Emergency cesarean section has always been a challenge for patients,surgeons,and anesthesiologists,as it endangers the safety of both parturients and fetuses.Obesity and hypertension are common among pregnant women,bu...Emergency cesarean section has always been a challenge for patients,surgeons,and anesthesiologists,as it endangers the safety of both parturients and fetuses.Obesity and hypertension are common among pregnant women,but severe obesity combined with refractory hypertension is very rare in clinical practice.The optimal anesthetic management strategy for obese pregnant women with a difficult airway and poorly controlled hypertension remains debatable.This report presents a 32-year-old woman with severe obesity and refractory hypertension at 36 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy.Owing to fetal heart rate abnormalities,she was scheduled for emergency cesarean section.Given the urgency of the fetal condition and the challenges posed by the patient's obesity for epidural puncture,the anesthesiologist opted for rapid sequence induction and tracheal intubation instead of intervertebral anesthesia.Short-acting antihypertensive medications were adminstrated preoperatively to control elevated blood pressure,and vasopressor agents were continuously infused during surgery to prevent severe hypotension induced by anesthetic drugs.The entire anesthesia and surgical procedure proceeded uneventfully,with no major adverse events observed.Both the patient and fetus achieved favorable outcomes.This case indicates that early anesthetic risk assessment and meticulous pre-delivery planning are paramount,necessitating personalized management of airway and hemodynamics to optimize outcomes in obese parturients.展开更多
Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is one of the most adverse obstetric outcomes. Our aim is to detect the risks of multilevel PPH in different cesarean section (CS) groups [including nulliparous CS with indications, nul...Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is one of the most adverse obstetric outcomes. Our aim is to detect the risks of multilevel PPH in different cesarean section (CS) groups [including nulliparous CS with indications, nulliparous CS without indications, repeat cesarean (RC), vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), cesarean after vaginal birth (CAVB)]. We conducted a retrospective cohort study, and the data on 127 145 women collected from January 2014 to May 2016 and from 35 tertiary hospitals in Shanxi province, China, were reviewed. Based on the measuring results of PPH, an ordered logistic regression model was used to analyze the adjusted PPH risks for each of the CS groups, and comparisons were drawn between them. Finally, a total of 99 066 nulliparous (77.92%) and 28 079 multiparous (22.08%) women were observed. The number of CS cases was 61 117, and the rate for CS was 48.07%. A total of 10 029 women did not show indications for CS and accounted for 16.41% of the CS parturient, whereas 9103 women underwent a repeated cesarean, with a CS frequency of 14.89%. The number of VBAC cases was 989, whose rate was 9.88% in prior CS women. The number (proportions) of PPH was 3658 (2.88%) in L1 (PPH volume: ≥900 and 〈1500 mL), 520 (0.41%) in L2 (PPH volume: ≥1500 and〈2100 mL), and 201 (0.16%) in L3 (PPH volume: ≥2100 mL). The Ln (n= 1, 2, 3, etc.) represented the increasing order of PPH severity. In the adjusted results, compared with spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD) as the reference group, in the adjusted result for nulliparous, there was a decreased PPH risk in CS with indications (OR: 2.32; CI: 2.04-2.62), which was lower than that of CS without indications (OR: 2.50; CI: 2.01-2.96). The highest PPH risk in all subgroups (i.e. nulliparous and multiparous groups) was observed in the RC (OR: 3.61; CI: 3.16-4.17), which was nearly twice higher than that of the VBAC (OR: 1.82; CI: 1.33-2.52). CAVB (OR: 1.03; CI: 0.65-1.62) showed no significant difference with the reference group. Thus, we deemed that CS should be avoided in nulliparous pregnancies unless indicated, to prevent or reduce the rates for the use of RC or VBAC which are high risks of severe PPH to the parturient women.展开更多

A comparison with others work indicates that POC is the highest in summer, followed by autumn and spring, and the lowest in winter. Generally, POC concentration decreases seawards, and the in situ productivity in September plays an important role in POC distribution. POC in the PN section is composed of terrestrial, resuspended, in situ produced carbon and carbon originated fi'om the Kuroshio waters. The Changjiang River effects the ECS in the PN section, but the influence is mainly minimiged beyond 123.5° E because of barrier effect. The impact of Kuroshio subsurface water (KSSW) over shelf break can also effect POC distribution, with high POC concentration there.展开更多

