When shield TBM tunnelling in abrasive sandy ground,the rational design of cutter parameters is critical to reduce tool wear and improve tunnelling efficiency.However,the influence mechanism of cutter parameters on scraper wear remains unclear due to the lack of a reliable test method.Geometry and material optimisation are often based on subjective experience,which is unfavourable for improving scraper geological adaptability.In the present study,the newly developed WHU-SAT soil abrasion test was used to evaluate the variation in scraper wear with cutter geometry,material and hardness.The influence mechanism of cutter parameters on scraper wear has been revealed according to the scratch characteristics of the scraper surface.Cutter geometry and material parameters have been optimised to reduce scraper wear.The results indicate that the variation in scraper wear with cutter geometry is related to the cutting resistance,frictional resistance and stress distribution.An appropriate increase in the front angle(or back angle)reduces the cutting resistance(or frictional resistance),while an excessive increase in the front angle(or back angle)reduces the edge angle and causes stress concentration.The optimal front angle,back angle and edge angle for quartz sand samples areα=25°,β=10°andγ=55°,respectively.The wear resistance of the modelled scrapers made of different metal materials is related to the chemical elements and microstructure.The wear resistances of the modelled scrapers made of 45#,06Cr19Ni10,42CrMo4 and 40CrNiMoA are 0.569,0.661,0.691 and 0.728 times those made of WC-Co,respectively.When the alloy hardness is less than 47 HRC(or greater than 58 HRC),scraper wear decreases slowly with increasing alloy hardness as the scratch depth of the particle asperity on the metal surface stabilizes at a high(or low)level.However,when the alloy hardness is between 47 HRC and 58 HRC,scraper wear decreases rapidly with increasing alloy hardness as the scratch depth transitions from high to low levels.The sensitive hardness interval and recommended hardness interval for quartz sand are[47,58]and[58,62],respectively.The present study provides a reference for optimising scraper parameters and improving cutterhead adaptability in abrasive sandy ground tunnelling. 展开更多

The movement of the floating connecting mechanism between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is space movement;thus,when the hydraulic support pushes the scraper conveyor,there is an error between the actual distance of the scraper conveyor and the theoretical moving distance.As a result,the scraper conveyor cannot obtain the straightness requirement.Therefore,the movement law of the floating connecting mechanism between the hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is analyzed and programmed into the Unity3D to realize accurate pushing of the scraper conveyor via hydraulic support.The Coal Seam?Equipment Joint Virtual Straightening System is established,and a straightening method based on the motion law of a floating connection is proposed as the default method of the system.In addition,a straightening simulation of the scraper conveyor was performed on a complex coal seam floor,the results demonstrate that the average straightening error of the scraper conveyor is within 2-8 mm,and is in direct proportion to the fluctuation of the coal seam floor in the strike of the seam with high accuracy,the straightness of scraper conveyor is more affected by the subsidence terrain during straightening than by the bulge terrain.And some conclusions are verified by experiment.Based on the verification of the relevant conclusions,a comparison and analysis of Longwall Automation Steering Committee(LASC)straightening technology and default straightening method in the simulation system shows that the straightness accuracy of LASC straightening technology under complex floor conditions is slightly less than that of the default straightening method in the proposed system. 展开更多

In the industrial process of producing the strong phosphoric acid(SPA),clarification of the solution is essential to the ultimate product.However,the large viscosity of sediment and the induced interface interaction result in difficulties when the SPA is clarified.CFD numerical methodology was applied to simulate internal flow field and performance of the low speed scraper based on Mixture solidliquid two-phase flow model.Sediment deposition was generated by loading solid particles at the bottom of clarifying vessel.The moving mesh and RNG k-εmodel were used to simulate the rotational turbulent flow in clarifying tank.Variables studied,amongst others,were the scraper rotation speed and the mounting height,which could affect the solid suspension height.Features of flow field and solid volume fraction distribution in computational domain were presented and analyzed.The numerical reports of the scraper torque and velocities of inlet and outlet filed were obtained.It seems the torque value of rotatio-nal axis and particle suspending height augment with an increasing rotating speed.Meanwhile,a high revolving speed is good for the deposition discharge.The particle fraction distribution in meridional surface and horizontal surface at fixed rotation speed were analyzed to determine the corresponding optimal installation height.The simulating results reflect the flow field is marginally stirred by the scraper and proper working parameters are obtained,in which case the comprehensive properties of the scraper and the clarifying tank are superior. 展开更多

