摄食强度识别分类是实现水产养殖精准投喂的重要环节。现有的投喂方式存在过度依赖人工经验判断、投喂量不精确、饲料浪费严重等问题。基于多模态融合的鱼类摄食程度分类能够综合不同类型的数据(如:视频、声音和水质参数),为鱼群的投喂... 摄食强度识别分类是实现水产养殖精准投喂的重要环节。现有的投喂方式存在过度依赖人工经验判断、投喂量不精确、饲料浪费严重等问题。基于多模态融合的鱼类摄食程度分类能够综合不同类型的数据(如:视频、声音和水质参数),为鱼群的投喂提供更加全面精准的决策依据。因此,提出了一种融合视频和音频数据的多模态融合框架,旨在提升鲈鱼摄食强度分类性能。将预处理后的Mel频谱图(Mel Spectrogram)和视频帧图像分别输入到Self-Attention-DSC-CNN6(Self-attention-depthwise separable convolution-CNN6)优化模型进行高层次的特征提取,并将提取的特征进一步拼接融合,最后将拼接后的特征经分类器分类。针对Self-Attention-DSC-CNN6优化模型,基于CNN6算法进行了改进,将传统卷积层替换为深度可分离卷积(Depthwise separable convolution,DSC)来达到减少计算复杂度的效果,并引入Self-Attention注意力机制以增强特征提取能力。实验结果显示,本文所提出的多模态融合框架鲈鱼摄食强度分类准确率达到90.24%,模型可以有效利用不同数据源信息,提升了对复杂环境中鱼群行为的理解,增强了模型决策能力,确保了投喂策略的及时性与准确性,从而有效减少了饲料浪费。 展开更多

Low and middle-income countries are the most affected. Diabetes self-management can significantly reduce the burden of diabetes complications and mortality. This cross-sectional study was conducted at the outpatient department of a county referral hospital in Kenya, from 1st August 2022 to 30th October 2022. Patients with known type II diabetes of age ≥ 20 years visiting the hospital for routine follow-up visits were included. A 7-tem Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities (SDSAC) Questionnaire was used to assess Diabetes self-care activities. For data entry and statistical analysis, SPSS for Windows version 27.0 was used. There were 96 (39.2%) males and 149 (60.8%) females. Most of the participants were more than 61 years, 148 (60.4%). 针对水闸深基坑变形监测数据具有非稳定性的特点,提出了基于VMD-Self-attention-LSTM的水闸深基坑变形预测方法。该方法分为三个主要模块,第一模块采用VMD算法自适应调整变形分解模数,将原始变形数据分解为若干具有明显周期规律的分量,... 针对水闸深基坑变形监测数据具有非稳定性的特点,提出了基于VMD-Self-attention-LSTM的水闸深基坑变形预测方法。该方法分为三个主要模块,第一模块采用VMD算法自适应调整变形分解模数,将原始变形数据分解为若干具有明显周期规律的分量,有效解决变形数据的非稳定性,为提升变形预测精度奠定初步基础;第二模块,在传统LSTM算法基础上进一步发展Self-attention-LSTM方法,提升模型对基坑变形样本的时序关系挖掘能力,进而提升基坑变形预测精度;第三模块,将各分量对应的变形预测结果重构得到最终预测值。实例分析可知,所提方法有效解决了非稳定特性给变形预测精度带来的不利影响,与VMD-LSTM、Self-attention-LSTM、LSTM等深度学习方法相比,VMD-Self-attention-LSTM的预测精度最大提升41.49%,与BP、ELM等传统机器学习算法相比,预测精度最大提升50.43%,为水闸深基坑安全监控模型的构建提供了新思路。 展开更多

An improved cavitation model with charge conservation constraint is applied to the determination of the width of the electron cavity. The envelope equation for spot size derived by using source-dependent expansion method is extended to including the electron cavity. The condition for self-guiding is given and illuminated by an effective potential for the laser spot size. The effects of the laser power, plasma density and energy dissipation on the self-guiding condition are discussed. 展开更多

