Sufficient and Necessary Conditions for Leader-Following Consensus of Second-Order Multi-Agent Systems via Intermittent Sampled Control

Continuous control protocols are extensively utilized in traditional MASs,in which information needs to be transmitted among agents consecutively,therefore resulting in excessive consumption of limited resources.To decrease the control cost,based on ISC,several LFC problems are investigated for second-order MASs without and with time delay,respectively.Firstly,an intermittent sampled controller is designed,and a sufficient and necessary condition is derived,under which state errors between the leader and all the followers approach zero asymptotically.Considering that time delay is inevitable,a new protocol is proposed to deal with the time-delay situation.The error system’s stability is analyzed using the Schur stability theorem,and sufficient and necessary conditions for LFC are obtained,which are closely associated with the coupling gain,the system parameters,and the network structure.Furthermore,for the case where the current position and velocity information are not available,a distributed protocol is designed that depends only on the sampled position information.The sufficient and necessary conditions for LFC are also given.The results show that second-order MASs can achieve the LFC if and only if the system parameters satisfy the inequalities proposed in the paper.Finally,the correctness of the obtained results is verified by numerical simulations. 展开更多

In this paper,we investigate the phenomena of electromagnetically induced transparency and the generation of second-order sideband in a Laguerre–Gaussian cavity optorotational system with a Kerr nonlinear medium.Using the perturbation method,we analyze the first-and second-order sideband generations in the output field from the system under the actions of a strong control field and a weak probe field.Numerical simulations show that the Kerr nonlinearity can lead to the occurrence of the asymmetric line shape in the transmission of the probe field.Comparing with traditional scheme for generating the second-order sideband,our spectral shape of the second-order sideband is amplified and becomes asymmetric,which has potential applications in precision measurement,high-sensitivity devices,and frequency conversion. 展开更多

Influence of Kerr Effect on Second-Order Nonlinearity Induced Transparency

We theoretically study the effect of Kerr effect on the second-order nonlinearity induced transparency in a double-resonant optical cavity system.We show that in the presence of the Kerr effect,as the strength of the Kerr effect increases,the absorption curve exhibits an asymmetric-symmetric-asymmetric transition,and the zero absorption point shifts with the increase of the Kerr effect.Furthermore,by changing the strength of the Kerr effect,we can control the width of the transparent window,and the position of the zero-absorption point and meanwhile change the left and right width of the absorption peak.The asymmetry absorption curve can be employed to improve the quality factor of the cavity when the frequency detuning is tuned to be around the right peak.The simple dependence of the zeroabsorption point on the strength of Kerr effect suggests that the strength of Kerr effect can be measured by measuring the position of the zero-absorption point in a possible application. 展开更多

A multi-scale second-order autoregressive recursive filter approach for the sea ice concentration analysis

To effectively extract multi-scale information from observation data and improve computational efficiency,a multi-scale second-order autoregressive recursive filter(MSRF)method is designed.The second-order autoregressive filter used in this study has been attempted to replace the traditional first-order recursive filter used in spatial multi-scale recursive filter(SMRF)method.The experimental results indicate that the MSRF scheme successfully extracts various scale information resolved by observations.Moreover,compared with the SMRF scheme,the MSRF scheme improves computational accuracy and efficiency to some extent.The MSRF scheme can not only propagate to a longer distance without the attenuation of innovation,but also reduce the mean absolute deviation between the reconstructed sea ice concentration results and observations reduced by about 3.2%compared to the SMRF scheme.On the other hand,compared with traditional first-order recursive filters using in the SMRF scheme that multiple filters are executed,the MSRF scheme only needs to perform two filter processes in one iteration,greatly improving filtering efficiency.In the two-dimensional experiment of sea ice concentration,the calculation time of the MSRF scheme is only 1/7 of that of SMRF scheme.This means that the MSRF scheme can achieve better performance with less computational cost,which is of great significance for further application in real-time ocean or sea ice data assimilation systems in the future. 展开更多