The close coupling calculation of state-to-state partial cross sections for collision of Ne with HC1 is first performed by employing the fitted interaction potential. This calculation is performed at the incident energies: 40, 60, 75 and 100 meV, separately. The effects of the long-range attractive and the short-range anisotropic interactions on the inelastic state-to-state partial cross sections are discussed in detail. Previous reports have shown that misoprostol is effective in reducing blood loss during and after CS. However, the optimum time for its administration to decrease the amount of PPH is still under discussion. Objective: To compare the effect of preoperative and postoperative administration of sublingual misoprostol (400 μg) in reducing the amount of blood loss during and 24 hours after CS. Setting: Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, Assiut, Egypt, between January 2017 and July 2018. Study Design: A prospective, randomized clinical trial. Methods: Four-hundred thirty women fulfilling the inclusions criteria: elective lower segment CS at term (≥37 weeks) with normal fetal heart tracing who accepted to participate in the study. Patients were divided into two groups;Patients assigned to group 1 received 400 μg sublingual misoprostol immediately after urinary catheterization and before skin incision, while patients assigned to group 2 received sublingual misoprostol immediately after skin closure. The primary outcome was the estimation of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss for 24 hours. Results: There was a significant reduction in the intraoperative blood loss in group 1 compared with group 2 (403.51 ± 72.99 vs. 460.99 ± 74.66 ml, respectively). Also, there was a significant reduction in postoperative blood loss in group 1 compared with group 2 with a statistical significance (169.45 ± 12.03 vs. 195.77 ± 13.34 ml, respectively). Postoperative hemoglobin and Hematocrit values were significantly higher in group 1 compared with group 2. Conclusions: Preoperative administration of sublingual misoprostol (400 μg) during CS is better than postoperative administration as it is associated with a reduction in the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and drop in hemoglobin level.展开更多

Patients an...Objective To compare the safety, side effects and failure rates of contraception copper intrauterine device (IUDs) in the immediate postpartum period after a vaginal delivery and during a cesarean section. Patients and methods This was a descriptive and analytical study, conducted in Gynecology and Obstetrics departments hospital Pikine and Abass Ndao hospitals. It compared two groups of women with IUDs in the immediate postpartum period after a vaginal delivery and during cesarean section. Our sample consisted of 215 patients. We had divided them into two groups: group 1 consisted of 115 patients who delivered by cesarean section;Group 2 consisted of 100 patients who delivered vaginally and whom the insertion was made in post placental or within 48 hours after birth. The variables studied were the sociodémographic characteristics, characteristics of pregnancy and childbirth, insertion procedures, follow up with the assessment of side effects and complications. Results and comments The socio-demographic characteristics were superimposed in both groups. Nine patients were lost to follow up, 4 in group 1 and 5 in group 2. The complaints such as pain (3.7% for Group 1 against 2.6% for group 2), vaginal bleeding (2.1% for group 2, and 1.8% for group 1) were rarely reported and stackable in both groups. After 6 months of follow up, the menses was observed in 42.8% of group 2 against 43.1% of group 1. The abnormal menstrual flow, evaluated by the Higham score, was noted in 29.6% of group 2 and 25% of group 1, and was dominated by excessive bleeding. They motivated IUD removal in two patients. A significant difference was found in the perception of IUD strings, it was effective in 95.4% of patients in group 2 against 50.5% for group 1. The evictions were 9 at 3-month follow-up 7 related group 2 and 2 for Group 1. It was partial (isthmic IUD) and total expulsion. At 6 months follow-up, 3 cases of partial expulsion were noted and concerned only group 2. This made a total expulsion rate of 5.3%, with 9.5% for group 2, and 1.8% for group 1. no cases of pregnancy or uterine perforation had been reported during this study. A vaginal sampling was performed in all our patients and the results were generally comparable in both groups and normal in most cases. However, we noted 17.6% of infection in group 2, and 16.2% in group 1. Conclusion From the results of our study, we can say that IUD insertion in the period of immediate postpartum remains safe and effective regardless of the way of delivery. The risk of expulsion is minimal so acceptable.展开更多