Self-Management Behaviors in Patients with Hip Osteoarthritis

Background: Hip osteoarthritis (HOA) causes joint destruction, resulting in hip pain, limited range-of-motion, claudication, and joint deformity. In the conservative treatment of HOA, self-management is important to manage symptoms and control disease progression. In a previous study, the researchers conducted a conceptual analysis of 43 foreign studies on self-management during conservative therapy for patients with HOA. The results revealed a definition of self-management during conservative therapy for patients with HOA. However, because that study analyzed only the foreign literature, it remains unclear whether the findings reflect the characteristics of the Japanese health-care delivery system, health-care insurance system, or the lifestyles and cultural characteristics of Japanese patients with HOA. Objective: We aimed to clarify the self-management behaviors of patients with HOA. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five patients diagnosed with HOA, and the results were subjected to inductive qualitative analysis. Results: Six categories of self-management behaviors were extracted for patients with HOA: [active information gathering about HOA], [personalized pain and weight management, and strategies for reducing hip joint load], [reflection on living conditions with individuals and professionals, and determination for future efforts], [continuation of exercise and weight management based on personal strengths and achievements, and mutual support with others], [coexistence with HOA while managing negative feelings], and [choosing treatment methods by trusting doctors while struggling with personal needs]. Conclusion: These findings suggest the need to develop health guidance and educational programs for patients with HOA that focus on how to prevent disease progression and cope with symptoms. 展开更多

目前关于中文评论文本的情感分类方法大都无法充分捕捉到句子的全局语义信息,同时也在长距离的语义连接或者情感转折理解上具有局限性,因而导致情感分析的准确度不高。针对这个问题,本文提出一种融合SelfAttention和TextCNN-BiLSTM的文... 目前关于中文评论文本的情感分类方法大都无法充分捕捉到句子的全局语义信息,同时也在长距离的语义连接或者情感转折理解上具有局限性,因而导致情感分析的准确度不高。针对这个问题,本文提出一种融合SelfAttention和TextCNN-BiLSTM的文本情感分析方法。该方法首先采用文本卷积神经网络(TextCNN)来提取局部特征,并利用双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)来捕捉序列信息,从而综合考虑了全局和局部信息,在特征融合阶段,再采用自注意力机制来动态地融合不同层次的特征表示,对不同尺度特征进行加权,从而提高重要特征的响应。实验结果表明,所提出的模型在家电商品中文评论语料和谭松波酒店评论语料数据集上的准确率分别达到93.79%和90.05%,相较于基准模型分别提高0.69%~3.59%和4.44%~11.70%,优于传统的基于卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks, CNN)、BiLSTM或CNN-BiLSTM等的情感分析模型。 展开更多

Objectives: To examine the best practice evidence of the effectiveness of the flipped classroom(FC) as a burgeoning teaching model on the development of self-directed learning in nursing education.Data sources: The relevant randomized controlled trial(RCT) and non-RCT comparative studies were searched from multiple electronic databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL), Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP) from inception to June 2017.Review methods: The data were independently assessed and extracted for eligibility by two reviewers. The quality of included studies was assessed by another two reviewers using a standardized form and evaluated by using the Cochrane Collaboration’s risk of bias tool. The self-directed learning scores(continuous outcomes) were analyzed by using the 95% confidence intervals(Cls) with the standard deviation average(SMD) or weighted mean difference(WMD). The heterogeneity was assessed using Cochran’s I;statistic.Results: A total of 12 studies, which encompassed 1440 nursing students(intervention group = 685, control group = 755), were eligible for inclusion in this review. Of 12 included studies, the quality level of one included study was A and of the others was B. The pooled effect size showed that compared with traditional teaching models, the FC could improve nursing students’ selfdirected learning skill, as measured by the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale(SDLRS), Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale for Nursing Education(SDLRSNE), Self-Regulated Learning Scale(SRL), Autonomous Learning Competencies scale(ALC), and Competencies of Autonomous Learning of Nursing Students(CALNS). Overall scores and subgroup analyses with the SRL were all in favor of the FC.Conclusions: The result of this meta-analysis indicated that FCs could improve the effect of self-directed learning in nursing education.Future studies with more RCTs using the same measurement tools are needed to draw more authoritative conclusions. 展开更多

Assessment of a portfolio as an effective tool to promote self-management among patients with ischemic heart diseases: A preliminary trial

