内嵌CFS龙骨立柱-钢模块单元抗竖性能试验及仿真

提出一种内嵌CFS龙骨立柱-钢模块单元双重抗竖体系,对2个足尺试件进行竖向加载试验,得到模块梁荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-梁端转角曲线、模块双梁相对水平位移曲线、关键受力部位的荷载-应变曲线,基于试验结果分析结构的破坏模式、工作... 提出一种内嵌CFS龙骨立柱-钢模块单元双重抗竖体系,对2个足尺试件进行竖向加载试验,得到模块梁荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-梁端转角曲线、模块双梁相对水平位移曲线、关键受力部位的荷载-应变曲线,基于试验结果分析结构的破坏模式、工作机制以及CFS立柱的传力效应。采用ABAQUS有限元软件对该结构体系进行参数分析,并研究钢材强度、模块梁腹板高度、模块梁壁厚、CFS立柱腹板宽度、CFS立柱壁厚等9个参数对其抗竖性能的影响。研究结果表明:在钢模块单元内设置CFS龙骨立柱后,结构体系的受力机制由“双梁”承载转变为“四梁+CFS立柱”共同承载,极限承载力提高136.4%,初始刚度提高180.8%;增加钢材强度、模块梁腹板高度、模块梁壁厚可以减小模块梁弯曲变形的程度及塑性损伤范围,提高结构的抗竖性能;增加CFS立柱的数量、CFS立柱腹板宽度、CFS立柱壁厚可以有效提高CFS立柱的传力效应,提高上下层模块间的协同工作性能。 展开更多

