind speed and direction in mountainous areas,resulting in structural instability or material waste.Researchers have identified the key factors affecting wind response through parametric research and dynamic wind response analysis,so as to optimize the brackets design and improve its adaptability and stability in complex wind environments.In this paper,the complexity of wind speed,wind direction and turbulence characteristics in mountainous areas and their influence on brackets design are explored.Through static and dynamic wind load analysis,the geometrical shape and material selection of the bracket are optimized to enhance its wind resistance.The application of multi-objective optimization model and intelligent optimization algorithm provides an effective solution for the design of solar photovoltaic brackets,ensuring their safety and reliability in complex wind environments. 展开更多

为获得具有大弯曲特征的高强钢商用车油箱托架热冲压成形的最佳工艺参数,首先通过有限元模拟分析了摩擦因数、初始温度和成形速度3个成形工艺参数对托架壁厚和最大减薄率的影响。然后,通过正交试验和极差分析法,获得影响零件热冲压成形... 为获得具有大弯曲特征的高强钢商用车油箱托架热冲压成形的最佳工艺参数,首先通过有限元模拟分析了摩擦因数、初始温度和成形速度3个成形工艺参数对托架壁厚和最大减薄率的影响。然后,通过正交试验和极差分析法,获得影响零件热冲压成形质量的主次因素和热冲压最佳工艺参数。结果表明,零件最大减薄率随初始温度的升高而降低;随摩擦因数和成形速度的增大而增大。正交试验结果表明,摩擦因数对最大减薄率的影响程度最大,其次是初始温度,成形速度的影响最小。在初始温度为920℃、摩擦因数为0.25、成形速度为30 mm·s^(-1)的参数组合下,零件的最大减薄率为12.3%。试验获得零件的最大减薄率为10.1%,从零件上取样进行拉伸得到抗拉强度均大于1500 MPa,平均硬度达到467.33 HV,显微组织为马氏体和残余奥氏体。试验结果表明有限元模拟的预测误差较小,零件无明显缺陷,并获得了最佳成形工艺参数。 展开更多

飞机机翼的装配中存在大量线缆支架,为保证其装配质量,传统的方法是依靠人工目视执行装配检测,其稳定性、准确性难以保证,针对现有装配检测方法存在的不足,提出了基于视觉的机翼线缆支架装配符合性检测方法。为解决金属支架的强反光导... 飞机机翼的装配中存在大量线缆支架,为保证其装配质量,传统的方法是依靠人工目视执行装配检测,其稳定性、准确性难以保证,针对现有装配检测方法存在的不足,提出了基于视觉的机翼线缆支架装配符合性检测方法。为解决金属支架的强反光导致的图像信息缺失问题,引入偏振成像技术来提升支架成像效果;针对装配场景中前后景信息杂糅的问题,耦合YOLOv8与SAM形成两阶段实例分割算法,能够快速部署并精确分割零件;为弥补实际标准与待测装配图之间由重复定位误差导致的视角差,提取不变性特征进行图像对齐;最后,计算对应零件之间像素级掩膜交并比,筛选出存在错漏装的零件。本文方法相比人工检测方式效率显著提高,通过实验验证了方法的有效性,实现了96.08%的准确率与100%的错误装配零件召回率,达到了较高的部署效率、准确性,以及稳定性。 展开更多

目的探讨腕关节镜辅助下闭合复位支架外固定治疗桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折(C3型)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2022年3月~2023年2月98例桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的临床资料,其中48例腕关节镜辅助下闭合复位联合支架外固定手术为关节... 目的探讨腕关节镜辅助下闭合复位支架外固定治疗桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折(C3型)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2022年3月~2023年2月98例桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的临床资料,其中48例腕关节镜辅助下闭合复位联合支架外固定手术为关节镜组,50例切开复位钢板内固定手术为传统切开组。比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、骨折愈合时间、关节活动度、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和Gartland-Werley腕关节功能评分,采用掌倾角、尺偏角和桡骨高度影像学指标,评估不同时间节点影像学指标。结果关节镜组手术时间(55.3±10.5)min,显著短于传统切开组(83.4±14.6)min(t=-10.979,P=0.000);术中出血量(42.3±8.6)ml,显著少于传统切开组(71.4±10.5)ml(t=-14.953,P=0.000);切口长度(1.3±0.3)cm,显著短于传统切开组(5.1±1.5)cm(t=-18.550,P=0.000);骨折愈合时间(10.7±1.4)周,显著短于传统切开组(12.2±1.6)周(t=-4.855,P=0.000)。术后6个月关节镜组掌屈活动度68.8°±8.3°,显著高于传统切开组61.5°±9.4°(t=4.002,P=0.000);背伸活动度63.9°±7.5°,显著高于传统切开组59.2°±8.3°(t=2.931,P=0.004);旋前活动度67.4°±10.3°,显著高于传统切开组62.1°±9.9°(t=2.604,P=0.011);旋后活动度70.5°±7.4°,显著高于传统切开组64.4°±8.6°(t=3.777,P=0.000)。关节镜组VAS评分(1.3±0.6)分,显著低于传统切开组(1.7±0.5)分(t=-3.941,P=0.000)。术后6个月关节镜组Gartland-Werley腕关节功能评分优良率显著高于传统切开组(Z=-2.614,P=0.009)。关节镜组腕关节影像学指标桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角显著高于传统切开组(均P=0.000);组内不同时点两两比较掌倾角、尺偏角差异无显著性(P>0.05),桡骨高度除术后3 d、1个月与术后6个月差异有显著性(P=0.015,P=0.035)外,其余时点两两比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);掌倾角、尺偏角和桡骨高度时间×组别交互作用不显著(P>0.05)。结论腕关节镜辅助下闭合复位支架外固定手术治疗桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折,具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、腕关节功能恢复好等优点。 展开更多

