The coordinated and integrated development of regional airport group system has been identified as an important research topic in the field of air traffic management in China.However,due to the clear limitation on air...The coordinated and integrated development of regional airport group system has been identified as an important research topic in the field of air traffic management in China.However,due to the clear limitation on airspace resources and severe traffic congestion,it is necessary to further study the problem of flight schedule coordination optimization for airport clusters.We take the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport Group as an example and construct an optimization model of flight schedule with the minimum adjustment and delay.The design of the implementation algorithm is proposed.As demonstrated by the simulation results,the flight delay in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei multi-airport system is noticeably reduced by applying both the optimization model and the algorithm proposed in this paper.展开更多

In this paper it is described as a constraint optimization problem. The constraints consist of the cycle of operation, maximum tube metal temperature, process time of each feedstock, and flow rate. A modified group search optimizer is proposed to deal with the optimization problem. Double fitness values are defined for every group. First, the factor of penalty function should be changed adaptively by the ratio of feasible and general solutions. Second, the "excellent" infeasible solution should be retained to guide the search. Some benchmark functions are used to evaluate the new algorithm. Finally, the proposed algorithm is used to optimize the scheduling process of cracking furnace feedstock. In response to the limitedworking capacity and poor energy interaction efficiency of microgrids,it is now common to use multiple microgrids to form microgrid clusters to enhance the reliability of power supply between...In response to the limitedworking capacity and poor energy interaction efficiency of microgrids,it is now common to use multiple microgrids to form microgrid clusters to enhance the reliability of power supply between each other and further improve the penetration rate of distributed power sources.This article focuses on the energy development method of microgrid groups and the problem of scheduling optimization of integrated energy system is discussed for hot and cold electricity within the microgrid group.Firstly,the basic composition ideas of the electric heating interconnection system,electrical interconnection system,and cold and hot electrical interconnection system within the microgrid group were designed layer by layer,and the functional characteristics of the energy equipment within the microgrid group were clarified.Then,in response to the impact of wind and solar uncertainty on system operation,the goal cascading method and robust stochastic optimization method are used to gradually construct a coupled scheduling model for electric heating,a multi-objective scheduling model for electrical interconnection,and a coordinated scheduling optimization model for cold and hot electrical interconnection.Finally,the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model were verified through case analysis of the relevant models mentioned above,and key factors were selected for sensitivity analysis,providing reliable methodological support for optimizing the operation of an integrated energy system.展开更多