目的:基于网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨经验方归元膏的活性成分防治慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的潜在机制。方法:从TCMSP数据库、BATMAN数据库筛选归元膏的化学成分和靶点,通过GeneCards、OMIM、DisGenet数据库检索收集CFS靶点,将归元膏作... 目的:基于网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨经验方归元膏的活性成分防治慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的潜在机制。方法:从TCMSP数据库、BATMAN数据库筛选归元膏的化学成分和靶点,通过GeneCards、OMIM、DisGenet数据库检索收集CFS靶点,将归元膏作用靶点和疾病靶点取交集,使用Cytoscape Version 3.9.1制做药物和疾病靶点韦恩图,运用STRING数据库构建蛋白质与蛋白质相互作用的PPI网络作用图,并通过Cytoscape3.8.2软件中的插件CytoNCA筛选关键靶点,并将交集靶点导入David数据库,利用微生信程序进行基因本体(GO)和京都和基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集分析,并通过Cytoscape3.8.2构建归元膏药物–有效成分–靶点和归元膏药物–成分–靶点–通路网络,最后用AutoDock vinna软件进行分子对接验证。结果:检索出归元膏活性成分有111个,其中quercetin,isoflavanone,poriferasta-7,22E-dien-3beta-ol,hancinol,orchinol等为归元膏防治CFS的关键成分,CFS相关靶点507个,其中IL-6 (白细胞介素-6),TNF (肿瘤坏死因子),STAT3 (信号转导及转录激活因子3),JUN,BCL2 (B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2),HIF1A (缺氧诱导因子1α亚单位),AKT1 (AKT丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶1),CASP3 (caspase-3),MMP9 (基质金属蛋白酶9),NFKB1 (核因子kappa B亚基1)为防治CFS的关键靶点,GO富集分析示生物学过程方面可能通过对凋亡过程的负调控、细胞增殖的正调控、蛋白质磷酸化的正调控、内皮细胞增殖的正调控等,分子功能主要包括酶结合、受体结合、蛋白酶结合等;细胞功能主要包含线粒体、蛋白质复合物、细胞内膜结合的细胞器等。KEGG富集分析一共得到186条信号通路,主要与PI3K-Akt通路、卡波西肉瘤相关疱疹病毒感染、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路等有关。分子对接结果表明归元膏中的核心作用靶点和主要活性成分具备稳定性的结合活性。结论:归元膏将quercetin、poriferasta-7,22E-dien-3beta-ol、orchinol、isoflavanone等关键活性成分与IL6、TNF、STAT3、JUN、BCL2、HIF1A、AKT1和CASP3等靶点结合,通过对PI3K/Akt、MAPK、NF-κB等多条信号通路的调控,调节了CFS患者的免疫反应、细胞凋亡、代谢紊乱等多个生物学过程。通过激活抗凋亡通路、抑制促炎因子的产生和调节能量代谢,验证了该方多靶点多线路的调控,发挥了多靶点、多通路的协同作用,显著改善了CFS的症状。Objective: Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, this study explores the potential mechanisms of active ingredients in the empirical formula Guiyuan Ointment for the prevention and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods: Chemical components and targets of Guiyuan Ointment were screened from the TCMSP database and BATMAN database. CFS targets were collected through GeneCards, OMIM, and DisGenet databases. The intersection of Guiyuan Ointment’s action targets and disease targets was taken. Cytoscape Version 3.9.1 was used to create a Venn diagram of drug and disease targets. The STRING database was employed to construct a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network diagram, and key targets were screened using the CytoNCA plugin in Cytoscape 3.8.2 software. The intersection targets were imported into the David database, and gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses were performed using the microbioinformatics program. Cytoscape 3.8.2 was used to construct the Guiyuan Ointment drug-effective component-target and drug-component-target-pathway networks. Finally, molecular docking validation was conducted using AutoDock Vina software. Results: A total of 111 active components of Guiyuan Ointment were retrieved, among which quercetin, isoflavanone, poriferasta-7,22E-dien-3beta-ol, hancinol, and orchinol are key components for the prevention and treatment of CFS by Guiyuan Ointment. There are 507 CFS-related targets, with IL-6 (interleukin-6), TNF (tumor necrosis factor), STAT3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 3), JUN, BCL2 (B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2), HIF1A (hypoxia-inducible factor 1α subunit), AKT1 (AKT serine/threonine kinase 1), CASP3 (caspase-3), MMP9 (matrix metallopeptidase 9), and NFKB1 (nuclear factor kappa B subunit 1) being key targets for the prevention and treatment of CFS. GO enrichment analysis showed that in terms of biological processes, it may involve negative regulation of apoptosis, positive regulation of cell proliferation, positive regulation of protein phosphorylation, and positive regulation of endothelial cell proliferation, etc. The main molecular functions include enzyme binding, receptor binding, and protease binding, etc. The main cellular functions involve mitochondria, protein complexes, and cell organelles bound to the intracellular membrane, etc. KEGG enrichment analysis yielded a total of 186 signaling pathways, mainly related to the PI3K-Akt pathway, Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway, etc. The molecular docking results indicated that the core action targets and main active components in Guiyuan Ointment have stable binding activity. Conclusion: Guiyuan Ointment combines key active components such as quercetin, poriferasta-7,22E-dien-3beta-ol, orchinol, and isoflavanone with targets like IL6, TNF, STAT3, JUN, BCL2, HIF1A, AKT1, and CASP3. By regulating multiple signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt, MAPK, and NF-κB, it modulates various biological processes in CFS patients, including immune response, cell apoptosis, and metabolic disorders. Through activating anti-apoptotic pathways, inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory factors, and regulating energy metabolism, it verifies the multi-target and multi-pathway regulation of this formula, exerting synergistic effects on multiple targets and pathways, and significantly improving the symptoms of CFS. 展开更多

目的:探讨联合筋膜鞘(Conjoint fascial sheath,CFS)+提上睑肌(Levator palpebrae superioris muscle,LM)复合瓣悬吊术结膜脱垂发生原因及处理方法,以降低其发生率。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2024年3月接受CFS+LM复合瓣悬吊术术中和术... 目的:探讨联合筋膜鞘(Conjoint fascial sheath,CFS)+提上睑肌(Levator palpebrae superioris muscle,LM)复合瓣悬吊术结膜脱垂发生原因及处理方法,以降低其发生率。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2024年3月接受CFS+LM复合瓣悬吊术术中和术后发生结膜脱垂的13例15眼的重度先天性上睑下垂患者的临床资料,总结其发生原因和处理方法。结果:结膜脱垂术中发生主要原因为结膜悬韧带损伤、操作致结膜水肿;术后近期出现结膜脱垂主要原因为术后结膜水肿加重、结膜下血肿、睑板折叠继发。术中做到精细分离,避免发生悬韧带损伤、减少组织水肿和出血可预防大部分结膜脱垂;术中及术后出现结膜脱垂选择适宜的方法进行早期处理,可避免发生引起不良后果。结论:CFS+LM悬吊术矫正先天性重度上睑下垂具有较多优点,但较易出现结膜脱垂;术中精细化操作、减轻组织损伤可部分预防结膜脱垂发生,对已发生结膜脱垂早期复位处理可避免不良后果发生。 展开更多