The present manuscript deals with theoretical and experimental studies of the effect of inclined scraper on removal raw cotton from mesh surface. The mathematical model of the problem and theoretical studies of the motion of cotton mass on plane of scraper is derived taking into account material point by accomplishing plane motion in the mesh surface. Graphs of the experiment shows that performance of scraper inclined to the radius of the disk by the value α=30° to the surface mesh β=110°, optimally allows to reduce the formation of technological defects of raw cotton. The presence of zero-pressure portion on the mesh surface of separator may provide complete removal of cotton from its surface and to eliminate grid clogging. 展开更多

To the transverse beam collimation system in a rapid cycling synchrotron,an important component is the primary collimator,which improves emittance of the beam halo particles such that the particles outside the predefined trajectory can be absorbed by the secondary collimators.Given the material properties and power deposition distribution,the beam scraper of the primary collimator is a0.17 mm tungsten foil on a double face-wedged copper block of 121.5 mm x 20 mm.The heat is transferred to the outside by a φ34 mm copper rod.In this paper,for minimizing brazing thermal stress,we report our theoretical analysis and tests on brazing the tungsten and copper materials which differ greatly in size.We show that the thermal stress effect can be controlled effectively by creating stress relief grooves on the copper block and inserting a tungsten transition layer into the copper block.This innovation contributes to the successful R&D of the primary collimator.And this study may be of help for working out a brazing plan of similar structures. 展开更多

Endoscopic transpapillary brush cytology and forceps biopsy during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatology are generally used to obtain pathological evidence of biliary strictures. Recently, the new endoscopic scraper Trefle~? has been reported and demonstrated high cancer detectability in malignant biliary strictures. This device is used to scrape the stricture over the guidewire, and, in the original method, the tissue and/or cell samples obtained are subjected to histological and/or cytological analysis separately. However, discrimination of chunks of tissue is hampered by the opacity of the surrounding fluid. We have developed a cell block technique for the Trefle~? device without dividing obtained specimens into tissue and cellular components, which is the simplest method and enables immunohistochemical analysis. We present a case of obstructive jaundice diagnosed immunohistochemically as pancreatic metastasis from colon cancer using cell block sections obtained with the Trefle~? device, which procedure is as easy as conventional brush cytology. 展开更多

A scraper conveyor is a kind of heavy machinery which can continuously transport goods and widely used in mines, ports and store enterprises. Since scraper failure rate directly affects production costs and production capacity, the evaluation and the prediction of scraper conveyor reliability are important for these enterprises. In this paper, the reliabilities of different parts are classified and discussed according to their structural characteristics and different failure factors. Based on the component's time-to-failure density function, the reliability model of scraper chain is constructed to track the age distribution of part population and the reliability change of the scraper chain. Based on the stress-strength interference model, considering the decrease of strength due to fatigue failure, the dynamic reliability model of such component as gear, axis is developed to observe the change of the part reliability with the service time of scraper. Finally, system reliability model of the scraper is established for the maintenance to simulate and calculate the scraper reliability. 展开更多

For a high-energy electron facility, estimates of induced radioactivity in materials are of considerable importance to ensure that the exposure of personnel and the environment remains as low as reasonably achievable. In addition, accurate predictions of induced radioactivity are essential to the design, operation, and decommissioning of a high-energy electron linear accelerator. In the case of the 200-MeV electron linac of the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory(NSRL), the electrons are accelerated by five acceleration tubes and collimated by copper scrapers. The scrapers, which play a vital role in protecting the acceleration cavity, are bombarded by many electrons over a long-term operation, which causes a significant amount of induced radioactivity. Recently, the NSRL Linac is the first high-energy electron linear accelerator in China to be out of commission.Its decommissioning is highly significant for obtaining decommissioning experience. This paper focuses on the measurement of induced radioactivity on the fourth scraper, where the electron energy was 158 MeV. The radionuclides were classified according to their half-lives. Such a classification provides a reliable basis for the formulation of radiation protection and facility decommissioning. To determine the high-radioactivity area and to facilitate the decommissioning process, the slicing method was applied in this study. The specific activity of60 Co in each slice was measured at a cooling time of ten months, and the results were compared with the predictions generated by Monte Carlo program FLUKA. The trend of the measured results is in good agreement with the normalized simulation results. The slicing simulation using Monte Carlo method is useful for the determination of high-radiation areas and proper material handling protocols and, therefore, lays a foundation for the accumulation of decommissioning experience. 展开更多