随着城市交通系统的复杂性显著上升,现有地图匹配方法在处理交叉路口、高架遮挡等复杂城市交通场景时仍面临较大的挑战。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种针对复杂城市道路的地图匹配算法。首先,通过方向性和连通性两部分特征,量化匹配过程... 随着城市交通系统的复杂性显著上升,现有地图匹配方法在处理交叉路口、高架遮挡等复杂城市交通场景时仍面临较大的挑战。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种针对复杂城市道路的地图匹配算法。首先,通过方向性和连通性两部分特征,量化匹配过程中轨迹点所处路网场景的复杂程度并实现轨迹分段;然后,对简单轨迹使用加入方向约束的隐马尔可夫模型进行匹配,对复杂轨迹段则采用二阶模型,利用路网复杂度作为权值参数自适应地调整HMM中观测概率和转移概率的权重比,提高复杂路网的地图匹配精度和效率;最后,与传统HMM方法和ST-Matching方法的匹配结果进行对比。结果表明,本文算法在复杂场景下的匹配准确率分别提高了5.4%和6.0%,具有更高的匹配效率。 展开更多

In the cascaded H-bridge inverter(CHBI)with supercapacitor and dc-dc stage,inherent second-order harmonic power flows through each submodule(SM),causing fluctuations in both the dc-link voltage and the dc-dc current.There exist limitations in handling these fluctuations at variable output frequencies when employing proportional-integral(PI)control to the dc-dc stage.This paper aims to coordinately control these second-order harmonic voltage and current fluctuations in the CHBI.The presented method configures a specific second-order harmonic voltage reference,equipped with a maximum voltage fluctuation constraint and a suitable phase,for the dc-dc stage.A PI-resonant controller is used to track the configured reference.This allows for regulating the second-order harmonic fluctuation in the average dc-link voltage among the SMs within a certain value.Importantly,the second-order harmonic fluctuation in the dc-dc current can also be reduced.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method. 展开更多

AGARCH模型在描述金融时间序列波动的非对称性方面已经得到广泛应用,但是单一的AGARCH模型并没有考虑到金融市场潜在的状态转变过程,从而导致对波动性的预测不够准确。为解决该问题,文中将AGARCH模型和HMM相结合,给出HMM-AGARCH模型的数学定义。随后对模型的待估参数进行后验分布推导,利用MCMC算法对模型进行数值模拟,并通过Bias、MSE等评价指标对模拟结果进行评估。最后应用该模型研究了上证国债指数数据,并与AGARCH模型进行对比,结果表明,所提模型对波动率的拟合更加准确,更能反映实际波动率的变化趋势。 展开更多

【目的】提高农业水资源利用效率,开展农作物生长过程全生命周期的数字孪生体构建,加快我国智慧农业进程、助力农民制订优化管理策略。【方法】以网纹蜜瓜为例,选取河南省花园口引黄灌区为典型研究区,在相应气候条件下开展网纹蜜瓜生长... 【目的】提高农业水资源利用效率,开展农作物生长过程全生命周期的数字孪生体构建,加快我国智慧农业进程、助力农民制订优化管理策略。【方法】以网纹蜜瓜为例,选取河南省花园口引黄灌区为典型研究区,在相应气候条件下开展网纹蜜瓜生长全过程室内试验,基于物联网技术的观测网络,获取了网纹蜜瓜生长过程各项环境指标和生长状态实时监测数据;采用3ds Max三维建模软件和Unity 3D可视化平台,开发了网纹蜜瓜数字孪生模型,采用隐马尔可夫(Hidden Markov Model,HMM)和长短期记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)算法,构建了网纹蜜瓜生长过程智能化推演模型。【结果】模拟结果表明,网纹蜜瓜种、苗、花、叶、果不同生长周期的数字孪生体整体识别正确率较高,其中种周期与苗周期准确率为85.3%,网纹蜜瓜叶周期的准确率为78.6%,平均周期准确率为82.8%。【结论】本文提出的基于无线传感器网络的数据采集端系统、HMM+LSTM算法生成网纹蜜瓜孪生体三维生长模型,实现了智慧农业的精准、高效、非破坏性可视化全过程孪生模拟,可推广应用于其他农作物孪生体构建。 展开更多