Methods:70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after placenta previa cesarean section who were treated in Chengdu Women & Children's Central Hospital between January 2014 and February 2017 were collected and then divided into the control group (n=35) who received uterine packing therapy and the observation group (n=35) who received Hemabate combined with packing therapy according to random number table. Serum levels of oxidative stress indexes and stress hormones immediately after operation and 24 h after operation were compared between two groups of patients.Results: Immediately after operation and 24 h after operation, serum oxidative stress indexes ROS and MDA levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group while SOD, GSH-px and CAT levels were significantly higher than those of control group, and serum stress hormones NE, E and Cor levels were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion: Hemabate combined with packing therapy can effectively reduce systemic stress response in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after placenta previa cesarean section, is a more ideal way of the bleeding.展开更多

By analyzing the differences of these PCSs, change rules of PCSs with the increase of partial wave number, and with the change of the mass of isotope substitution helium atom are obtained. The results show that excitation PCSs converge faster than elastic PCSs for collision energy and each of systems considered here. Also excitation PCSs converge more rapidly for high-excited states. Tail effect is present only in elastic scattering and low-excited states but not in high- excited states. With the increase of the mass of isotope substitution helium atom, converging speed of elastic, total inelastic, and state-to-state excitation PCS slows down, and the maxima of these PCSs undergoes a regular change.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To compare the effectiveness of auricular acupressure with or without magnetic plates to routine post cesarean pain management.METHODS:This randomized controlled trial was conducted at Obstetrics and Gynecol...OBJECTIVE:To compare the effectiveness of auricular acupressure with or without magnetic plates to routine post cesarean pain management.METHODS:This randomized controlled trial was conducted at Obstetrics and Gynecology Department,Thammasat University Hospital,between January and June 2020.All participants were term primigravida pregnant women who underwent cesarean delivery during the study period.Participants were divided into three groups,namely control,placebo and study groups.Study(magnetic application)and placebo(non-magnetic application)groups received magnetic and non-magnetic auricular patches at both pinnas,respectively.Randomized assignments for each group were computergenerated,printed and kept in opaque sealed envelopes.The points in this study were Shenmen(TF4),Erzhong(HX1)and Penqiang(TF5).Visual analog scale(VAS)was immediately recorded up to 72 h after the operation.RESULTS:A total of 195 cases were enrolled during the period of study.Each group had 65 participants.The mean participant’s age was 31 years old.Demographic and clinical characters among the three groups were comparable.Pain scores within 12 h postoperative period of all three groups were comparable.Between 36 and 72 h post-operation,study groups had significantly lower VAS than the control group.One-quarter of participants had comparable nausea and vomiting side effects.CONCLUSIONS:Auricular acupressure at Shenmen(TF4),Penqiang(TF5)and Erzhong(HX1)with magnetic plate attachment could significantly relieve post cesarean pain between 18 and 72 h.展开更多

Thus, we deemed that CS should be avoided in nulliparous pregnancies unless indicated, to prevent or reduce the rates for the use of RC or VBAC which are high risks of severe PPH to the parturient women.
文摘Variations of the particulate organic carbon and nitrogen (POC/PN) along the PN section in the East China Sea (ECS) were examined based on POC/PN data obtained in September 2002. A comparison with others work indicates that POC is the highest in summer, followed by autumn and spring, and the lowest in winter. Generally, POC concentration decreases seawards, and the in situ productivity in September plays an important role in POC distribution. POC in the PN section is composed of terrestrial, resuspended, in situ produced carbon and carbon originated fi'om the Kuroshio waters. The Changjiang River effects the ECS in the PN section, but the influence is mainly minimiged beyond 123.5° E because of barrier effect. The impact of Kuroshio subsurface water (KSSW) over shelf break can also effect POC distribution, with high POC concentration there.

文摘A new anisotropic potential is fitted to ab initio data. The close-coupling approach is utilized to calculate state-tostate rotational excitation partial wave cross sections for elastic and inelastic collisions of He atom with HBr molecule based on the fitted potential. The calculation is performed separately at the incident energies: 75, 100 and 200 meV.The tendency of the elastic and inelastic rotational excitation partial wave cross sections varying with total angular quantum number J is obtained.

