Coordinating all the activities among all the parties involved in supply chain can be a daunting task. This paper put forth the viewpoint of applying agent technology to automate the coordination and decision-making tasks in a typical home PC industry supply chain. The main features of the proposed approach, which differentiate it from other approaches, are the following:① In the prototype, the coordination agents have both cooperation and competition patterns; ② It uses JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework) as the agent development environment to realize efficient and reusable agent software;③ It produces some innovative models for the business processes and issues faced by parties in the supply chain. Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles. 展开更多

An Evaluation of the Coupling Coordination of Technological Innovation System in China’s Marine Biopharmaceutical Industry

The marine biopharmaceutical industry(MBI)has been considered as an important part of the blue economy.The high-quality development of this industry depends on the high-level coordinated development of technological innovation system(TIS).In the present study,the coupling mechanism of industrial innovation input subsystem and innovation output subsystem was analyzed for the first time.On this basis,the development level and coupling coordination level of TIS in China’s MBI during 2008-2018 were empirically evaluated with the capacity coupling coordination model.Then,the obstacle factors were diagnosed and recognized with the obstacle model.The results showed that the innovation input index fluctuated at a low level in China’s MBI.The innovation output index has basically maintained a growth trend,whereas the quality of development was not high.Although the coupling coordination level of TIS showed a positive change as mild disordered→primary coordinated→well-coordinated,the development type of innovation system has changed from the lagging output of innovation into the lagging input of innovation.Insufficient input of innovation factors remained the main obstacle to the improvement of coordination level.Based on the above analysis,suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of policy and fund guarantees to improve the coupling coordination level in China’s MBI. 展开更多

Based on principal component analysis, coordinated development model and location entropy, this paper analyzes the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation ability and industrial agglomeration level and the spatial differences in Yangtze River economic zone. Firstly, the regional science and technology innovation ability is divided into two parts: innovation input and innovation transformation result. The accumulation of knowledge outside the region is introduced as a variable influencing the correlation effect, and the index system of regional innovation capability is constructed. According to the degree of coordination between the regional technological innovation ability and the level of industrial agglomeration, the Yangtze River economic belt provinces and municipalities are divided into moderate disorder class, serious disorder class, extreme disorder class, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region interregional knowledge accumulation weak. 展开更多

It is imperative to understand the spatial and temporal coordination deformation mechanism and develop targeted deformation control technologies for high sidewall—bottom transfixion(HSBT)zones to guarantee the stability of rock surrounding underground hydro-powerhouses under complex geological conditions.In this study,the spatial and temporal coordinated deformation control of HSBT zones was addressed from the aspects of the deformation mechanism,failure characteristics,and control requirements,and some coordinated deformation control technologies were proposed.On this basis,a case study was conducted on the deformation control of the HSBT zone of the underground powerhouse at the Wudongde hydropower station,China.The results showed that the relationship between excavation and support,and the mismatch of deformation and support of the surrounding rock mass in the HSBT zone of underground caverns with a large span and high in-situ stress can be appropriately handled.The solution requires proper excavation and construction procedures,fine blasting control,composite and timely support,and real-time monitoring and dynamic feedback.The technologies proposed in this study will ensure the safe,high-quality,and orderly construction of the Baihetan and Wudongde underground caverns,and can be applied to other similar projects. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of wireless communication technology and Wireless Sensor Network, this paper studies the well site environmental monitoring system. The relevant hardware and software of the system are designed to monitor the well site environment, thus preventing downhole accidents. The system uses the wireless ZigBee technology as the transmission mode, and combines the virtual instrument technology to design the upper machine interface. The test results show that the system can monitor the outdoor environment in real time. When the environmental parameters exceed the set value, the corresponding location of the LabVIEW interface will send an alarm. 展开更多

A series of emergent man... The causes and the problems of integration of scientific & technical innovation (ISTI) and inevitability are proposed. The status of domestic scientific & technical innovation is analysed. A series of emergent managerial problems caused by the system ISTI (SISTI) are pointed out. Because of Hall three dimensions structure's enlightenment, a three dimensional logical net diagram in which the system integration of innovation based on problem in real world but not on disciplinary logic is drawn. The intelligent group' s need span is greater under the conditions of relatively low material level than common groups who have lower degree of education. The SISTI is composed by multi-rule and intelligent multi-agent behavior. It is concluded that the logical relationships of integrated technology which based on the author's experience and observation must be considerded for a valid management of SISTI. 展开更多