现有的继电保护系统隐性故障识别方法通过人工监测电气量的异常变化来判断故障的存在,易受噪声干扰,存在误报和漏报的问题,难以全面准确地定位故障点。因此,提出了基于改进HMM的继电保护系统隐性故障识别方法。首先,获取继电保护系统运... 现有的继电保护系统隐性故障识别方法通过人工监测电气量的异常变化来判断故障的存在,易受噪声干扰,存在误报和漏报的问题,难以全面准确地定位故障点。因此,提出了基于改进HMM的继电保护系统隐性故障识别方法。首先,获取继电保护系统运行隐性故障信息,从中提取隐性故障特征;然后,基于改进HMM定义继电保护系统状态空间,构建能够描述系统状态转移和观测概率的模型;最后,利用该模型进行隐性故障识别,通过计算观测序列在各状态下的概率,确定系统的实际状态,从而识别出隐性故障。实验结果表明,应用该方法后,能够有效地识别出继电保护系统中的故障区段,且在区段内,所有隐性故障点均得到了全面且准确的识别与定位,实现了零误报与零漏报,显著提高了隐性故障的识别精度和定位能力。 展开更多

This paper is concerned with a non-intrusive anomaly detection method for carving machine systems with variant working conditions,and a novel unsupervised detection framework that integrates convolutional autoencoder(CAE)and Gaussian mixture hidden Markov model(GMHMM)is proposed.Firstly,the built-in sensor information under normal conditions is recorded,and a 1D convolutional autoencoder is employed to compress high-dimensional time series,thereby transforming the anomaly detection problem in high-dimensional space into a density estimation problem in a latent low-dimensional space.Then,two separate estimation networks are utilized to predict the mixture memberships and state transition probabilities for each sample,enabling GMHMM to handle low-dimensional representations and multi-condition information.Furthermore,a cost function comprising CAE reconstruction and GMHMM probability assessment is constructed for the low-dimensional representation generation and subsequent density estimation in an end-to-end fashion,and the joint optimization effectively enhances the anomaly detection performance.Finally,experiments are carried out on a self-developed multi-axis carving machine platform to validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. 展开更多

结合FP-Growth与HMM模型的音乐信息类型划分方法研究

针对传统人机交互教学平台语音识别准确率低,导致课堂教学沉浸式效果不佳的问题,提出一种融合人机交互技术与HMM算法的沉浸式教学平台。首先,采用基于CMGAN的语音增强算法对输入语音进行增强处理;然后进行MFCC特征提取,并通过DNN-HMM语... 针对传统人机交互教学平台语音识别准确率低,导致课堂教学沉浸式效果不佳的问题,提出一种融合人机交互技术与HMM算法的沉浸式教学平台。首先,采用基于CMGAN的语音增强算法对输入语音进行增强处理;然后进行MFCC特征提取,并通过DNN-HMM语音识别模型对提取音频特征进行准确识别;最后采用Unity3D技术搭建一个沉浸式教学平台,将语音识别结果应用到平台中进行指令匹配,最终实现沉浸式人机交互。实验结果表明,在相同实验条件下,本模型的词错误率取值为5.47%,相较于基于BERT的语音识别模型和基于BLSTM-CTC的语音识别模型分别低了16.75%和13.08%。综合分析可知,采用本模型能够提升人机交互系统中的语音识别效果,为后续人机交互提供了有效的语音支撑,从而进一步增强了沉浸式教学效果。 展开更多