面向增材制造的航空发动机支架拓扑优化与工艺协同

针对航空结构件拓扑优化设计中,轻量化与强度性能及快速成型工艺的温度场与应力场协调性不足的问题,提出一种将结构轻量化与选区激光熔化(SLM)成型工艺结合的一体化设计方法,基于体积约束和结构柔度最小化原理,采用面向增材制造(DfAM)... 针对航空结构件拓扑优化设计中,轻量化与强度性能及快速成型工艺的温度场与应力场协调性不足的问题,提出一种将结构轻量化与选区激光熔化(SLM)成型工艺结合的一体化设计方法,基于体积约束和结构柔度最小化原理,采用面向增材制造(DfAM)的理论方法,对航空发动机铝合金支架进行结构拓扑优化和打印工艺的协同设计理论研究。首先,采用静力学数值模拟对支架的四种单一极限工况进行力学分析,确定拓扑优化的设计域以及边界条件;然后,在单一工况拓扑优化的基础上提出了多工况优化设计,并考虑了增材制造工艺约束;最后,结合SLM成型过程的数值仿真,确定铝合金航空支架的打印工艺。仿真结果表明:结构优化后的支架满足力学性能要求,且重量比原设计模型减轻27%。试验结果表明:结构和打印工艺协同优化后的SLM成型支架表面质量较佳,零件激光扫描误差精度达CT7级,X-Ray检测结果显示支架无内部微裂纹、孔洞,抗拉强度≥396 MPa,具有较佳的成型质量与表面精度。采用的面向增材制造的拓扑优化与SLM工艺优化及成型方法,能够为高效完成结构件产品一体化设计与制造提供有益参考。 展开更多

为解决塑料支架注塑成型时变形大、排气难、脱模难等工艺问题,对塑料支架结构进行工艺分析,确定塑料支架注射模具设计的关键技术要点。基于此设计模具浇注系统、成型零件、抽芯机构、推出机构、温控系统等机构的结构,并利用Mloldex3D软... 为解决塑料支架注塑成型时变形大、排气难、脱模难等工艺问题,对塑料支架结构进行工艺分析,确定塑料支架注射模具设计的关键技术要点。基于此设计模具浇注系统、成型零件、抽芯机构、推出机构、温控系统等机构的结构,并利用Mloldex3D软件对浇注系统及温控系统进行数值模拟。仿真实验结果表明:塑料熔体流动状态平稳,填充状态完好,产品内部剪切应力小于0.3 MPa,内部残留应力较小,能够有效减小产品成型变形,预测产品困气位置并提出包封位置解决方案,同时发现在型腔上沿产品轮廓设计阶梯形U形冷却回路未出现明显的红色积热区,确保了产品成型质量。在实际生产中,塑料支架产品轮廓清晰,表面无明显注塑缺陷,产品翘曲变形小,尺寸精度相对较高,符合产品使用技术要求,验证了模具整体设计的合理性。 展开更多