Portfolio has been used as an approach to promoting self-learning in the field of education and its effectiveness was reported in school education. The purpose of this study was to assess effectiveness of portfolio as a tool for educating patients with ischemic heart diseases as self-management behavior in terms of applicability and efficacy. Subjects of this study were seventeen patients who had myocardial infarction or angina. They were assigned to collect information about their themes chosen from diet, exercise, alcohol intake, smoking cessation, and stress management and gathered in files. Thirty minutes face-to-face educational interviews were conducted by a nurse for once per month over three months. Self-management, self-efficacy, and physiological data were evaluated for baseline and 3 months. Two participants dropped within two months (completion rate is 88.2%). The results showed that portfolio was effective as a self-management education tool on patients who were willing to participate, but did not improve physiological data if they did not continuously implement lifestyle change. Moreover it was dangerous when the patients acquired incorrect information on diseases. For these patients, health education by health professionals is required prior to conducting portfolio. Attributes fit for portfolio were assessed. Effectiveness of portfolio related to high self-efficacy and high self-management, but did not relate to living status, having job, educational background, and health locus of control. 展开更多

尽管大语言模型在自然语言处理任务中取得显著进展,但其在复杂问题推理等领域还面临着认知负荷问题,即大语言模型在推理过程中需要记忆并处理大量信息。因此,如何有效地减少大语言模型推理过程中的认知负荷,缓解推理过程中可能出现的认... 尽管大语言模型在自然语言处理任务中取得显著进展,但其在复杂问题推理等领域还面临着认知负荷问题,即大语言模型在推理过程中需要记忆并处理大量信息。因此,如何有效地减少大语言模型推理过程中的认知负荷,缓解推理过程中可能出现的认知过载,是一个亟待解决的问题。对此该文提出了Self-Guide方法,用于增强语言模型的推理能力。该方法通过指引大语言模型生成常识知识和推理指导,让大语言模型基于自我规划来增强其推理能力,并通过与推理链结合的方式对模型的推理过程进行校准。与现有方法不同的是,该文在不对大语言模型进行微调或使用外部工具的情况下,显著提升了大语言模型的推理性能。实验结果表明,Self-Guide方法在四种常见推理任务上性能显著优于基线方法,同时相比传统的推理链模型,Self-Guide方法在推理能力较弱的模型上也具有良好的泛化性能。通过结合大语言模型的自我规划和推理能力,Self-Guide方法为提升语言模型的推理能力提供了一种新的有效途径。 展开更多

质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在诸多领域有着广泛应用,但其性能衰退会降低功率输出和能源转换效率、缩短使用寿命,准确预测剩余使用寿命对维护系统、降低成本及保障供电稳定极为关键。基于PEMFC功率随时间的变化趋势,提出了一种结合改进... 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在诸多领域有着广泛应用,但其性能衰退会降低功率输出和能源转换效率、缩短使用寿命,准确预测剩余使用寿命对维护系统、降低成本及保障供电稳定极为关键。基于PEMFC功率随时间的变化趋势,提出了一种结合改进的哈里斯鹰优化(HHO)算法、长短期记忆(LSTM)网络和自注意力(Self-Attention)机制的PEMFC剩余使用寿命预测模型。基于电流和电压数据关系得出时间-功率变化曲线,采用小波自适应去噪和指数平滑相结合的方法对时间-功率数据进行分解去噪和重构;针对LSTM训练参数过多、计算量大等不足,提出了一种Logistics混沌映射与HHO算法相结合来优化LSTM的方法,以提高模型的训练速度和预测精度;基于Self-Attention具有聚焦关键信息和提高模型训练准确率的优点,构建了HHO-LSTM-Self-Attention预测模型。试验结果表明,与HHO-LSTM,LSTM,麻雀搜索算法(SSA)-LSTM,粒子群优化(PSO)-LSTM等预测模型相比,该模型具有更高的预测精度。 展开更多

On the basis ofa 2D 4-node Mindlin shell element method, a novel self-adapting delamination finite element method is presented, which is developed to model the delamination damage of composite laminates. In the method, the sublaminate elements are generated automatically when the delamination damage occurs or extends. Thus, the complex process and state of delamination damage can be simulated practically with high efficiency for both analysis and modeling. Based on the self-adapting delamination method, linear dynamic finite element damage analysis is performed to simulate the low-velocity impact damage process of three types of mixed woven composite laminates. Taking the frictional force among sublaminations during delaminating and the transverse normal stress into account, the analytical results are consistent with those of the experimental data. 展开更多