The results of second-order Raman-scattering experiments on n- and p-type 4H-SiC are presented,covering the acoustic and the optical overtone spectral regions.Some of the observed structures in the spectra are assigned to particular phonon branches and the points in the Brillouin zone from which the scattering originates.There exists a doublet at 626/636cm -1 with energy difference about 10cm -1 in both n- and p-type 4H-SiC,which is similar to the doublet structure with the same energy difference founded in hexagonal GaN,ZnO, and AlN.The cutoff frequency at 1926cm -1 of the second-order Raman is not the overtone of the A 1(LO) peak of the n-type doping 4H-SiC,but that of the undoping one.The second-order Raman spectrum of 4H-SiC can hardly be affected by doping species or doping density. 展开更多

基于DBSCAN的HMM算法在翻译机器人同声传译中的应用与性能分析

随着社会对英语翻译机器人同声传译功能要求的增加,许多翻译机器人的同声传译功能亟需提升。针对这一问题,研究利用基于密度的聚类算法对隐马尔科夫模型进行改进,并在改进算法的基础上构建新型的翻译机器人同声传译模型。对改进后的隐... 随着社会对英语翻译机器人同声传译功能要求的增加,许多翻译机器人的同声传译功能亟需提升。针对这一问题,研究利用基于密度的聚类算法对隐马尔科夫模型进行改进,并在改进算法的基础上构建新型的翻译机器人同声传译模型。对改进后的隐马尔科夫模型算法进行对比实验发现,改进算法在数据集中的最高准确率和召回率分别为0.913和0.912,显著优于对比算法。之后对同声传译模型的性能进行实证分析,结果显示,提出的同声传译模型的翻译耗时和翻译稳定性分别为78.3 s和0.79,显著优于传统模型。上述结果说明,研究提出的改进隐马尔科夫模型算法和基于该算法的同声传译模型均具有较优的性能,故将其应用于英语翻译机器人同声传译中可促进同声传译领域的发展。 展开更多

针对空中交通流量管理部门如何更高效地实施流量管理的问题,本文将态势感知理论应用于空中交通网络流系统(ATNFS,air traffic network flow system),建立空中交通网络流系统的运行态势预测模型。首先,给出了空中交通网络流系统的态势感... 针对空中交通流量管理部门如何更高效地实施流量管理的问题,本文将态势感知理论应用于空中交通网络流系统(ATNFS,air traffic network flow system),建立空中交通网络流系统的运行态势预测模型。首先,给出了空中交通网络流系统的态势感知过程,从节点和航线的角度筛选出航线饱和度、不正常航班率、节点饱和度、节点延误架次比、节点航班取消率5个态势要素,使用态势值作为态势理解的指标;其次,分析隐马尔可夫模型(HMM,hidden Markov model)的优势与不足,建立了基于灰狼优化(GWO,grey wolf optimization)算法和改进隐马尔可夫模型的态势预测模型;最后,使用某空中交通网络流系统的实际运行数据进行算例验证。结果表明,改进后的预测模型相较于原本的隐马尔可夫预测模型精度更高,预测结果更准确。 展开更多

When signal-to-interference ratio is low, the energy of strong interference leaked from the side lobe of beam pattern will infect the detection of weak target. Therefore, the beam pattern needs to be optimized. The existing Dolph-Chebyshev weighting method can get the lowest side lobe level under given main lobe width, but for the other non-uniform circular array and nonlinear array, the low side lobe pattern needs to be designed specially. The second order cone programming optimization (SOCP) algorithm proposed in the paper transforms the optimization of the beam pattern into a standard convex optimization problem. Thus there is a paradigm to follow for any array formation, which not only achieves the purpose of Dolph-Chebyshev weighting, but also solves the problem of the increased side lobe when the signal is at end fire direction The simulation proves that the SOCP algorithm can detect the weak target better than the conventional beam forming. 展开更多