文摘In this paper, close-coupling method was applied to the He-H2 (D2,T2) system, and the first vibrational excitation cross sections of '00-10, 00-12, 00-14, 00-16' at different incident energy have been calculated. By analyzing the ditferences of these partial wave cross sections, this paper have obtained the change rules of the partial wave cross sections with increases of quantum number, and with change of reduced mass of system. Based on the calculation, influence on the partial wave cross sections brought by the variations in the reduced mass of systems and in the relative kinetic energy of incident atoms is discussed.

文摘The hydroforming experiment of aluminum tubular part with rectangular section was carried out to investigate influence of axial feeding on thickness distribution and calibration pressure of the corner.Thickness distribution and relation between corner radius and internal pressure were analyzed.The influence of lubricant was discussed.Microstructure and hardness of different region were observed.It is shown that thickness reduction in the transition region between the corner and center region is the biggest.Friction condition has influence both on the thickness distribution and calibration pressure of the corner.As the increase of the axial feeding,the calibration pressure is decreased.There is only little change for the microstructure,but the hardness is increased by 23.3% for the transition region.
文摘Based on the working of Lighthill and Hunt et al., in the present paper the author has established the topological rules adapting to analysing the skin-friction lines and the section streamlines in cascades. These rules are (1) for a rotor cascade without shroud band, the total number of nodal points equals that the saddle points on the skin-friction line vector fields in eachpitch range; (2) for an annular or straight cascade with no-clearances at blade ends, the total number of saddle points is two more than that of nodal points on the skin-friction line fields in a pitch; (3) the total number of saddles in the secondary flow fields on cross-sections in cascade is one less than that of nodes; (4) in the section streamline vector fields on a meridian surface penetrating a flow passage, and on leading and trailing edge sections, the total number of nodes is equal to that of saddles; (5) on the streamline vector fields of a blade-to-blade surface, the total number of nodes is one less than that of saddles.

文摘An interaction potential of the Ne-HC1 van der Waals complex is obtained by utilizing the Huxley analytic potential function to fit the accurate interaction energy data, which have been computed at the coupled cluster singles and doubles including connected triple excitations level and with the augmented correlation consistent polarized valence quintuple zeta basis set extended with a set of 3s3p2dlflg mid-bond functions [CCSD (T)/aug-cc-pV5Z-33211]. The close coupling calculation of state-to-state partial cross sections for collision of Ne with HC1 is first performed by employing the fitted interaction potential. This calculation is performed at the incident energies: 40, 60, 75 and 100 meV, separately. The effects of the long-range attractive and the short-range anisotropic interactions on the inelastic state-to-state partial cross sections are discussed in detail. Two maxima are present in the rotationally inelastic partial cross sections and they originate from different mechanisms.
文摘Background: Blood loss is one of the important complications during cesarean section (CS). Previous reports have shown that misoprostol is effective in reducing blood loss during and after CS. However, the optimum time for its administration to decrease the amount of PPH is still under discussion. Objective: To compare the effect of preoperative and postoperative administration of sublingual misoprostol (400 μg) in reducing the amount of blood loss during and 24 hours after CS. Setting: Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, Assiut, Egypt, between January 2017 and July 2018. Study Design: A prospective, randomized clinical trial. Methods: Four-hundred thirty women fulfilling the inclusions criteria: elective lower segment CS at term (≥37 weeks) with normal fetal heart tracing who accepted to participate in the study. Patients were divided into two groups;Patients assigned to group 1 received 400 μg sublingual misoprostol immediately after urinary catheterization and before skin incision, while patients assigned to group 2 received sublingual misoprostol immediately after skin closure. The primary outcome was the estimation of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss for 24 hours. Results: There was a significant reduction in the intraoperative blood loss in group 1 compared with group 2 (403.51 ± 72.99 vs. 460.99 ± 74.66 ml, respectively). Also, there was a significant reduction in postoperative blood loss in group 1 compared with group 2 with a statistical significance (169.45 ± 12.03 vs. 195.77 ± 13.34 ml, respectively). Postoperative hemoglobin and Hematocrit values were significantly higher in group 1 compared with group 2. Conclusions: Preoperative administration of sublingual misoprostol (400 μg) during CS is better than postoperative administration as it is associated with a reduction in the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and drop in hemoglobin level.
文摘Objective To compare the safety, side effects and failure rates of contraception copper intrauterine device (IUDs) in the immediate postpartum period after a vaginal delivery and during a cesarean section. Patients and methods This was a descriptive and analytical study, conducted in Gynecology and Obstetrics departments hospital Pikine and Abass Ndao hospitals. It compared two groups of women with IUDs in the immediate postpartum period after a vaginal delivery and during cesarean section. Our sample consisted of 215 patients. We had divided them into two groups: group 1 consisted of 115 patients who delivered by cesarean section;Group 2 consisted of 100 patients who delivered vaginally and whom the insertion was made in post placental or within 48 hours after birth. The variables studied were the sociodémographic characteristics, characteristics of pregnancy and childbirth, insertion procedures, follow up with the assessment of side effects and complications. Results and comments The socio-demographic characteristics were superimposed in both groups. Nine patients were lost to follow up, 4 in group 1 and 5 in group 2. The complaints such as pain (3.7% for Group 1 against 2.6% for group 2), vaginal bleeding (2.1% for group 2, and 1.8% for group 1) were rarely reported and stackable in both groups. After 6 months of follow up, the menses was observed in 42.8% of group 2 against 43.1% of group 1. The abnormal menstrual flow, evaluated by the Higham score, was noted in 29.6% of group 2 and 25% of group 1, and was dominated by excessive bleeding. They motivated IUD removal in two patients. A significant difference was found in the perception of IUD strings, it was effective in 95.4% of patients in group 2 against 50.5% for group 1. The evictions were 9 at 3-month follow-up 7 related group 2 and 2 for Group 1. It was partial (isthmic IUD) and total expulsion. At 6 months follow-up, 3 cases of partial expulsion were noted and concerned only group 2. This made a total expulsion rate of 5.3%, with 9.5% for group 2, and 1.8% for group 1. no cases of pregnancy or uterine perforation had been reported during this study. A vaginal sampling was performed in all our patients and the results were generally comparable in both groups and normal in most cases. However, we noted 17.6% of infection in group 2, and 16.2% in group 1. Conclusion From the results of our study, we can say that IUD insertion in the period of immediate postpartum remains safe and effective regardless of the way of delivery. The risk of expulsion is minimal so acceptable.