基于变密度法的飞机襟翼轻量化设计方法研究

襟翼是飞机起飞降落的重要部件,对其结构进行轻量化设计研究,有利于减少油耗、增加升力。为降低襟翼重量,文中以某型号襟翼为研究对象,分析了支架对襟翼质量的影响,基于变密度法拓扑优化理论,以最大刚度为目标函数,以体积分数、位移和... 襟翼是飞机起飞降落的重要部件,对其结构进行轻量化设计研究,有利于减少油耗、增加升力。为降低襟翼重量,文中以某型号襟翼为研究对象,分析了支架对襟翼质量的影响,基于变密度法拓扑优化理论,以最大刚度为目标函数,以体积分数、位移和应力为约束条件,建立了襟翼支架拓扑优化数学模型。利用Altair Inspire软件对支架初始模型进行有限元分析,结果表明:支架在襟翼中的比重为3.2%,应力和变形较小,具有较大的优化空间,然后以Altair Inspire的拓扑优化模块对支架进行拓扑优化,并对优化后的支架和襟翼分别进行有限元分析和多体运动仿真分析。结果表明:在满足刚度和强度准则的要求下,支架本身减重比达67.39%,使得襟翼整体减重比达2.14%,优化后支架的最大速度和最大加速度与优化前相比,分别提高了19.72%和19.69%。由此说明文中对襟翼开展的轻量化设计方法研究不仅有效降低了襟翼总体质量,实现了轻量化目标,同时促使优化后的襟翼在执行命令时响应更加迅速。 展开更多

“斗绝一隅”——明清秦州工艺斗栱形制探析

自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果分析

目的:观察自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月贵州航天医院收治的错畸形患儿100例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组使用金属托槽矫治器治... 目的:观察自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月贵州航天医院收治的错畸形患儿100例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组使用金属托槽矫治器治疗,观察组使用自锁托槽矫治器治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组炎性因子水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组发音功能、咬合功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:与金属托槽矫治器相比,自锁托槽矫治器治疗青少年错畸形的临床效果更好,能够降低炎性因子水平和牙周指数,改善患儿的牙齿功能,提高其满意度。 展开更多

自锁托槽矫治改善患者口腔健康及氧化应激反应的研究

目的探究正畸治疗患者使用自锁托槽矫治对口腔健康状况、龈沟液氧化应激及炎性因子的影响。方法纳入本院正畸治疗共60例患者进行随机分组(2022年4月至2024年4月),依据随机数字表法划分两组各30例。对照组均采取结扎托槽矫治,观察组均采... 目的探究正畸治疗患者使用自锁托槽矫治对口腔健康状况、龈沟液氧化应激及炎性因子的影响。方法纳入本院正畸治疗共60例患者进行随机分组(2022年4月至2024年4月),依据随机数字表法划分两组各30例。对照组均采取结扎托槽矫治,观察组均采取自锁托槽矫治。基于口腔健康评分、龈沟液氧化应激指标、龈沟液炎性因子水平,分别在治疗前及治疗4周时对其综合评价。结果两组治疗后中文版口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-49)得分较治疗前减少(P<0.05);同时观察组OHIP-49得分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组龈沟液丙二醛(MDA)水平和治疗前对比更低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GXH-Px)水平和治疗前对比更高(P<0.05);同时观察组MDA比对照组更低,SOD、GXH-Px比对照组更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后龈沟液前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较治疗前均上升(P<0.05);但观察组上述指标仍比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗患者使用自锁托槽矫治能调节牙周组织氧化应激反应,减轻炎症反应状态,提升口腔健康水平。 展开更多

为研究斗栓对斗栱抗震性能的影响,设计了3攒足尺柱头科斗栱,分别采用传统方形木斗栓、圆形木斗栓和圆形铅斗栓连接大斗与平板枋。对3攒斗栱进行拟静力试验,得到了各斗栱的破坏模式、滞回与骨架曲线、刚度退化、耗能与变形能力,结果表明... 为研究斗栓对斗栱抗震性能的影响,设计了3攒足尺柱头科斗栱,分别采用传统方形木斗栓、圆形木斗栓和圆形铅斗栓连接大斗与平板枋。对3攒斗栱进行拟静力试验,得到了各斗栱的破坏模式、滞回与骨架曲线、刚度退化、耗能与变形能力,结果表明:水平荷载下方形木斗栓横纹斜纹挤压与顺纹撕裂破坏,而圆形木斗栓与铅斗栓挤压剪断。大斗与平板枋摩擦滑移,卯口边缘明显挤压。相比方形木斗栓斗栱,圆形木斗栓斗栱的正、负向承载力分别提升26.12%和4.80%,耗能能力和初始刚度较大,而变形能力较低;圆形铅斗栓斗栱在较大位移时耗能能力较好,而承载力、刚度和变形能力较差,且大斗劈裂破坏。建立了各斗栱的数值模型,在模型验证的基础上,研究了木斗栓直径、轴向荷载和木材物理力学性能对斗栱抗震性能的影响,结果表明:斗栓直径、木材摩擦系数和轴向荷载越大,斗栱的屈服荷载与峰值荷载越大。横纹径向抗压强度增加,斗栱的峰值荷载提高,但屈服荷载基本不变。 展开更多