The construction process of modern project is distributed across teams, departments, or systems, each of which is corresponding to a particular project unit. Conflicts often occur in construction project organization because of the improper coordination amongbetween these project units. The primary reason for coordination puzzle in project organization is generally the diversification of culture and technology. In order to enhance the organization’s performance efficiency, good and effective coordination mechanism aimed at diversification of culture and technology is needed. The relationship amongbetween parties and project units is defined and expressed through contract, so construction project organization usually relies on various contracts to deal with its cooperative partner relationship. However, the contractual mode is a defensive method which is more prone to conflicts than the conglomerate of diversification, especially evaluated from the aspects of culture and value. By culture integration—a more flexible way to make up the shortage of contractual mode, a harmonious atmosphere in which organization members can exert their potential ability can be created to help project administrators mitigate organization conflicts and achieve the common goals of project organization. Based on arbitration theory, moreover, this paper puts forward a combined coordination mechanism-hierarchical coordination and nonhierarchical coordination—to resolve the conflicts resulted from diversification of technology. The introduction of intelligent agents system has the advantage of a more systematic and organizational method in reality without causing unnecessary emotional and the behavioural side effects is an effective instrument to utilize this coordination mechanism and realizes its established goals. 展开更多

在数字化与老龄化背景下,数字适老已成为人们对美好生活的重要期望与数字技术发展的新要求。当前,随着新技术的不断迭代,对数字技术的适应性在很大程度上决定了对于“老”这一生命状态的自我感知与社会评价,需要进一步厘清与探讨数字适... 在数字化与老龄化背景下,数字适老已成为人们对美好生活的重要期望与数字技术发展的新要求。当前,随着新技术的不断迭代,对数字技术的适应性在很大程度上决定了对于“老”这一生命状态的自我感知与社会评价,需要进一步厘清与探讨数字适老概念的内核及逻辑基础,以促进老龄化社会的高质量发展。首先,本文对数字适老问题中“老”的概念范畴进行界定,指出数字适老面向群体为包括老年群体在内的向老群体,就数字适老中人技协调的本质进行讨论,确立数字适老概念的理论脉络与学术定位。其次,在明确数字适老从何而来、因何而立的基础上,对当前数字适老的主要研究主题进行梳理,并基于社会技术系统理论构建数字适老的理论框架。以信息资源管理为学科视角,从精细化向老群体划分与信息需求挖掘、智能化适老产品与信息服务体系构建、系统化适老政策智能与绩效评估优化三个方面对数字适老问题进行深化拓展,为数字适老理论探索与实践发展提供支持。 展开更多

当前中国制造业企业面临产能过剩问题,数字技术创新是提升企业产能利用率的关键所在。利用2013—2023年中国A股制造业上市公司数据,实证检验数字技术创新对制造业企业产能利用率的影响。研究发现,以企业关键数字技术专利衡量的数字技术... 当前中国制造业企业面临产能过剩问题,数字技术创新是提升企业产能利用率的关键所在。利用2013—2023年中国A股制造业上市公司数据,实证检验数字技术创新对制造业企业产能利用率的影响。研究发现,以企业关键数字技术专利衡量的数字技术创新对制造业企业产能利用率具有显著的提升作用。机制分析发现,数字技术创新主要通过抑制企业过度投资和降低供应链协调成本来提升制造业企业产能利用率。异质性分析发现,数字技术创新对企业产能利用率的提升作用在数据要素水平较高、行业技术活跃性较高、经济发展水平较差及市场环境较差的样本中更为有效。研究结论不仅为中国制造业产能过剩的化解提供了理论证据和实践启示,也为数字技术赋能实体经济高质量发展提供了参考。 展开更多

