A new type regulating valve with the cooling mode of constant temperature difference water supply, temperature difference self operated regulating valve, was introduced into blast furnace cooling system to overcome shortcomings of the cooling mode of constant flow rate water supply. The results show that the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water of cooling wall can be decreased greatly and steadily, and the water supply for blast furnace cooling can be reduced considerably. 展开更多

妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度现状、影响因素及其对策研究 被引量:9

目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度现状及其影响因素,为提高患者治疗信心的干预策略提供依据。方法通过横断面研究方法,采用便利抽样,选取2021年1月—2022年12月在本院化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者150例,应用一般资料调查表、患者... 目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度现状及其影响因素,为提高患者治疗信心的干预策略提供依据。方法通过横断面研究方法,采用便利抽样,选取2021年1月—2022年12月在本院化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者150例,应用一般资料调查表、患者积极度量表(patient activation measure13,PAM13)、自我调节疲乏量表(self-regulated fatigue scale,SRFS)、疾病接受度量表(acceptance illness scale,AIS)进行调查,采用统计描述与单因素分析、多元线性逐步回归分析描述妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度现状与筛选影响因素。结果妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度平均得分为(58.76±13.61)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭人均月收入(≤5000元)、文化程度(大专及以下)、自我调节疲乏、疾病接受度是妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度的影响因素(均P<0.05),其可共同解释总变异的60.30%。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者自我管理积极度处于中等水平,亟需提高;对于家庭人均月收入低、文化程度低、自我调节疲乏程度高、疾病接受度低者,应采取针对性策略提高其自我管理积极度,从而提高其治疗的信心。 展开更多

Conventional antibiotic strategies often fail to consistently suppress escaping planktonic bacteria and even induce antibiotic resistance,allowing implant-associated infections(IAIs)to persist.In this study,we demonstrated an antibiotic-free coating engineered with an herbal bioheterojunction featuring a shell-in-shell structure where Cu_(2)O forms the core,strontium(Sr)is loaded in the inner shell,and curcumin(Cur)is nucleated in situ at the outer heterointerface(Cu_(2)O-Sr/Cur).Ultrasound-triggered reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation by the outer heterostructure(Cu_(2)O/Cur),coupled with Cu(Ⅰ)-induced cuproptosis-like bacterial death,achieved antibacterial rates of 99.56%against S.aureus and 99.43%against E.coli.When ultrasonication ceases,the released Cu(Ⅰ)undergoes disproportionation reactions to form Cu(Ⅱ),which can chelate with Cur to form Cu-Cur metal complexes.These complexes exhibit enhanced antioxidative properties through self-catalytic regulation,the scavenging of ROS,and the activation of anti-inflammatory M2 macrophage phenotype.Moreover,strontium release from the inner shell simultaneously suppressed osteoclast activity and promoted osteogenesis,resulting in trabecular number and thickness increases of 129.03%and 56.71%,respectively,compared with those in control group.Therefore,our work establishes a sequential treatment strategy for the antibacterial properties and osteointegration ability of IAIs. 展开更多