To elucidate the wear mechanisms of the scraper in shield tunneling through sandy pebble strata,this study aims to achieve high efficiency and low wear during the tunneling process.We evaluate the operational parameters and tool wear characteristics of a 9-m diameter spoke-type shield machine used on the Beijing Daxing Airport Line.The analysis focuses on the wear values of the scrapers and rippers,wear of the scraper in different wear forms,and scraper wear relative to the position of the rippers obtained from the field.The study yielded the following conclusions.The wear values of scrapers on different spokes vary significantly owing to ripper protection.The wear of the scrapers can be categorized into six types:tooth chipping,local damage of teeth,wear of side teeth,wave-type of wear,wear on intermediate teeth,and flat wear,with the majority exhibiting wear on the side and intermediate teeth.The 0°spoke maintained the initial shape of the scrapers,making it more suitable for tunneling in sandy pebble strata.Based on the differences in the relative positions of the ripper and scraper,a model is proposed to determine the ripper plowing influence area.It was found that this area depends on the geological conditions of the soil;thus,the influence angle of ripper plowing in the considered sandy pebble strata is determined to be between 35°and 50°.The results obtained in this study provide a theoretical reference for optimizing scraper layouts in shield construction,even when operating under varying geological conditions. 展开更多

针对现有基于AI算法的煤矿井下刮板输送机断链监测技术在线学习能力低、检测精度差、稳定性低、复杂场景适应性和可靠性差等问题,通过在极限学习机(ELM)中增加增量式在线训练,设计了可实现离线样本和实时在线样本训练的在线贯序极限学习... 针对现有基于AI算法的煤矿井下刮板输送机断链监测技术在线学习能力低、检测精度差、稳定性低、复杂场景适应性和可靠性差等问题,通过在极限学习机(ELM)中增加增量式在线训练,设计了可实现离线样本和实时在线样本训练的在线贯序极限学习机(OSELM)网络,进而提出了基于OSELM的刮板输送机断链智能监测技术。将经过大量煤矿井下刮板输送机链条监控图像(离线样本)训练的OSELM网络算法写入AI摄像仪,将AI摄像仪安装于刮板输送机机尾,实时感知刮板输送机链条运行状态并进行在线学习,由AI摄像仪输出控制决策,并通过刮板输送机集中控制系统平台实时显示识别结果。井下工业性试验结果表明,OSELM网络具有较高的自主学习能力、较强的泛化性和鲁棒性,对刮板输送机断链识别的平均精度均值、准确率和精确率分别为98.6%,99.3%,91.7%,检测速度达205.6帧/s,整体效果优于深度神经网络融合网络、RT-DETR、YOLOv5、YOLOv8、ELM等模型,实现了刮板输送机链条状态的精准、实时检测。 展开更多

刮板输送机作为综采工作面的核心装备之一,在煤炭生产中承担了巨大工作量。然而传统刮板因其自重过大导致磨损严重,在运行过程中存在高能耗、高载荷和难维护问题,严重影响工作面煤炭运输效率。为了降低刮板自重和磨损,提出了一种优化刮... 刮板输送机作为综采工作面的核心装备之一,在煤炭生产中承担了巨大工作量。然而传统刮板因其自重过大导致磨损严重,在运行过程中存在高能耗、高载荷和难维护问题,严重影响工作面煤炭运输效率。为了降低刮板自重和磨损,提出了一种优化刮板局部结构的设计方案,旨在降低刮板的自重和刮板运行时的摩擦系数,从而减少传统刮板存在的问题。通过模拟实验和工程应用,验证其有效性。研究结果表明:通过改变刮板与中部槽之间的接触方式,使新型刮板的摩擦力比传统刮板减少约89.92%;使用新型刮板的输送机低载荷状态发生频率提升12.5%,中载荷、高载荷、超载荷状态发生频率均有所下降;每台电动机的年用电量降低约25%,内蒙古双欣煤矿年耗电量降低了约27%。本研究为刮板输送机的设计与改进提供了有益的参考,具有实际工程应用价值。 展开更多