文摘Objective:To discuss the effect of Hemabate combined with packing therapy on the systemic stress response in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after placenta previa cesarean section. Methods:70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after placenta previa cesarean section who were treated in Chengdu Women & Children's Central Hospital between January 2014 and February 2017 were collected and then divided into the control group (n=35) who received uterine packing therapy and the observation group (n=35) who received Hemabate combined with packing therapy according to random number table. Serum levels of oxidative stress indexes and stress hormones immediately after operation and 24 h after operation were compared between two groups of patients.Results: Immediately after operation and 24 h after operation, serum oxidative stress indexes ROS and MDA levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group while SOD, GSH-px and CAT levels were significantly higher than those of control group, and serum stress hormones NE, E and Cor levels were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion: Hemabate combined with packing therapy can effectively reduce systemic stress response in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after placenta previa cesarean section, is a more ideal way of the bleeding.

文摘Close-coupling equation and anisotropic potential developed in our previous research are applied to HE-SHe (4He, 6He, 8He,10He) collision system, and partial cross sections (PCSs) at the incident energy of 40 me V are calculated. By analyzing the differences of these PCSs, change rules of PCSs with the increase of partial wave number, and with the change of the mass of isotope substitution helium atom are obtained. The results show that excitation PCSs converge faster than elastic PCSs for collision energy and each of systems considered here. Also excitation PCSs converge more rapidly for high-excited states. Tail effect is present only in elastic scattering and low-excited states but not in high- excited states. With the increase of the mass of isotope substitution helium atom, converging speed of elastic, total inelastic, and state-to-state excitation PCS slows down, and the maxima of these PCSs undergoes a regular change.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the effectiveness of auricular acupressure with or without magnetic plates to routine post cesarean pain management.METHODS:This randomized controlled trial was conducted at Obstetrics and Gynecology Department,Thammasat University Hospital,between January and June 2020.All participants were term primigravida pregnant women who underwent cesarean delivery during the study period.Participants were divided into three groups,namely control,placebo and study groups.Study(magnetic application)and placebo(non-magnetic application)groups received magnetic and non-magnetic auricular patches at both pinnas,respectively.Randomized assignments for each group were computergenerated,printed and kept in opaque sealed envelopes.The points in this study were Shenmen(TF4),Erzhong(HX1)and Penqiang(TF5).Visual analog scale(VAS)was immediately recorded up to 72 h after the operation.RESULTS:A total of 195 cases were enrolled during the period of study.Each group had 65 participants.The mean participant’s age was 31 years old.Demographic and clinical characters among the three groups were comparable.Pain scores within 12 h postoperative period of all three groups were comparable.Between 36 and 72 h post-operation,study groups had significantly lower VAS than the control group.One-quarter of participants had comparable nausea and vomiting side effects.CONCLUSIONS:Auricular acupressure at Shenmen(TF4),Penqiang(TF5)and Erzhong(HX1)with magnetic plate attachment could significantly relieve post cesarean pain between 18 and 72 h.