选取长三角城市经济协调会这一政府合作机制作为市场整合的干预事件,基于2001—2018年长三角41个城市间的专利转让数据,运用多期双重差分模型检验其对专利技术转移的影响。研究结果表明,市场整合显著促进了城市间的专利技术转移,具体表... 选取长三角城市经济协调会这一政府合作机制作为市场整合的干预事件,基于2001—2018年长三角41个城市间的专利转让数据,运用多期双重差分模型检验其对专利技术转移的影响。研究结果表明,市场整合显著促进了城市间的专利技术转移,具体表现为专利转让次数的提升;机制检验进一步发现,政府协调下的市场整合主要通过信息共享与营造良好的社会信任环境以降低技术交易成本,并通过深化城市间产业分工降低成员城市在产业结构与创新结构上的相似性,为技术交易奠定更加坚实的市场基础;异质性分析则揭示,市场整合对创新基础较好、市场化程度较高的城市影响更为突出;此外,协调会成员身份不仅显著扩大了参与技术交易市场的主体数量,也明显增加了不同主体之间的合作频次。因此,应持续推进市场整合进程,着重加强跨区域信息平台建设与产业协同规划,以系统性地降低技术交易成本并强化区域互补优势。 展开更多

基于国际生产分割理论构建理论模型,采用1995—2020年经济合作与发展组织的TiVA数据库和中国制造业细分行业数据,实证考察双向产业转移协同对制造业全球价值链(GVC)地位升级的影响及作用机制。研究发现:第一,双向产业转移协同与制造业GV... 基于国际生产分割理论构建理论模型,采用1995—2020年经济合作与发展组织的TiVA数据库和中国制造业细分行业数据,实证考察双向产业转移协同对制造业全球价值链(GVC)地位升级的影响及作用机制。研究发现:第一,双向产业转移协同与制造业GVC地位呈现显著倒U型关系,初期协同效应显著促进GVC攀升,超过临界点后促进作用减弱甚至转为抑制。第二,技术创新是传导机制,通过平缓倒U型曲线的形态、右移拐点位置及提升曲线整体水平,缓解GVC升级的长期约束,驱动GVC地位螺旋式攀升。第三,中间产品转移与最终产品转移协同与制造业GVC地位均存在倒U型关系,但中间产品转移协同曲线更平缓;中高技术制造业较之于低技术制造业,通过产业转移协同实现GVC升级的峰值更高、战略空间更大。 展开更多

低空经济蓬勃发展推动社会治理向立体智能转型,但也面临“黑飞”频发、数据安全风险突出、跨部门协同治理难等新挑战。传统治理中,“黑加油点”“黑救护车”等非法业态隐患突出,存在依赖地面警力、重事后处置、部门协同不足等局限,还面... 低空经济蓬勃发展推动社会治理向立体智能转型,但也面临“黑飞”频发、数据安全风险突出、跨部门协同治理难等新挑战。传统治理中,“黑加油点”“黑救护车”等非法业态隐患突出,存在依赖地面警力、重事后处置、部门协同不足等局限,还面临源头治理薄弱、科技应用水平不均等困境。为此,需从六方面构建治理新路径,包括健全法规制度与标准体系、优化跨空域跨部门协同治理架构、加强源头供给与需求侧治理、深化科技赋能与智能化监管、创新宣传教育与社会共治方式、建立考核评估与长效激励机制,以实现道路交通安全治理的现代化升级,为低空经济与地面交通的协同发展筑牢安全屏障。 展开更多

全球科技竞争加剧背景下,我国关键核心技术面临“卡脖子”困境,鉴于传统技术发展路径局限性日益凸显,亟须系统性梳理该领域研究脉络。首先,以“内涵特征—识别方法—影响因素—机制路径”为主线,从宏观、中观、微观等3个层面界定关键核... 全球科技竞争加剧背景下,我国关键核心技术面临“卡脖子”困境,鉴于传统技术发展路径局限性日益凸显,亟须系统性梳理该领域研究脉络。首先,以“内涵特征—识别方法—影响因素—机制路径”为主线,从宏观、中观、微观等3个层面界定关键核心技术的多维内涵,剖析其价值准公共性、系统复杂性、知识复合性、控制动态性与生态依赖性等五大特征;其次,结合典型案例对概念体系进行验证,进而对比定性、定量识别方法的适用性与局限性,揭示识别方法的多源融合与智能化演进趋势,并从企业内部特质与外部支撑解析技术突破的影响因素;最后,提炼知识流动协同与组织治理适配两大作用机制,归纳资源整合、生态协同、企业主导与政府引导等4类驱动路径,构建“理论认知—方法工具—实践路径”整合框架。通过“理论构建—案例验证—路径归纳”的逻辑闭环,系统整合既有成果,弥补现有研究概念分散、框架碎片化的不足,为后续学术研究、企业实践与政策制定提供理论参照与实践指引。 展开更多