综采工作面刮板输送机煤流轮廓点云的配准方法研究

针对综采工作面刮板输送机煤流轮廓点云噪声点多、轮廓结构复杂的特性和现有的点云配准算法无法适应煤流点云的快速和高精度配准问题,来对传统迭代最近点配准算法进行了改进。引入主成分分析法对待配准点云进行轴向初始对齐,采用尺度不... 针对综采工作面刮板输送机煤流轮廓点云噪声点多、轮廓结构复杂的特性和现有的点云配准算法无法适应煤流点云的快速和高精度配准问题,来对传统迭代最近点配准算法进行了改进。引入主成分分析法对待配准点云进行轴向初始对齐,采用尺度不变特征变换算法来提取待配准点云的特征点,构建快速点特征直方图,以确保两个点云主轴不会出现反向的情况,提高了粗配准算法的效率。通过随机抽样一致性初始配准算法搜索对应点对并计算初始刚体变换矩阵,用于实现两个点云的初步配准,为后续的精配准提供良好的初始位置。在上述粗配准的基础上,利用K-D树数据结构加速对应点的查找过程,并采用点到面的最小距离方法来提高对应关系的准确性。通过随机抽样一致算法迭代剔除错误的对应点对,以增强配准的准确性。最后,根据精确的对应点对计算刚体变换矩阵,从而实现对煤流点云数据的精细配准。实验结果表明,与其他点云配准方法相比,提出的改进配准算法在刮板输送机煤流轮廓点云的匹配精度和匹配效率上得到了提高,对煤流轮廓点云的体积计算具有重大意义。 展开更多

针对目前煤矿刮板输送机链条多故障识别中的主要问题,提出一种基于改进RT-DETR(Real-Time DEtection TRansformer)的煤矿刮板输送机链条故障智能识别方法。该方法在数据集构建时,运用基于HSV三通道的图像预处理方法对煤矿刮板输送机链... 针对目前煤矿刮板输送机链条多故障识别中的主要问题,提出一种基于改进RT-DETR(Real-Time DEtection TRansformer)的煤矿刮板输送机链条故障智能识别方法。该方法在数据集构建时,运用基于HSV三通道的图像预处理方法对煤矿刮板输送机链条图像进行数据降噪与增强处理,提升图像质量。在改进的RT-DETR算法中,通过采用MobileNetV4作为主干特征网络,提升主干网络特征提取效率;通过将混合编码器中的普通卷积替换为效果更佳的Ghost卷积,降低算法参数量,提升识别速度;通过运用CSPStage特征融合模块和Inner-GIoU损失函数,增强特征利用和融合的能力,提高识别准确率。为了验证算法改进模块的效果,通过消融实验结果表明:改进RT-DETR算法与原RT-DETR算法相比,识别准确度提升1.6%,每秒处理的帧数提升15.5 frames/s,模型大小降低36%,参数量减少35.9%。运用改进RT-DETR算法与YOLOv8m-ghost、YOLOv8m-RT-DETR和YOLOv10s算法进行多故障识别对比实验,对比实验结果表明:改进RT-DETR识别算法在各指标上均效果最优,能够实现刮板输送机链条断链故障和磨损故障的高效准确识别,识别准确率达到97.6%,每秒处理的FPS值达到67.2 frames/s,能够在空载和未满载状态下,满足煤矿刮板输送机链条故障在线高效准确识别的需求。 展开更多

针对综采工作面中刮板输送机因持续高速运转而导致的能源浪费和运输效率低下问题,结合双向割煤工艺,对刮板输送机的运行阶段进行了系统分析,建立了刮板输送机能耗模型,在此基础上提出了一种基于负载转矩预测与能耗优化相结合的速度控制... 针对综采工作面中刮板输送机因持续高速运转而导致的能源浪费和运输效率低下问题,结合双向割煤工艺,对刮板输送机的运行阶段进行了系统分析,建立了刮板输送机能耗模型,在此基础上提出了一种基于负载转矩预测与能耗优化相结合的速度控制方法。首先,建立煤量模型,描述煤量随运行工况变化的动态特性。随后,结合刮板输送机的运行阻力特性,明确煤量、驱动力与运行阻力之间的关系,构建刮板输送机的能耗模型。为应对综采工作面复杂多变的运行工况,引入粗糙径向基神经网络(Rough Radial Basis Function Neural Network, RRBFNN),对刮板输送机负载转矩进行精确预测,生成优化模型所需的关键输入变量。在此基础上,采用改进的粒子群优化算法(PSO),以能耗最小化为目标,对刮板输送机的运行速度进行优化,改进算法在引入动态惯性因子的同时,平衡了全局搜索与局部搜索能力,从而提高了优化的精度与收敛效率。最后,结合榆家梁43101综采工作面的实际数据对本文方法进行了验证。结果表明:该速度控制方法能够在一个生产循环中有效降低刮板输送机的能耗10.42%。 展开更多