Parental educational anxiety has become a social symptom in China,and rural primary school students’mothers exhibit unique educational anxieties due to their special living environment.Based on interviews with 10 rural primary school students’mothers,five typical educational anxiety experiences were selected for analysis,and themes such as rural life burden,children’s learning habits,mothers’educational expectations,mothers’educational methods,mothers’emotional state,deviation between reality and expectations,homework guidance ability,mothers’educational level,and attitudes towards children’s future development were refined.The root causes of educational anxiety among rural primary school students’mothers include the deviation between children’s actual performance and mothers’educational expectations,the sense of disparity under social comparison,physical and mental exhaustion caused by role overload,anxiety triggered by excessive economic burden,and a sense of powerlessness towards children’s educational outcomes.To alleviate the educational anxiety of rural primary school students’mothers,mothers should actively adjust themselves,fathers should actively participate in their children’s education,society should create a healthy atmosphere,and schools should strengthen family education guidance. 展开更多

Utilization and Uptake of the UpToDate Clinical Decision Support Tool in Five Medical Schools in Uganda (August 2022-August 2023): A Partnership with the Better Evidence Program

Background: Clinical decision support tools provide suggestions to support healthcare providers and clinicians, as they attend to patients. Clinicians use these tools to rapidly consult the evidence at the point of care, a practice which has been found to reduce the time patients spend in hospitals, promote the quality of care and improve healthcare outcomes. Such tools include Medscape, VisualDx, Clinical Key, DynaMed, BMJ Best Practice and UpToDate. However, use of such tools has not yet been fully embraced in low-resource settings such as Uganda. Objective: This paper intends to collate data on the use and uptake of one such tool, UpToDate, which was provided at no cost to five medical schools in Uganda. Methods: Free access to UpToDate was granted through the IP addresses of five medical schools in Uganda in collaboration with Better Evidence at The Global Health Delivery Project at Harvard and Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Wolters Kluwer Health. Following the donation, medical librarians in the respective institutions conducted training sessions and created awareness of the tool. Usage data was aggregated, based on logins and content views, presented and analyzed using Excel tables and graphs. Results: The data shows similar trends in increased usage over the period of August 2022 to August 2023 across the five medical schools. The most common topics viewed, mode of access (using either the computer or the mobile app), total usage by institution, ratio of uses to eligible users by institution and ratio of uses to students by institution are shared. Conclusion: The study revealed that the tool was used by various user categories across the institutions with similar steady improved usage over the year. These results can inform the librarians as they encourage their respective institutions to continue using the tool to support uptake of point-of-care tools in clinical practice. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Sex education was introduced early in foreign countries.For example,there is a more systematic sex education system abroad,which can better achieve the popularization of sex education.China's sex education started relatively late,yet there are many problems in the development of sex education in China;for example,college students lack knowledge of sexuality.AIM To explore the perception of sex education among medical college students.METHODS Students majoring in medicine in a medical school were selected as the survey subjects.Anonymous online questionnaires were used to conduct the survey,and the results were analyzed using GraphPad Prism,SPSS,Microsoft Excel,and other software.The questionnaire was administered to understand the source of sexual knowledge,sexual responsibility,mastery of sexual knowledge,and distress caused by sexual problems.RESULTS Most students majoring in medicine had no formal sex education,lacked sexual knowledge,or had a biased understanding of sexual responsibility.This study analyzed future research trends in sex education based on relevant achievements in the Chinese context and abroad to further realize the practical significance and value of sex education popularization in China and provide recommendations for parents and schools at different levels.CONCLUSION Sex education should be conducted among college students,and medical colleges and universities should strengthen scientific sex education. 展开更多

Under the background of information technology in education,there is insufficient integration of technological knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,and subject content knowledge in the teaching of propositions in high school mathematics.Teachers mostly equate information technology with multimedia presentations,and students often memorize formulas mechanically,which leads to difficulties in the application of complex propositions.In this study,we take“the cosine formula of the difference between two angles”as an example.Based on the TPACK framework,we use contextual teaching and geometric drawing board demonstration to integrate subject content,pedagogical knowledge,and technological knowledge in teaching design and practice.It is found that by dynamically displaying the derivation process of the formula and guiding students to explore independently,it can help them understand the logic of the formula and improve their application ability.This study provides a paradigm for teaching propositions in high school mathematics and suggests that the TPACK framework can facilitate knowledge integration and cultivate students’mathematical literacy such as problem posing and creative inquiry,which is of great significance for teaching practice. 展开更多

