Correspondingly, the production would be constrained by the scarcity of resources clearly. Then the economic researchers would pay much more attention to reducing the consumption of natural resources in the future. Therefore this paper brings foreword the conception of elasticity ratio of resource consumption based on the concept of elasticity and analyzes the relationship between the parameters. For the certain relationships between the elasticity ratio of resource consumption and resource consumption, this paper will try to reveal, to keep economy growing while resource consumption reducing, what conditions should be met as to the relationships among resource productivity, its growth rate, energy saving efficiency, economic growth rate and elasticity ratio of resource consumption. This paper proves the relationship between the China's energy consumption and economy growth using statistic data from 1978 to 2003. 展开更多

Flow-rate Characteristics Measurement of Regulators Based on the Pressure Response in an Isothermal Tank 被引量:1

Regulators are important components in pneumatic system, and their flow-rate characteristics are the key parameters for designers. According to the correlatively international standard and national standard of China, which describe the flow-rate characteristics measurement method of pneumatic regulators, the pressure and the flow are measured point by point, and then the flow-rate characteristics curve is plotted point to point. This method has some disadvantages, such as equipment complexity, much air consumption, and low efficiency. To settle the problems presented above, this paper puts forward a new high efficient and energy saving flow-rate characteristics measurement method of regulators, which is based on the pressure response when charging and discharging to an isothermal tank without any flow meters. The measurement principle, the system and the steps are introduced. And the tracking differentiator is used for the data processing of the pressure difference. Two typical kinds of regulators were experimentally investigated, and their flow-rate characteristics curves were obtained with the new and the conventional method, respectively. Comparatively, it's proved that this new method is feasible because it is not only able to meet the demand of the measurement precision, but also to save energy and improve efficiency. Compared to the conventional method, the new method takes only about 1/10 amount of time and consumes about only 1/30 amount of air. Hopefully it will be able to serve as an international standard of flow-rate characteristics measurement method of regulators. 展开更多

Increasing the efficiency of water use by crops continues to escalate as a topic of concem because drought is a restrictive environmental factor for crop productivity woridwide .Greater yield per unit rainfall is one of the most important challenges in water-saving agriculture Besides water-saving by irrigation engineering and conservation tillage, a good understanding of factors limiting and/or regulating yleld now provides us with an opportunity to identify and then precisely seiect for physiciogical and breeding traits that increase the efficiency of water use and drought tolerance under water-limited conditions, biological water-saving is one means of achieving this goal, A definition of bilogical water-saving measures is proposed which embraces improvements in water use efficiency (WUE) and drought tolerance, by genetic improvement and physiological regulation. The preponderance of bilogical water-saving measures is discussed and strategies identified for working within natural resource constraints. The technology and future perspectives of bilogical water saving could provide not only new water-saving techniques but also a scientific base for application of water-saving irrigation and conservation tillage. 展开更多