文摘The absorption cross section of the static Einstein-Maxwell dilaton axion (EMDA) black hole for scalar particles is investigated. It is shown that the ratio of the absorption cross section of the EMDA black hole to that of the Schwarzschild black hole decreases as the absolute value of the dilaton increases, and it becomes zero as the dilaton tends to its extremal value. It is also shown that the absorption cross section decreases as both the v and the absolute value of the dilaton increase, and it decreases as the mass of the particle decreases.

文摘The absolute partial and total cross sections for electron impact ionization of carbon monoxide are reported for electron energies from 350 eV to 8000 eV.The product ions(CO^(+),C^(+),O^(+),CO^(2+),C^(2+),and O^(2+))are measured by employing an ion imaging mass spectrometer and two ion-pair dissociation channels(C^(+)+O^(+)and C^(2+)+O^(+))are identified.The absolute cross sections for producing individual ions and their total,as well as for the ion-pair dissociation channels are obtained by normalizing the data of CO^(+)to that of Ar^(+)from CO-Ar mixture target with a fixed 1:1 ratio.The overall errors are evaluated by considering various kinds of uncertainties.A comprehensive comparison is made with the available data,which shows a good agreement with each other over the energy ranges that are overlapped.This work presents new cross-section data with electron energies above 1000 eV.

文摘This paper reports that an exact quantum close coupling calculation is carried out for rotational excitation in Ne HF collisions on the available anisotropic potential. Partial cross sections are obtained separately at the incident energies of 48.35, 75, 120 and 150meV. The reliability of the results is demonstrated by comparison with previously published theoretical findings. Based on the calculations, the effect of the potential energy surface on the excitation partial cross sections is discussed in detail.
文摘Emergency cesarean section is associated with the development of postpartum depression.Esketamine has been demonstrated to have a rapid onset of antide-pressant effects.Randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses have demon-strated the efficacy of esketamine in preventing postpartum depression after ce-ssarean section.However,the data included in these analyses were derived from elective cesarean sections and differed in the dose and timing of esketamine ad-ministration.Esketamine is a dissociative anesthetic with a dose-dependent risk of inducing psychotic symptoms,including hallucinations.In the setting of cesarean section,esketamine should be administered with caution and only if the potential benefits outweigh the risks.

文摘The aim of the experiment is to analyze and view the distribution of gangue withdifferent particle sizes in mine spoil pile cross section.According to the Dimensionalmethod,'Pi'theorem was employed first to abbreviate ten physical and mechanical parametersto three dimensionless groups, and then the similarity criterion and coefficient ofthe experiment were determined and calculated based on particle size distribution curve.The similarity model was designed and constructed to represent the process of the minespoil pile.The profile of the final model shows that the small sized particles mainly composethe upper zone of the mine spoil pile, while the bottom of the pile is dominated bybigger sized particles, and the intermediate section presents a zigzag stripe cross-beddingstructure which is composed by small-medium scale particles and medium-large scaleparticles.Each stripe has two critical angles: one is the angle in which gangue particlescan maintain their stability condition, with approximate range from 24° to 26°; and theother is the angle in which particles can stop gliding downwards, approximately varyingfrom 34° to 36°.