This article analyses the relationship between PM_(10) concentrations inside and outside two schools in Barreiro,Portugal:Primary School No.5 and D.Luís Mendonça Furtado Basic School.The main objective was to understand the impact of external and internal sources on indoor air quality(IAQ)in school environments.Monitoring campaigns were carried out in different indoor spaces,including classrooms,the gym,and the canteen,and the results were compared with PM_(10) levels outside the building.At Primary School No.5,indoor PM10 concentrations were consistently higher than the outdoor values measured on Avenida do Bocage,with an average Indoor/Outdoor(I/O)ratio of 2.2,indicating a significant impact of indoor activities on particle levels.Similarly,at the D.Luís Mendonça Furtado Basic School,there was an increase in PM_(10) and PM_(2:5) concentrations during school hours,with the highest I/O ratio(3.04)recorded on school days.In the evenings and at weekends,when the spaces were unoccupied,particle concentrations dropped considerably,reaching an I/O ratio of 0.70.Said results suggest that indoor activities are a determining factor for particle levels in indoor air,emphasizing the need for ventilation and pollution control strategies in schools to protect the health of students and staff. 展开更多

Using Xiamen as an example,this study investigates the practical route of incorporating Minnan culture into high school English reading instruction.It does this by combining the materials of Compulsory 2 UNIT4 History and Traditions,Compulsory 2 UNIT1 Cultural Heritage,and Compulsory 3 UNIT3 Diverse Cultures,and by creating a series of English reading lessons with a Minnan cultural theme.To enhance students’English reading skills and cultural literacy,southern Fujian cultural elements like Nanyin,lacquer thread carving,and Pok Pok were incorporated into the classroom through the use of games,pre-reading activities,reading activities,and post-reading activities.The results of the study show that the integration of southern Fujian culture into English reading teaching is feasible and effective,can stimulate students’learning interest,enhance the sense of cultural identity,and provide practical references for cultural integration in English teaching. 展开更多

Chinese High School Students AI Competency Survey: Based on the UNESCO Students’ AI Competency Framework

This study aims to investigate the current status of AI competencies among Chinese high school students using quantitative research methods.By integrating UNESCO’s AI Competency Framework for Students with China’s educational practices,a questionnaire was developed.Altogether,300 students from eight high schools joined the research.SPSS 26.0 was used for reliability and validity tests,exploratory factor analysis,and group difference analysis.The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity(Cronbach’sα=0.974,KMO=0.912,Bartlett’s test of sphericity was significant with p<0.001,cumulative variance explained 72.0%).Besides,Chinese high school students’AI competencies exhibit a typical pattern of“strong in technology,weak in ethics,and insufficient in creativity”,with technical application ability(mean=3.7)significantly higher than ethical assessment(mean=3.0)and system design(mean=2.8).What’s more,students in the eastern region have significantly better overall competencies than those in the central and western regions(p<0.05),with the largest gap in the technical application dimension(mean difference=0.7)and the smallest gap in the ethical dimension(mean difference=0.3).The study recommends optimizing high school curricula by adding modules for ethical debates and interdisciplinary projects and promoting equitable distribution of educational resources.This research empirically supports global AI education standardization and offers a scientific basis for AI education policies and curriculum design in China’s high schools. 展开更多

Neoliberal economic policies implemented by the Justice and Development Party(AKP)in Turkey empowered the modernization process which is one of the main dynamics of transforming traditional societies.As a result of this socio-economic transformation,new institutions and technical developments evolved,without any relation to religion or its institutions(Zubaida,2011).In fact,this course has accelerated the individualization process of the religiously educated Generation Z in Turkey,whereas the significance of collective religious identity shrank(Kara,2014).The expansion of social media platforms has influenced young people’s relationship with religion and faith.However,after the Gezi Parki protests in 2013,the government started using a more populist discourse with regard to religious and nationalist symbols.This type of political communication had a crucial impact on the political arena.This research sheds light on the result of a qualitative analysis,based on interviews conducted with Imam Hatip school students in Turkey.The results of these in-depth interviews show how digital media is creating a new ecosystem based on self-identity(Giddens,1991). 展开更多
